研究了晶种存在下,丙烯酸/乙酸乙烯酯无规共聚物对二水合硫酸钙从过饱和水溶液中结晶动力学的影响。发现该共取物存在下CaSO4·2H2O的结晶过程存在诱导期。诱导期随共聚物浓度或共聚物中乙酸乙烯酯含量的增加而增加,随温度、晶种含量或初始钙离子浓度的降低而增加。诱导期后的结晶生长速度与共聚物浓度、共聚物组成和晶种用量几乎无关。 相似文献

用乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)和丙烯酸(AA)进行溶液聚合制备(乙酸乙烯酯-co-丙烯酸)共聚物[P(VAc-co-AA)],研究了不同单体投料比时的聚合反应速率,结果表明:反应时间一定,随AA含量增加,聚合反应速率降低,转化率降低;反应5小时后,不同AA含量体系的转化率差别减小;傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)测试结果表明AA与VAc发生共聚.用氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为催化剂对P(VAc-co-AA)进行醇解制得产物聚乙烯醇(PVA),通过X-射线衍射(XRD)测定了醇解产物结晶度,进一步考察了醇解产物在70℃水中的溶解性.结果表明:与聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)的醇解产物相比,P(VAc-co-AA)的醇解产物结晶度有所下降,在水中的溶解性提高. 相似文献

乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)是原油常用的降凝剂(PPDs),但其分子结构相对比较单一,对部分油品降凝效果不佳。 为了提高EVA的降凝效果,使用硬脂酰氯与羟基化的EVA直接反应的方法制备烷基长链接枝改性EVA,并与带有烷基长链的倍半硅氧烷(SS)纳米粒子进行复配。 研究了改性EVA和SS复配降凝剂对蜡油的降凝效果和降凝机理。 结果表明:复配降凝剂为蜡提供晶核,使蜡晶变小并降低蜡的沉淀量,导致蜡油中形成的蜡晶难以搭接在一起,形成了松散的结构,当复配质量比m(EVA-g)∶m(SS-L)=1∶2时,在蜡油中的质量分数为0.1%时,蜡油倾点降低了25 ℃。 相似文献

以过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,淀粉与丙烯酸/醋酸乙烯酯混合单体通过接枝共聚,制备了吸水及耐盐性能均较好的淀粉接枝丙烯酸/醋酸乙烯酯高吸水性树脂(CGAV)。最佳工艺条件为:淀粉10.0 g,m(混合单体)∶m(淀粉)=4∶1,w(引发剂)=0.3%,w(交联剂)=0.05%,于45℃反应2h~3 h。在最佳工艺条件下制得的CGAV吸去离子水率760 g.g-1,吸0.9%NaC l水溶液率68 g.g-1。 相似文献

The copolymerizations of a gaseous monomer (ethylene) and a liquid monomer (vinyl acetate) via emulsion and miniemulsion polymerizations are reported. Reactions in which the vinyl acetate was introduced in both batch and semibatch modes are carried out. (Ethylene introduction is always in a semibatch model since the polymerization is carried out under a constant pressure of ethylene in the reactor headspace.) The results are compared, drawing the conclusion that miniemulsion copolymerization has an advantage over conventional emulsion polymerization for monomers with very low water solubility (including gaseous monomers) due to their nucleation in monomer droplets without transport through the aqueous phase.

Butterfly-like calcium carbonate(CaCO3) particles were successfully prepared via a facile precipitation reaction of Na2CO3 with CaCl2 in the presence of sodium polyacrylate(PAAS). The as-prepared samples were characterized with field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Butterfly-like CaCO3 particles composed of three segment rods were obtained. Rod aggregates would act as the template for butterfly-like CaCO3 crystals consisted of regular shaped crystallites with 150―200 nm in diameter. The influences of reaction temperature, the amount of PAAS and reaction time on the nucleation and growth of CaCO3 crystals were investigated. The possible growth mechanism of CaCO3 crystals was discussed. This research can not only make us further understand the general principles of the reaction, but also open up a new avenue of industrial production of CaCO3 particles with exquisite and unique morphologies. 相似文献

采用EDAX, XRD和SEM等方法对大庆油田三元复合驱结垢样品中碳酸钙的结晶特性及形貌特征进行了研究. 结果表明, 结垢样品中的碳酸钙呈现出球形、棒状和花状等形貌特征和层状生长的结晶特征. 部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)降低了重烷基苯磺酸盐(HABS)表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(cmc), 促进了其胶束化作用; HABS使溶液中HPAM链的刚性增强, 负电吸引能力增强; 二者均会形成模板, 导致结垢样品中的碳酸钙具有不同的形貌特征. 聚丙烯酰胺和表面活性剂的存在未改变结垢样品中碳酸钙的层状生长特征. 相似文献
