首次制备了用Si3N4,SiO2,TiH4超细粉末填充的改性壳聚精膜,并将其用于乙醇/水混合液的分离中。实验表明壳聚糖膜经超细粉末填充后强度增大,溶胀度减小。用于乙醇/水混合液渗透蒸发分离时,分离因子和渗透通量都有提高,并在填充量为16.7%附近出现极大值。随着料液中乙醇含量的增大,渗透通量减小,分离因子增大;随着料液温度的升高渗透通量显著增大,分离因子则稍有下降。并简单讨论了超细粉末在乙醇/水混合液分离中的作用。  相似文献

通过二次生长法在α-Al2O3支撑体表面合成了PHI分子筛膜,考察了晶种合成方式、二次生长合成温度及时间对形成PHI分子筛膜的影响.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对合成膜进行表征.结果表明:载体表面合成出了PHI分子筛;二次生长法合成出的PHI分子筛膜连续、致密,膜厚约为20 μm.利用渗透汽化技术对甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇和叔丁醇等不同分子尺寸的醇/水体系进行分离性能的研究,同时考察原料液中水含量对所制备的PHI分子筛膜的分离性能的影响.结果表明:PHI分子筛膜对几种醇水体系都具有良好的分离效果,随着水含量的增加,水的渗透通量呈增大趋势,乙醇和甲醇的理想分离因子有所降低,异丙醇和叔丁醇的理想分离因子增大.  相似文献

多元分离体系在膜内传递过程中 ,其分离特性不仅受渗透组分与膜材料之间的相互作用的影响 ,同时也受控于膜内组分间的耦合效应的影响 .研究了渗透组分在膜界面上的溶胀分配关系 ,从理论上描述了溶胀过程中的耦合效应 .讨论了渗透组分在扩散传递过程中膜内各组分所形成的浓度场分布 ,以此研究了强相互作用下膜过程中的传递行为 .对乙醇 水体系在壳聚糖膜和硫酸交联壳聚糖膜的渗透汽化实验结果表明了耦合效应的存在以及对分离性能的影响  相似文献

本文对烃类在不同ZSM-5分子筛上吸—脱附的动态行为进行了研究。描述了程序升温脱附过程中扩散系数和扩散活化能的计算模型;测定了环己烷在ZSM-5分子筛样品上的迎头流出曲线。发现环己烷在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附存在着可逆和不可逆两个过程,后者受环己烷在分子筛内部孔道的扩散所制约,同时不同样品上吸附性能的差异与X-射线衍射峰的特征以及甲醇转化为汽油的反应性能之间存在着密切关系。谱图属A 型的ZSM-5分子筛对环己烷有较大的吸附量、较小的孔道扩散障碍和较好的甲醇转化反应稳定性。  相似文献

药物渗透系数是考察复合物膜的药物释放性能的重要参数. 本文以溶解性不同的两种药物扑热息痛和5-氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)为模型药物研究了其在壳聚糖-纤维素硫酸钠聚电解质复合物膜中的渗透性能. 结果表明:壳聚糖-纤维素硫酸钠聚电解质复合物膜的渗透性能与其溶胀性能密切相关;复合物膜中壳聚糖和纤维素硫酸钠的配比、相对分子量和pH值对膜的渗透性能和溶胀性能影响显著,以扑热息痛作为模型药物研究了壳聚糖-纤维素硫酸钠聚电解质复合物膜在模拟胃肠液中对药物的渗透性能. 通过调整该复合物膜的配方,可以使该膜分别实现胃、小肠和结肠定位释药的目的.  相似文献

采用二次生长法在多孔α-Al2O3载体上制备MFI型(ZSM-5和silicate-1)分子筛膜;通过XRD和SEM检测,证明所合成的分子筛膜为致密、交联和无取向的MFI型分子筛膜,厚度为5 μm;单组分气体渗透实验检测中,所制备样品膜的N2渗透量均小于10-11 mol/(m2·s·Pa),可认为其无缺陷;同时,考察了样品分子筛膜对H2S/CH4混合气的分离效果,在渗透压分别为0.3和0.5 MPa时,silicate-1分子筛膜的H2S/CH4的分离因子分别为1.99和4.44,而ZSM-5分子筛膜的CH4/H2S的分离因子分别为6.71和12.85。  相似文献

<正>Ultra-fine silicalite-1 particles were modified with four kinds of chlorosilanes(dodecyltrichlorosilane, octyltrichlorosilane,hexadecyltrichlorosilane and octadecyltrichlorosilane) and characterized by FI-IR,TGA,contact angle measurements and BET analysis.It was found that the surface hydrophobicity of silicalite-1 particles was improved significantly as the alkyl group was strongly bonded to the particle surface.Modified silicalite-1 particles were incorporated into PDMS(poly(dimethylsiloxanediol)) membranes,which were applied for the pervaporation separation of ethanol/water mixtures.The effect of surface properties,zeolite loading and operation conditions on pervaporation performance of the membranes was investigated.The separation factor of PDMS membranes filled with modified silicalite-1 increased considerably compared with that filled with unmodified ones,and the total flux decreased with increasing zeolite loading. The solution and diffusion selectivity of hybrid membranes were also measured to explain the pervaporation properties of silicalite-1 filled PDMS membranes.It was found that modification of silicalite-1 with dodecyltrichlorosilane effectively improved the solution and diffusion selectivity of silicalite-1 filled PDMS membranes with high zeolite loading.This may be attributed to the high surface hydrophobicity of modified silicalite-1 and its good integration with PDMS membranes.Both the high separation factor and solution selectivity indicated that modification of silicalite-1 with chlorosilanes was an effective method to improve the selectivity of silicalite-1/PDMS hybrid membranes for ethanol.  相似文献

Homogeneous and composite chitosan based membranes were prepared by the solution casting technique. The membranes were investigated for the pervaporation dehydration of isopropanol-water systems. The effects of feed concentration and temperature on the separation performance of the membranes were studied. In terms of the pervaporation separation index (PSI), the composite membrane was more productive than the homogeneous membrane for pervaporation of feed with high isopropanol content. It was observed that permeation increased and the separation factor decreased with the temperature. Modification of the homogeneous chitosan membrane by chemical crosslinking with hexamethylene diisocyanate improved the permselectivity but reduced the permeation rate of the membrane.  相似文献

采用热涂-浸渍法在大孔α-Al2O3载体上形成薄且致密的晶种层,然后在不添加有机模板剂的含氟条件下二次水热生长法制备了高性能丝光沸石分子筛膜,考察了NaF含量、硅/铝比对丝光沸石分子筛膜形貌和性能的影响.将摩尔组成为6Na2O:1.2Al2O3:30SiO2:780H2O:1.5NaF条件下合成的丝光沸石分子筛膜用于渗透汽化分离91.5%乙醇/水体系,在渗透汽化温度70°C、真空度为400Pa条件下,分离因子和通量分别达到了6872和0.51kg/(m2·h);另外,在分离异丙醇/水、乙酸/水体系时,渗透侧水浓度达到了100%(在色谱检测极限范围内),该分离系数是目前报道的丝光沸石分子筛膜分离的最佳值,并在乙酸浓度为1mol/L的乙醇水溶液中表现出良好的耐酸性.该膜有望作为膜反应器在乙酸乙酯等酯类的生产中大大提高转化率.  相似文献

Different viscosity grade sodium alginate (NaAlg) membranes and modified sodium alginate membranes prepared by solution casting method and crosslinked with glutaraldehyde in methanol:water (75:25) mixture were used in pervaporation (PV) separation of water+acetic acid (HAc) and water+isopropanol mixtures at 30 °C for feed mixtures containing 10–50 mass% of water. Equilibrium swelling experiments were performed at 30 °C in order to study the stability of membrane in the fluid environment. Membranes prepared from low viscosity grade sodium alginate showed the highest separation selectivity of 15.7 for 10 mass% of water in the feed mixture, whereas membranes prepared with high viscosity grade sodium alginate exhibited a selectivity of 14.4 with a slightly higher flux than that observed for the low viscosity grade sodium alginate membrane. In an effort to increase the PV performance, low viscosity grade sodium alginate was modified by adding 10 mass% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with varying amounts of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) from 5 to 20 mass%. The modified membranes containing 10 mass% PEG and 5 mass% PVA showed an increase in selectivity up to 40.3 with almost no change in flux. By increasing the amount of PVA from 10 to 20 mass% and keeping 10 mass% of PEG, separation selectivity decreased systematically, but flux increased with increasing PVA content. The modified sodium alginate membrane with 5% PVA was further studied for the PV separation of water+isopropanol mixture for which highest selectivity of 3591 was observed. Temperature effect on pervaporation separation was studied for all the membranes; with increasing temperature, flux increased while selectivity decreased. Calculated Arrhenius parameters for permeation and diffusion processes varied depending upon the nature of the membrane.  相似文献

The framework and thickness of synthesized ZSM-5 membranes were characterized using static and dynamic adsorption methods. It is shown that the adsorptive properties of the membranes are the same as ZSM-5 zeolite, the average thickness of the membranes was 13 μm calculated from the adsorptive ability, which matched very well with the result measured by scanning electron micrograph. The results also shown that zeolite membranes have greated adsorptive ability than zeolite powders. The high Si/Al rate zeolite membranes have selective ability on ethanol/water, and this interpreted the separation of ethanol-water mixtures with the membranes.  相似文献

以ZSM-5/丝光沸石(MOR)复合分子筛为催化剂,对混合C4烃的催化转化反应进行了评价,并采用程序升温脱附和原位红外光谱技术对ZSM-5/MOR的酸性进行了表征. 结果表明,与ZSM-5相比, MOR具有很低的催化活性,但ZSM-5/MOR复合分子筛具有较高的催化活性,随着ZSM-5/MOR复合分子筛中ZSM-5含量的增加, C4烃转化率稍有升高;在C4烃转化率大致相同的情况下,乙烯和丙烯的总选择性比较接近,但苯和甲苯的总收率却快速升高. 随着ZSM-5/MOR复合分子筛中ZSM-5含量的增加,弱酸和中强酸的酸量逐渐减少,强酸的酸量有所增加. 由于ZSM-5/MOR复合分子筛中MOR对ZSM-5起到分散作用而产生更多的L酸中心,且此L酸中心处于分子筛的外表面而具有较高的能量,导致苯和甲苯的总收率升高.  相似文献

以ZSM-5/ZSM-57复合分子筛为催化剂, 考察了其对混合C4烃催化转化的反应性能. 采用氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)和吡啶吸附傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱技术表征复合分子筛的酸性质. 结果表明, 当复合分子筛中ZSM-5的含量较低时, 比ZSM-5具有更高的催化活性及乙烯和丙烯选择性, 这是因为此时复合分子筛酸强度较高、酸量较多, 且小孔ZSM-57有利于乙烯和丙烯的择形反应. 而当复合分子筛中ZSM-5的含量较高时, 具有较高的苯和甲苯选择性, 其原因可能是其孔结构及共晶生长时的结构匹配性对芳构化反应有利.  相似文献

For the purpose of separating aqueous alcohol mixtures by the use of the pervaporation and vapor permeation techniques, a surface resintering expanded poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (e-PTFE), membrane was investigated. The surface properties of the modified e-PTFE membranes were characterized by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and contact angle meter. The X-ray diffraction measurements show that the crystallinity of the e-PTFE membrane decreases with increasing the surface resintering temperature. The surface roughness decreases with the surface resintering temperature increases. The membrane exhibited water selectivity during all process runs. The effects of feed composition, surface resintering temperature, and molar volume of the alcohols on pervaporation and vapor permeation were investigated. Compared with the e-PTFE membrane without surface modified, the e-PTFE membrane with surface resintering treatment effectively improve the separation factor for pervaporation of aqueous alcohol mixtures. The separation performances of e-PTFE membranes in vapor permeation are higher than that in pervaporation.  相似文献

Three different types of blend membranes based on chitosan and polyacrylic acid were prepared from homogeneous polymer solution and their performance on the pervaporation separation of water-ethanol mixtures was investigated. It was found that all membranes are highly water-selective. The temperature dependence of membrane permselectivity for the feed solutions of higher water content (>30 wt%) was unusual in that both permeability and separation factor increased with increase in temperature. This phenomenon might be explained from the aspect of activation energy and suggested that the sorption contribution to activation energy of permeation should not always be ignored when strong interaction occurs in the pervaporation membrane system.A comparison of pervaporation performance between composite and homogeneous membranes was also studied. Typical pervaporation results at 30°C for a 95 wt% ethanol aqueous solution were: for the homogeneous membrane, permeation flux = 33 g/m2 h, separation factor = 2216; and for the composite membrane, permeation flux = 132 g/m2 h, separation factor = 1008. A transport model consisting of dense layer and porous substrate in series was developed to describe the effect of porous substrate on pervaporation performance.  相似文献
