Previously reported was that cis-ene-vinylcyclopropanes (cis-ene-VCPs) underwent Rh-catalyzed [5+2] reaction to give 5,7-fused bicyclic products, where vinylcyclopropane (VCP) acts as five-carbon synthon. Unfortunately, this reaction had very limited scope. Replacing the 2π component of cis-ene-VCPs to allene moiety, the corresponding cis-allene-VCPs did not undergo the expected normal [5+2] cycloaddition to give 5,7-fused bicyclic products. Instead, the challenging bicyclo[4.3.1]decane skeleton was obtained via an unprecedented bridged [5+2] cycloaddition. DFT calculations were applied to understand why this bridged [5+2] reaction is favored over the anticipated but not realized normal [5+2] reaction. 相似文献

An intermolecular [2+2] cycloaddition reaction between an alkyne and an allene is reported. In the presence of a cobalt(I)/diphosphine catalyst, a near equimolar mixture of the alkyne and allene is converted into a 3‐alkylidenecyclobutene derivative in good yield with high regioselectivity. The reaction tolerates a variety of internal alkynes and mono‐ or disubstituted allenes bearing various functional groups. The reaction is proposed to involve regioselective oxidative cyclization of the alkyne and allene to form a 4‐alkylidenecobaltacyclopentene intermediate, with subsequent C?C reductive elimination. 相似文献

Treatment of the allene‐ene‐yne substrates with [{RhCl(CO)2}2] effected the intramolecular [2+2+2]‐type ring‐closing reaction to produce various of tri‐ and tetracyclic derivatives containing a cyclopropane ring. A metal‐free [2+2] cycloaddition and 1,4‐addition sequence induced by S‐centered radicals has been achieved by treating benzene‐linked allene‐ynes with aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates and DABCO‐bis(sulfur dioxide) in a one‐pot procedure. The reaction provides a greener and more practical access to functionalized cyclobuta[a]naphthalen‐4‐ols with valuable applications. More than 50 examples are demonstrated with excellent diastereoselectivity and chemical yields. The reaction pathway is proposed to proceed by the following steps:[2+2] cycloaddition, insertion of SO2, 1,4‐addition, diazotization, and tautomerization. 相似文献

Highly selective divergent cycloaddition reactions of enoldiazo compounds and α‐diazocarboximides catalyzed by copper(I) or dirhodium(II) have been developed. With tetrakis(acetonitrile)copper(I) tetrafluoroborate as the catalyst epoxypyrrolo[1,2‐a]azepine derivatives were prepared in good yields and excellent diastereoselectivities through the first reported [3+3]‐cycloaddition of a carbonyl ylide. Use of Rh2(pfb)4 or Rh2(esp)2 directs the reactants to regioselective [3+2]‐cycloaddition generating cyclopenta[2,3]pyrrolo[2,1‐b]oxazoles with good yields and excellent diastereoselectivities. 相似文献

No templates needed : The title reaction makes it easy to construct the bicyclo[6.3.0]undecadienone framework in high yields (see scheme). A template effect is not required to achieve this ring‐closing reaction efficiently. The present method can be applied to the construction of bicyclo[5.3.0] and bicyclo[4.3.0] ring systems. It has been established that a RhI+/segphos complex catalyzes the [2+2+1] cycloaddition of 1,6‐diynes with cyclopropylideneacetamides to give substituted fulvenes in good yields. The reductive complexation of the product fulvenes with RhCl3 in EtOH furnished the corresponding dinuclear cyclopentadienyl RhIII complexes bearing a pendant amide moiety. These RhIII complexes were highly active catalysts for oxidative annulation and cyclization through C(sp2)−H and C(sp3)−H functionalization. 相似文献

A highly chemo‐ and regioselective partially intramolecular rhodium(I)‐catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition of allenynes with alkynes is described. A range of diverse polysubstituted benzene derivatives could be synthesized in good to excellent yields, in which the allenynes served as synthetic equivalent to the diynes.
