A selective palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of polyfluorophenyl oxazolines through ortho C-F activation is described. It was found that reactions with DPPF as the ligand occurred much faster than those with other ligands. A variety of arylboronic acids including challenging functionalized arylboronic acids such as enolizable ketones, aldehyde, cyano, ester, and trifluoromethyl groups were tolerated with the reaction conditions. 相似文献

Complex OsH2Cl2(PiPr3)2 promotes the C-H activation of 2-vinylpyridine and subsequently couples the activated substrate with a second 2-vinylpyridine and two acetylene molecules. In the absence of 2-vinylpyridine, the activated substrate is coupled with an acetylene unit to afford a 2-butadienylpyridine derivative. 相似文献

Carbon-carbon bond activation of diphenylacetylene and several substituted derivatives has been achieved via photolysis and studied. Pt0-acetylene complexes with eta2-coordination of the alkyne, along with the corresponding PtII C-C activated photolysis products, have been synthesized and characterized, including X-ray crystal structural analysis. While the C-C cleavage reaction occurs readily under photochemical conditions, thermal activation of the C-C bonds or formation of PtII complexes was not observed. However, the reverse reaction, C-C reductive coupling (PtII --> Pt0), did occur under thermal conditions, allowing the determination of the energy barriers for C-C bond formation from the different PtII complexes. For the reaction (dtbpe)Pt(-Ph)(-CCPh) (2) --> (dtbpe)Pt(eta2-PhCCPh) (1), DeltaG was 32.03(3) kcal/mol. In comparison, the energy barrier for the C-C bond formation in an electron-deficient system, that is, (dtbpe)Pt(C6F5)(CCC6F5) (6) --> (dtbpe)Pt(eta2-bis(pentafluorophenyl)acetylene) (5), was found to be 47.30 kcal/mol. The energy barrier for C-C bond formation was able to be tuned by electronically modifying the substrate with electron-withdrawing or electron-donating groups. Upon cleavage of the C-C bond in (dtbpe)Pt(eta2-(p-fluorophenyl-p-tolylacetylene) (9), both (dtbpe)Pt(p-fluorophenyl)(p-tolylacetylide) (10) and (dtbpe)Pt(p-tolyl)(p-fluorophenylacetylide) (11) were obtained. Kinetic studies of the reverse reaction confirmed that 10 was more stable toward the reductive coupling [the term "reductive coupling" is defined as the formation of (dtbpe)Pt(eta2-acetylene) complex from the PtII complex] than 11 by 1.22 kcal/mol, under the assumption that the transition-state energies are the same for the two pathways. The product ratio for 10 and 11 was 55:45, showing that the electron-deficient C-C bond is only slightly preferentially cleaved. 相似文献

The cross-coupling reaction of pentafluoropyridine with tributyl(vinyl)tin affording 2-vinyltetrafluoropyridine by activation of a carbon-fluorine bond is catalysed by [NiF(2-C5NF4)(PEt3)2]; a similar reaction is observed with 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine. 相似文献

C-F bond activation of ortho-fluorinated benzalimines 2,6-F(2)C(6)R1R2R3-CH=N-R (1-3) using the electron-rich complex Fe(PMe(3))(4) is reported. With the assistance of the imine group as the anchoring group, bis-chelated iron(II) complexes (C(6)FR1R2R3-CH=N-R)(2)Fe(PMe(3))(2) (4-6) were formed. The reaction of 2,6-difluorobenzylidenenaphthalen-1-amine 2,6-F(2)C(6)H(3)-CH=N-C(10)H(7) (9) with Fe(PMe(3))(4) affords [CNC]-pincer iron(II) complex (C(6)H(3)F-CH=N-C(10)H(6))Fe(PMe(3))(3) (10) through both C-F and C-H bond activation and π-(C=N) coordinate iron(0) complex (C(6)H(3)F-CH=N-C(10)H(7))(2)Fe(PMe(3))(2) (11) with C,C-coupling, while a similar reaction with perfluorobenzylidenenaphthalen-1-amine C(6)F(5)-CH=N-C(10)H(7) (14) gave rise to only [CNC]-pincer iron(II) complex (C(6)F(4)-CH=N-C(10)H(6))Fe(PMe(3))(3) (15). The proposed formation mechanisms of these complexes are discussed. The structures of complexes 5, 6, 10 and 11 were confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. 相似文献

The orthopalladation of iminophosphoranes [R(3)P=N-C(10)H(7)-1] (R(3) = Ph(3) 1, p-Tol(3) 2, PhMe(2) 3, Ph(2)Me 4, N-C(10)H(7)-1 = 1-naphthyl) has been studied. It occurs regioselectively at the aryl ring bonded to the P atom in 1 and 2, giving endo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2=N-1-C(10)H(7))-2)-κ-C,N](2) (5) or endo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(3)-(P(p-Tol)(2)=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2-Me-5)-κ-C,N](2) (6), while in 3 the 1-naphthyl group is metallated instead, giving exo-[Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-8)-κ-C,N](2) (7). In the case of 4, orthopalladation at room temperature affords the kinetic exo isomer [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPh(2)Me)-8)-κ-C,N](2) (11exo), while a mixture of 11exo and the thermodynamic endo isomer [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPhMe=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2)-κ-C,N](2) (11endo) is obtained in refluxing toluene. The heating in toluene of the acetate bridge dimer [Pd(μ-OAc)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPh(2)Me)-8)-κ-C,N](2) (13exo) promotes the facile transformation of the exo isomer into the endo isomer [Pd(μ-OAc)(C(6)H(4)-(PPhMe=N-C(10)H(7)-1)-2)-κ-C,N](2) (13endo), confirming that the exo isomers are formed under kinetic control. Reactions of the orthometallated complexes have led to functionalized molecules. The stoichiometric reactions of the orthometallated complexes [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-8)-κ-C,N](2) (7), [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2)[=NPh)-2)](2) (17) and [Pd(μ-Cl)(C(6)H(3)-(C(O)N=PPh(3))-2-OMe-4)](2) (18) with I(2) or with CO results in the synthesis of the ortho-halogenated compounds [PhMe(2)P=N-C(10)H(6)-I-8] (19), [I-C(6)H(4)-(PPh(2)=NPh)-2] (21) and [Ph(3)P=NC(O)C(6)H(3)-I-2-OMe-5] (23) or the heterocycles [C(10)H(6)-(N=PPhMe(2))-1-(C(O))-8]Cl (20), [C(6)H(5)-(N=PPh(2)-C(6)H(4)-C(O)-2]ClO(4) (22) and [C(6)H(3)-(C(O)-1,2-N-PPh(3))-OMe-4]Cl (24). 相似文献

A new system for catalytic arylation and alkenylation of alkane segments has been developed. The ortho-tert-butylaniline substrates and 2-pivaloylpyridine may be arylated and alkenylated at the tert-butyl group, while no functionalization occurred at more reactive C-H and other bonds. Arylation and alkenylation of these substrates are achieved in the presence of Ph2Si(OH)Me and Ph-CH=CH-Si(OH)Me2, respectively, and the catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2 and stoichiometric oxidant (Cu(OAc)2, 2 equiv) in DMF. In contrast, the ortho-i-propylaniline substrate underwent cyclopalladation, but no arylation product was obtained. Complex compound 14 was synthesized via tandem arylation-alkenylation of tert-butylaniline 11. We hypothesize that the high selectivity of this system stems from the confluence of directing effect of the Schiff base or pyridine moiety and unique reactivity properties of a phenyl-palladium acetate species (Ph-Pd-OAc.Ln). 相似文献

Chemical reactions that break, or activate, C-H and C-F are of tremendous synthetic interest. The intramolecular C-F bond activation of a tungsten carbonyl system has been studied by time-resolved infrared spectroscopy. The formation of solvent complexes and the final product are monitored using time-resolved infrared spectroscopy of the CO stretches. The rate of the reaction is shown to be limited by the formation of an intermolecular complex between the tungsten metal center and a solvent molecule. Comparison with DFT calculations shows that in the absence of solvent molecules the intramolecular complex with the tethered perfluorobenzene ring is energetically favorable, but is not the primary kinetic product because of the initial geometry of the complex. 相似文献

The core of teleocidin B4, a complex fragment of a natural product containing two quaternary stereocenters and a penta-substituted benzene ring, was synthesized in four C-C bond-forming steps starting from tert-butyl derivative 1. The first step involved alkenylation of the tert-butyl group with a vinyl boronic acid, followed by the successful annulation of the cyclohexane ring to the benzene nucleus via an intramolecular Friedel-Crafts reaction. The third step required a diastereoselective oxidative carbonylation of the geminal dimethyl group, followed at last by indole assembly via the alkenylation of the phenol nucleus, to afford the teleocidin B4 core. Noteworthy is the fact that steps 1 and 3 critically depended on the directing role of the aniline nitrogen (directed C-H bond functionalization). 相似文献

The NHC-stabilized complex [Ni2(iPr2Im)4(cod)] (1) was isolated in good yield from the reaction of [Ni(cod)2] with 1,3-diisopropylimidazole-2-ylidene (iPr2Im). Compound 1 is a source of the [Ni(iPr2Im)2] complex fragment in stoichiometric and catalytic transformations. The reactions of 1 with ethylene and CO under atmospheric pressure or with equimolar amounts of diphenylacetylene lead to the compounds [Ni(iPr2Im)2(eta2-C2H4)] (2), [Ni(iPr2Im)2(eta2-C2Ph2)] (3), and [Ni(iPr2Im)2(CO)2] (4) in good yields. In all cases the [Ni(iPr2Im)2] complex fragment is readily transferred without decomposition or fragmentation. In the infrared spectrum of carbonyl complex 4, the CO stretching frequencies are observed at 1847 and 1921 cm(-1), and are significantly shifted to lower wavenumbers compared with other nickel(0) carbonyl complexes of the type [NiL2(CO)2]. Complex 1 activates the C--F bond of hexafluorobenzene very efficiently to give [Ni(iPr2Im)2(F)(C6F5)] (5). Furthermore, [Ni2(iPr2Im)4(cod)] (1) is also an excellent catalyst for the catalytic insertion of diphenylacetylene into the 2,2' bond of biphenylene. The reaction of 1 with equimolar amounts of biphenylene at low temperature leads to [Ni(iPr2Im)2(2,2'-biphenyl)] (6), which is formed by insertion into the strained 2,2' bond. The reaction of diphenylacetylene and biphenylene at 80 degrees C in the presence of 2 mol % of 1 as catalyst yields diphenylphenanthrene quantitatively and is complete within 30 minutes. 相似文献

Studies on C-C bond formation between simple hydrocarbon species such as CH2, C=CH2, CH=CH2, CH2=CH2, CH2=C=CH2 and CHCH at a diruthenium center suggest that the process is promoted when the dimetal center can readily compensate for the two electrons lost in the formation of the new C-C bond. Thus, whereas -CH2 and ethene combine only under forcing conditions, the combination of -CH2 with allene or ethyne, which have additional -electrons available for coordination, occurs readily at room temperature. Likewise, the availability of uncoordinated -electrons in -C=CH2 allows vinylidene to link rapidly with ethene at room temperature. Alkyne complexes [Ru2(CO)(-RCCR)(-C5H5)2] (R=CF3 or Ph) react only under vigorous conditions with additional alkyne to give [Ru2(CO)(-C4R4) (-C5H5)2], but give these same species at room temperature in the presence of acid, shown to be due to the intermediacy of highly reactive 30-electron -vinyl cations. Thermally, alkyne linking proceedsvia three-alkyne species [Ru2(-C6R6)(-C5H5)2] to a four-alkyne complex [Ru2(-C8R8)(-C5H5)2], containing an unprecedented C8 ligand composed of a C6 ring with a C2 tail. Treatment of [Ru2(CO)(-RCCR)(-C5H5)2] with unsaturated metal fragments gives trimetal complexes such as [Ru3(CO)5(3-CF3CCCF3) (-C5H5)2]. The MeCN derivative of this species undergoes unusual linking processes on reaction with additional alkyne to giveinter alia [Ru3(CO)3(3-CCF3){3-C3(CF3)3}(-C5H5)2], arising from alkyne cleavage, and [Ru3(CO)3{3-C4(CF3)2(CO2Me)2}(-C5H5)2], a closo-pentagonal bipyramidal Ru3C4 cluster. 相似文献

The diiron vinyliminium complexes [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(R′)C(H)CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Me, R′ = SiMe3 (1a); R = Me, R′ = CH2OH (1b); R = CH2Ph, R′ = Tol (1c), Tol = 4-MeC6H4; R = CH2Ph, R′ = COOMe (1d); R = CH2Ph, R′ = SiMe3 (1e)) undergo regio- and stereo-selective addition by cyanide ion (from ), affording the corresponding bridging cyano-functionalized allylidene compounds [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(R′)C(H)C(CN)N(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (3a-e), in good yields. Similarly, the diiron vinyliminium complexes [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(R′)C(R′)CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R = R′ = Me (2a); R = Me, R′ = Ph (2b); R = CH2Ph, R′ = Me (2c); R = CH2Ph, R′ = COOMe (2d)) react with cyanide and yield [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(R′)C(R′)C(CN)N(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (9a-d). The reactions of the vinyliminium complex [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(Tol)CHCN(Me)(4-C6H4CF3)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (4) with NaBH4 and afford the allylidene [Fe2{μ-C(Tol)C(H)C(H)N(Me)(C6H4CF3)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (5) and the cyanoallylidene [Fe2{μ-C(Tol)C(H)C(CN)N(Me)(C6H4CF3)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (6), respectively. Analogously, the diruthenium vinyliminium complex [Ru2{μ-η1:η3-C(SiMe3)CHCN(Me)(CH2Ph)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (7) reacts with to give [Ru2{μ-η1:η3-C(SiMe3)CHC(CN)N(Me)(CH2Ph)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (8).Finally, cyanide addition to [Fe2{μ-η1:η3-C(COOMe)C(COOMe)CN(Me)(Xyl)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (2e) (Xyl = 2,6-Me2C6H3), yields the cyano-functionalized bis-alkylidene complex [Fe2{μ-η1:η2-C(COOMe)C(COOMe)(CN)CN(Me)(Xyl)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2] (10). The molecular structures of 3a and 9a have been elucidated by X-ray diffraction. 相似文献
