The mechanism of CuI‐catalyzed allylic alkylation and the influence of the leaving groups (OPiv, SPiv, Cl, SPO(OiPr)2; Piv: pivavloyl) on the regioselectivity of the reaction have been explored by using density functional theory (DFT). A comprehensive comparison of many possible reaction pathways shows that [(iPr)2Cu]? prefers to bind first oxidatively to the double bond of the allylic substrate at the anti position with respect to the leaving group, and this is followed by dissociation of the leaving group. If the leaving group is not taken into account, the reaction then undergoes an isomerization and a reductive elimination process to give the α‐ or γ‐selective product. If OPiv, SPiv, Cl, or SPO(OiPr)2 groups are present, the optimal route for the formation of both α‐ and γ‐substituted products changes from the stepwise elimination to the direct process, in which the leaving group plays a stabilizing role for the reactant and destabilizes the transition state. The differences to the energy barrier for the α‐ and γ‐substituted products are 2.75 kcal mol?1 with SPO(OiPr)2, 2.44 kcal mol?1 with SPiv, 2.33 kcal mol?1 with OPiv, and 1.98 kcal mol?1 with Cl, respectively; these values show that α regioselectivity in the allylic alkylation follows a SPO(OiPr)2>SPiv>OPiv>Cl trend, which is in satisfactory agreement with the experimental findings. This trend mainly originates in the differences between the attractive electrostatic forces and the repelling steric interactions of the SPO(OiPr)2, SPiv, OPiv, and Cl groups on the Cu group.  相似文献

The closo‐dodecaborate [B12H12]2? is degraded at room temperature by oxygen in an acidic aqueous solution in the course of several weeks to give B(OH)3. The degradation is induced by Ag2+ ions, generated from Ag+ by the action of H2S2O8. Oxa‐nido‐dodecaborate(1?) is an intermediate anion, that can be separated from the reaction mixture as [NBzlEt3][OB11H12] after five days in a yield of 18 %. The action of FeCl3 on the closo‐undecaborate [B11H11]2? in an aqueous solution gives either [B22H22]2? (by fusion) or nido‐B11H13(OH)? (by protonation and hydration), depending on the concentration of FeCl3. In acetonitrile, however, [B11H11]2? is transformed into [OB11H12]? by Fe3+ and oxygen. The radical anions [B12H12] ˙ ? and [B11H11] ˙ ? are assumed to be the primary products of the oxidation with the one‐electron oxidants Ag2+ and Fe3+, respectively. These radical anions are subsequently transformed into [OB11H12]? by oxygen. The crystal structure analysis shows that the structure of [OB11H12]? is derived from the hypothetical closo‐oxaborane OB12H12 by removal of the B3 vertex, leaving a non‐planar pentagonal aperture with a three‐coordinate O vertex, as predicted by NMR spectra and theory.  相似文献

The effect of additional Cu(II) ions on the rate of transformation of S‐(2‐oxotetrahydrofuran‐3‐yl)‐N‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)isothiouronium bromide ( 1 ) into 5‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐2‐[(4‐methoxyphenyl)imino]‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐one ( 2 ) has been studied in aqueous buffer solutions. The reaction acceleration in acetate buffers is caused by the formation of a relatively weakly bonded complex (Kc = 600 L·mol?1) of substrate with copper(II) acetate in which the Cu(II) ion acts as a Lewis acid coordinating the carbonyl oxygen and facilitating the intramolecular attack, leading to the formation of intermediate T±. The formation of the complex of copper(II) acetate with free isothiourea in the fast preequilibrium (Kc) is followed by the rate‐limiting transformation (kCu) of this complex. At the high concentrations of the acetate anions, the reaction is retarded by the competitive reaction of these ions with copper(II) acetate to give an unreactive complex [Cu(OAc)4]2?. The influence of Cu(II) ions on the stability of reaction intermediates and the leaving group ability of the alkoxide‐leaving group compared to the Cu(II)‐uncatalyzed reaction is also discussed.  相似文献

The aim of this research was to study the effect of the initiator on the resulting monomer distribution for the cationic ring‐opening copolymerization of 2‐ethyl‐2‐oxazoline (EtOx) and 2‐phenyl‐2‐oxazoline (PhOx). At first, kinetic studies were performed for the homopolymerizations of both monomers at 160 °C under microwave irradiation using four initiators. These initiators have the same benzyl‐initiating group but different leaving groups, Cl?, Br?, I?, and OTs?. The basicity of the leaving group affects the ratio of covalent and cationic propagating species and, thus, the polymerization rate. The observed differences in polymerization rates could be correlated to the concentration of cationic species in the polymerization mixture as determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy. In a next‐step, polymerization kinetics were determined for the copolymerizations of EtOx and PhOx with these four initiators. The reactivity ratios for these copolymerizations were calculated from the polymerization rates obtained for the copolymerizations. This approach allows more accurate determination of the copolymerization parameters compared to conventional methods using the composition of single polymers. When benzyl chloride (BCl) was used as an initiator, no copolymers could be obtained because its reactivity is too low for the polymerization of PhOx. With decreasing basicity of the used counterions (Br? > I? > OTs?), the reactivity ratios gradually changed from rEtOx = 10.1 and rPhOx = 0.30 to rEtOx = 7.9 and rPhOx = 0.18. However, the large difference in reactivity ratios will lead to the formation of quasi‐diblock copolymers in all cases. In conclusion, the used initiator does influence the monomer distribution in the copolymers, but for the investigated system the differences were so small that no difference in the resulting polymer properties is expected. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Transesterification of R‐substituted phenyl benzoates 1–5 with 4‐methoxyphenol 6 was kinetically investigated in the presence of K2CO3 in dimethylformamide (DMF) at various temperatures. The Hammett plots for the reactions of the 1–5 demonstrate good linear correlations with σ0 constants. Low magnitude of ρLG values indicate that the leaving group departure occurs after the rate‐determining step. The Brønsted coefficient values for the reactions (?0.2, ?0.16, ?0.13 at 15, 24, 36°C, respectively) demonstrate the weak effect of leaving group substituent on the reactivity of R‐substituted phenyl benzoates 1–5 for the reactions with 4‐methoxyphenol 6 in the presence of K2CO3 in DMF. The leaving group substituent effect on free energy (ΔG), enthalpy (ΔH), and entropy (ΔS) of activation was examined. It was shown that the activation parameters obtained depend weakly on the leaving group substituent effect. The reaction is entropy controlled in case the leaving group substituent becomes electron withdrawing.  相似文献

Diastereoisomeric isopropyl‐, 2‐ethoxyethyl‐, 2,2‐dichloroethyl‐ and 2,2,2‐trichloroethyl uridine 3′‐thiomonophosphates, 1a – 1d , respectively, have been synthesized, and their hydrolyses in aqueous alkali at 25° have been followed by HPLC. According to the time‐dependent product distributions obtained, the alkyl phosphorothioates 1a – 1d undergo cleavage to uridine 2′‐ and 3′‐thiophosphates, 7a and 7b , respectively, via a uridine 2′,3′‐cyclic thiophosphate ( 6 ). The rate of the hydroxide ion‐catalyzed cyclization of both (RP)‐ and (SP)‐diastereoisomer is highly dependent on the polar nature of the leaving group, the βlg values being ?1.23±0.03 and ?1.24±0.03, respectively. Brønsted dependence of the second‐order rate constants (kOH [dm3 mol?1 s?1]) on the pKa values of the leaving alcohols shows a convex breakpoint on going from alkyl esters 1a – 1d to aryl esters studied earlier. This may be considered as a strong evidence for a stepwise mechanism, where the formation and breakdown of the phosphorane intermediate is the rate‐limiting step with aryl and alkyl esters, respectively.  相似文献

Carba‐closo‐dodecaborate anions with two functional groups have been synthesized via a simple two‐step procedure starting from monoamino‐functionalized {closo‐1‐CB11} clusters. Iodination at the antipodal boron atom provided access to [1‐H2N‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? ( 1 a ) and [2‐H2N‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? ( 2 a ), which have been transformed into the anions [1‐H2N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? (R=H ( 1 b ), Ph ( 1 c ), Et3Si ( 1 d )) and [2‐H2N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10]? (R=H ( 2 b ), Ph ( 2 c ), Et3Si ( 2 d )) by microwave‐assisted Kumada‐type cross‐coupling reactions. The syntheses of the inner salts 1‐Me3N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10 (R=H ( 1 e ), Et3Si ( 1 f )) and 2‐Me3N‐12‐RC?C‐closo‐1‐CB11H10 (R=H ( 2 e ), Et3Si ( 2 f )) are the first examples for a further derivatization of the new anions. All {closo‐1‐CB11} clusters have been characterized by multinuclear NMR and vibrational spectroscopy as well as by mass spectrometry. The crystal structures of Cs 1 a , [Et4N] 2 a , K 1 b , [Et4N] 1 c , [Et4N] 2 c , 1 e , and [Et4N][1‐H2N‐2‐F‐12‐I‐closo‐1‐CB11H9]?0.5 H2O ([Et4N ]4 a ?0.5 H2O) have been determined. Experimental spectroscopic data and especially spectroscopic data and bond properties derived from DFT calculations provide some information on the importance of inductive and resonance‐type effects for the transfer of electronic effects through the {closo‐1‐CB11} cage.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure (at 100 K) of the title compound, Cs[Fe(C11H13N3O2S2)2]·CH3OH, is reported. The asymmetric unit consists of an octahedral [FeIII(L)2] fragment, where L2− is 3‐ethoxysalicylaldehyde 4‐methylthiosemicarbazonate(2−) {systematic name: [2‐(3‐ethoxy‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)hydrazin‐1‐ylidene](methylamino)methanethiolate}, a caesium cation and a methanol solvent molecule. Each L2− ligand binds through the thiolate S, the imine N and the phenolate O atoms as donors, resulting in an FeIIIS2N2O2 chromophore. The O,N,S‐coordinating ligands are orientated in two perpendicular planes, with the O and S atoms in cis positions and the N atoms in trans positions. The FeIII cation is in the low‐spin state at 100 K.  相似文献

N‐Silylaminotitanium trichlorides, Me3S(R)N‐TiCl3 ( 18 ) [R = tBu ( a ), SiMe3 ( b ), 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonyl (9‐BBN)( c )], and (CH2SiMe2)2N‐TiCl3 ( 18d ) were obtained in high yield and high purity from the reaction of the respective bis(silylamino)plumbylene with an excess of titanium tetrachloride. The crystal structure of 18a was determined by X‐ray analysis. The reactions of the analogous stannylenes with an excess of TiCl4 did not lead to 18 . N‐Lithio‐trimethylsilyl[9‐(9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonyl)]amine ( 8 ) was prepared, structurally characterized and used for the synthesis of a new bis(amino)stannylene 10 and a plumbylene 11 . The compounds 18a—d served as ideal starting materials for the synthesis of bis(silylamino)titanium dichlorides, where the silylamino groups can be identical ( 19 ) or different ( 20 ). This was achieved either by the reaction of 18 again with bis(amino)plumbylenes or with lithium N‐silylamides. In contrast to the direct synthesis starting from titanium tetrachloride and two equivalents of the respective lithium amide, which in general affords 19 with identical amino groups only in low yield, the procedure starting from 18 is much more versatile and gave the pure compounds 19 or 20 in almost quantitative yield. Further treatment of the dichlorides 19 or 20 with lithium amides led to tris(amino)titanium chlorides 21 . The dichlorides 19 or 20 reacted with two equivalents of alkynyllithium reagents to give the first well characterized examples of di(alkyn‐1‐yl)bis(N‐silylamino)titanium compounds 22 — 27 . These compounds reacted with trialkylboranes (triethyl or tripropylborane) by 1, 1‐organoboration. In some cases, the extremely reactive reaction products could be identified as novel 1, 1‐bis(silylamino)titana‐2, 4‐cyclopentadienes 28 — 31 bearing a dialkylboryl group in 3‐position. In solution, the proposed structures of all products were deduced from a consistent set of data derived from multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H, 11B, 13C, 14N, 15N, 29Si, 35Cl NMR).  相似文献

Addition of various amines to the 3,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylamides 10a and 10b gave the tripeptides 11a – 11f , mostly as mixtures of epimers (Scheme 3). The crystalline tripeptide 11f 2 was found to be the N‐terminal (2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐substituted (R,S,S)‐ester HOCH2CH2O‐D ‐Val(F6)‐MeLeu‐Ala‐OtBu by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐terminal‐protected tripeptide 11f 2 was condensed with the N‐terminus octapeptide 2b to the depsipeptide 12a which was thermally rearranged to the undecapeptide 13a (Scheme 4). The condensation of the epimeric tripeptide 11f 1 with the octapeptide 2b gave the undecapeptide 13b directly. The undecapeptides 13a and 13b were fully deprotected and cyclized to the [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐D ‐valine]]‐ and [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐L ‐valine]]cyclosporins 14a and 14b , respectively (Scheme 5). Rate differences observed for the thermal rearrangements of 12a to 13a and of 12b to 13b are discussed.  相似文献

New tricyclic 1,2,3‐triazolo‐1,2,4‐triazolo‐pyridazine derivatives, bearing a methyl substituent on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, were prepared as potential biological agents. N‐Methylation of dimethyl 1,2,3‐triazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate allowed synthesis of the isomeric 1‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy and 2‐methyl‐4,7‐dihydroxy triazolo‐pyridazines 4a and 4b which, by a chlorination reaction, gave the corresponding 1‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐( 6a ), 1‐methyl‐7‐chloro‐ ( 6b ) and 2‐methyl‐4‐chloro‐ ( 9 ) substituted 1,2,3‐triazolo‐pyridazines. The nucle‐ophilic substitution with hydrazine hydrate and the suitable cyclization to form the 1,2,4‐triazole ring, provided the expected tricyclic isomeric derivatives 8a, 8b and 11 respectively. The p‐methoxybenzyl substituent, introduced as a leaving group to obtain either v‐triazolo‐pyridazine or v‐triazolo‐s‐triazolo‐pyri‐dazine derivatives unsubstituted on the 1,2,3‐triazole ring, appeared inadequate. Some compounds underwent binding assays toward the adenosine A1and A2A receptors.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title hydrated salt, poly[(μ2‐aqua)(μ4‐1‐sulfido‐β‐D‐glucoside)potassium], [K(C6H11O5S)(H2O)]n or K+·C6H11O5S·H2O, each thioglucoside anion coordinates to four K+ cations through three of its four hydroxy groups, forming a three‐dimensional polymeric structure. The negatively charged thiolate group in each anion does not form an efficient coordination bond with a K+ cation, but forms intermolecular hydrogen bonds with four hydroxy groups, which appears to sustain the polymeric structure. The Cremer–Pople parameters for the thioglucoside ligand (Q = 0.575, θ = 8.233° and ϕ = 353.773°) indicate a slight distortion of the pyranose ring.  相似文献

A convergent synthesis of an analogue of (1α)‐1,25‐dihydroxyvitamin D3 ( 1b ) with a C7 side chain at C(12), i.e., of 5 (Fig.), is described. A key step of the synthesis is the assembly of the triene system by a PdII‐catalyzed ring closure of an enol triflate (‘bottom’ fragment) followed by coupling of the resulting PdII intermediate with an alkenylboronate (‘upper’ fragment) (Scheme 2). The synthetic strategy allows isotopic labelling at the end of the synthesis.  相似文献

Careful choice of the organic ligands is one of the most important parameters in the rational design and synthesis of coordination polymers. Aromatic polycarboxylates have been widely used in the preparation of metal–organic polymers since they can utilize various coordination modes to form diverse structures and can act as hydrogen‐bond acceptors and donors in the assembly of supramolecular structures. Nitrogen‐heterocyclic organic compounds have also been used extensively as ligands for the construction of polymers with interesting structures. In the polymers catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}cobalt(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Co(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (I), and catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}nickel(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Ni(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (II), the CoII or NiII ion lies on an inversion centre and exhibits a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry, coordinated by two N atoms from two imidazole rings and four O atoms from two monodentate carboxylate groups and two water molecules. The dicarboxylate ligands bridge metal ions forming a polymeric chain. The 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole ligands coordinate to the CoII or NiII centres in monodentate modes through an imidazole N atom and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. The two structures are isomorphous. In the crystal, the one‐dimensional chains are further connected through O—H…O, O—H…N and N—H…O hydrogen bonds, leading to a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. In addition, the IR spectroscopic properties, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric behaviours and fluorescence properties of both polymers have been investigated.  相似文献

The synthesis, recrystallization, and X‐ray deterimination of N,N,N‐trimethyl‐5‐[(2,3,5,6‐tetrafluorophenoxy)carbonyl]pyridin‐2‐aminium trifluoromethanesulfonate (PyTFP‐precursor), C15H13F4N2O2+·CF3SO3, is described. This triflate salt precursor is required for the synthesis of 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluorophenyl 6‐[18F]‐fluoronicotinate ([18F]FPyTFP), a prosthetic group used to radiolabel peptides for positron emission tomography (PET), as peptides are increasingly being used as PET‐imaging probes in nuclear medicine. Radiolabeling of peptides is typically done using a `prosthetic group', a small synthon to which the radioisotope is attached in the first step, followed by attachment to the peptide in the second step. During the synthesis of the PyTFP‐precursor, displacement of a Cl atom with trimethylamine gas and anion replacement with a triflate counter‐ion is critical, as incomplete replacement would hinder radioisotopic incorporation of nucleophilic fluorine‐18 and result in diminished radiochemical yields. The structural determination of the PyTFP‐precursor by X‐ray crystallography helped confirm the anion exchange of chloride with triflate.  相似文献

A new route is presented to prepare analogs of nucleosides homologated at the 3′‐ and 5′‐positions. This route, applicable to both the D ‐ and L ‐enantiomeric forms, is suitable for the preparation of monomeric bis‐homonucleosides needed for the synthesis of oligonucleotide analogs. It begins with the known monobenzyl ether 3 of pent‐2‐yne‐1,5‐diol, which is reduced to alkenol 4 . Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation of 4 , followed by opening of the epoxide 5 with allylmagnesium bromide, gives a mixture of diols 6 and 7 . Protection of the primary alcohol as a silyl ether followed by treatment with OsO4, NaIO4, and mild acid in MeOH, followed by reduction, yields (2R,3R) {{[(tert‐butyl)diphenylsilyl]oxy}methyl}tetrahydro‐2‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐5‐methoxyfuran (=methyl 3‐{{[(tert‐butyl)diphenylsilyl]oxy}methyl}‐2,3,5‐trideoxy‐α/β‐D ‐erythro‐hexafuranoside; 10 ) (Scheme 1). Protected nucleobases are added to this skeleton with the aid of trimethylsilyl triflate (Scheme 2). The o‐toluoyl (2‐MeC6H4CO) and p‐anisoyl (4‐MeOC6H4CO) groups were used to protect the exocyclic amino group of cytosine. The bis‐homonucleoside analogs 11 and 14a are then converted to monothiol derivatives suitable for coupling (Schemes 3 and 4) to oligonucleotide analogs with bridging S‐atoms. This synthesis replaces a much longer synthesis for analogous nucleoside analogs that begins with diacetoneglucose (=1,2 : 5,6‐di‐O‐isopropylideneglucose), with the stereogenic centers in the final products derived from the Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation. The new route is useful for large‐scale synthesis of these building blocks for the synthesis of oligonucleotide analogs.  相似文献

Aminocyclopentitol analogs of α‐L ‐fucose were synthesized stereoselectively from D ‐ribose. Alkyl substituents were attached at the NH2 group to mimic the glycosidic leaving group. The resulting (alkylamino)cyclopentitols inhibited α‐L ‐fucosidases selectively with inhibition constants in the range of Ki=10−7 M . Comparisons with stereoisomers and acyclic analogs showed that this inhibition only occurs with N‐alkyl substitution and proper configuration at the cyclopentane, as expected for transition‐state‐analog‐type inhibition. These observations were supported by molecular‐modeling comparisons between inhibitor and transition state.  相似文献

The reaction of 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine (terpy) with CuCl2 in the presence of sodium sulfite led to the synthesis of the ionic complex aquachlorido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridyl‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II) chlorido(dithionato‐κO)(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridyl‐κ3N,N′,N′′)cuprate(II) dihydrate, [CuCl(C15H11N3)(H2O)][CuCl(S2O6)(C15H11N3)]·2H2O, (I), and the in situ synthesis of the S2O62− dianion. Compound (I) is composed of a [CuCl(terpy)(H2O)]+ cation, a [Cu(S2O6)(terpy)] anion and two solvent water molecules. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated the loss of two water molecules at ca 363 K, and at 433 K the weight loss indicated a total loss of 2.5 water molecules. The crystal structure analysis of the resulting pale‐green dried crystals, μ‐dithionato‐κ2O:O′‐bis[chlorido(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridyl‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II)] monohydrate, [Cu2Cl2(S2O6)(C15H11N3)2]·H2O, (II), revealed a net loss of 1.5 water molecules and the formation of a binuclear complex with two [CuCl(terpy)]+ cations bridged by a dithionate dianion. The crystal‐to‐crystal transformation involved an effective reduction in the unit‐cell volume of ca 7.6%. In (I), the ions are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinated and solvent water molecules and O atoms of the dithionate unit, to form ribbon‐like polymer chains propagating in [100]. These chains are linked by Cu...Cl interactions [3.2626 (7) Å in the cation and 3.3492 (7) Å in the anion] centred about inversion centres, to form two‐dimensional networks lying in and parallel to (01). In (II), symmetry‐related molecules are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the partially occupied disordered water molecule and an O atom of the bridging thiosulfite anion, to form ribbon‐like polymer chains propagating in [100]. These chains are also linked by Cu...Cl interactions [3.3765 (12) Å] centred about inversion centres to form similar two‐dimensional networks to (I) lying in and parallel to (02), crosslinked into three dimensions by C—H...O=S and C—H...O(water) interactions.  相似文献

The concept of protecting groups and leaving groups in organic synthesis was applied to the synthesis of siloxane‐based molecules. Alkoxy‐functionalized siloxane oligomers composed of SiO4, RSiO3, or R2SiO2 units were chosen as targets (R: functional groups, such as Me and Ph). Herein we describe a novel synthesis of alkoxysiloxane oligomers based on the substitution reaction of trimethylsilyl (TMS) groups with alkoxysilyl groups. Oligosiloxanes possessing TMS groups were reacted with alkoxychlorosilane in the presence of BiCl3 as a catalyst. TMS groups were substituted with alkoxysilyl groups, leading to the synthesis of alkoxysiloxane oligomers. Siloxane oligomers composed of RSiO3 and R2SiO2 units were synthesized more efficiently than those composed of SiO4 units, suggesting that the steric hindrance around the TMS groups of the oligosiloxanes makes a difference in the degree of substitution. This reaction uses TMS groups as both protecting and leaving groups for SiOH/SiO groups.  相似文献

The known 1,8‐naphthyridine‐2,7‐dicarboxaldehyde was prepared by SeO2 oxidation of 2,7‐dimethyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine. The dimethylated naphthyridine molecule was assembled from an adaptation of the Skraup synthesis using 2‐amino‐6‐methylpyridine and crotonaldehyde to afford a reproducible 37% yield, and constitute a significant advance over the literature of this reaction. The condensation of 1,8‐naph‐thyridine‐2,7‐dicarboxaldehyde with various primary amines (R = ‐C6H11, ‐CH2C6H5, ‐C(CH3)3, ‐C10H15, and CH2CH2SCH2CH3) in alcohol affords diimines 1(a‐e) . The inherent crystallinity of 1(a‐e) affords pure compounds in reasonable to excellent yields (ca. 70%) after evaporation of solvent and recrystallization. The anticipated spectroscopic features of (N=C‐H) 1H nmr shift and v(C=N) in the ir spectrum appear around 8.50 δ and 1640 cm?1, respectively, for the series 1(a‐e) . These novel naph‐thyridines typically display the signature 1H nmr doublets at ca. 8.15‐8.30 δ ascribed to the 3 and 4 naphthyridine protons, consistent with a mirror plane (through the quaternary carbons) perpendicular to the naphthyridine plane, and syn, syn relationships of the naphthyridine moiety with each imine nitrogen lone pair. Complexation studies of 1(a‐e) with transition metals of biological relevance such as copper(I) and copper(II) will be reported elsewhere.  相似文献
