Summary.  Pyrrole α-aldehydes (2-formyl-4,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole and 2-formyl-N-methylpyrrole) condense readily at C(3) of indolin-2-ones to give dipyrrinone analogs, such as (3Z)-[(4,5-dimethylpyrrol-2-yl)-methylidenyl]-indolin-2-one and (3E)-[(1-methylpyrrol-2-yl)-methylidenyl]-indolin-2-one. 1H-NMR NOE analyses and X-ray crystallography confirm the syn-(Z) configuration for the former and the syn-(E) configuration for the latter. The former is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonding. Molecular mechanics calculations of the latter indicate no energy difference between the syn and anti conformations. Corresponding author. New optically active C 2-symmetric salen-type ligands were synthesized on the basis of (4S,5S)-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane. These ligands were used to obtain cationic (trifluoromethanesulfonate) and neutral (chloride) rhodium(I) complexes with [(4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-5-{[(E)-pyridin-2-ylmethylidene]aminomethyl}-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]-N-[(E)-pyridin-2-ylmethylidene]methanamine and [2,2-dimethyl-5-{[(E)-quinolin-2-ylmethylidene]aminomethyl}-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]-N-[(E)-quinolin-2-ylmethylidene] methanamine. The latter complex ensured preparation of (S)-2-phenylethanol with an optical yield of 34.8% by transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone.  相似文献

7-Nitropyridobenzimidazolium salts are cleaved with secondary amines to form 2-[(E,E)-4-aminobuta-1,3-dienyl]-1H-benzimidazoles. The latter react with dimethyl acetylene-dicarboxylate to yield 4a-[(E,Z,E)-6-amino-4,5-dimethoxycarbonylhexa-1,3,5-trien-1-yl]-1,2,3,4-tetra(methoxycarbonyl)-4a,5-dihydropyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazoles.  相似文献

4-Benzylidene-2-phenyl-1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-one reacts with piperidin-2-ylmethanamine to give N-{(Z)-3-oxo-3-[(piperidin-2-ylmethyl)amino]-1-phenylprop-1-en-2-yl}benzamide, N-(4-benzyl-3-oxooctahydro-2N-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrazin-4-yl)benzamide, or/and (Z)-4-benzylidenehexahydro-2H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrazin-3(2H)-one, depending on the solvent, temperature, and reaction time. The reaction of alkoxycarbonyl- and cyanomethylene(triphenyl)phosphoranes with 3,3-diphenylindan-1,2-dione in dry benzene at room temperature for about 5 h led to the formation of a mixture of (E)- and (Z)-diastereomers. On the other hand, treatment of the dione with acetylmethylene(triphenyl)phosphorane afforded a mixture of (E)-3,3-diphenyl-1-(2-oxo-2-methylethylidene)indan-2-one and unexpected product (E)-3-(3,3-diphenyl-2-oxoindan-1-ylidene)-4-(triphenyl-λ5-phosphanylidene)hexane-2,5-dione, whereas with benzoylmethylene(triphenyl)phosphorane gave a mixture of (E)-3,3-diphenyl-1-(2-oxo-2-phenylethylidene)indan-2-one, [(2R *,3S *)-3-benzoyl-8,8-diphenyl-3,8-dihydro-2H-indeno{2,1-b}furan-2-yl]phenylmethanone and 1,4-diphenyl-2-(3,3-diphenyl-2-hydroxy-3H-inden-1-yl)but-2-ene-1,4-dione. The reaction mechanisms are considered and structural assignments of the new compounds are based on spectroscopic evidence. The molecular structures of the two diastereomers and the unexpected product were elucidated by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Acylation of 2-aminobenzenethiol with methyl chloroformate in pyridine gave dimethyl 2,2′-disulfanediylbis(2,1-phenylene)dicarbamate instead of expected methyl 2-suylfanylphenylcarbamate. Heating of the product with zinc dust in glacial acetic acid led to the formation of 1,3-benzothiazol-2(3H)-one. Alkylation of the latter with 1,2-dibromoethane and allyl bromide, as well as acylation with chloroacetyl chloride, afforded the corresponding 3-substituted derivatives. 3-[3-(Pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-ylmethyl]-1,3-benzothiazol-2(3H)-one was synthesized with high regioselectivity by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 3-allyl-1,3-benzothiazol-2(3H)-one to pyridine-2-carbonitrile oxide generated fromN-hydroxypyridine-2-carboximidoyl chloride hydrochloride by the action of triethylamine.  相似文献

Acid-catalyzed reaction of 6,10a-dihydroxy-3,4a,7,9-tetra(tert-butyl)-1,2,4a,10a-tetrahydrodibenzo-[b,e][1,4]dioxine-1,2-dione with 2-methylquinoline derivatives led to the formation of a previously unknown system 6-[(Z)-2-(quinolin-2-yl)-1-hydroxyethen-1-yl]pyran-2-one. The molecular structure of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-6-[(Z)-2-(7,8-dimethyl-4-chloroquinolin-2-yl)-1-hydroxyvinyl]pyran-2-one was established by XRD method; the energy and structural characteristics of its isomers in the gas phase and in a polar solvent were calculated by quantumchemical methods (B3LYP/6-31G**).  相似文献

Reactions of 4-aminofurazan-3-carboxylic acid iminoester with o-aminophenol and ethylenediamine give rise respectively to 4-(1,3-benzoxazol-2-yl)- and 1-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-amines, with aminoethanol arises 2-[(Z)-1-amino-1-(4-amino-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-yl)methylideneamino]-1-ethanol. Treating of 3-amino-4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazole with triethyl orthoformate in acetic anhydride yielded benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-c][1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-e]pyrimidine, and alkylation with haloalkanes furnished 3-amino-4-(1-R-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazoles.  相似文献

Palladium-promoted vinylation of cyclohexenes via employment of a directing-group strategy to yield the coupled vinyl cyclohexenes with excellent regio- and stereoselectivity was studied. Typically, reaction of 2-(cyclohex-2-en-1-yl)-N-tosylacetamide ( 1a ) with (Z)-styryl bromides ( 2 ) gave cis-2-[(E)-styryl]cyclopent-3-en-1-yl-N-tosylacetamides in good to excellent yields. It is noticed that (Z)-styryl moiety was inverted into (E)-form in products. Unfortunately, (E)-styryl bromide substrates were not suitable for this reaction under the condition investigated. Further studies on norbornene system, we found that palladium-catalyzed reaction of endo-N-tosylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2-carboxamide ( 6 ) with styryl bromides gave the Aza-Heck type products.  相似文献

5-[2-[(4-Methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-thione, 5-[2-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one, N-(2,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanamide, and a series of N-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanamides and 3-[(4-methylphenyl)(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-N-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]propanamides, and their thio analogues were synthesized from 3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanehydrazide. 1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione was converted to 4-amino-2,4-dihydro-5-[2-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione, whereas cyclization of N′-phenylcarbamoyl derivatives provided thiazole, oxadiazoles, and thiadiazole, as well as triazole derivatives. Two of the synthesized compounds exhibited good antibacterial activity against Rhizobium radiobacter.  相似文献

The reaction of cyclooctatetraene with methyl diazoacetate or diazoacetone in the presence of rhodium binuclear complexes gives, besides 9-substituted bicyclo[6.1.0]nona-2,4,6-trienes (mixture ofanti- andsyn-isomers, total yields 60–75%), isomeric β-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)acrylates or 4-(cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-yl)but-3-en-2-one in 20–34% yields. Condensation of 2-[(E)-pent-3-en-2-yl]-4-, 2-[(E)-pent-2-en-2-yl]-4-, or 2-(cyclopent-1-enyl)-6-methylaniline with 1-chloro-1-(N-methylimino)- or 1-chloro-1-(N-phenylimino)ethane affords the corresponding amidines. Stereoselective syntheses of 2exo, 3exo-bis (chloromethyl)-5-[(Z)-chloromethylidene]- ( 9 ), 2exo, 3exo-bis (chloromethyl)5-[(E)-chloromethylidene]- ( 10 ) and 2exo, 3exo-bis(chloromethyl)-5-[(E)-methoxymethylidene]-6-niethylidene-7-oxa-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane ( 13 ) are presented. Double elimination of HCI from 9, 10 and 13 yielded 2-[(Z)-chloromethylidene]- ( 14 ), 2-[(E)chloromethylidene]- ( 15 ) and 2-[(E)-methoxymethylidene]-3,5,6-mmethylidene-7-oxabicycio[2.2.1]heptane ( 18 ), respectively, without loss of the olefin configuration. Ethylene tetracarbonitrile (TCE) and N-phenyltriazolinedione (NPTAD) added to these new exocyclic dienes and tetraenes preferentially onto their exo-face. The same face selectivity was observed for the cycloadditions of TCE to the (Z)- and (E)-chlorodienes 9 and 10 , thus realizing a case where the kinetic stereoselectivity of the additions is proven not to be governed by the stability of the adducts. The exo-face selectivity of the Diels-Alder additions of dienes grafted onto 7-oxabicyclo [2,2.1]heptanes contrasts with the endo-face selectivity reported for a large number of cycloadditions of dienes grafted onto bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane skeletons.  相似文献

The photoisomerization behavior of three mono[(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]spermidines, 1, 2 , and 3 , and three bis[(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]spermidines, 4, 5 , and 6 , are investigated. The synthetic product (E)- 1 could be almost quantitatively (> 96%) converted into its isomer (Z)- 1 under UV light irradiation. In the cases of (E)- 2 and (E)- 3 , a mixture of (E)/(Z) ca. 1:2 was obtained, when the same conditions were applied. The comparison of their UV spectra provides the possible explanation for these different behaviors. Furthermore, it was noticed that the (Z) → (E) isomerization of the C?C bond took place during the purification by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), and the (E)/(Z)-mixture is thus inseparable. The same feature could be observed during the isolation of the (Z,Z)-N,N′-bis[3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-spermidines, (Z,Z)- 4 , (Z,Z)- 5 , and (Z,Z)- 6 . Nevertheless, the fractions of (Z,Z)- 5 and (Z,Z)- 6 were in almost pure state collected, and their 1-NMR spectra are presented.  相似文献

Summary.  The reaction of 2-amino-4,5-dihydro-3-furancarboxamides with morpholine in the presence of acetic acid in pyridine or under the influence of ammonium acetate gave the corresponding 3-diaminomethylene-4,5-dihydro-2(3H )-furanones; 4,5-dihydro-2-morpholino-3-furancarboxamides were not isolated. One of the former reacted with benzylamine to give (E )- and (Z )-3-(amino-(benzylamino)-methylene)-4,5-dihydro-4-phenyl-2(3H )-furanones and 2-benzylamino-4,5-dihydro-4-phenyl-3-furancarboxamide. The unexpected (3S,4R)-3-[(R)-1-(hydroxy)ethyl]-4-[(2′R,6′S)-1′-oxo-2′-(N-benzyloxy-N-methyl)aminocyclohexen-6′-yl]-1-(t-butyl-dimethylsilyl)azetidin-2-one was one of the main reaction products of the Lewis acid catalysed condensation of (3S,4R)-3-[(R)-1-(t-butyl-dimethylsilyloxy)ethyl]-4-acetoxyazetidin-2-one with 1-trimethylsilyloxy-6-(N-benzyloxycarbonyl-N-methylamino)cyclohexene. Reactions of (Z)-1-arylmethylidene-3-oxopyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ides (stable analogs of azomethine imines generated by thermal opening of the diaziridine fragment in 6-aryl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes) with N-arylmaleimides having no ortho substituents in the aryl group are stereoselective: the products are mixtures of the corresponding cis and trans adducts, the latter prevailing (∼1.4–2.6: 1). trans Adducts are formed as the only products in the reactions with di-ortho-substituted N-arylmaleimides. (Z)-1-[(2,6-Dichlorophenyl) methylidene]-3-oxopyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ide reacts with both para- and ortho-substituted N-arylmaleimides to give exclusively trans adducts. Labile azomethine imines generated by thermolysis of 6-aryl-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes are likely to have Z configuration as well.  相似文献

Reaction of N-benzylideneaniline, 1a , with 3-methyl-2-oxobutanedioic acid diethyl ester, 2a , produced isomeric 3-methyl-4,5-dioxo-1,2-diphenyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid ethyl esters, 3a and 3b . The higher melting isomer, 3a , was shown to have the (Z) configuration by nmr spectroscopy. The (Z) and (E) isomers of 3-methyl-4,5-dioxo-1,2-diphenyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid methyl esters, 3c and 3d , were prepared from 1a and 3-methyl-2-oxobutanedioic acid dimethyl ester, 2b . The higher melting isomer, 3c , was shown to have the (Z) configuration. Similarly, N-benzylidene-p-toluidine, 1b , reacted with 2a to form (Z) and (E) isomers of 3-methyl-4,5-dioxo-1-(4-methylphenyl)-2-phenyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxlic acid ethyl esters, 3e and 3f . Assignment of the 13C carbonyl carbon nmr chemical shift was made by preparing 2-methyl-3-oxobutanedioic-1-13C acid diethyl ester, 4 , and from it the corresponding (Z) and (E) isomers of 3-methyl-4,5-dioxo-1,2-diphenyl-3-pyrrolidinecarboxylic 13C acid ester, 5a and 5b . The mass spectra of the (Z) isomers exhibit prominent ions corresponding to the masses of the Schiff bases used to make them, and ions corresponding to the loss of ArNCOCO from the parent ion. The (E) isomers 3b, 3d and 5b exhibit a prominent ion of mass 264; 3f gives mass 278, corresponding to the loss of the carboalkoxy group.  相似文献
