Fluoro- und aminofluoro-silanes react with the lithium salt of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine under LiF elimination and substitution. Alkyl- and amino-fluorosilanes give O-fluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines, arylfluorosilanes give N-fluorosilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines. By the further reaction of O-difluorosilyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine with the lithiated hydroxylamine, O,O′-fluoromethylsilyldi[N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine] is formed. On heating N-difluorophenylsilyl-N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamine di[fluorophenylsilyl(methyl)amino]pentamethylsiloxane is formed by methyl group migration. The NMR and mass spectra of the compounds are reported.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of four new uranyl complexes with [O,N,O,N′]-type ligands are described. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the phenolic ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L1 in a 1:2 molar ratio (M to L), yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL1)(NO3)] · CH3CN (1). In the presence of a base (triethylamine, one mole per ligand mole) with the same molar ratio, the uranyl complex [UO2(HL1)2] (2) is formed. The reaction between uranyl nitrate hexahydrate and the ligand [(N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-t-butylbenzyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylenediamine)], H2L2, yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL2)(NO3)] · 2CH3CN (3) and the ligand [N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)amine], H2L3, in the presence of a base yields a uranyl complex with the formula [UO2(HL3)2] · 2CH3CN (4). The molecular structures of 14 were verified by X-ray crystallography. The complexes 14 are zwitter ions with a neutral net charge. Compounds 1 and 3 are rare neutral mononuclear [UO2(HLn)(NO3)] complexes with the nitrate bonded in η2-fashion to the uranyl ion. Furthermore, the ability of the ligands H2L1–H2L4 to extract the uranyl ion from water to dichloromethane, and the selectivity of extraction with ligands H2L1, H3L5 (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)-3-amino-1-propanol), H2L6 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-1-aminobutane · HCl) and H3L7 · HCl (N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butyl-3-methylbenzyl)-6-amino-1-hexanol · HCl) under varied chemical conditions were studied. As a result, the most efficient and selective ligand for uranyl ion extraction proved to be H3L7 · HCl.  相似文献

Spectroscopic and theoretical studies were carried out for O,O,O-trimethyl selenophosphate molecule. DFT structural and vibrational calculations were performed at 6-311++G∗∗ level. Ar/matrix-FTIR spectra were recorded. A coexistence of different conformers with C3 and C1 symmetries was detected at different temperatures. Spectral evidence of a lower energy Cs conformer was found. These conclusions are consistent with the results from DFT calculations. A tentative assignment of the features observed in the Ar/matrix-FTIR spectra is proposed.  相似文献

Treatment of the chloro-bridged dinuclear complex [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}(μ-Cl)]2 (1) with homobidentate [P,P], [As,As], [N,N], and heterobidentate [P,As], [P,N] ligands in a 1:1 molar ratio gave the dinuclear complexes [{Pd[3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N](Cl)}2{μ-L}] (L = Ph2PC4H6(NH)CH2PPh2 (2); Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2 (3); 1,3-(NH2CH2)2C6H4 (4); Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2 (5); Ph2P(CH2)2NH2 (6)), with the bidentate ligands bridging the two cyclometallated fragments.The reaction with the homobidentate ligands in a 1:2 molar ratio in the presence of NaClO4 afforded the mononuclear compounds [[Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,P}][ClO4] (L = Ph2PC4H6(NH)CH2PPh2 (7); (o-Tol)2P(CH2)2P(o-Tol)2 (8)), [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2-As,As}][ClO4] (9) and [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-N,N}][ClO4] (L = NH2(CH2)3NH2 (10); NH2(C6H8)CH2(C6H8)NH2 (11); 1,3-(NH2CH2)2C6H4 (12); 1,3-(NH2)2C5H3N (13); NH2(C6H4)O(C6H4)NH2 (14); NMe2(CH2)2NMe2 (15)), in which the chloro ligands are absent and the bidentate ligands are chelated to the palladium atom.Reaction of 1 with Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2 in 1:2 molar ratio in acetone in the presence of NH4PF6 afforded the analogous mononuclear compound [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2-P,As}][PF6] (16); whereas reaction with Ph2P(CH2)3NH2 gave [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{Ph2P(CH2)3N(CMe2)-P,N}][PF6] (17), derived from intermolecular condensation between the aminophosphine and acetone. Condensation of the NH2 group was precluded by change of solvent, using dichloromethane.Iminophoshines also reacted with 1 in 1:2 molar ratio in acetone to give a new series of mononuclear cyclometallated complexes: [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,N}][ClO4] (L = Ph2PC6H4C(H)NCy (20); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NC(CH3)3 (21); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNMe2 (22); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNHMe (23); Ph2PC6H4C(H)NNHPh (24)). Analogous complexes with a stable P,O-chelate were obtained using bidentate [P,O] donor ligands: [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)N(Cy)-C6,N}{L-P,O}][Cl] (L = 2-(Ph2P)C6H4CHO (25); Ph2PN(Me)C(O)Me (26)).The crystal structures of compounds 1, 5, 15, 16, 18, 20 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction between o-(hydroxymethyl)phenoxyacetaldehyde dimethyl acetals, or 3-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-5H-1,4-benzodioxepins with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), has been studied. The intramolecular cyclization may be explained through a neighboring group attack to give a 2-(5-fluorouracil-1-yl)oxyranium ion that can be attacked by the silylated benzylic hydroxy group to yield the benzannelated seven-membered O,N-acetals. The formation of a macrocyclic trans-bis(5-FU O,N-acetal) is also reported. Such a compound arrested the human MCF-7 breast cancer cells at the Go/G1 phase of the cell cycle. On the contrary, the acyclic nitro O,N-acetal seems to work as a 5-FU prodrug, because it arrested cancer cells at the S phase as the well-known prodrug Ftorafur does.  相似文献

A new dinitrogen rhenium(I) complex with a picolinate ligand has been prepared and fully characterized, providing the first example of a genuine NN complex bearing a carboxylate or a N,O-coligand. The Lever electrochemical EL ligand parameter was estimated for the first time for the picolinate ligand and shows that its carboxylate arm has a net electron-donor character similar to that of chloride, thus stabilizing the trans Re-N2 bond.  相似文献

The reaction of boron heterocycles 1 and 2 with n-butyl lithium and alkyl halides led to (N→B) phenyl[N-alky-N-(2-alkyl)aminodiacetate-O,O′,N]boranes 36(ab), 7(b) and 9(b), where alkyl can be in exo and/or endo position, and phenyl[N-alkyl-N-(2-alkyl)aminodiacetate-O,O′,N]boranes 7(c) and 8(c) isomers, which do not display the intramolecular N→B coordination bond. The existence of steric interactions between N-benzyl and the alkyl group at 2 position was indicated by 1H and 13C NMR, while, the δ(11B) values confirm the tetrahedral and trigonal environment of the 11B nucleus in these compounds. Moreover, the compounds were characterized by COSY, HETCOR and homonuclear proton decoupling experiment. The study of the intramolecular N→B coordination by dynamic NMR afforded a ΔG‡ value of 81.09 kJ/mol for compound 6(b).  相似文献

Two novel assembling systems 3 and 4, with the structures of C6F5CF2?H+N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me2)N+H?CF2C6F5 and C6F5CF2I?N(Me)2CH2CH2(Me)2N?ICF2C6F5, respectively, have been generated from the solution of heptafluorobenzyl iodide 1 and N,N,N,N-tetramethylethylenediamine 2 in dichloromethane. Their structures have been characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy. Intermolecular N?I halogen bond and F?H hydrogen bond are revealed to be the driving forces for their formation.  相似文献

The reaction of trifluoroacetaldehyde N,O-acetals with more than 2 equiv of alkyllithiums at −78 °C resulted in regiospecific defluorinative alkylation with unusual regioselectivity to give α,α-difluoroketone N,O-acetals in excellent yield. In contrast, under similar conditions, trichloroacetaldehyde N,O-acetals gave simple mono-dechlorinated product without the alkyl transfer reaction from alkyllithiums to the generated intermediates.  相似文献

N,N,O-Tridentate ligands 1-9 were prepared from the condensation of amines with nine aromatic aldehydes or ketones. These ligands are thermally stable and neither air- nor moisture-sensitive. Combination of either 2-methoxy-6-[(pyridine-2-ylmethylimino)-methyl]-phenol, 1 or 2-(benzothiazol-2-yl-hydrazonomethyl)-4,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol, 6 with Pd(OAc)2 furnished an excellent catalyst precursor for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of various aryl bromides with arylboronic acids. The effects of varying solvents, bases, and ligand/palladium ratios on the performance of the coupling reaction were investigated. The molecular structures of both free ligand 1 and its palladium acetate complex 10 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The DFT studies revealed that the catalytic performance of palladium complexes involving this type of a ligand may differ greatly upon a small variation in its structure.  相似文献

Secondary amides undergo in situ silyl imidate formation mediated by TMSOTf and an amine base, followed by addition to acetal acceptors to provide N-acyl-N,O-acetals in good yields. An analogous, high-yielding reaction is observed with 2-mercaptothiazoline as the silyl imidate precursor. Competing reduction of the acetal to the corresponding methyl ether via transfer hydrogenation can be circumvented by the replacement of CY2NMe with 2,6-lutidine under otherwise identical reaction conditions.  相似文献

Various N,N-dimethyl amides, N-methoxy-N-methyl amides, and isopropyl esters were smoothly transformed into the corresponding nitriles in good to moderate yields by the treatment with diisobutylaluminium hydride, followed by treatment with molecular iodine in aq ammonia. The present reactions are novel one-pot and practical methods for the transformation of N,N-disubstituted amides and isopropyl esters into nitriles, through the formation of hemiaminal O-AlBu2 and hemiacetal O-AlBu2, respectively.  相似文献

We succeeded in the synthesis of N,N-dimethyl-2-trifluoroacetyl-1-naphthylamine (10) by the regioselective deacylation of N,N-dimethyl-2,4-bis(trifluoroacetyl)-1-naphthylamine with trifluoroacetic acid and water. The aromatic nucleophilic substitutions of 10 with various amines, thiols and alcohols proceeded cleanly to give the corresponding N-N, N-S and N-O exchanged products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of N-acetoxy-N-(1-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,5-b]indol-3-yl)acetamide, 7, its N-pivaloyloxy analogue, 9, and improved synthesis of indole-2-acetonitrile, 3 (70% in five steps from indole-2-carboxylic acid), the carcinogenic amine Trp-P-2, 4 (40% from 3), and the nitro compound, 5 (40% from 4 by oxidation with H2O2 using Mo(CO)6 catalyst). In aqueous solution at neutral pH, 7 primarily undergoes C-O bond cleavage to yield the hydroxamic acid, 8, but under the same conditions the sterically hindered 9 decomposes predominately by N-O bond cleavage with a pH independent rate constant that is 7.5-fold smaller than that for 7. In the pH range 0.5-7.0 three different processes for the decomposition of 9 were detected by kinetics. Only the process that dominates at neutral pH generates a nitrenium species that can be trapped by N3.  相似文献

2-Alkyloxazolines and 2-alkylthiazolines react with 2-halobenzoyl chlorides to form N-(2-halobenzoyl)-cyclic ketene-N,O-acetals and N-(2-halobenzoyl)-cyclic ketene-N,S-acetals in excellent yields, respectively. These ketene acetals readily undergo stereocontrolled aryl radical cyclizations to afford the central six-membered rings of substituted-2,3,10,10α-tetrahydrooxazolo[3,2-b]isoquinolin-5-ones and their 2,3,10,10α-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-b]isoquinolin-5-one analogs. The tertiary N,O- and N,S-radicals formed upon aryl radical reaction at the ketene-N,X(X=O, S)-acetal double bond appear to have reasonable stability. The stereoselectivity in hydrogen abstractions by these intermediate radicals from both Bu3SnH and (Me3Si)3SiH was investigated. The N,S-heterocyclic fused ring products may have potential medical value.  相似文献

The mechanism of uv (λ > 325 nm) photodegradation of polypropylene (PP) containing N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (T4MPD) has been investigated by means of ESR spectroscopy. The observed spectra after uv irradiation of both isotactic-PP (IPP) and stereoblock-PP (SPP) samples in vacuum at 77 K consisted principally of a broad singlet which was assigned to a T4MPD cation radical (T4MPD). On the other hand, the spectrum observed after irradiation of an atactic polypropylene (APP) sample at 77 K in vacuum was resolved into several components which decayed almost up to ca. 263 K to give rise to the broad singlet of T4MPD. One component was a sharp quartet which was assigned to a methyl radical, ·CH3·. The other component, a singlet, was attributed to a trapped electron, et?.By comparison of the ESR spectrum of deuterated T4MPD with that of the normal compound it was found that 60 ~ 70% of the methyl radicals arose from the added T4MPD due to β-scission, which also formed the N,N,N′-trimethyl-p-phenylenediamine radical, T3MPD·. The T3MPD· radical presumably captures an electron at lower temperatures to become a carbanion, T3MPD?, which releases the electron to reproduce the T3MPD· radical at elevated temperatures. This production of the radical T3MPD· due to the liberation of an electron provides an explanation for the observed increase in intensity of the decay curve in the temperature range from ? 168 K to 185 K. The remaining fraction, 30 ~ 40%, of the total methyl radicals was produced from the PP matrix by an energy transfer from the excited T4MPD1 to the PP matrix. The broad singlet which appeared in the temperature range near 195 K was attributed to an acyl radical ~CH2CH(CH3)CH2?O from the observed g-value. By photoillumination of this sample this broad singlet was converted reversibly into the quartet which was assigned to the radical ~CH2CH(CH2·)CH2CHO.  相似文献
