A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn2(C2O4)2(C3N2H4)2] n (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized with ZnCl2·2H2O, oxalic acid and imidazole. The compound has a 2D network, consisting of infinite zinc(II) oxalate chains connected to each other by three-coordinate oxygen atoms. Within the chains, the zinc atoms are each octahedrally coordinated by one nitrogen atom from imidazole and five oxygen atoms from oxalate groups. Furthermore, there are two coordination modes of oxalate to zinc ions: chelate bis-bidentate and chelate/bridging bis-bidentate in compound 1, and the latter is rare among related compounds. Two different products are obtained when 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (PzdcH2) reacts separately with two copper(II) salts: Cu(OAc)2 and CuCl2. One product is a mononuclear CuII complex Cu(PzdcH)2·2H2O, the other is a linear polymeric copper(II) complex [Cu(PzdcH)2·2H2O]n, whose structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction at room temperature. The polymeric complex is composed of copper(II) ions, PzdcH- anions and crystal water molecules. The Cu(1) atom is located in elongated octahedral coordination environment with six donor atoms: O(1), N(1), O(1a), N(1a), O(3b) and O(3c) from four different PzdcH- anions. The two oxygen atoms O(3b) and O(3c) come from the carboxylic acid group of the PzdcH- anion of the upper and lower layers, so that an infinite chain constitutes the crystal lattice. There are very strong hydrogen bond interactions between chains which lead to a three-dimensional structure. The magnetic susceptibility of the polymeric complex [Cu(PzdcH)2·2H2O]n has been determined in the 1.5–300K range. A study of magnetic properties shows that a weak antiferromagnetic interaction exists between two copper(II) ions.  相似文献

以2,6-二甲基吡嗪为配体合成了一个一价铜的二维配位聚合物[Cu2(2,6-dmpyz)Cl2]n(1)(2,6-dmpyz:2,6-二甲基吡嗪),并利用元素分析,红外光谱,热重分析以及单晶X-射线衍射对配合物(1)进行了表征。晶体学数据:三斜晶系,P-1空间群,a=3.8168(3),b=8.0319(7),c=15.0128(15),α=83.9300(10),β=87.819(2),γ=77.9240(10),V=447.47(7)3,Z=2,S=1.064,最终残差因子(I2σ(I))R1=0.0724,wR2=0.1983,对于全部数据R1=0.0897,wR2=0.2491。单晶结构分析结果表明,2,6-二甲基吡嗪扮演桥连配体的角色将一维阶梯状结构单元[Cu Cl]n连成二维平面结构。  相似文献

A novel 5-aminoisophthalate compound, [Mn(C8H5NO4)(H2O]n(2nH2O 1, has been synthesized by the hydrothermal assembly of 5-aminoisophthalic acid with manganese acetate. Ele- mental analysis, X-ray crystal structure analyses, IR spectra, FT-Raman and ESR were carried out for the structural determination and characterization of the title compound. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.7562(2), b = 8.6121(3), c = 8.7107(2)(A), α = 85.411(2), β = 76.030(2), γ = 66.510(2)o, V = 517.76(3)(A)3, MnC8H11NO7, Mr = 288.12, Z = 2, Dc = 1.848 g/cm3, μ = 1.300 mm-1, F(000) = 294, R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.1043 for 1652 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).  相似文献

A new polymeric copper complex, viz.catena‐poly[[[μ‐N,N′‐bis(3‐amino­propyl)oxa­mid­ato‐κ6N,N′,O:N′′,N′′′,O′]­dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐dicyan­amido‐1:1′κ2N1:N5;2:2′κ2N1:N5], [Cu2(C8H16N4O2)(C2N3)2]n or [Cu(oxpn)0.5{N(CN)2}]n [where H2oxpn is N,N′‐bis(3‐amino­propyl)­ox­amide], has been ­synthesized by the reaction of Cu(oxpn), [Cu(ClO4)2]·6H2O and NaN3. In the crystal structure, the Cu atom is five‐coordinate and has a square‐pyrimidal (SP) configuration. In the polymer, dicyan­amide (dca) groups link CuII cations in a μ‐1,5‐bridging mode, generating novel ladders in which each step is composed of dimeric [Cu2(oxpn)]2+ cations. Abundant hydrogen bonds connect the polymer ladders into a two‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

A new 3-D copper(II) complex, formulated as [Cu2(btec)(en)2] n (1) [H4btec = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylate, and en = ethylenediamine], was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis of 1 reveals that copper(II) connect by μ6-bridging btec to form a 3-D coordination polymer, in which four carboxylates of btec show monodentate and bidentate coordination. Complex 1 was used as solid bulkmodifier to fabricate renewable carbon paste electrode (1-CPE) by direct mixing method. The cyclic voltammogram of 1-CPE displayed one-electron quasi-reversible redox waves in potential range 300 to ?300 mV due to Cu(II)/Cu(I). Moreover, 1-CPE showed electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite.  相似文献

合成了1个新的二维层状配位聚合物{[Zn(C6H8O4S)(C10H8N2)]·(H2O)2}n(C6H8O4S-=3,3’-硫代二丙酸根,C10H8N2=4,4-联吡啶),并对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱表征、TG分析和单晶X射线的表征.结果表明:该配位聚合物属单斜晶系,P2/n空间群,晶胞参数a=1.055 9(2)nm,b=0.556 98(11)nm,c=1.550 0(3)nm,β=94.82(3)°,Z=2,F(000)=448,最终R=0.062 8,wR=0.134 7.在配位聚合物分子中,锌离子与2个不同的3,3’-硫代二丙酸根中的2个羧酸O原子及2个不同的4,4’-联吡啶分子中的2个N原子配位,形成了扭曲的四面体结构.每个硫代二丙酸根桥联2个锌原子形成一维链状结构.链与链之间进一步通过4,4’-联吡啶分子连接,形成了一个二维层状结构.分子间氢键作用的结果使配合物具有三维网络结构.  相似文献

以Nd(NO3).6H2O和NH2C6H4COOH为原料,经[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]的自组装,得到了具有三维网络结构的配位聚合物[Nd(C7H6NO2)3.H2O]n。该聚合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/n,a=0.98069(5)nm,b=2.2736(2)nm,c=0.98254(8)nm,β=100.053(5)°,V=2.1571(3)nm^3,Z=4。最后的一致性因子R=0.038。磁性研究表明,该化合物在低温下表现出反铁磁性质。测定了化合物的UV-vis-NIR和IR光谱,进行了分析和指认。  相似文献

A new Cd(II) coordination polymer, [Cd(PMP)2] n (1) [PMP = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone], has been synthesized by the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O with PMP and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, UV–vis spectrum, TG–DTA, and electrochemical analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the complex has a three-dimensional network. Each PMP acts as bidentate bridging ligand and each Cd(II) center is surrounded by two O atoms and two N atoms from four different PMP ligands to form distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The photoluminescence study shows the complex exhibited strong solid state blue fluorescent emission at room temperature, and the TG–DTA analysis demonstrated that it has highly thermal stability. Furthermore, the electrochemical property of the complex has been investigated for the first time in DMF by cyclic voltammetry, and the results showed that it has an irreversible process.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Zn(BDOA)(Py)2(H2O)] n (I) (BDOA = benzene-1,4-dioxylacetate, Py = pyridine), has been prepared via self-assembly of benzene-1,4-dioxylacetate with zinc nitrate under mild conditions and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction single-crystal analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 15.5751(9), b = 6.0898(4), c = 21.7133(13) Å, V = 1991.9(2) Å3, β = 104.719(1)°, Z = 4. The zinc atoms are bridged by BDOA ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along the z axis. A two-dimensional layer structure is formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The thermal decomposition profile of the complex is reported as well.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of (NH(4))(6)Mo(7)O(24).4H(2)O, CuCl(2).2H(2)O, and 4,4'-bipyridine yields bipyridine-ligated copper-trimolybdate monohydrate [Cu(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(Mo(3)O(10))].H(2)O in the monoclinic system with space group of C(2/c) and cell parameters of a = 15.335(2) A, b = 15.535(2) A, c = 15.106(2) A, beta = 101.162(2) degrees, V = 3530.7(9) A(3), and Z = 8. Its structure consists of one-dimensional infinite ([Mo3O10]2-)( infinity ) chains linked through [Cu2(H2O)2(4,4'-bipy)] units. The Mo-O chain contains distorted [MoO(6)] octahedra connected through corner-sharing oxygen atoms into infinite chains along the c direction and each chain is located in the channel formed by four adjacent crossing chains of [Cu(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)](n)(2n+). The crystal shows weak conductivity through Mo-O chain along the c direction and insulating property along either a or b direction. Furthermore, a crystalline bimetallic oxide, CuMo3O10, forms when the title compound undergoes thermal treatment in N(2) atmosphere after the complete removal of the ligands.  相似文献
