A straightforward procedure for the formation of mixed metal Au/Sn clusters is presented: reaction of the heteroborate [SnB11H11]2- with phosphine gold electrophiles gave the clusters [Bu3NH]3[{(Et3P)Au(SnB11H11)}3] and [Bu3MeN]4[{(dppm)Au2(SnB11H11)2}2], which were characterised by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Stanna-closo-dodecaborate [SnB11H11]2- reacts as a nucleophile with various silver electrophiles ([Ag(PMe3)]+, [Ag(PEt3)]+, [Ag(PPh3)]+, and Ag+) to form silver-tin bonds. Aggregation of two, three, or four units of [{Ag(SnB11H11)(PR3)}n]n- (PPh3, n = 2; PEt3, n = 3; PMe3, n = 4) was found, depending on the size of the coordinating phosphine. The structures of the silver-tin clusters in the solid state were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In these phosphine silver coordination compounds, the tin ligand exhibits micro2- and micro3-coordination with the silver atoms. From the reaction with silver nitrate, an octaanionic stanna-closo-dodecaborate coordination compound, [Et4N]8[Ag4(SnB11H11)6], was isolated. In this cluster, arranged as butterfly, the stannaborate shows various coordination modes at four silver atoms. In the reported silver-tin complexes, the silver-silver interatomic distances are in a range of 2.6326(10)-3.1424(6) A. Silver-tin distances were found between 2.6416(5) and 3.1460(6) A. Analysis of the molecular orbitals calculated by means of density functional theory shows that the LUMO of the core compound without [SnB11H11]2- units is always a totally symmetric combination of (mainly) s-orbitals of Ag atoms. This core is filled with electrons of the HOMOs of the [SnB11H11]2- units and is leading, in this way, to a stable compound.  相似文献

Four stanna-closo-dodecaborate complexes of ruthenium have been prepared and characterized by multinuclear NMR studies in solution and in the solid state. The solid-state structures of the dimeric zwitterions [[Ru(dppb)(SnB11H11)]2] (2) (dppb = bis(diphenylphosphino)butane), [[Ru(PPh3)2(SnB11H11)]2] (3), and the dianionic ruthenium complex [Bu3MeN]2[Ru(dppb)[2,7,8-(mu-H)3-exo-SnB11H11](SnB11H11)] (4) were determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis; they establish an unprecedented structural motif in the chemistry of heteroboranes and transition-metal fragments with the stanna-closo-dodecaborate moiety as a two-faced ligand that exhibits eta1(Sn) as well as eta3(B-H) coordination. The eta3-coordinated stannaborate in 4 and in the isostructural compound [Bu3MeN]2[Ru(PPh3)2[2,7,8-(mu-H)3-exo-SnB11H11](SnB11H11)] (5) shows fluxional behavior, which was studied in detail by using 31P[1H] EXSY and DNMR experiments. The activation parameters for the dynamic process of 5 are given.  相似文献

The dianionic stannaborate [SnB11H11]2- oxidatively adds iodine at the tin vertex to give the iodinated cluster [I2SnB11H11]2- which maintains a closo structure, albeit having a nido electron count. The iodo-stannaborate [I2SnB11H11]2- is unstable at room temperature, but its structure was elucidated via single-crystal X-ray diffraction at low temperatures. The low-temperature 11B NMR spectrum exhibits a 5:1:5 signal pattern, and the 119Sn NMR shows a resonance at -1039 ppm. Iodination of the zwitterionic stannaborate iron complex Fe(SnB11H11)(triphos) leads to the formation of the corresponding iodo-stannaborate iron complex Fe(I2SnB11H11)(triphos) which features an iodinated stannaborate moiety that has a structure analogous to that of [I2SnB11H11]2-. The zwitterionic iodo-stannaborate complex is stable at room temperature, and the crystal structure and the 1H, 11B, 31P, and 119Sn NMR parameters were determined. 119Sn M?ssbauer spectroscopy supports the assignment of a tin oxidation state of +II for Fe(SnB11H11)(triphos) (delta = 2.71 mm s-1) and +IV for Fe(I2SnB11H11)(triphos) (delta = 1.22 mm s-1). Additional 57Fe M?ssbauer spectra confirm the iron oxidation state +II for both compounds.  相似文献

Reaction of the stanna-closo-dodecaborate salt [Bu3MeN]2[SnB11H11] with the dimeric ruthenium complex [Ru2(mu-Cl)3(triphos)2]Cl (triphos = {MeC(CH2PPh2)3}) in refluxing acetonitrile yields the zwitterionic compound [Ru(SnB11H11)(MeCN)2(triphos)] (4) which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Refluxing the zwitterion in acetone leads to an eta1(Sn) to eta3(BH) rearrangement with formation of [Ru(SnB1)H11)(triphos)] (5) whose structure has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy in solution and in the solid state. Furthermore, two isomeric zwitterions fac- and mer-[Ru(SnB11H11)(dppb)(MeCN)3] (6a, 6b) and their rearrangement reactions as well as their NMR properties are described.  相似文献

Three stannaborate complexes of platinum(II) and a novel stannoborate palladium(II) derivative have been prepared in excellent yield. The tin transition metal bond is formed through nucleophilic substitution and the resulting complexes [Bu3MeN] [trans-[(Et3P)2Pt(SnB11H11)H]] (6), [trans-[(Et3P)2Pt(SnB11H11)(CNtBu)]] (7), [Bu3MeN]2[trans-[(Et3P)2Pt(SnB11H11)2-(CNtBu)]] (8), and [Bu3MeN][(dppe)-Pd(SnB11H11)Me] (12) (dppe = 1,2-bis-(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane) were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. In the cases of the zwitterion 7, the pentacoordinated complex 9, the palladium salt 12 and [(triphos)Pt(SnB11H11)] (10) (triphos = 1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)ethane), their solid-state structures are determined by X-ray crystal structure analyses. The trans influence of the [SnB11H11] ligand is evaluated from the results of the IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallographic structures of complexes 6, 7, and 12. The dipole moment of the zwitterion 7 is calculated by density functional theory (DFT) methods. The alignment of the dipole moments of the polar molecules 7 and 12 in the solid state is discussed.  相似文献

The tetrasubstituted polyanions of platinum, palladium, and gold [M(SnB(11)H(11))(4)](x-) (x=6, M=Pd, Pt; x=5, M=Au) have been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, Raman, (11)B, and (119)Sn heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy. In the case of the platinum derivative [Bu(3)MeN](6)[Pt(SnB(11)H(11))(4)] (2) (119)Sn M?ssbauer spectroscopy has been carried out. The isolated salts are stable towards moisture and air and the complexes 2 and 3 were treated with 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (dppp) to give the respective substitution products [Bu(3)MeN](2)[(dppp)M(SnB(11)H(11))(2)] (M=Pd, Pt).  相似文献

Reactions of Hg(OAc)2 with 2 equiv of TabHPF6 [TabH = 4-(trimethylammonio)benzenethiol] in MeCN/MeOH afforded a mononuclear linear complex [Hg(Tab)2](PF6)2 (1). By using 1 as a precursor, a new family of mercury(II) zwitterionic thiolate complexes, [Hg2(Tab)6](PF6)4.2MeCN (2.2MeCN), [Hg(Tab)2(SCN)](PF6) (3), [Hg(Tab)2(SCN)2] (4), [Hg(Tab)I2] (5), {[Hg(Tab)2]4[HgI2][Hg2I6]}(PF6)2(NO3)4 (6), [Hg(Tab)2][HgI4] (7), [Hg(Tab)2][HgCl2(SCN)2] (8), [Tab-Tab]2[Hg3Cl10] (9), and [Hg2(Tab)6]3(PF6)Cl11 (10), were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-vis spectra, 1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The [Hg2(Tab)6]4+ tetracation of 2 or 10 contains an asymmetrical Hg2S2 rhomb with an inversion center lying on the midpoint of the Hg...Hg line. The Hg atom of the [Hg(Tab)2]2+ dication of 3 is coordinated to one SCN-, forming a rare T-shaped coordination geometry, while in 4, the Hg atom of [Hg(Tab)2]2+ is coordinated to two SCN-, forming a seesaw-shaped coordination geometry. Through weak secondary Hg...S coordinations, each cation in 3 is further linked to afford a one-dimensional zigzag chain. The trigonal [Hg(Tab)I2] molecules in 5 are held together by weak secondary Hg...I and Hg...S interactions, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. In 6, the four [Hg(Tab)2]2+ dications, one HgI2 molecule, one [Hg2I6]2- dianion, one PF6-, and four NO3- anions are interconnected by complicated secondary Hg...I and Hg...O interactions, forming a scolopendra-like chain structure. The secondary Hg...I interactions, [Hg(Tab)2]2+ and [HgI4]2- in 7, are combined to generate a one-dimensional chain structure, while [Hg(Tab)2]2+ and [HgCl2(SCN)2]2- in 8 are interconnected by secondary Hg...N interactions to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure. Compound 9 consists of two [Tab-Tab]2+ dications and one [Hg3Cl10]4- tetraanion. The facile approach to the construction of 2-8 and 10 from 1 may be applicable to the mimicking of a coordination sphere of the Hg sites of metallothioneins.  相似文献

The reaction of [PPh4]3[Re7C(CO)21] (1) with 1 or more equiv of Hg(OAc)2 in dichloromethane provides the monomercury derivative [PPh4]2[Re7C(CO)21HgOAc] (2) in high yield. However, in the presence of methanol the reaction of 1 with 2 equiv of Hg(OAc)2 yields the dimercury hexarhenium cluster compound [PPh4]2[Re6C(CO)18(HgOAc)2] (3) together with the dirhenium complex [PPh4][Re2(CO)6(mu-OMe)2(mu-OAc)] (4). The dimercury compound 3 reacts with various thiols HS-Z to form thiolate-substituted derivatives [PPh4]2[Re6C(CO)18(HgSZ)2] [Z = C6H4Br (5); C5H4N (6); C2H4COOH (7)]. All new compounds have been characterized by a combination of analytical and spectroscopic data, and the molecular structures of compounds 3-6 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Neutral zinc, cadmium, mercury(II), and ethylmercury(II) complexes of a series of phosphinothiol ligands, PhnP(C6H3(SH-2)(R-3))3-n (n = 1, 2; R = H, SiMe3) have been synthesized and characterized by IR and NMR ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) spectroscopy, FAB mass spectrometry, and X-ray structural analysis. The compounds [Zn{PhP(C6H4S-2)2}] (1) and [Cd{Ph2PC6H4S-2}2] (2) have been synthesized by electrochemical oxidation of anodic metal (zinc or cadmium) in an acetonitrile solution of the appropriate ligand. The presence of pyridine in the electrolytic cell affords the mixed complexes [Zn{PhP(C6H4S-2)2}(py)] (3) and [Cd{PhP(C6H4S-2)2}(py)] (4). [Hg{Ph2PC6H4S-2}2] (5) and [Hg{Ph2PC6H3(S-2)(SiMe3-3)}2] (6) were obtained by the addition of the appropriate ligand to a solution of mercury(II) acetate in methanol in the presence of triethylamine. [EtHg{Ph2PC6H4S-2}] (7), [EtHg{Ph2P(O)C6H3(S-2)(SiMe3-3)}] (8), [{EtHg}2{PhP(C6H4S-2)2}] (9), and [{EtHg}2{PhP(C6H3(S-2)(SiMe3-3))2}] (10) were obtained by reaction of ethylmercury(II) chloride with the corresponding ligand in methanol. In addition, in the reactions of EtHgCl with Ph2PC6H4SH-2 and with the potentially tridentate ligand PhP(C6H3(SH-2)(SiMe3-3)) 2, cleavage of the Hg-C bond was observed with the formation of [Hg{Ph2PC6H4S-2}2] (5) and [Hg(EtHg) 2{PhP(O)(C6H3(S-2)(SiMe3-3))2}2] (11), respectively, and the corresponding hydrocarbon. The crystal structures of [Zn3{PhP(C6H4S-2)2}2{PhP(O)(C6H4S-2)2}] (1*), [Cd2{Ph2PC6H4S-2}3{Ph2P(O)C6H4S-2}] (2*), 3, 5, 6, [EtHg{Ph2P(O)C6H4S-2}] (7*), 8, 9, [{EtHg}2{PhP(O)(C6H3(S-2)(SiMe3-3))2}] (10*), and 11 are discussed. The molecular structures of 1, 2, 4, 7, and 10 have also been studied by means of density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

The Hg2+aq- and HgCl+aq-assisted aquations of [PtCl4]2- (1), [PtCl3(H2O)]- (2), cis-[PtCl2(H2O)2] (3), trans-[PtCl2(H2O)2] (4), [PtCl(H2O)3]+ (5), [PtCl3Me2SO]- (6), trans-[PtCl2(H2O)Me2SO] (7), cis-[PtCl(H2O)2Me2SO]+ (8), trans-[PtCl(H2O)2M32SO]+ (9), trans-[PtCl2(NH3)2] (10), and cis-[PtCl2(NH3)2] (11) have been studied at 25.0 degrees C in a 1.00 M HClO4 medium buffered with chloride, using stopped-flow and conventional spectrophotometry. Saturation kinetics and instantaneous, large UV/vis spectral changes on mixing solutions of platinum complex and mercury are ascribed to formation of transient adducts between Hg2+ and several of the platinum complexes. Depending on the limiting rate constants, these adducts are observed for a few milliseconds to a few minutes. Thermodynamic and kinetics data together with the UV/vis spectral changes and DFT calculations indicate that their structures are characterized by axial coordination of Hg to Pt with remarkably short metal-metal bonds. Stability constants for the Hg2+ adducts with complexes 1-6, 10, and 11 are (2.1 +/- 0.4) x 10(4), (8 +/- 1) x 10(2), 94 +/- 6, 13 +/- 2, 5 +/- 2, 60 +/- 6, 387 +/- 2, and 190 +/- 3 M-1, respectively, whereas adduct formation with the sulfoxide complexes 7-9 is too weak to be observed. For analogous platinum(II) complexes, the stabilities of the Pt-Hg adducts increase in the order sulfoxide < aqua < ammine complex, reflecting a sensitivity to the pi-acid strength of the Pt ligands. Rate constants for chloride transfer from HgCl+ and HgCl2 to complexes 1-11 have been determined. Second-order rate constants for activation by Hg2+ are practically the same as those for activation by HgCl+ for each of the platinum complexes studied, yet resolved contributions for Hg2+ and HgCl+ reveal that the latter does not form dinuclear adducts of any significant stability. The overall experimental evidence is consistent with a mechanism in which the accumulated Pt(II)-Hg2+ adducts are not reactive intermediates along the reaction coordinate. The aquation process occurs via weaker Pt-Cl-Hg or Pt-Cl-HgCl bridged complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-bis(2-pyridinylmethyl)-1H-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [H(pyCH(2))(2)im]BF(4), with silver oxide in dichloromethane readily yields [Ag((pyCH(2))(2)im)(2)]BF(4), 1.BF(4)(). 1.BF(4) is converted to the analogous Au(I)-containing species, [Au((pyCH(2))(2)im)(2)]BF(4), 3, by a simple carbene transfer reaction in dichloromethane. Further treatment with two equivalents of AgBF(4) produces the trimetallic species [AuAg(2)((pyCH(2))(2)im)(2)(NCCH(3))(2)](BF(4))(3), 4, which contains two silver ions each coordinated to the pyridine moieties on one carbene ligand and to an acetonitrile molecule in a T-shaped fashion. Monometallic [Ag((py)(2)im)(2)]BF(4), 5, and [Au((py)(2)im)(2)]BF(4), 6, are made analogously to 1.BF(4) and 3 starting from 1,3-bis(2-pyridyl)-imidazol-2-ylidene tetrafluoroborate, [H(py)(2)im]BF(4). Addition of excess AgBF(4) to 6 yields the helical mixed-metal polymer, ([AuAg((py)(2)im)(2)(NCCH(3))](BF(4))(2))(n), 7 which contains an extended Au(I)-Ag(I) chain with short metal-metal separations of 2.8359(4) and 2.9042(4) A. Colorless, monometallic [Hg((pyCH(2))(2)im)(2)](BF(4))(2), 8, is easily produced by refluxing [H(pyCH(2))(2)im)]BF(4) with Hg(OAc)(2) in acetonitrile. The related quinolyl-substituted imidazole, [H(quinCH(2))(2)im]PF(6), is produced analogously to [H(pyCH(2))(2)im]BF(4). [Hg((quinCH(2))(2)im)(2)](PF(6))(2), 9, is isolated in good yield as a white solid from the reaction of Hg(OAc)(2) and [H(quinCH(2))(2)im]PF(6). The reaction of [H(quinCH(2))(2)im]PF(6) with excess Ag(2)O produces the triangulo-cluster [Ag(3)((quinCH(2))(2)im)(3)](PF(6))(3), 11. All of these complexes were studied by (1)H NMR spectroscopy, and complexes 3-9 were additionally characterized by X-ray crystallography. These complexes are photoluminescent in the solid state and in solution with spectra that closely resemble those of the ligand precursor.  相似文献

A comparative study of the reactivity of isolobal rhenium and molybdenum carbonylmetallates containing a borole, in [Re(eta5-C4H4BPh)(CO)3]- (2), a boratanaphthalene, in [Mo(eta5-2,4-MeC9H6BMe)(CO)3]- (4a) and [Mo(eta5-2,4-MeC9H6BNi-Pr2)(CO)3]- (4b), a boratabenzene, in [Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3]- (6) or a dimethylaminocyclopentadienyl ligand, in [Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3]- (7), toward palladium(II), gold(I), mercury(II) and platinum(II) complexes has allowed an evaluation of the role of these pi-bonded ligands on the structures and unprecedented coordination modes observed in the resulting metal-metal bonded, heterometallic complexes. The new metallate 6 was reacted with [AuCl(PPh3)], and with 1 or 2 equiv. HgCl2, which afforded the new heterodinuclear complexes [Au{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}(PPh3)] (Mo-Au) (10) and [Hg{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}Cl] (Hg-Mo) (11) and the heterometallic chain complex [Hg{Mo(eta5-3,5-Me2C5H3BNi-Pr2)(CO)3}2] (Mo-Hg-Mo) (12), respectively. Reactions of the new metallate 7 with HgCl2, trans-[PtCl2(CNt-Bu)2] and trans-[PtCl2(NCPh)2] yielded the heterodinuclear complex [Hg{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}Cl] (Mo-Hg) (15), the heterotrinuclear chain complexes trans-[Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}2(CNt-Bu)2] (Mo-Pt-Mo) (16) and trans-[Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3}2(NCPh)2] (Mo-Pt-Mo) (17), the mononuclear complex [Mo(eta5-C5H4NMe2)(CO)3Cl] (18), the lozenge-type cluster [Mo2Pt2(eta5-C5H4NMe2)2(CO)8] (19) and the heterodinuclear complex [[upper bond 1 start]Pt{Mo(eta5-C5H4N[upper bond 1 end]Me2)(CO)3}(NCPh)Cl](Mo-Pt) (20), respectively. The complexes 11, 16, 17.2THF, 18 and 20 have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction and 20 differs from all other compounds in that the dimethylaminocyclopentadienyl ligand forms a bridge between the metals.  相似文献

The dinuclear mixed-valent complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC(2)Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)](+)[(eta2-MeC5H4)3Mn](-)[1](+)[2]- (dmpe=1,2-bis(dimethylphosphanyl)ethane) was prepared by the reaction of [Mn(MeC5H4)2] with dmpe and Me(3)SnC[triple chemical bond]CSnMe3. The reactions of [1](+)[2]- with K[PF6] and Na[BPh4] yielded the corresponding anion metathesis products [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6] ([1][PF6]) and [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][BPh4] ([1][BPh4]). These mixed-valent species can be reduced to the neutral form by reaction with Na/Hg. The obtained complex [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)] (1) displays a triplet/singlet spin equilibrium in solution and in the solid state, which was additionally studied by DFT calculations. The diamagnetic dicationic species [(MeC5H4)(dmpe)MnC2Mn(dmpe)(C5H4Me)][PF6]2 ([1][PF6]2) was obtained by oxidizing the mixed-valent complex [1][PF6] with one equivalent of [Fe(C5H5)2][PF6]. Both redox processes are fully reversible. The dinuclear compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, UV-visible, and Raman spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. X-ray diffraction studies were performed on [1][2], [1][PF6], [1][BPh4], and [1][PF6]2.  相似文献

The reaction of 7,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones with o-xylidene dibromide leads to 11-oxo-4bH,5H,10H,11H,16H-10a-aza-15b-azoniadibenzo[a,e]pleiadene bromides, which are converted to 11-oxo-10H,11H,16H-10a-aza-15b-azoniadibenzo[a,e]pleiadene salts upon oxidation using nitrobenzene. The reaction of these salts with benzylamine leads to 6-{2-[(benzylimino)methyl]phenyl}-7,12-dihydroisoquino[3,2-b][2]benzazepin-14(6H)-ones, which recyclize to 11-oxo-5H,10H,11H-10a-aza-15b-azoniadibenzo[a,e]pleiadene perchlorates upon the action of perchloric acid. The reactions of the 10a,15b-diazadibenzo[a,e]pleiadene salts obtained with NaBH4 were studied and the structures of the reduction products were determined by spectral methods. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 280–292, February, 2008.  相似文献

The stirring of [ortho-(HC[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N] with [nido-B(10)H(14)] in benzene affords [6,9-{ortho-(HC[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N}(2)-arachno-B(10)H(12)] 1 in 93% yield. In the solid state, 1 has an extended complex three-dimensional structure involving intramolecular dihydrogen bonding, which accounts for its low solubility. Thermolysis of 1 gives the known [1-(ortho-C(5)H(4)N)-1,2-closo-C(2)B(10)H(11)] 2 (13%), together with new [micro-5(N),6(C)-(NC(5)H(4)-ortho-CH(2))-nido-6-CB(9)H(10)] 3 (0.4%), [micro-7(C),8(N)-(NC(5)H(4)-ortho-CH(2))-nido-7-CB(10)H(11)] (0.4%) , 4 binuclear [endo-6'-(closo-1,2-C(2)B(10)H(10))-micro-(1(C),exo-6'(N))-(ortho-C(5)H(4)N)-micro-(exo-8'(C),exo-9'(N))-(ortho-(CH(2)CH(2))-C(5)H(4)N)-arachno-B(10)H(10)] (0.5%) 5, and [exo-6(C)-endo-6(N)-(ortho-(CH[double bond]CH)-C(5)H(4)N)-exo-9(N)-(ortho-(HC[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N)-arachno-B(10)H(11)] 6. An improved solvent-free route to 2 is also presented. This set of compounds features an increasing cluster incorporation of the ethynyl moiety, initially by an effective internal hydroboration, affording an arachno to nido and then a nido to arachno:closo sequence of cluster geometry. An alternative low-temperature route to internal hydroboration is demonstrated in the room temperature reaction of [closo-B(11)H(11)][N(n)Bu(4)](2) with CF(3)COOH and [ortho-(HC[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N], which gives [micro-1(C),2(B)-[ortho-C(5)H(4)N-CH(2)]-closo-1-CB(11)H(10)] 7 (40%) in which one carbon atom is incorporated into the cluster; a similar reaction with [ortho-(N[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N] affords [N(n)Bu(4)][7-(ortho-N[triple bond]C-C(5)H(4)N)-nido-B(11)H(12)], 8 (68%) and stirring [ortho-(N[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N] with [nido-B(10)H(14)] quantitatively affords the cyano analogue of 1, [6,9-{ortho-(N[triple bond]C)-C(5)H(4)N}(2)-arachno-B(10)H(12)] 9. All compounds were characterised by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reaction of AuI with 2 equiv of TabHPF6 [TabH = 4-(trimethylammonio)benzenethiol] in the presence of excess Et3N in dimethylformamide (DMF)/MeOH afforded a binuclear gold(I) complex [Au(Tab)2]2I2.2H2O (1). Anion exchange of 1 with NH4PF6 in DMF gave rise to the more soluble complex [Au(Tab)2]2(PF6)2 (2). Treatment of 2 with K[Au(CN)2] produced a tetranuclear gold(I) complex {[(Tab)2Au][Au(CN)2]}2 (3). Analogous reactions of two known mononuclear complexes [Ag(Tab)2](PF6) (4) and [Hg(Tab)2](PF6)2 (5) with 1 or 2 equiv of K[Au(CN)2] generated one Ag2Au2 complex {[(Tab)2Ag][Au(CN)2]}2 (6) and one Au/Hg complex {[Hg(Tab)2][Au(CN)2]2} (7), respectively. Compounds 1-3, 6, and 7 were fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-vis spectra, 1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. 1 and 2 have a similar [Au(Tab)2]2(2+) dimeric structure in which the two [Au(Tab)2]+ cations are connected via one Au-Au aurophilic interaction. In the structure of 3 or 6, each of the two pairs of [M(Tab)2]+ cation and [Au(CN)2]- anion is held together via ionic interactions to form a {[(Tab)2M][Au(CN)2]} species (M = Au, 3; Ag, 6). Two such species are further connected by one Au-Au aurophilic bonding interaction to form an uncommon Au(4) or Ag2Au2 linear string structure with three ligand-unsupported metal-metal bonds. For 7, the [Hg(Tab)2]2+ dication and the [Au(CN)2]2(2-) dianion are interconnected by the secondary Hg...N(CN) interactions to form a 1D chain structure. The thermal and luminescent properties of 1-3, 6, and 7 in solid state were also investigated.  相似文献

Treatment of HgCl(2) with 2-LiC(6)H(4)PPh(2) gives [Hg(2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)] (1), whose phosphorus atoms take up oxygen, sulfur, and borane to give the compounds [Hg[2-C(6)H(4)P(X)Ph(2)](2)] [ X = O (3), S (4), and BH(3) (5)], respectively. Compound 1 functions as a bidentate ligand of wide, variable bite angle that can span either cis or trans coordination sites in a planar complex. Representative complexes include [HgX(2) x 1] [X = Cl (6a), Br (6b)], cis-[PtX(2) x 1] [X = Cl (cis-7), Me (9), Ph (10)], and trans-[MX(2) x 1] [X = Cl, M = Pt (trans-7), Pd (8), Ni (11); X = NCS, M = Ni (13)] in which the central metal ions are in either tetrahedral (6a,b) or planar (7-11, 13) coordination. The trans disposition of 1 in complexes trans-7, 8, and 11 imposes close metal-mercury contacts [2.8339(7), 2.8797(8), and 2.756(8) A, respectively] that are suggestive of a donor-acceptor interaction, M --> Hg. Prolonged heating of 1 with [PtCl(2)(cod)] gives the binuclear cyclometalated complex [(eta(2)-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))Pt(mu-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)HgCl] (14) from which the salt [(eta(2)-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))Pt(mu-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)Hg]PF(6) (15) is derived by treatment with AgPF(6). In 14 and 15, the mu-C(6)H(4)PPh(2) groups adopt a head-to-tail arrangement, and the Pt-Hg separation in 14, 3.1335(5) A, is in the range expected for a weak metallophilic interaction. A similar arrangement of bridging groups is found in [Cl((n)Bu(3)P)Pd(mu-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)HgCl] (16), which is formed by heating 1 with [PdCl(2)(P(n)()Bu(3))(2)]. Reaction of 1 with [Pd(dba)(2)] [dba = dibenzylideneacetone] at room temperature gives [Pd(1)(2)] (19) which, in air, forms a trigonal planar palladium(0) complex 20 containing bidentate 1 and the monodentate phosphine-phosphine oxide ligand [Hg(2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))[2-C(6)H(4)P(O)Ph(2)]]. On heating, 19 eliminates Pd and Hg, and the C-C coupled product 2-Ph(2)PC(6)H(4)C(6)H(4)PPh(2)-2 (18) is formed by reductive elimination. In contrast, 1 reacts with platinum(0) complexes to give a bis(aryl)platinum(II) species formulated as [Pt(eta(1)-C-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(eta(2)-2-C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(eta(1)-P-1)]. The reaction of p-phenylenediamine with excess PCl 3 in the presence of pyridine affords p-C 6H 4[N(PCl 2) 2] 2 ( 1) in good yield. Fluorination of 1 with SbF 3 produces p-C 6H 4[N(PF 2) 2] 2 ( 2). The aminotetra(phosphonites) p-C 6H 4[N{P(OC 6H 4OMe- o) 2} 2] 2 ( 3) and p-C 6H 4[N{P(OMe) 2} 2] 2 ( 4) have been prepared by reacting 1 with appropriate amount of 2-(methoxy)phenol or methanol, respectively, in the presence of triethylamine. The reactions of 3 and 4 with H 2O 2, elemental sulfur, or selenium afforded the tetrachalcogenides, p-C 6H 4[N{P(O)(OC 6H 4OMe- o) 2} 2] 2 ( 5), p-C 6H 4[N{P(S)(OMe) 2} 2] 2 ( 6), and p-C 6H 4[N{P(Se)(OMe) 2} 2] 2 ( 7) in good yield. Reactions of 3 with [M(COD)Cl 2] (M = Pd or Pt) (COD = cycloocta-1,5-diene) resulted in the formation of the chelate complexes, [M 2Cl 4- p-C 6H 4{N{P(OC 6H 4OMe- o) 2} 2} 2] ( 8, M = Pd and 9, M = Pt). The reactions of 3 with 4 equiv of CuX (X = Br and I) produce the tetranuclear complexes, [Cu 4(mu 2-X) 4(NCCH 3) 4- p-C 6H 4{N(P(OC 6H 4OMe- o) 2) 2} 2] ( 10, X = Br; 11, X = I). The molecular structures of 1- 3, 6, 7, and 9- 11 are confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The weak intermolecular P...P interactions observed in 1 leads to the formation of a 2D sheetlike structure, which is also examined by DFT calculations. The catalytic activity of the Pd(II) 8 has been investigated in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献
