In the work discussed in this paper, novel β-amino acid derivatives were prepared by Michael addition between 3-substituted-2-propenic acid and hydrazine hydrate. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by analyzing the effects of the ratio of the starting materials, temperature, and reaction time. The conclusions were: reaction temperature 80 °C, reaction time 8 h, n (3-substituted-2-propenic acid)/n (hydrazine hydrate) = 1:15. Products were characterized by measurement of melting point, elemental analysis, and IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

This project was undertaken to demonstrate the potential of asymmetric hydrogenations mediated by the chiral, carbene-oxazoline analogue of Crabtree's catalyst "cat" in asymmetric hydrogenations of allylic amine derivatives of amino acids. Peripheral features of the substrates (protecting groups, functional groups related by redox processes, and alkene geometries) were varied to optimize the stereochemical vectors exerted by the substrate and align them with the catalyst vector. N-Acetyl-protected, O-TBDPS-protected allylic substrates 9a-e emerged as the best for this reaction; syn-products were formed from the E-alkenes, while the Z-isomers gave anti-target materials, both with high diastereoselectivities. This study featured asymmetric catalysis to elaborate optically active substrates into more stereochemically complex chirons; we suggest that the approach used, optimization of stereocontrol by varying peripheral aspects of the substrate, tends to be easier than de novo catalyst design for each substrate type. In other words, optimization of the substrate vector is likely to be more facile than enhancement of the catalyst vector via ligand modifications.  相似文献

A novel route for the synthesis of alumina nanospheres was reported by a surfactant-governed approach in the presence of lauric acid.The products were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.The results show that the produced alumina nanospheres possess uniform nanosphere sizes ranging from 80 120 nm,and high surface area of 550 m2/g.It suggests that the synthesized alumina nanospheres are formed through self-assembly of surfactant/alumina species complex in 1-propanol system.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles with average diameter in the range of 6.4-8.3 nni have been synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation of Fe(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ)salts in 1.5 M NH4OH solution.The size of the magnetic particles is dependent on both temperature and the ionic strength of the iron ion solutions.The magnetic particles formed at higher temperature or lower ionic strength were slightly larger than those formed at lower temperature or higher ionic strength respectively.In spite of the different reaction conditions,all the resultant nanoparticles are nearly spherical and have a similar crystalline structure.At 300 K,such prepared nanoparticles are superparam-agnetic.The saturation magnetizations for 7.8 and 6.4 nm particles are 71 and 63 emu/g respectively,which are only ~ 20-30% less than the saturation magnetization(90 emu/g)of bulk Fe3O4 Our results indicated that a control of the reaction conditions could be used to tailor the size of magnetic nanoparticles in free precipitation.  相似文献

The cinchona alkaloid-catalyzed γ-amination of α,β-unsaturated acyl chlorides with azodicarboxylates to give the corresponding dihydropyridazinones in good yields with high enantioselectivities has been developed. Acicular shaped γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles (major axis: 17±2 nm; minor axis: 1.7±1 nm) have been prepared using lauric acid as a non-aqueous medium. The products were investigated by IR, TG-DTA, XRD, Raman, SEM, TEM and magnetization measurements. For the preparation of pure γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles, the suitable condition of the molar ratio of lauric acid to iron nitrate is set 2:1 and the appropriate temperature lies in the range 573–673 K. Besides, either pure α-Fe2O3 or a mixture of γ-Fe2O3 and α-Fe2O3 can also be obtained with the change of the molar ratio of lauric acid to iron nitrate. The experimental results indicate that the particle sizes, thermal stability and magnetic properties of the iron oxide strongly depend on the conditions in the preparation.  相似文献

Efficient Rh-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-addition of arylboronic acids to ethyl-γ-phthalimidocrotonate by using bis-sulfoxide ligand affords γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) derivatives with high enantioselectivities (90-96% ee) under mild conditions. A new and practical method for the asymmetric synthesis of γ-amino acids from β,γ-butenolides by an in situ esterification, condensation, and reduction in a one-pot procedure is described. This method is quite general for the preparation of both enantiomers of aryl or aliphatic γ-amino acids in high yields. These γ-amino-acid derivatives were also shown to be versatile synthetic intermediates for further transformations by their conversion to γ-lactams, δ-amino alcohols, and hydrolysis products in high yields with no racemization.  相似文献

A series of N-protected glycine and alanine esters 4-7 of different fluorinated allylic alcohols 1 was prepared using the dicyclohexylcarbodiimide/dimethylaminopyridine method. All fluorinated esters of this type failed to react in an esterenolate Claisen rearrangement under the general conditions of the Kazmaier variant of this rearrangement. Change of the solvent from tetrahydrofuran to the less coordinating diethyl ether enabled the rearrangement of N-Boc-protected glycine esters 4a-c of 2-fluoroalken-3-ols 1a-c to form N-Boc-2-amino-4-fluoroalk-4-enecarboxylic acids 8a-c, while the rearrangement failed with N-Boc-alanine esters and all amino acid esters of 2-fluoroallylic alcohol (1e). This might be due to competing deprotonation of the position β to fluorine. Similarly to the esters 4a-c, the TFA-protected glycine esters 5a-c of 2-fluoroalken-3-ols 1a-c were rearranged. Deprotection of the Boc or the TFA group under salt-free conditions yielded the free amino acids 11a-c, which might be seen as mimics for N-alkylasparagines a group of lipoproteins.  相似文献

The catalytic asymmetric synthesis of novel and chiral amino acid derivatives with unconventional chemo-, diastereo-, and enantio-selectivity remains a paramount challenge. Herein we reported a novel protocol for the use of highly enantioselective copper-catalyzed cycloaddition of α,β-unsaturated acylsilanes as a springboard reaction for the facile synthesis of structurally diversified pyrrolidines and complicated α-amino esters by desilylation. The newly developed process could provide a wide range of synthetically useful acylsilane-substituted pyrrolidines(ASiP) in high yields and excellent diastereo-and enantioselectivities with Cu/(R)-XylBINAP complex as the catalyst. And the downstream desilylation transformation enables to expand the potntial applications of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition in the construction of structurally unique amino acid derivatives, in which an unprecedented and concerted fluoride anion-promoted C–X(X=H, Si, N, C) bond cleavage occurred to the enantioselective construction of aldehyde-substituted pyrrolidines, linear cinnamaldehyde or alkene-substituted amino esters in high ee values.  相似文献

A general method for the stereoselective conversion of homoallylic alcohols to erythro- or threo-β-hydroxy-α-amino acids is described. The key step is the stereoselective mercuric ion-initiated cyclofunctionalization of acylaminomethyl ether derivatives of the homoallylic alcohols (3 → 8). The stereochemistry of the products obtained from the cyclofunctionalization is controlled by the choice of reaction conditions. Reaction under conditions of kinetic control leads to predominant formation of cis 4,6-disubstituted tetrahydro-1,3-oxazines, while reaction under conditions which allow for equilibration of the organomercurial intermediates results in the formation of the trans stereoisomer with very high stereoselectivity. Oxidative demercuration and oxidation of the resulting alcohol produces a protected form of the title amino acids (8 → 9 → 10). Cleavage of the tetrahydrooxazine ring with hydrobromic acid then produces the amino acid products asγ-butyrolactone hydrobromides (11 and 12). This general method thus allows for stereoselective synthesis of either diastereomer of the amino acid product starting with a single homoallylic alcohol.  相似文献
