Let ξ=f(z) be a K-quasiconformal mapping (K-Q.C.) in the complex plane, f(∞)=∞. The image of the real axis under ξ=f(z) is a quasicirclz and the points ξ=f(z) and ξ=f(z) are a pair of symmetric points of the circle, we know that the connection between the quasicircle and the quasiconformal extention is essential. The distortion estimates of the quasicircle and of the symmetric points are both interesting. In this paper, the authors show some monotonicity and concavity of the classical psi function, by which several known results are improved and some new asymptotically sharp estimates are obtained for this function. In addition, applying the new results to the psi function,the authors improve the well-known lower and upper bounds for the approximate evaluation of Euler's constant γ.  相似文献

This note deals with the existence and uniqueness of a minimiser of the following Grtzsch-type problem inf f ∈F∫∫_(Q_1)φ(K(z,f))λ(x)dxdyunder some mild conditions,where F denotes the set of all homeomorphims f with finite linear distortion K(z,f)between two rectangles Q_1 and Q_2 taking vertices into vertices,φ is a positive,increasing and convex function,and λ is a positive weight function.A similar problem of Nitsche-type,which concerns the minimiser of some weighted functional for mappings between two annuli,is also discussed.As by-products,our discussion gives a unified approach to some known results in the literature concerning the weighted Grtzsch and Nitsche problems.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and investigate a new subclass of the function class Σ of bi-univalent functions of the Mocanu-convex type defined in the open unit disk, satisfy Ma and Minda subordination conditions. Furthermore, we find estimates on the Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and |a3| for functions in the new subclass introduced here. Further Application of Hohlov operator to this class is obtained. Let C ′(α,β) be the class of functions f(z)=(a~nz~n)from n=2 to ∞ analytic in D ={z:|z|1},satisfying for some convex function g(z) with g(0) = g ′(0) ? 1 = 0 and for all z in D the condition ((zf′(z))/(g(z))-1)/(((zf′(z))/(g(z))+(1-2a))β for some α,β(0≤α1,0β≤1).A sharp coefficient estimate,distortion theorems and radius of convexity are determined for the class C ′(α,β).The results extend the work of C.Selvaraj.  相似文献

FINITE ELEMENT METHODS FOR SOBOLEV EQUATIONS   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
A new high-order time-stepping finite element method based upon the high-order numerical integration formula is formulated for Sobolev equations, whose computations consist of an iteration procedure coupled with a system of two elliptic equations. The optimal and superconvergence error estimates for this new method are derived both in space and in time. Also, a class of new error estimates of convergence and superconvergence for the time-continuous finite element method is demonstrated in which there are no time derivatives of the exact solution involved, such that these estimates can be bounded by the norms of the known data. Moreover, some useful a-posteriori error estimators are given on the basis of the superconvergence estimates.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the quotient of hypergeometric functions μ_a(r) in the theory of Ramanujan's generalized modular equation for a ∈(0, 1/2]. Biorthogonal multiple wavelets are generated from refinable function vectors by using the multiresolution analysis.In this paper we provide a general method for the construction of compactly supported biorthogonal multiple wavelets by refinable function vectors which are the solutions of vector refinement equations of the form (?)(x)=(?)a(α)(?)(Mx-α),x∈R~s, where the vector of functions(?)=((?)_1,...,(?)_r)~T is in(L_2(R~s))~r,a=:(a(α))_(α∈Z~s)is a finitely supported sequence of r×r matrices called the refinement mask,and M is an s×s integer matrix such that lim_(n→∞)M~(-n)=0.Our characterizations are in the general setting and the main results of this paper are the real extensions of some known results.  相似文献

The initial boundary value problem for a Kirchhoff equation with Lipschitz type continuous coefficient is studied on bounded domain. Under some conditions, the energy decaying and blow-up of solution are discussed. A non-autonomous allelopathic phytoplankton model with feedback controls is considered in this paper. By constructing some suitable Lyapunov type extinction functions, some sufficient conditions for the extinction of the system are obtained. For the autonomous case, by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, we show that one species is extinct and the rest species is globally attractive. In this paper, the sharp distortion theorems of the Fr′echet-derivative type for a subclass of biholomorphic mappings which have a parametric representation on the unit ball of complex Banach spaces are established, and the corresponding results of the above generalized mappings on the unit polydisk in C~n are also given. Meanwhile, the sharp distortion theorems of the Jacobi determinant type for a subclass of biholomorphic mappings which have a parametric representation on the unit ball with an arbitrary norm in C~n are obtained, and the corresponding results of the above generalized mappings on the unit polydisk in C~n are got as well. In this paper,we first establish the sharp two-sided heat kernel estimates and the gradient estimate for the truncated fractional Laplacian under gradient perturbation ■,where ■ is the truncated fractional Laplacian,α∈(1,2) and b ∈ K_d~(α-1).In the second part,for a more general finite range jump process,we present some sufficient conditions to allow that the two sided estimates of the heat kernel are comparable to the Poisson type function for large distance |x-y|in short time.  相似文献

The boundary behavior of the Bergman kernel function of a kind of Reinhardt domain is studied. Upper and lower bounds for the Bergman kernel function are found at the diagonal points (Z,(Z-)). Let Ω be the Reinhardt domainm(X) where αj>0,j=1,2,…,n,N=N1+N2+…+Nn,‖Zj‖ is the standard Euclidean norm in CNj,j=1,2,…,n; and let K(Z,(W-)) be the Bergman kernel function of Ω. Then there exist two positive constants m and M,and a function F such that mF(Z,(Z-))≤K(Z,(Z-))≤MF(Z,(Z-))holds for every Z∈Ω. Here (X) and r(Z)=‖Z‖α-1 is the defining function of Ω. The constants m and M depend only on α=(α1,…,αn) and N1,N2,…,Nn,not on Z. This result extends some previous known results.  相似文献

In this paper,we give a definition of Bloch mappings defined in the unit polydisk D~n, which generalizes the concept of Bloch functions defined in the unit disk D.It is known that Bloch theorem fails unless we have some restrictive assumption on holomorphic mappings in several complex variables.We shall establish the corresponding distortion theorems for subfamiliesβ(K)andβ_(loc)(K) of Bloch mappings defined in the polydisk D~n,which extend the distortion theorems of Liu and Minda to higher dimensions.As an application,we obtain lower and upper bounds of Bloch constants for various subfamilies of Bloeh mappings defined in D~n.In particular,our results reduce to the classical results of Ahlfors and Landau when n=1.  相似文献

This paper deals with maximum norm error estimates of conforming finite element approximate solutions for the stationary and nonstationary Navier-Stokes problems in a plane bounded domain, using the so-called velocity-pressure mixed variational formulation. Quasi-optimal maximum norm error estimates of the velocity and its first derivatives, and the pressure are obtained for conforming finite element approximations of the stationary Navier-Stokes problem by some estimates of the Green function and their finite element approximations for Stokes problem. Moreover, with the method of Navier-Stokes projection, quasi-optimal maximum norm error estimate results are shown for semidiscrete conforming finite element approximations of the nonstationary Navier-Stokes problem.  相似文献
