提出了用非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100作萃取剂的浊点萃取-胶束增稳室温燐光法测定痕量α-萘乙酸的新方法.就溶液pH、试剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等实验条件对浊点萃取的影响及后续使用的胶束增稳室温燐光法的测定条件进行了探讨.在最佳条件下,线性范围为3.0×10-8~2.0×10-6 mol/L;检出限1.3×10-8 mol/L;方法用于强化水样中痕量α-萘乙酸的测定,回收率95%~104%;相对标准偏差2.0%~3.5%.  相似文献

对吲哚-3-丁酸在非离子表面活性剂吐温-40的胶束体系中产生的燐光反应作了详细研究并应用,基于此而建立的灵敏方法测定吲哚-3-丁酸。在此特例中,I-离子(以固体碘化钾形式加入)是适宜的重原子微扰剂。在反应溶液中加入亚硫酸钠作为除氧剂。此反应体系中产生燐光的激发波长为281 nm,发射波长为446 nm。吲哚-3-丁酸浓度在8.0×10-8~2.0×10-6mol.L-1范围内与燐光强度呈线性关系,检出限为7.0×10-9mol.L-1,反应溶液中存在有机溶剂使燐光发生猝灭。乙醇、乙醚、乙腈或丙酮使体系的燐光有不同程度的减弱。该方法曾应用于测定自来水、河水及井水等水样及土壤样品中的吲哚-3-丁酸,结果的RSD均小于3.0%,回收率在95.2%~104.0%之间。  相似文献

本文研究了吲哚的无保护流体室温燐光(NP-RTP)性质。基于NP-RTP建立起来的分析方法已直接用于鱼中吲哚的测定。方法的线性范围为1.0×10-7~7.0×10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.4%。本方法无须保护性介质而仅以KI为重原子微扰剂、Na2SO3为除氧剂即可。0.60 mol/L KI、2.0×10-3mol/L Na2SO3和pH 8.6为方法的最佳测定条件。  相似文献

利用重原子效应(HAE)的选择性,建立了一种仅用TlNO3和KI为重原子微扰剂(HAP)、Na2SO3为除氧剂的无保护流体室温燐光(NP-RTP)同时测定α-萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)的方法。吲哚-3-乙酸(KI为HAP)、α-萘乙酸(TlNO3为HAP)和α-萘乙酸(KI为HAP)的最大激发/发射峰分别位于280/448nm、280/490nm和280/490nm,线性范围分别为2.5×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L、1.0×10-7~6.5×10-6mol/L和6.5×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L,检出限分别为6.5×10-8mol/L、7.1×10-8mol/L和1.98×10-7mol/L。该方法已用于商品萘-吲可湿性粉剂中α-萘乙酸和吲哚-3-乙酸的同时测定,回收率和相对标准偏差分别为95.3%~104.7%和1.8%~4.6%。  相似文献

建立了浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定痕量金属钯的新方法,利用表面活性剂Triton X-114和络合剂2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(5-Br-PADMA)对钯进行浊点萃取。研究了溶液pH、试剂浓度、平衡温度和加热时间等因素对浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的影响。优化条件为:pH 5.50 HAc-NaAc缓冲,0.08 mL 5×10-4 mol/L 5-Br-PADMA,0.70 mL10g/L Triton X-114。在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为0.1~10 ng/mL,钯的检出限为0.068 ng/mL,富集倍率为45倍。该方法可用于环境样品中痕量钯的富集和测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(5-Br-PADMA)为螯合剂,Triton X-114为萃取剂,建立了浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定超痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。研究了溶液pH、螯合剂和表面活性剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等因素对浊点萃取的影响。优化条件为:pH=5.0 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液,0.35 mL 5.0×10-4 mol/L 5-BrPADMA,1.0mL 1.0%Triton X-114,60℃保温15min。方法的线性范围为0.05~4.0ng/mL,检出限为0.017ng/mL,相对标准偏差为3.1%(n=10),富集因子为48。方法用于水样中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,加标回收率在97.0%~102.0%之间。  相似文献

研究了浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定痕量镉的新方法,利用表面活性剂Triton X-100和络合剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)对镉进行浊点萃取。详细探讨了影响浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的因素。优化条件为:0.25 mL 30%NaC l,pH 8.5,0.50 mL、4.0×10-4mol/L PAN,0.2 mL 1.0%TritonX-100。在最佳条件下,镉的富集倍率为50倍,检出限为5.9 ng/L,RSD为2.1%。该方法用于环境样中痕量镉的富集和测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

比较氟比洛芬在乙醇介质,及对其浊点萃取后在非离子型表面活性剂Tergitol15-S-7胶束-乙醇介质中的荧光光谱,发现氟比洛芬的荧光发射峰有明显红移的现象,且荧光信号显著增强。研究证实Tergitol 15-S-7与氟比洛芬激发态分子之间的超分子作用力是荧光增强的主要原因。据此,提出了一种浊点萃取-荧光光谱法测定氟比洛芬的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,氟比洛芬测定的线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 mol·L-1,检出限为1.1×10-9 mol·L-1。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献
