Five novel ortho‐, meta‐, and para‐methyl‐substituted triphenylmethyl methacrylate monomers, such as o‐tolyldiphenylmethyl methacrylate (o‐MeTrMA), di‐o‐tolylphenylmethyl methacrylate (o‐Me2TrMA), tris‐o‐tolylmethyl methacrylate (o‐Me3TrMA), tris‐m‐tolylmethyl methacrylate (m‐Me3TrMA), and tris‐p‐tolylmethyl methacrylate (p‐Me3TrMA) have been synthesized. The methanolysis rates of these monomers were measured in CDCl3‐CD3OD (1:1, v/v) by 1H NMR spectroscopy at 30 °C. It was found that the order of the methanolysis rates would be TrMA<o‐MeTrMA<o‐Me2TrMA<o‐Me3TrMA<m‐Me3TrMA except p‐Me3TrMA, which exhibited very good stability to methanolysis. The asymmetric polymerization of these monomers was investigated by chiral anionic complexes as initiators. The results showed that the ability to form a helical chain was effected not only by the types of chiral complex initiators, but also by the position and number of methyl‐substituted groups at the benzene rings of TrMA. The order of the ability of polymerization was o‐MeTrMA >o‐Me2TrMA>o‐Me3TrMA and m‐Me3TrMA> p‐Me3TrMA>o‐Me3TrMA. These differences would be attributed to the different sizes and “propeller” steric structures of the bulky side groups. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A four‐stage reaction sequence has been designed and developed for the synthesis of highly functionalized enolate esters as key building blocks for the synthesis of novel heteropolycyclic compounds of potential pharmaceutical value. The sequence starts with simple commercially available indoles and proceeds via 3‐(indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐oxopropanenitriles, which react with 2‐bromobenzaldehyde to form the corresponding chalcones; these are readily reduced to dihydrochalcones, which are in turn acylated to form the enolate esters. The compounds in this sequence have been characterized by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, by mass spectrometry and by elemental analysis. The molecular and supramolecular structures are reported for representative examples, namely (E )‐3‐(2‐bromophenyl)‐2‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indole‐3‐carbonyl)acrylonitrile, C19H13BrN2O, (Ib ), (2RS )‐2‐(2‐bromobenzyl)‐3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐oxopropanenitrile, C19H15BrN2O, (IIb ), and (2RS )‐3‐(1‐benzyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(2‐bromobenzyl)‐3‐oxopropanenitrile, C25H19BrN2O, (IIc ), the latter two of which crystallize with Z ′ = 2, and (E )‐1‐(1‐acetyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐(2‐bromophenyl)‐2‐cyanoprop‐1‐en‐1‐yl acetate, C22H17BrN2O, (III), and (E )‐1‐(1‐benzyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐(2‐bromophenyl)‐2‐cyanoprop‐1‐en‐1‐yl benzoate, C32H23BrN2O, (IV). The structure of the related chalcone (E )‐2‐benzoyl‐3‐(2‐bromophenyl)prop‐2‐enenitrile, (V), has been redetermined at 100 K, where it is monoclinic, as opposed to the triclinic form reported at ambient temperature.  相似文献

5‐Benzylamino‐3‐tert‐butyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C20H23N3, (I), and its 5‐[4‐(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]‐, C21H22F3N3, (III), and 5‐(4‐bromobenzyl)‐, C20H22BrN3, (V), analogues, are isomorphous in the space group C2/c, but not strictly isostructural; molecules of (I) form hydrogen‐bonded chains, while those of (III) and (V) form hydrogen‐bonded sheets, albeit with slightly different architectures. Molecules of 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐methylbenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C21H25N3, (II), are linked into hydrogen‐bonded dimers by a combination of N—H...π(arene) and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, while those of 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐chlorobenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C20H22ClN3, (IV), form hydrogen‐bonded chains of rings which are themselves linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. Simple hydrogen‐bonded chains built from a single N—H...O hydrogen bond are formed in 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(4‐nitrobenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C20H22N4O2, (VI), while in 3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzylamino)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C23H29N3O3, (VII), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, pairs of molecules are linked into two independent centrosymmetric dimers, one generated by a three‐centre N—H...(O)2 hydrogen bond and the other by a two‐centre N—H...O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The protected poly‐Aib oligopeptides Z‐(Aib)n‐N(Me)Ph with n=2–6 were prepared according to the ‘azirine/oxazolone method’, i.e., by coupling amino or peptide acids with 2,2,N‐trimethyl‐N‐phenyl‐2H‐azirin‐3‐amine ( 1a ) as an Aib synthon (Scheme 2). Following the same concept, the segments Z‐(Aib)3‐OH ( 9 ) and H‐L ‐Pro‐(Aib)3‐N(Me)Ph ( 20 ) were synthesized, and their subsequent coupling with N,N′‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC)/ZnCl2 led to the protected heptapeptide Z‐(Aib)3‐L ‐Pro‐(Aib)3‐N(Me)Ph ( 21 ; Scheme 3). The crystal structures of the poly‐Aib oligopeptide amides were established by X‐ray crystallography confirming the 310‐helical conformation of Aib peptides.  相似文献

Molecules of 1,3‐dimethyl‐7‐(4‐methylphenyl)pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C16H15N3O2, (I), are linked by paired C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric R22(10) dimers, which are linked into chains by a single π–π stacking interaction. A single C—H...O hydrogen bond links the molecules of 7‐(biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐1,3‐dimethylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C21H17N3O2, (II), into C(10) chains, which are weakly linked into sheets by a π–π stacking interaction. In 7‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐3‐methylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C14H10FN3O2, (III), an N—H...O hydrogen bond links the molecules into C(6) chains, which are linked into sheets by a π–π stacking interaction. The molecules of 7‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐methylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C15H13N3O3, (IV), are also linked into C(6) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, but here the chains are linked into sheets by a combination of two independent C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Amino‐ and halofunctional Siloxititanes Amino‐di‐tert‐butylsilanol reacts with tetrabutoxititane in a molar ratio of 2:1 to give di‐n‐butoxi(bis(di‐tert‐butyl‐n‐butoxi)siloxi)titane, (C4H9OSi(CMe3)2‐O)2Ti(OC4H9)2 ( 1 ), and lithium‐di‐tert‐butylchlorosilanolate in a molar ratio of 3:1 to give n‐butoxi(tris(di‐tert‐butyl‐n‐butoxi)siloxi)titane, (H9C4OSi(CMe3)2‐O)3TiOC4H9 ( 2 ). The amino‐di‐tert‐butylsilanol substitutes the four chloroatoms of TiCl4 in the presence of triethylamine as HCl‐acceptor. The tetrakis(amino‐di‐tert‐butyl)siloxititane ( 3 ) is formed. The lithium salt of di‐tert‐butylfluorosilanol reacts with TiCl4 in a molar ratio of 2:1 to give 1, 1, 3, 3‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1‐fluoro‐3‐trichlorotitoxi‐1, 3‐disiloxane, FSi(CMe3)2‐O‐Si(CMe3)2‐O‐TiCl3 ( 4 ). In the reaction of di‐tert‐butyl‐chlorosilanol and TiCl4, the anion [chlorosiloxi‐octa(tri‐μ2‐chlorotitanate)] ( 5 ) with protonated diethylether as counterion is obtained by using diethylether as HCl‐acceptor. The crystal structure determinations of 3 and 5 are reported.  相似文献

The hexanitratolanthanate anion (La(NO3)63?) is an interesting symmetric anion suitable to construct the component of water‐free rare‐earth‐metal ionic liquids. The syntheses and structural characterization of eleven lanthanum nitrate complexes, [Cnmim]3[La(NO3)6] (n=1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, 18), including 1,3‐dimethylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C1mim]3[La(NO3)6], 1 ), 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C2mim]3[La(NO3)6], 2 ), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C4mim]3[La(NO3)6], 3 ), 1‐isobutyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexanetratolanthanate ([isoC4mim]3[La(NO3)6], 4 ), 1‐methyl‐3‐(3′‐methylbutyl)imidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([MC4mim]3[La(NO3)6], 5 ), 1‐hexyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C6mim]3[La(NO3)6], 6 ), 1‐methyl‐3‐octylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C8mim]3[La(NO3)6], 7 ), 1‐dodecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C12mim]3[La(NO3)6], 8 ), 1‐methyl‐3‐tetradecylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C14mim]3[La‐(NO3)6], 9 ), 1‐hexadecyl‐3‐methylimid‐azolium hexanitratolanthanum ([C16dmim]3[La(NO3)6], 10 ), and 1‐methyl‐3‐octadecylimidazolium hexanitratolanthanate ([C18mim]3[La(NO3)6], 11 ) are reported. All new compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, and IR spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, giving the following crystallographic information: monoclinic; P21/c; a=15.3170 (3), b=14.2340 (2), c=13.8954(2) Å; β=94.3453(15)°, V=3020.80(9) Å3, Z=4, ρ=1.764 g cm?3. The coordination polyhedron around the lanthanum ion is rationalized by six nitrate anions with twelve oxygen atoms. No hydrogen‐bonding network or water molecule was found in 1 . The thermodynamic stability of the new complexes was investigated by using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The water‐free hexanitratolanthanate ionic liquids are thermal and moisture stable. Four complexes, namely complexes 8 – 11 , were found to be ionic liquid crystals by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM). They all present smectic A liquid‐crystalline phase.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

A new cyano‐bridged binuclear 4f‐3d complex Sm(DMSO)4‐(H2O)3Cr(CN)6 was synthesized and characterized by single crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 with a=0.9367(2) nm, b = 1.3917(3) nm, c = 1.1212(2) run, β = 99.88(3)° and Z = 2. In this binuclear complex, Sm atom is eight coordinated and linked to the Cr atom by a cyano bridge. The molecules packs to form 3D structure due to the hydrogen bonds among them. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]Cr(CN)6·3H2O (18‐C‐6 represents 18‐crown‐6‐ether) that was synthesized as a byproduct in the preparation of a Gd—Cr complex is also structurally characterized. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P‐l with a = 1.0496(7) nm, b= 1.1567(14) nm, c = 1.3530(13) nm, a = 94.15(9)°, β = 96.04(8)°, γ = 95.25(9)° and Z = l. [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]‐Cr(CN)6·3H2O consists of ionic [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ and [Cr(CN)6]3‐ pairs, of which the [K3(18‐C‐6)3(H2O)4]3+ ion is a trinuclear duster connected by water, and K atoms are eight coordinated by eight oxygen atoms of one 18‐C‐6 and two water molecules.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of Highly Functionalized 2, 3‐Dihydro‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaboroles A series of differently substituted 2, 3‐dihydro‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaboroles has been prepared by various methods. 1, 3‐Di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐trimethylsilylmethyl‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaborole ( 7 ), 2‐isobutyl‐1, 3‐bis(1‐cyclohexylethyl)‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaborole ( 8 ), 1, 3‐bis‐(1‐cyclohexylethyl)‐2‐trimethylsilylmethyl‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaborole ( 9 ) 1, 3‐bis(1‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐propyl)‐2‐trimethylsilylmethyl‐1H‐1, 3, 2diazaborole ( 10 ) and 2‐bromo‐1, 3‐bis(1‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐propyl)‐1H‐1, 3, 2‐diazaborole ( 11 ) were formed by reaction of the corresponding 1, 4‐diazabutadienes with the boranes Me3SiCH2BBr2, iBuBBr2 and BBr3 followed by reduction of the resulting borolium salts [R1 = tBu, Me(cHex)CH, [Me(Et)Ph]C; R2 = Me3SiCH2, iBu, Br] with sodium amalgam. Treatment of 11 and 12 with silver cyanide afforded the 2‐cyano‐1, 3, 2‐diazaboroles 13 and 14 . An alternative route to compound 8 is based on the alkylation of 2‐bromo‐1, 3, 2‐diazaborole 12 with isobutyllithium. Equimolar amounts of 13 and isobutyllithium give rise to the formation of 15 . The new compounds were characterized by 1H‐, 13C‐, 11B‐NMR, IR and mass spectra. The molecular structures of 7 and meso ‐10 were confirmed by x‐ray structural analysis.  相似文献

Heteropentapeptides containing the α‐ethylated α,α‐disubstituted amino acid (S)‐butylethylglycine and four dimethylglycine residues, i.e., CF3CO‐[(S)‐Beg]‐(Aib)4‐OEt ( 4 ) and CF3CO‐(Aib)2‐[(S)‐Beg]‐(Aib)2‐OEt ( 7 ), were synthesized by conventional solution methods. In the solid state, the preferred conformation of 4 was shown to be both a right‐handed (P) and a left‐handed (M) 310‐helical structure, and that of 7 was a right‐handed (P) 310‐helical structure. IR, CD, and 1H‐NMR spectra revealed that the dominant conformation of both 4 and 7 in solution was the 310‐helical structure. These conformations were also supported by molecular‐mechanics calculations.  相似文献

Trifluoromethylated derivatives of Sc3N@Ih‐C80 and Sc3N@D5h‐C80 were synthesized by the reaction with CF3I at 440 °C. HPLC separation of the mixture of Sc3N@D5h‐C80(CF3)n derivatives resulted in isolation and X‐ray structure determination of Sc3N@D5h‐C80(CF3)16, which represents a precursor of the known Sc3N@D5h‐C80(CF3)18. Among the CF3 derivatives of Sc3N@Ih‐C80, two new isomers of Sc3N@Ih‐C80(CF3)14 ( Sc‐14‐VI and Sc‐14‐VII ) were isolated by HPLC, and their molecular structures were determined by X‐ray diffraction, thus enabling a comprehensive comparison of altogether seven isomers. Two types of addition patterns with different orientations of the Sc3N cluster relative to the Ih‐C80 fullerene cage were established. In particular, Sc‐14‐VII represents a direct precursor of the known Sc3N@Ih‐C80(CF3)16‐ II . All molecular structures exhibit an ordered position of a Sc3N cluster inside the fullerene C80 cage.  相似文献

Two samples of dendrimer‐like miktoarm star terpolymers: (poly(tert‐butyl acrylate))3‐(polystyrene‐poly(ε‐caprolactone))3 (PtBA)3‐(PS‐PCL)3, and (PS)3‐(PtBA‐poly(ethylene glycol)3 were prepared using efficient Cu catalyzed Huisgen cycloaddition (click reaction). As a first step, azido‐terminated 3‐arm star polymers PtBA and PS as core (A) were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of tBA and St, respectively, followed by the conversion of bromide end group to azide. Secondly, PS‐PCL and PtBA‐PEG block copolymers with alkyne group at the junction as peripheral arms (B‐C) were obtained via multiple living polymerization mechanisms such as nitroxide mediated radical polymerization (NMP) of St, ring opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐CL, ATRP of tBA. Thus obtained core and peripheral arms were linked via click reaction to give target (A)3‐(B‐C)3 dendrimer‐like miktoarm star terpolymers. (PtBA)3‐(PS‐PCL)3 and (PS)3‐(PEG‐PtBA)3 have been characterized by GPC, DSC, AFM, and SAXS measurements. (PtBA)3‐(PS‐PCL)3 did not show any self‐organization with annealing due to the miscibility of the peripheral arm segments. In contrast, the micro‐phase separation of the peripheral arm segments in (PS)3‐(PtBA‐PEG)3 resulted in self‐organized phase‐separated morphology with a long period of ~ 13 nm. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The molecular and electronic structures, stabilities, bonding features, and magnetoresponsive properties of three‐membered [c‐Ln3]+/0/? (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Gd, Lu) and heterocyclic six‐membered [c‐Ln3E3]q (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Gd, Lu; E = C, N; q = 0 or 1) rings have been investigated by means of electronic structure calculation methods at the DFT level. The [c‐Ln3]+/0/? clusters are predicted to be bound with respect to dissociation to their constituent atoms, the estimated binding energies ranging from 45.8 to 2056.4 kJ/mol. The [c‐Ln3] rings capture easily a planar three‐coordinated nitrogen atom at the center or above the center of the ring yielding the lanthanide nitride clusters [c‐Ln33‐N)] adopting a planar geometry, except [c‐La33‐N)] which exhibits pyramidal geometry. The [c‐Ln33‐N)] clusters are predicted to be bound, with respect to dissociation to N (4S) atom and [c‐Ln3] clusters in their ground states, the binding energies ranging from 53.9 to 257.9 kcal/mol. The six‐membered [c‐Ln3E3]q rings are predicted to be bound with respect to dissociation to LnEq monomers in their ground states with dissociation energies in the range of 173.8 to 318.0 kcal/mol. Calculation of the NICSzz‐scan curves of the clusters predicted a “hermaphrodic” magnetic response of the [c‐Ln3]+/0/? and heterocyclic six‐membered [c‐Ln3E3]q rings, manifested by the coexistence of successive diatropic (aromatic) and paratropic (antiaromatic) zones. The [c‐La3]+/0/? and [c‐Lu3]? are predicted to be weakly antiaromatic, the [c‐Lu3]0/+, [c‐Lu3C3]+, and [c‐Lu3N3] double (σ+π) aromatic, and the [c‐Gd3C3] and [c‐Gd3N3]+ rings (σ+δ)‐aromatic systems. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Hexa‐armed and thiophene (Thi) end‐capped poly(ε‐caprolactone) star polymer (N3P3‐(PCL‐Thi)6), containing cyclotriphosphazene core, was prepared in a four‐step reaction sequence. Ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) and “click chemistry” techniques were employed in the first and final steps, respectively. Hexa‐armed PCL star polymer (N3P3‐(PCL‐OH)6) was successfully synthesized via ROP of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) by using hekzakis(p‐(hydroxymethyl)phenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene as the multisite initiator and tin(II) 2‐ethylhexanoate (Sn(Oct2)) as the catalyst in bulk at 115 °C. Further modifications of the N3P3‐(PCL‐OH)6 were accomplished by derivatization of the hydroxyl‐functional chain ends. The obtained N3P3‐(PCL‐OH)6 was then reacted with 2‐bromo‐2‐methylpropanoyl bromide, and this led to a star polymer with bromide end groups, N3P3‐(PCL‐Br)6. In the third step, N3P3‐(PCL‐Br)6 was azidified with sodium azide (NaN3) in DMF affording N3P3‐(PCL‐N3)6. Conversion of the azide chain end groups into Thi was quantitatively accomplished via the “click reaction” between N3P3‐(PCL‐N3)6 and prop‐2‐yn‐1‐yl 3‐thienyl acetate in the final step. Subsequently, the star polymer with six Thi chain ends (N3P3‐(PCL‐Thi)6) was employed in electrochemical copolymerization with both pyrrole and Thi. Electrochromic properties and electrochromic device application of N3P3‐(PCL‐Thi)6/PThi were also investigated. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The complex poly[[aqua(μ2‐phthalato‐κ2O1:O2){μ3‐2‐[3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]acetato‐κ4N2,N3:O:O′}{μ2‐2‐[3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]acetato‐κ3N2,N3:O}dizinc(II)] dihydrate], {[Zn2(C10H8N3O2)2(C8H4O4)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of 2‐[3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]acetonitrile (PPAN) with zinc(II). Under hydrothermal conditions, PPAN is hydrolyzed to 2‐[3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl]acetate (PPAA). The structure determination reveals that the complex is a one‐dimensional double chain containing cationic [Zn4(PPAA)4]4+ structural units, which are further extended by bridging phthalate ligands. The one‐dimensional chains are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via hydrogen‐bonding and π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

It is well known that pyrimidin‐4‐one derivatives are able to adopt either the 1H‐ or the 3H‐tautomeric form in (co)crystals, depending on the coformer. As part of ongoing research to investigate the preferred hydrogen‐bonding patterns of active pharmaceutical ingredients and their model systems, 2‐amino‐6‐chloropyrimidin‐4‐one and 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4‐one have been cocrystallized with several coformers and with each other. Since Cl and Br atoms both have versatile possibilities to interact with the coformers, such as via hydrogen or halogen bonds, their behaviour within the crystal packing was also of interest. The experiments yielded five crystal structures, namely 2‐aminopyridin‐1‐ium 2‐amino‐6‐chloro‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyrimidin‐3‐ide–2‐amino‐6‐chloropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one (1/3), C5H7N2+·C4H3ClN3O·3C4H4ClN3O, (Ia), 2‐aminopyridin‐1‐ium 2‐amino‐6‐chloro‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyrimidin‐3‐ide–2‐amino‐6‐chloropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one–2‐aminopyridine (2/10/1), 2C5H7N2+·2C4H3ClN3O·10C4H4ClN3O·C5H6N2, (Ib), the solvent‐free cocrystal 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one–2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one (1/1), C5H6BrN3O·C5H6BrN3O, (II), the solvate 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one–2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one–N‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one (1/1/1), C5H6BrN3O·C5H6BrN3O·C5H9NO, (III), and the partial cocrystal 2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one–2‐amino‐5‐bromo‐6‐methylpyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one–2‐amino‐6‐chloropyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one (0.635/1/0.365), C5H6BrN3O·C5H6BrN3O·C4H4ClN3O, (IV). All five structures show R22(8) hydrogen‐bond‐based patterns, either by synthon 2 or by synthon 3, which are related to the Watson–Crick base pairs.  相似文献

These products result from the protonation of the 11‐vertex closo‐cages along the Rh(1)? B(3) edge. These unusual cationic rhodathiaboranes are stable in solution and in the solid state and they have been fully characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. In addition, compound 5 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. One remarkable feature in these structures is the presence of three {Rh(PPh3)(PMe3)}‐to‐{ηn‐SB9H8(Py)} (n=4 or 5) conformers in the unit cell, thus giving an uncommon case of conformational isomerism. [1,1‐(PPh3)2‐3‐(Py)‐closo‐1,2‐RhSB9H8] ( 1 ), that is, the bis‐PPh3‐ligated analogue of compounds 2 and 3 , is also protonated by TfOH, but, in marked contrast, the resulting cation, [1,3‐μ‐(H)‐1,1‐(PPh3)2‐3‐(Py)‐1,2‐RhSB9H8]+ ( 6 ), is attacked by a triflate anion with the release of a PPh3 ligand and the formation of [8,8‐(OTf)(PPh3)‐9‐(Py)‐nido‐8,7‐RhSB9H9] ( 9 ). The result is an equilibrium that involves cationic species 6 , neutral OTf‐ligated compound 9 , and [HPPh3]+, which is formed upon protonation of the released PPh3 ligand. The resulting ionic system reacts readily with H2 to give cationic species [8,8,8‐(H)(PPh3)2‐9‐(Py)‐nido‐8,7‐RhSB9H9]+ ( 7 ). This reactivity is markedly higher than that previously found for compound 1 and it introduces a new example of proton‐assisted H2 activation that occurs on a polyhedral boron‐containing compound.  相似文献

In this study, cyclic poly(3‐hexylthiophene‐2,5‐diyl) (c‐P3HT) with a controlled Mn was synthesized by the intramolecular cyclization of α‐bromo‐ω‐ethynyl‐functionalized P3HT via the Sonogashira coupling reaction. The effect of the cyclic structure, which does not have terminal groups of polymers, on the photoelectric conversion characteristics was investigated in comparison to linear P3HT (l‐P3HT). c‐P3HT was successfully synthesized with Mn ≈ 17,000, dispersity ≈ 1.2, and regioregularity ≈ 99%. The hole mobility was determined to be 5.1 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1 by time‐of‐flight (TOF) experiment. This was comparable to that of l‐P3HT of 5.6 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1. Organic solar cell systems were fabricated with each polymer by blending them with [6,6]‐phenyl‐C71‐butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM). The l‐P3HT:PC71BM system showed a dispersive TOF photocurrent profile for electron transport, whereas a nondispersive profile was observed for c‐P3HT:PC71BM. In addition, an amount of collected electrons in c‐P3HT:PC71BM was greater than that in l‐P3HT:PC71BM for TOF experiments. The photoelectric conversion characteristics were improved by using c‐P3HT rather than l‐P3HT (power conversion efficiency [PCE] = 4.05% vs 3.23%), reflecting the nondispersive transport and the improvement of electron collection. PCEs will be much improved by applying this cyclic concept to highly‐efficient OSC polymers. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. Phys. 2019 , 57, 266–271  相似文献
