介绍了一台10mm口径两级双程离轴放大系统,实现了对5mm×5mm口径光束的激光放大,耦合系统采用高功率LDA紧密侧面直接抽运棒状Nd:YLF方式。分析并实验研究了在不同抽运电流、放大脉冲与放大器LDA抽运时刻的不同延时及不同注入能量条件下,放大系统及光束每次放大时放大特性的规律。实验得到:在放大系统5mm×5mm软光阑处注入1.58mJ能量时,放大系统可输出129.2mJ能量,能量提取效率达到19.5%,满足该系统的设计指标。 相似文献

以激光二极管端面抽运固体激光器为研究对象,通过实验研究了离轴抽运条件下,离轴量的大小对Nd:YAG激光器的振荡光阈值、振荡模式、光束质量以及激光器的斜效率的影响,分析了在同一抽运位置改变LD电流时输出光位置及模式的变化情况.实验结果表明,当抽运光离轴量增大时,斜效率增大,但输出光依次出现从低阶模到高阶模的变化,激光器的振荡阈值升高,光束质量变差;在同一抽运位置增大LD电流时,输出光从高阶模向低阶模转化,光斑中心向此时的抽运中心轴靠拢. 相似文献

采用双激光二极管阵列(LDA)侧面交错抽运Nd:YAG晶体,通过电光调Q的方式获得1064 nm动态脉冲激光输出.这种抽运结构可以使晶体内的增益场与谐振腔基模实现良好的匹配,易于得到良好的光束质量和大能量输出.抽运源采用峰值功率为100 W的准连续LDA,采用直接贴近抽运的方式,KD*P晶体作为电光Q开关.并应用高斯光束传输的ABCD定律,计算了谐振腔稳区范围,给出了较为合理的谐振腔参数.所设计的激光器在重复频率20 Hz,抽运能量1200 mJ时,获得了最大输出能量151 mJ,脉宽8.48 ns的1064 nm动态激光输出,光-光转换效率为12.6%. 相似文献

Ho:YLF晶体的^5I7和^5I8斯塔克能级分裂数较多。形成2047~2070nm宽的增益谱带,对于可调谐2μm激光及宽带激光放大器研究具有重要意义。理论上分析了(Tm,Ho):YLF晶体的能级结构。并对晶体掺杂浓度和长度进行了优化。实验研究了激光二极管抽运微片Tm(原子数分数0.06).Ho(原子数分数0.004):YLF激光谱线可调谐特性。调谐范围2.0656~2.0671μm。利用(Tm,Ho):YLF晶体的宽增益谱特性.将其作为激光二极管抽运激光放大器。成功地将2.048μm(Tm,Ho):GdVO1激光功率放大了2.5倍。实验上测量了(Tm,Ho):YLF晶体在强抽运条件下480~492nm及530~550nm可见波段的上转换蓝绿光荧光谱。 相似文献

This paper demonstrated a high power and high beam quality
diode-pumped 1319-nm Nd:YAG master oscillator-power amplifier laser
system. A thermally near-unstable resonator with four-rod
birefringence compensation flat--flat cavity was adopted as the
master oscillator. A solid etalon was inserted in the unidirectional
ring resonator to compress the laser linewidth. Under a repetition
rate of 500~Hz and pulse width of 160~\mus, the master oscillator
delivers an average output power of 16.8~W at 1319~nm with linear
polarisation, beam quality factor M^{2} = 1.16 and linewidth of
3.2~GHz. A double-pass power amplifier with two amplifier stages was
employed for higher power scaling and the output power was amplified
to be 25.9~W with M^{2} = 1.43. 相似文献

This paper reports on the characterization of a diode-side-pumped CW Nd:YAG laser. A side-pumped configuration with 9 laser diodes is used for the laser. Pump light is directly coupled into the Nd:YAG rod without focusing lenses and the pump light distribution in the Nd:YAG rod was calculated. A maximum output power of 150 W in multimode operation is obtained for a pumping power of 400 W. The optical–optical efficiency is 37%. Output power of the laser under different output couplers, resonator lengths and temperatures of the cooling water have been studied. 相似文献
