通过绝热动力学方法,研究了共轭高聚物双分子结构中激子对外加电场的响应.当外电场强度超过某个临界值时,激子会被解离成一对自由的电子与空穴.对于双分子结构中的激子,其临界解离电场除了受电子与电子相互作用以及电声相互作用影响之外,还受分子间相互作用的影响.由动力学演化的计算得到,激子临界解离电场强度随分子间相互作用强度的增大而呈非线性降低;随电子与电子相互作用强度的增大呈非线性减小的变化;但是,随电声耦合强度的增大却呈现出线性增大的变化.  相似文献

The dynamics of a nanoparticle during its dipole interaction with an excitonic excitation in an extended quasi-one-dimensional polarizable medium is investigated. Bundles of J-aggregates of dye molecules are considered as an example of the latter. The nonlocal excitonic–mechanical interaction between the field of an amplifying or absorbing nanoparticle and excitons in a bundle has been simulated numerically. It has been found that the interaction between the field of the induced nanoparticle dipole and the fields of the molecular dipoles in an aggregate can lead to a change in the particle trajectory and excitonic pulse shape. The possibility of controlling the nanoparticle by excitonic pulses and the reverse effect of the nanoparticle field on the dynamics of excitons due to the nonlocal excitonic–mechanical interaction has been demonstrated.  相似文献

We investigate the effects due to anisotropy and magnetic field interaction for a quasi-two-dimensional Boltzmann gas in an elliptical parabolic quantum dot. We put forward a scheme for preparation of an entangled multiparty W state between different modes of radiation field inside high-Q cavity QED. Our scheme is based on the interaction of a two-level atom with the cavity field with the assistance of a strong classical driving field for precalculated interaction time. In principle, the scheme can be extended to prepare an N-party W state. The required experimental techniques are within the scope of what can be obtained in the microwave cavity QED setup.  相似文献

The out-of-plane hysteresis loops of small arrays of magnetic nanoparticles, under the influence of an external field applied perpendicular to the array and the dipolar interaction are investigated. The particles are assumed to have a perpendicular anisotropy energy that tends to align the magnetic moments to be perpendicular to the array. The magnetization is found to exhibit a plateaux-and-jumps structure as the external field is swept up and down. These jumps are associated with jumps in the energy of the system, and correspond to transition from one configuration of the moment orientation to another. The energy of different configurations of the magnetic moments for a 3×3 array in the limit of weak dipolar interaction is analyzed, as a means to understand the hysteresis loop. These jumps are more pronounced in arrays of smaller sizes and when the dipolar interaction is weak. The configuration of magnetic moments at zero external field as the field is swept up and down is found to be highly sensitive to the dipolar interaction.  相似文献

The laser induced splitting of atomic beams inthe presence of a gravitational field is analyzed. Inthe frame of a quasiclassical approximation, the motionof the atomic beam through a laser region with rectangular profile is calculated. Beside theusual beam splitting due to the atomlaser interaction,an additional splitting occurs due to the anomalouseffective interaction with the gravitational field. In a first order approximation in thegravitational acceleration, the outcome of an atominterferometry experiment is given, which includes thevarious corrections owing to the gravitationalmodification of the beam splitting process.  相似文献

The behavior of a two-level induced moment antiferromagnet in an external magnetic field is investigated in the molecular field approximation. A significant reduction in the critical field and in the sublattice magnetizations is shown. However, the total magnetization rises more rapidly with field and can remain at large value in an external field even at T = 0. The magnetic susceptibility also remains finite at T = 0 in contrast to the case of a permanent moment Ising antiferromagnet. The effects of a ferromagnetic next-nearest neighbor interaction are then examined. It is shown that, in contrast to the usual Ising antiferromagnets, the ferromagnetic coupling has to exceed a certain value depending on the crystal field strength and the antiferromagnetic interaction, to allow for a first order phase transition in a field to occur even at zero temperature.  相似文献

A model of nonlinear longitudinal wave propagation in a solid with quadratic nonlinearity of an elastic continuum exposed to laser impulses is developed in view of the interaction between the strain field and the field of point defects. The influence of the generation and recombination of laser-induced defects on the propagation of an elastic strain wave is analyzed. The existence of a nonlinear elastic shock wave of low intensity is revealed in the system and its structure is studied. The estimations of the depth and velocity of the wave front are performed. The contributions due to the interaction of the strain field and the field of defects to both a linear elastic modulus and the dispersion parameters of a lattice are found.  相似文献

The ageing effect is studied analytically in a disordered quantum system interacting with its surroundings and subjected to an external ac magnetic field. Energy dissipation is due to the interaction of the system with a set of independent harmonic oscillators, imitating a quantum thermal bath. Dynamic equations for the autocorrelation function and linear-response function are derived using the method of closed-path integrals. The effect of an external field is studied on the correlation function and response in the spin-glass and paramagnetic phases. Both functions are found to depend on the spin interaction strength.  相似文献

The theory of the anomalous Hall effect for the heat transfer in a parmagnetic dielectric, discovered by Strohm, Rikken, and Wyder [Phys. Rev. Lett. 95, 155901 (2005)]10.1103/PhysRevLett.95.155901, is developed. The appearance of the phonon heat flux normal to both the temperature gradient and the magnetic field is connected with the interaction of magnetic ions with the crystal field oscillations. In crystals with an arbitrary phonon spectrum this interaction creates the elliptical polarization of phonons. The kinetics related to phonon scattering induced by the spin-phonon interaction determines an origin of the off-diagonal phonon density matrix. The combination of both factors is decisive for the phenomenon under consideration.  相似文献

In an analysis of the interaction of spin-1/2 baryons with an octet of gravimesons (spin-2 mesons) on the basis of nonlinear quark field theory, the corresponding field equations are derived. It is shown that the interaction of baryons with neutral gravimesons of the octet can be described effectively by introducing a metric tensor of the Riemannian geometry which depends on the gravimeson field. The spin-1/2 field equation takes the form of the Fock-Ivanenko equation for spinors in Riemannian geometry.  相似文献

The interaction of N identical atoms with both a quantized cavity field and an external classical pumping field with the fields being degenerate in frequency, is studied in the regime where the atoms and fields are highly detuned. This dispersive interaction can be used to generate coherent states for the cavity field. By preparing the injected atoms in a superposition of the bare atomic states, various types of Schroedinger-cat-like states may be generated.  相似文献

The effects of electric field and size on the electron-phonon interaction with an on-center impurity in a Zn1?x Cd x Se/ZnSe spherical quantum dot are studied, taking into account the interactions with confined, half-space and surface optical phonons. In addition, the interaction between impurity and phonons has also been considered. The results show that the electron-confined, electron-half-space, and electron-surface optical phonon interaction energies are all negative. The electron-confined optical phonon interaction energy is weakened by the electric field, but the electron-half-space and electron-surface optical phonon interaction energies are strengthened by it. In particular, the electron-surface optical phonon interaction depends strongly on the electric field, and it will vanish when the electric field is absent. It is also found that the electron-confined optical phonon interaction and electron-impurity “exchange” interaction energies reach a peak values as the quantum dot radius increases and then gradually decrease, but the electron-half-space optical phonon interaction energy exponentially quickly approaches 0 as the quantum dot radius increases.  相似文献

通过虚时演化方法研究了具有面内四极磁场的旋转玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体的基态结构.结果发现:面内四极磁场和旋转双重作用可导致中央Mermin-Ho涡旋的产生;随着磁场梯度增强,Mermin-Ho涡旋周围环绕的涡旋趋向对称化排布;在四极磁场下,密度相互作用和自旋交换相互作用作为体系的调控参数,可以控制Mermin-Ho涡旋周围的涡旋数目;该体系自旋结构中存在双曲型meron和half-skyrmion两种拓扑结构.  相似文献
