The emission of fragments (A≥16) from reaction of 4He with 197Au has been studied at bombarding energy of 12.7 GeV. Policarbonate Makrofol in sandwich form was used as a detector. Fragments produced in the experiment were identified and an event by event model-free analysis was performed. The decay channels ending with one, two or more (three, four) fragments were detected. A classification scheme based on the multiplicity (MH) of heavy fragments (A≥40) was used in order to define multifragmentation (MH = 0), spallation (MH = 1) and fission (MH = 2) events. The various experimental features of the fragmentation process are discussed.  相似文献

The processes of production of fragments Z 8 in the interactions of 12.7 GeV 4He with U, Pb, Au and Ag have been analyzed using the polycarbonate track detector Makrofol. A sandwich technique was used which enables direct evidence for multiple fragment emission by a single nucleus. The decay channels ending with one, two or more (three, four) fragments were detected. A classification scheme based on the multiplicity of heavy fragments MH (Z> 20) was used in order to identify events belonging to the different reaction channels. Cross sections, excitation energies and multiplicities of intermediate mass fragments (8 Z 20) have been evaluated for various reaction mechanisms. The experimental features of the fragmentation process have been analyzed as a function of the target mass.  相似文献

Using an extended version of quantum hadrodynamics,I propose a new microscopic equation of state(EoS)that is able to correctly reproduce the main properties of symmetric nuclear matter at the saturation density,as well as produce massive neutron stars and satisfactory results for the radius and the tidal parameter.I show that this EoS can reproduce at least a 2.00 solar mass neutron star,even when hyperons are present.The constraints about the radius of a 2.00 M and the minimum mass that enables a direct Urea effect are also checked.  相似文献

A study of the experimental behavior of the reversible (Mrev) and the irreversible (Mirr) DCD magnetization components in enhanced-remanence SmCo films was carried out. The evolution of the DCD Mrev and Mirr components were determined at room temperature by measuring sets of first-order reversal curves from different points on the initial magnetization curve and the demagnetization curve. From these data, Mrev(Mirr)Hi curves were built, Hi being the internal field of the sample. Recent studies show that the behavior of the Mrev(Mirr) curves at a constant internal field can be used as an indicator of the mechanism of reversal magnetization. The non-monotonic behavior showed by these curves at low fields in our material, seems to be associated with an incoherent mechanism of magnetization reversal in the nanograins of SmCo.  相似文献

研究MC与Mn+1ACn(M=Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn; A=Al, Si, P, S; n=1, 2, 3)结构的稳定性与电子特征有利于探究三元层状结构Mn+1ACn稳定性的内在原因和设计新型Mn+1ACn结构. 第一性原理计算研究表明, M-3d与C-2p轨道间的电子转移对MC与Mn+1ACn 的形成焓有较大影响. 供电子能力较强的前过渡金属可以形成稳定的MC结构. 计算结果显示, MC结构是缺电子体系, 其趋向于与具有一定供电子能力的MA结构结合形成Mn+1ACn. 与M2PC和M2SC 相比, M2AlC和M2SiC可以更为容易地被分离成二维 M2C结构. 关键词: MAX相结构 第一性原理 电子结构 过渡金属碳化物  相似文献

We make a simple observation that if one of the right-chiral neutrinos is very heavy or its Yukawa couplings to the standard lepton doublets are negligible, so that it effectively decouples from the see-saw mechanism, the prediction for the baryon asymmetry of the universe resulting from leptogenesis depends only on the masses M1 and M2 of the remaining two right-chiral neutrinos and the element of the neutrino Yukawa coupling. For M25M1 the lower bound on M1 and also on Treh, resulting from the requirement of ‘successful leptogenesis’ is then significantly increased compared to the one computed recently by Buchmüller et al. in the most general case. Within the framework of thermal leptogenesis, the only way to lower this limit is then to allow for sufficiently small mass difference M2M1.  相似文献

绕弹体的超声速气流与发动机喷流相互作用,在尾部形成复杂的干扰流场。本文用有限差分法求解全N-S方程,对这一复杂流场进行了数值模拟,得到了实验观察到的各种流场结构及其随喷口压力比的变化规律。外流M=1.94,Re=2.2×105,喷流Mj=3.0,喷口压力比pj/p分别为1.03,0.527,0.15三种。差分算法为一种改进的Beam-Warming格式。计算底部压力和激波在喷流中心的反射位置与实验数据进行了比较,吻合较好。  相似文献

A new scheme which generates multi-frequency terahertz (THz) waves from planar waveguide by the optimized cascaded difference frequency generation (OCDFG) is proposed. A THz wave with frequency ωT1 is generated by the OCDFG with two infrared pump waves, and simultaneously a series of cascaded optical waves with a frequency interval ωT1 is generated. The THz wave with a frequency of M-times ωT1 is generated by mixing the m-th-order and the (m+M)-th-order cascaded optical wave. The phase mismatch distributions of cascaded difference frequency generation (CDFG) are modulated by changing the thickness of planar waveguide step by step, thereby satisfying the phase-matching condition from first-order to high-order cascaded Stokes process step by step. As a result, the intensity of THz wave can be enhanced and modulated by controlling the cascading order of OCDFG.  相似文献

提出了一种基于混沌激光多位量化的高速物理随机数实时产生方法.利用外腔反馈混沌半导体激光器作为物理熵源,通过时钟速率为7 GHz的多位模数转换器对其采样量化,生成6位有效位的二进制随机比特,然后利用现场可编程软件抽取低2位有效位的随机序列并进行自延迟异或处理,获得了实时速率为14 Gb/s的物理随机数.该随机数具有良好的统计随机性,可成功通过随机数行业测试标准(NIST SP 800-22).  相似文献

We address the problem of the continuum limit for a system of Hausdorff lattices (namely lattices of isolated points) approximating a topological space M. The correct framework is that of projective systems. The projective limit is a universal space from which M can be recovered as a quotient. We dualize the construction to approximate the algebra C(M) of continuous functions on M. In a companion paper we shall extend this analysis to systems of noncommutative lattices (non-Hausdorff lattices).  相似文献

We consider finite approximations of a topological space M by noncommutative lattices of points. These lattices are structure spaces of noncommutative C*-algebras which in turn approximate the algebra C(M) of continuous functions on M. We show how to recover the space M and the algebra C(M) from a projective system of noncommutative lattices and an inductive system of noncommutative C*-algebras, respectively.  相似文献

Polycrystalline Ni nanowires were electrodeposited in nanoporous anodized alumina membranes with mean diameter of approximately 42 nm. Their magnetic properties were studied at 300 K, by measurements of recoil curves from demagnetized state and also from saturated state. Mrev and Mirr components were obtained and Mrev(Mirr)H curves were constructed from the experimental data. These curves showed a behavior that suggests a non-uniform reversal mode influenced by the presence of dipolar interactions in the system. A qualitative approach to this behavior is obtained using a Stoner–Wohlfarth model modified by a mean field term and local interaction fields.  相似文献

We describe a diode-pumped master-oscillator power-amplifier system with two-rod Nd:YAG media and double-stage relay optics scheme. At the repetition rate of 2.4 kHz it delivers an average power of 108 W with Q-switched pulses of 47 ns duration. The laser beam is characterized by an M2 factor of 2.5×2.7. A model of amplification, which takes into account the temporal overlap between the beams that propagate forwards and backwards in the amplifier stage, was developed to explain the experimental results.  相似文献

The general solutions in the models of closed and open superstring and super p-branes with exotic fractions of the N=1 supersymmetry are considered and the spontaneously broken character of the OSp(1,2M) symmetry of the models is established. It is shown that extending these models by Wess–Zumino terms generates the Dirichlet boundary conditions for superstring and super p-branes. Using the generalized Wess–Zumino terms new OSp(1,2M)-invariant super p-brane and Dp-brane-like actions preserving (M−1)/M fraction of supersymmetry are proposed. For M=32 these models suggest new superbrane vacua of M-theory preserving 31 from 32 global supersymmetries.  相似文献

在硫酸盐掺入稀土元素的研究中, 得到了几种掺入Eu2+的碱土金属硫酸盐磷光体MSO4:Eu2+ (M =Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), 这组磷光体具有与掺入三价稀土离子(Tm3+, Dy3+, Eu3+)的碱土金属硫酸盐截然不同的热释光特性, 热释光三维发光谱中只呈现一个热释光峰, 对γ和βup辐射的热释光剂量响应为线性-亚线性响应. 结果清楚地显现出Eu2+对碱土金属阳离子的等价取代而形成的等电子陷阱对这些磷光体的热释光特性起了关键性的作用, Eu2+等电子陷阱与基质中的本征缺陷SO42-形成的缺陷复合体作为热释光多阶段过程的基本作用单元, 基本上产生一次作用热释光事件. SrSO4:Eu2+是一种典型的等电子陷阱发光的磷光体, 它具有相当高的热释光和光释光发光效率.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel, polarization-insensitive scheme for multiwavelength nonreturn-to-zero to return-to-zero format conversion at 10 Gb/s rate with significant timing-jitter suppression and signal-to-noise ratio improvement. The scheme utilizes a self-starting electroabsorption-modulator based optoelectronic oscillator that simultaneously generates a 10 GHz-rate microwave signal and a train of 15 ps-wide optical pulses with 40 fs timing jitter (100–10 MHz range). Under direct optical injection locking of the oscillator with an incoming data stream, we demonstrate the extraction of a high-quality clock that enables in-line format conversion of multiple, synchronized nonreturn-to-zero channels.  相似文献

We discuss the existence of θ-vacua in pure Yang-Mills theory in two space-time dimensions. More precisely, a procedure is given which allows one to classify the distinct quantum theories possessing the same classical limit for an arbitrary connected gauge group G and compact space-time manifold M (possibly with boundary) possessing a special basepoint. For any such G and M it is shown that the above quantizations are in one-to-one correspondence with the irreducible unitary representations (IUR's) of π1(G) if M is orientable, and with the IUR's of π1(G)/2π1(G) if M is non-orientable.  相似文献

A Finslerian manifold is called a generalized Einstein manifold (GEM) if the Ricci directional curvature R(u,u) is independent of the direction. Let F0(M, gt) be a deformation of a compact n-dimensional Finslerian manifold preserving the volume of the unitary fibre bundle W(M). We prove that the critical points g0 F0(gt) of the integral I(gt) on W(M) of the Finslerian scalar curvature (and certain functions of the scalar curvature) define a GEM. We give an estimate of the eigenvalues of Laplacian Δ defined on W(M) operating on the functions coming from the base when (M, g) is of minima fibration with a constant scalar curvature H admitting a conformal infinitesimal deformation (CID). We obtain λ ≥ H/(n − 1) (Δf = λf). If M is simply connected and λ = H/(n − 1), then (M, g) is Riemannian and is isometric to an n-sphere. We first calculate, in the general case, the formula of the second variationals of the integral I (gt) for G = g0, then for a CID we show that for certain Finslerian manifolds, I″(g0) > 0. Applications to the gravitation and electromagnetism in general relativity are given. We prove that the spaces characterizing Einstein-Maxwell equations are GEMs.  相似文献
