The synthesis of bifunctional pyridine and quinolione derivatives were investigated using terephthalic and isophthalic aldehydes as a precursor. The reaction proceeds under microwave irradiation with good yield (70–92%) and short reaction time (7–9 min.). We provide a rapid and efficient method of synthesizing a range of bifunctional monocyclic and bicyclic products related to 1,4‐dihydropyridines (1,4‐DHPs).  相似文献

Extraction of a solid with the nominal composition “K2GeBi” with 1,2‐diaminoethane (en) in the presence of 4,7,13,16,21,24‐hexaoxa‐1,10‐diazabicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane (crypt‐222) afforded the salt [K(crypt‐222)]4(Ge4Bi14). The 18‐atom Zintl anion (Ge4Bi14)4− has a heretofore unknown molecular topology, which can be thought of as the formal condensation product of two E113− cages along a shared Ge4 waist. In this way, (Ge4Bi14)4− represents the largest and most structurally complex Bi‐containing polyanion. We describe its stepwise formation, its geometric and electronic structure, and comment on relative stabilities of isomers with different distributions of the four Ge atoms on the 18 positions that were investigated using DFT calculations.  相似文献

The metal‐directed self‐assembly of biphenylantimony trichloride and homocarboxylic acids LH [L = 2‐CHO‐C6H4COO ( 1 ), 2, 3‐2F‐C6H4COO ( 2 ), 4‐CF3–C6H4COO ( 3 )] provided three novel tetranuclear organoantimony(V) complexes, which were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy as well as melting point, and X‐ray single crystal analysis. In the molecular structure, four hexacoordinate antimony atoms are linked into a [Sb2(μ‐O)2]2(μ‐O)2 “cage” architecture by oxo‐bridges which are terminally bridged by two carboxyl groups.  相似文献

A volume of 132 Å 3 is enclosed by the title compound 1 , which thus offers plenty of room for potential guest molecules. The synthesis from 2 [{Cp*RhCl2}2] and 4 [CpCo(CN)3] begins with the construction of a “molecular square” whose corners are alternately occupied by Co and Rh centers.
