A new method to prepare polysaccharide-coating type chiral stationary phases (CSPs) was developed in this work. As a typical example, naked silica gel was coated by cellulose, which was then derivatized with 3,5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride to afford cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylbenzoate)-silica gel (CTDBS) complex. The silanols on CTDBS were end-capped with 3- aminopropyltriethoxysilane to obtain CSP 1. The amino groups on CSP 1 were further end-capped with 3,5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride to give CSP 2. The silanols on CTDBS were end-capped with methyltrimethoxysilane to yield CSP 3. CSPs 1-3 were characterized by FTIR, solid-state 13C-NMR and elemental analysis. The enantioseparation abilities of CSPs 1-3 were evaluated with structurally various chiral analytes. The enantioseparation results demonstrated that the end-capping moieties on CSPs 1 and 2 significantly affected enantioseparation. In addition, the effect of the structures of chiral analytes and end- capping moieties on the retention factors and the resolutions was discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of chiral Pd(L)PyBr2 (3a3e) and Pd(L)PyCl2 (4d and 4e) complexes from l-phenylalanine is presented (L = (S)-3-allyl-4-benzyl-1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-imidazolin-2-ylidene (a), (S)-4-benzyl-1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-3-(naphthalen-2-ylmethyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene (b), (S)-4-benzyl-3-(biphenyl-4-ylmethyl)-1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene (c), (S)-4-benzyl-1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-3-(naphthalen-1-ylmethyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene (d) or (S)-4-benzyl-1-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-3-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzyl)imidazolin-2-ylidene (e). The complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods, and the X-ray crystal structures of 3a3c and 4d are reported. In each case, there is a slightly distorted square-planar geometry around palladium, which is surrounded by imidazolylidene, two trans halide ligands and a pyridine ligand. There are π–π stacking interactions in the crystal structures of these complexes. Complex 3a showed good catalytic activity in the Cu-free Sonogashira coupling reaction under aerobic conditions.  相似文献

This article provides a condensed introduction to principles of chiral separation, gives a historic overview of the genesis of the most important concepts regarding chiral stationary phase (CSPs), and summarizes the state of the art in a concise manner. Some recent developments in the field of polysaccharide CSPs are outlined. Finally, the article focusses on the new concept of zwitterionic chiral stationary phases and their application profile and peculiarities. Some other trends in column technology, including sub-2 μm and core–shell CSP particles and the emerging field of (UP)SFC, are briefly discussed. Figure

We have studied the oxidation of catechol to o-quinone with atmospheric dioxygen at ambient conditions by in situ generated copper (II) complexes of five electron-rich nitrogen ligands: (3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-methanol L1; 3-benzylamino-propionitrile L2; 3-[benzyl-(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)-amino]-propionitrile L3; {3-[(2-cyano-ethyl)-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylmethyl)-amino]-propyl}-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylmethyl)-amino]-propionitrile L4 and 3-[{2-[(2-cyano-ethyl)-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylmethyl)-amino]-ethyl}-(1,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylmethyl)-amino]-propionitrile L5. We found that all complexes catalyze the oxidation reaction with different rates depending on three parameters: the nature of the ligand, the nature of ion salts, and the concentration of the complex. The combination of L3(CuSO4) gave the highest rate of this activity about 8.71 μmol1/L1/min1.  相似文献

Guest inclusion properties of two cyclic imides which have carboxylic acids connected through flexible tether, namely, 4-(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (1) and 4-(1,3-dioxo-1H,3H-benzo[de]isoquinolin-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (2) are studied. The crystals of host 1 containing one molecule of 1, the crystals of 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) cocrystal of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and half molecule of bpy (1a), the crystals of 1,4-dioxane solvate of 1 containing two molecule of 1 and one and half molecule of 1,4-dioxane (1b) and the crystals of quinoline solvate of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and one molecule of quinoline (1c) in their crystallographic asymmetric units are investigated. Intermolecular hydrogen bonded two dimensional (2D) sheet structure of 1 and 3D channel network of 1b are comprised of cyclic R 2 2 (8) hydrogen bond motifs; whereas cleavage of dimeric carboxylic acid R 2 2 (8) motifs occurs in the structures of 1a and 1c in which 3D host–guest networks are comprised of discrete O–H···N and cyclic R 2 2 (7) interactions, respectively. Various types of weak interactions between the two symmetry nonequivalent host molecule are found to be responsible for the formation of channels (14 × 11 Å) filled by guest 1,4-dioxane molecules in the crystal lattice of 1b. Two different solvates of 2 containing one molecule of 2 with a water molecule (2a) and one molecule of 2 with a quinoline molecule (2b) in their crystallographic asymmetric units, respectively, are also crystallized in different space groups. The quinoline molecules are held with host molecules by discrete O–H···N and C–H···O interactions and reside inside the voids formed by 3D repeated hexameric assemblies of host molecules in the crystal lattice of 2b.  相似文献

The successful enantioseparation of five 6-desfluoroquinolones with three polysaccharide-based stationary phases (namely, the cellulose-based Chiralpak IB and the two amylose-based Chiralpak AD-H and Lux Amylose-2) is herein described. The investigated species differ for the nature of substituents and/or the position of the stereogenic centre on the quinolone scaffold.The effect on the enantioseparation performance exerted by the different morphology of the cellulose-based and amylose-based polymers, was systematically evaluated for all compounds. In this frame, the impact of alternative alcoholic (ethanol, 2-ethoxyethanol, methanol, 2-propanol) and acidic (acetic, methanesulfonic and trifluoroacetic acid) modifiers as well as of a “non-standard” solvent (chloroform), was investigated in normal phase conditions along with the stereo-electronic peculiarities of the selected polymers. While 7-[4-(1,3-benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methyl-1-piperazinyl]-1-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid (1) was enantioresolved with conventional normal-phase conditions by means of the largely employed amylose-based Chiralpak AD-H column, the recruitment of a bulky alcohol (2-ethoxyethanol) succeeded in the enantioresolution of 6-amino-1-methyl-7-[2-methyl-4-(2-pyridinyl)-1-piperazinyl]-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid (2) and 6-amino-1-[1-(hydroxymethyl)propyl]-4-oxo-7-(4-pyridin-2-ylpiperazin-1-yl)-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (3) with the same column. The use of the amylose-based Lux Amylose-2 column, carrying both an electro-withdrawing (chlorine) and an electro-donating (methyl) group on the carbamate residue, allowed to get 6-amino-1-methyl-4-oxo-7-[3-(2-pyridinyl)-1-pyrrolidinyl]-1,4-dihydro-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid hydrochloride (4) enanantioresolved, and 6-amino-1-methyl-4-oxo-7-(3-pyridin-2-ylpiperidin-1-yl)-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (5) enantioseparated.  相似文献

The nine new heteroaryl-substituted imidazolidinium (1ac), pyrimidinium (2ac) and diazepinium (3ac) salts as N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors were synthesized in good yields and entirely characterized using elemental analyses and conventional spectroscopic methods. In situ formed complexes from heterocyclic salts (13), Pd(OAc)2 and in the presence of KOBu t as a base were tested as catalysts for the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction in an aqueous media and very high yields were achieved. 1,3-Di(5-methylthiophen-2-ylmethyl)pyrimidinium hexafluorophosphate salt (2b) was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the 2b compound (C16H21N2S2)+[PF6]?, the terminal thiophene rings are twisted with a dihedral angle of 72.8(3)°. In the pyrimidine ring, the three successive C atoms between the N atoms are disordered over two positions [occupancy ratio 0.753(12):0.247(12)]. In the crystal, neighboring molecules are linked by C–H…F hydrogen bonds, running along the b axis.  相似文献

A series of pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole and α-cyanocinnamic acid derivatives have been synthesized in the reactions of Schiff bases 2–7 with selected nitriles containing an active methylene group: malononitrile 8–12, cyanoacetamide 13–16, benzyl cyanide 17–21, benzoylacetonitrile 22–24, cyanoacetate methyl ester 25–28 and benzylacetamide 29. The structures 8–29 were confirmed by the results of elementary analysis and their IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR and MS spectra. The products 8–29 of various chemical structure pyrimido[1,2-a] benzimidazole 8–12, 14–16, 17–21, 23–24, 26 and α-cyanocinnamic acid derivatives 13, 22, 25, 27, 28 were obtained, which are of interest for biological studies or which can be substrates for further synthesis. The selected compounds 10, 13, 14, 17, 19, 21, 23–25 and 28 were screened for their antiproliferative activity in vitro against neoplastic and normal cell lines. The most active two compounds were: 2-(o-bromophenylene)-3-cyano-4-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole (24) and 3-cyano-4-phenyl-2-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,2-dihydropyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazole (23). However, similarly like cisplatin used as the control, they showed no selectivity towards cancer cells, by inhibiting proliferation of normal mouse fibroblasts in similar manner.   相似文献

The reaction of the tripod ligand hydrotris(N-(2-methylphenyl)-2-thioimidazol-1-yl)borate, Tt with zinc(II) chloride yielded the chloro complex [TtZn–Cl] 1. The hydrolytic reactivity of its hydroxo complex [TtZn–(μ-OH)ZnTt]Cl 2 towards p-nitrophenyl acetate was hampered due to the formation of the stable phenolate complex [TtZn–O–Ar–p-NO2] 3 as a product inhibition. The X-ray structure analysis of complex 3 was determined and showed that its Zn[S3O] coordination sphere includes three thione donors from the ligand Tt and one oxygen donor from the hydrolysed product p-nitrophenolate in an ideally tetrahedral arrangement around the zinc(II) centre.  相似文献

Two new metal–organic coordination polymers {[Co(L1)(nip)]·H2O} n (1) and [Co(L2)(ip)] n (2) (H2ip = isophthalic acid, L1 = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,4-bis(5-methylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2nip = 5-nitroisophthalic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The analysis reveals that complex 1 has a 1D double chain structure connected by L1 and nip2? ligands, which is further assembled into a 3D bbf (moganite network) supermolecular framework via two types of C–H···O hydrogen bond interactions. Complex 2 possesses a 3D MOF with a four-connected cds (CdSO4 network) topology. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of Congo red have been investigated.  相似文献

Two powerful methods for the synthesis of indole-based chalcone derivatives, namely (E)-1-(2-chloro-1-(4-chlorobenzyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)-3-aryl(hetaryl)prop-2-en-1-ones (3al), are described, involving the ultrasound-assisted or solvent-free Claisen–Schmidt condensation reaction of 3-acetyl-2-chloro-1-(4-chlorobenzyl)indole (1) and various aromatic aldehydes (2al). The ultrasound-assisted Claisen–Schmidt condensation reaction was carried out using 1,4-dioxane as solvent and KOH as base at room temperature to give the corresponding products (3al) in yields ranging from 75 to 88 %. Alternatively, the Claisen–Schmidt condensation reaction could also be conducted under solvent-free conditions to obtain the products (3al) in comparable yields. The two procedures offer easy access to indole-based chalcone derivatives in short reaction times and good yields under mild conditions. Particularly, the advantageous aspect of the solvent-free method could avoid the use of environmentally hazardous and toxic solvents, and also reduced costs. The structures of all the newly synthesized indole-based chalcones 3al were confirmed by spectral data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Heteroaryl substituted analogs of antirhnoviral (A), was prepared by a convergent approach. 3-Nitrophenyl-5- bromooromethylisoxazoles 5a–b were synthesized by [3+2] cycloaddition of 3-(benzoyloxy)-propyne 2 to in situ generated arylnitrile oxides followed by deprotection of cycloadducts 3a–b and bromination of the resulting alcohols 4a–b. Coupling of 3- nitrophenyl-5-bromooromethylisoxazoles (5a–b) with 4-[5-(2-alkyl-2H-tetrazolyl)]phenols (6a–d) in N-methylpyrrolidinone under mild conditions afforded a new series of 2-alkyl-5-{4-[1-(3-nitrophenyl-5-isoxazolyl)methyloxy]phenylr}-2H-tetrazoles (7a–h) in high yields. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their 1H NMR, Mass spectral, and Elemental Analysis data.  相似文献

By heating with ammonia or aniline 1-acyl-2-hydroxy-4-quinolizinones (1 a–e) are transformed to 4-hydroxy-5-(2-pyridyl)-2-pyridones (3 a–f), with4 a–d as minor sideproducts. The structure of the rearranged compound3 f was established by an independent synthesis starting with6 and7. The reaction of1 a, d with ethyl β-aminocrotonate (β-ACE) yields pyrono-quinolizinones8 a, b and pyronopyridones9 a, b as byproducts; the latter are obtained in high yield by reaction of3 a, b with β-ACE. The ringtransformation reaction cannot be extended to 1-methoxycarbonyl-quinolizinones, such as10; in this case 2-amino-4-quinolizinone11 is the main product of the reaction with ammonia.  相似文献

The interaction of the enantiopure (R)- and (S)-1-phenyl-N,N-bis(pyridine-3- ylmethyl)ethanamine ligands, R-L 1 and S-L 1 , with copper(II) chloride followed by addition of hexafluorophosphate resulted in the isolation of the corresponding enantiomeric complexes [Cu(R-L 1 )Cl](PF6) (1), [Cu(S-L 1 )Cl](PF6) (2) and [Cu(S-L 1 )Cl](PF6)??0.5Et2O (3), in which dimerization occurs through two long Cu??????Cl interactions, the ??-chloro bridges being thus strongly asymmetric. The organic ligand is bound to the metal centre via its N3-donor dipyridylmethylamine fragment in a planar fashion, such that each copper centre is in a square planar environment (or distorted square pyramidal with a long axial bond length if the additional interaction is considered). When R,S-L 1 was employed in a parallel synthesis, the similar racemic complex [Cu(R,S-L 1 )Cl](PF6)??0.5MeOH (4) was obtained, in which the L 1 ligands in each dimeric unit have opposite hands. In contrast to the complexes of L 1 , the reaction of Cu(II) chloride with the related ligand, (R)-1-cyclohexyl-N,N-bis(pyridine-3-ylmethyl)ethanamine (R-L 2 ), yielded the mononuclear complex [Cu(R,S-L 2 )Cl2] (5), displaying a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. The structure of this product along with its corresponding circular dichroism spectrum revealed that racemisation of the starting R-L 2 ligand has occurred under the relatively mild (basic) conditions employed for the synthesis. A temperature-dependent magnetic studies of the complexes 1, 2 and 5 indicate that a week ferromagnetic interaction is operative in each dicopper core in 1 and 2 with 2J?=?1.2?cm?1. On the other hand, a week antiferromagnetic intermolecular interaction is operative for 5.  相似文献

The reactions on benzotriazoles continue to happen to reach interesting varieties of their derivatives. This study reports a fast one-pot microwave-assisted solvent-free synthesis of N-alkenyl-1,2,3-benzotriazole (3, 5, and 7) and 1-(2-Alkyloxycarbonyl-vinyl)-1H-[1–3] triazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (8 and 9) derivatives by nucleophilic addition reactions of 1,2,3-benzotriazole (C6H5N3) (1) and 1H-[1–3] triazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (C4H4N3O2) (1′) with R-propiolates (R = Me, Et; 2 & 4) and phenylacetylene 6 in good yields. The values of activation energy for rotation around C–N bond in the synthesized N-alkenyl-1,2,3-triazole compounds were studied by DFT-B3LYP/6-31G* method.  相似文献

The reactions of 3(5)-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5(3)-phenyl-1H-pyrazole (L 1 ) with nitric acid and 5-(4-benzyloxyphenyl)-3-(furan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole(L 2 ) with hydrochloric acid produced [HL 1 · NO3] (Salt-1) and [HL 2 · Cl] (Salt-2). The structures of Salt-1 and Salt-2 were determined by single crystal X-diffraction. In Salt-1, HL 1 showed [2 + 2] binding of NO3 ? ions in the solid state to form dimer architecture with R 1 2 (4) and R 4 4 (14) graph sets. An anion directed one-dimensional anion-assisted helical chain with active participation of the chloride ion and protonated pyrazole via N–H···Cl hydrogen bonding in Salt-2. In addition, the protonated HL 2 molecules interacted with each other through weak C–H···π interactions resulting in the formation of another one-dimensional helical chain.  相似文献

From extraction experiments and $ \gamma $ -activity measurements, the extraction constants corresponding to the general equilibrium Eu3+(aq) + 3 A?(aq) + L(nb) $ \Leftrightarrow $ EuL3+(nb) + 3A?(nb) taking place in the two-phase water–nitrobenzene system ( $ {\text{A}}^{ - } = {\text{CF}}_{ 3} {\text{SO}}_{3}^{ - } $ ; L = electroneutral receptors denoted by 1, 2, and 3 – see Scheme 1; aq = aqueous phase, nb = nitrobenzene phase) were evaluated. Further, the stability constants of the EuL3+ complexes in nitrobenzene saturated with water were calculated; they were found to increase in the series of 3 < 2 < 1.

Two new coordination polymers, formulated as [Co(L1)(btec)0.5] n (1) and {[Co(L2)(bdc)]·H2O} n (2) (L1 = 1,3-bis(2-methylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, L2 = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The cobalt atoms present different environments, with a trigonal pyramidal geometry in 1 and a distorted octahedral configuration in 2. Complex 1 shows a 2D (4,4) network linked by L1 and btec4? anions, giving an uninodal 4-connected sql topology with a point symbol of {42·62}, while complex 2 displays a 1D ladder-like chain structure, which is further assembled into a 3D supramolecular architecture via C–H···π hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence properties of both complexes have been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

3-(Naphthalen-1-ylmethylene)-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-one 1 was prepared and converted into a variety of heterocyclic systems of synthetic and biological importance. Benzylamine was reacted with furanone 1 to afford compounds 2 and 3 according to the reaction conditions. Butanamide 2 was reacted with thionyl chloride or thiourea to give derivatives 4 and 5, respectively. Compound 3 was reacted with ethyl cyanoacetate to give the corresponding pyrrolopyridine derivative 6. Treatment of 1 with hydrazine hydrate afforded compounds 7 and 8 according to the reaction conditions. Also, compound 1 was reacted with phenyl hydrazine, hydroxyl amine, malononitrile or thiourea to give compounds 912, respectively. Cyclization of 7 with ethoxymethylene-malononitrile, ethyl-(ethoxymethylene)cyanoacetate, carbon disulphide or acetylacetone afforded the corresponding compounds 1316, respectively. Condensation of 7 with p-nitrobenzaldehyde gave the corresponding hydrazone 17, which was treated with thioglycolic acid or chloroacetyl chloride to give compounds 18 and 19, respectively. Also, most of the prepared products were tested for anti-avian influenza virus and revealed promising antiviral activity against H5N1 virus [A/Chicken/Egypt/1/2006 (H5N1)] by determination of both TC 50 and ED 50 and confirmed by plaque reduction assay on MDCK cells. Compounds 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 showed the highest effect compared with the other tested compounds.  相似文献
