2-(Alkoxycarbonylmethylidene)-4-aryl-5-(dialkylamino)thiophen-3(2H)-ones were synthesized by condensation of N,N-(dialkyl)arylthioacetamides with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates. Intermediate substituted vinylic sulfides were isolated. When heated or in the presence of an acid or a base, they undergo cyclization into thiophenes. 相似文献

Reactions of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with (N-isocyanimino)triphenylphosphorane in the presence of 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione proceed smoothly at room temperature to afford dialkyl (Z)-2-(5,7-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazepin-2-yl)-2-butenedioates in high yields. The stereochemistry of the final products were confirmed by single crystal X-ray structure determination. The reaction is completely stereoselective. 相似文献

An efficient catalyst-free microwave-assisted synthesis of tetrasubstituted pyrroles using dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and substituted monophenacylanilines has been developed. Axial chirality has been noticed in some N-(α-naphthyl/2-isopropylphenyl)-2,3-dicarbethoxy-4-arylpyrroles, but not with N-aryl-2,3-dicarbethoxy-4-(α-naphthyl)pyrrole. 相似文献

Abstract
A novel synthesis of pyrazole-4-carboxamides is reported. The reaction of N-(3-(dimethylamino)-2-formylacryloyl)formamide, an intermediate obtained by Vilsmeier–Haack formylation of acetonitrile, with hydrazine hydrate or monosubstituted hydrazines provides such compounds in good yields. This method has advantages over other methods for construction of such ring systems previously described in the literature. 相似文献6.

An efficient synthesis of dialkyl 2-(diphenoxyphosphoryl)-3-(alkylthio)succinates, as a mixture of two diastereomers, in 78–90% yields, is described via reaction between alkylthiols, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and triphenyl phosphite. The structures of products were deduced from their high-field 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR spectra, and IR spectral data. Since these hosphonate esters possess two stereogenic centers, two diastereomers with gauche HCCH arrangements are possible. Observation of 3 J HH = 3.5-4.6 Hz for the vicinal methine protons confirmed the dominance of the gauche arrangement. A mechanism is proposed for the formation of products. 相似文献

Abstract
An effective diastereoselective synthesis of (S)-N,N-diethyl-2-formyl-2-(methoxymethoxy)butanamide and (S)-2-formyl-2-(methoxymethoxy)butanoic acid ethyl ester, which are two key chiral building blocks for the synthesis of 20(S)-camptothecins, has been developed by employing an asymmetric bromolactonization using (R)-proline. Abstract
An efficient synthesis method for the preparation of a series of new (Z)- and (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles was developed. The reaction of (Z)- and (E)-3-styrylchromones with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding (Z)- and (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles, except for nitro derivatives, where both (Z)- and (E)-4′-nitro-3-styrylchromones afforded (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-nitrostyryl)pyrazoles. The reaction mechanism for these transformations is discussed and the stereochemistries of all products were established by NMR experiments. 相似文献12.
As a continuation of our work on the reaction of N-pyridylmethyl-3,5-dimethylbenzamide N-oxides with acetic anhydride, we now report a study of the reaction of N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-3,5-dimethylbenzam.de N-oxide ( 5 ) and N-(3-pyridylmethyl)-3,5-dimethylbenzamide N-oxide ( 6 ) with acetic anhydride. Compound 5 gave N,N′-di(3,5.dimethylbenzoyl)-1,2-di(2.pyridyl)ethenediamine ( 7 ) and 3,5-dimethylbenzamtde ( 8 ). Compound 6 afforded three products formulated as 2-acetoxy-3-(3,5-dimethylbenzoylaminomethyl)pyridine ( 12 ), 3-(3,5-dimethylbenzoylaminomethyl)-2-pyridone ( 13 ) and 5-(3,5-dimethylbenzoylaminomethyl)-2-pyridone ( 14 ). 3-substituted amidrazones with maleic anhydride, and isomerized into the (E) isomers by heating under reflux in acetic acid solution. The molecular structure of the compounds obtained was confirmed
by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and by X-ray crystallography for (2E)-3-(4,5-diphenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)prop-2-enoic acid. The antiviral and immunomodulating activity of several of the compounds was examined.

from slag, the preconcentration of the extract, and the conversion of the analytes into dialkyl methylphos-phonates with the
use of optically active alcohols. In this case, a solution of AgNO3 in 4-methyl-2-pentanol or a sodium alcoholate solution was used for the derivatization of VX or sarin, respectively. The
resulting dias-tereomers were determined by gas chromatography with the use of a flame-photometric detector. The analysis

An efficient synthesis of novel N-(3-furanyl)pyrrolecarboxamides and N-(3-furanyl)pyrazolecarboxamides is presented starting from furan-3-carboxylic acid. Two complementary strategies to 2-aryl-3-furanamines with directed ortho lithiation, functionalization of the 2-position, and subsequent cross-coupling reaction as key steps were developed.
