磨合过程摩擦力单重分形和多重分形的研究   总被引:10,自引:2,他引:8  
分别在CD40润滑油和加入添加剂的CD40润滑油润滑条件下,通过销-盘摩擦磨损试验机对船用柴油机活塞环和缸套进行磨合磨损试验,提取摩擦力的时间序列信号,应用分形维数和多重分形谱研究了摩擦力的分形行为.结果表明:摩擦力信号具有分形特征;随着磨合磨损过程的进行,信号的分形维数和多重分形谱出现规律性的变化;不同阶段信号的分形维数趋于减小,与磨损表面粗糙度的变化规律一致;不同阶段信号的多重分形谱呈现出递增或递减趋势,反映了磨损表面的动态变化过程.因此,摩擦力信号的分形维数和多重分形谱可以对磨合磨损过程进行定量分析.  相似文献

Liesegang patterns of parallel precipitate bands are obtained when solutions containing co-precipitate ions interdiffuse in a 1D gel matrix.The sparingly soluble salt formed,displays a beautiful stratification of discs of precipitate perpendicular to the 1D tube axis.The Liesegang structures are analyzed from the viewpoint of their fractal nature.Geometric Liesegang patterns are constructed in conformity with the well-known empirical laws such as the time,band spacing and band width laws.The dependence of the band spacing on the initial concentrations of diffusing(outer)and immobile(inner)electrolytes(A0 and B0,respectively)is taken to follow the Matalon-Packter law.Both mathematical fractal dimensions and box-count dimensions are calculated.The fractal dimension is found to increase with increasing A0 and decreasing B0.We also analyze mosaic patterns with random distribution of crystallites,grown under different conditions than the classical Liesegang gel method,and report on their fractal properties.Finally,complex Liesegang patterns wherein the bands are grouped in multiplets are studied,and it is shown that the fractal nature increases with the multiplicity.  相似文献

在立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上对GCr15/45#钢摩擦副进行不同接触载荷和滑动速度下的摩擦磨损试验,对初始滑动距离1 000 m内的摩擦系数信号进行数据采集,运用结构函数测度方法对摩擦系数信号进行分形表征,计算不同载荷和速度下的分形维数,研究摩擦信号的分形维数随载荷和速度的变化规律.结果表明,摩擦系数信号具有显著的分形特征,其分形维数随载荷和速度而变化.在相同载荷下,分形维数随滑动速度增加而增大;在相同速度下,分形维数随着接触载荷增加而增大.磨损率与摩擦系数信号的分形维数正相关.  相似文献

用神经网络进行结构损伤检测、分析的有效性在很大程度上取决于训练样本的好坏。小波变换在时域和频域都具有表征信号局部特征的能力,小波包分析利用可以伸缩和平移的可变视窗能够聚焦到信号的任意细节,因此对有损伤的结构的非线性动力特性能进行有效的分析。利用分形几何方法不依赖于系统的数学模型的特点,将分形维数与小波分析相结合,建立了结构损伤的小波分形神经网络检测方法。研究结果表明,结构不同状态下的振动信号的各频段分形维数有明显的不同,可以将振动信号的各频段分形维数作为结构损伤检测的特征量,并用神经网络将结构的不同状态模式识别出来。  相似文献

In this paper, fractal theory is successfully applied to the analysis of fractal properties of Mandarin speech. First, a new algorithm of the arithmetical progression scales gridding dimension, based on the conventional Box Dimension, is presented to reduce the computational cost. Second, the distribution laws of fractal dimension of Mandarin speech have been obtained by calculating and statistically analyzing the arithmetical progression scales gridding dimension of 21 consonants and 38 vowels of Mandarin speech. The preliminary results in our experiment show that Mandarin speech has the scale-invariant property and that the arithmetical progression scales gridding dimension can indicate the complexity and irregularity degree of the waveform of Mandarin speech signals. The novel discoveries in our studies imply that fractal theory has a good potential in the field of speech signals processing.  相似文献

岩石可压裂性的定量评价是非常规油气资源开采中一个重要且复杂的问题,利用已有岩心实验数据,考虑岩石的岩性及压裂裂隙的分形特征,建立了岩石压裂裂隙的分维数、岩石抗压强度和裂隙面密度之间的定量关系,并根据所采岩心,利用自行开发的软件计算出其压裂后分形维数,验证了裂隙越复杂,分形维数越大. 提出采用压裂裂隙的分维数来表征岩石的可压裂性, 为定量分析和评价岩石可压裂性与储层开采价值提供了一个新的思路.  相似文献

在不同的摩擦磨损试验机上提取了摩擦磨损过程中摩擦力和摩擦振动的时间序列信号,采用关联维数方法研究了摩擦力和摩擦振动的分形行为.结果表明:摩擦力和摩擦振动信号具有分形特征;随着摩擦磨损过程的进行,信号分形维数的变化出现规律性的递增或递减;对于“收敛”或磨合磨损过程,不同阶段摩擦信号的分形维数趋于增大;对于“发散”的摩擦磨损过程,不同阶段的摩擦信号的关联维数趋于减小.摩擦力和摩擦振动的分形维数的变化规律同摩擦磨损过程中表面形貌分形维数的变化规律相似。  相似文献

A theoretical analysis of fractional anomalous diffusion caused by an instantaneous point source in disordered fractal media is studied. Using the method of symmetry group of scaling transformations and the H-function, the analytical solutions of concentration distribution are given. At the same time we derive the expressions of scattering function spectrum.The result shows that the scattering function spectra still have the properties of scaling function. The scattering functions of point source, line source and area source in regular Euclidean space can be regarded as particular cases of this paper and are included in this paper. At the end of the paper we discuss the asymptotic behaviors of the solution in detail. The results of this paper can be taken to be the fundamental solutions for every kind of boundary value problems of fractional anomalous diffusion in disordered fractal media.  相似文献

It is known that there exist obivious differences between the two most commonly used definitions of fractional derivatives—Riemann–Liouville (R–L) definition and Caputo definition. The multiple definitions of fractional derivatives in fractional calculus have hindered the application of fractional calculus in rheology. In this paper, we clarify that the R–L definition and Caputo definition are both rheologically imperfect with the help of mechanical analogues of the fractional element model (Scott–Blair model). We also clarify that to make them perfect rheologically, the lower terminals of both definitions should be put to ∞. We further prove that the R–L definition with lower terminal a →∞ and the Caputo definition with lower terminal a →∞ are equivalent in the differentiation of functions that are smooth enough and functions that have finite number of singular points. Thus we can define the fractional derivatives in rheology as the R–L derivatives with lower terminal a →∞ (or, equivalently, the Caputo derivatives with lower terminal a →∞) not only for steady-state processes, but also for transient processes. Based on the above definition, the problems of composition rules of fractional operators and the initial conditions for fractional differential equations are discussed, respectively. As an example we study a fractional oscillator with Scott–Blair model and give an exact solution of this equation under given initial conditions.  相似文献

标准的整数阶导数方程不能准确描述粘弹性材料的记忆性参考文献[1]和阻尼的分数次幂频率依赖[2],因此分形导数、分数阶导数及正定分数阶导数被用于描述粘弹性介质中的阻尼振动.该文通过分析模型和数值模拟,比较了三种模型描述的振动过程.结果显示,当p小于约O.75或大于约1.9时(p为非整数阶导数的阶数),分形导数模型衰减最快;当P大于约0.75且小于约1.9时,正定分数阶导数模型衰减最快,衰减最慢的分别为分数阶导数模型(p<1)和分形导数模型(p>1).且正定分数阶导数模型衰减快于分数阶导数模型,当p接近2时,两种模型较为相近.  相似文献

在分离式霍普金森压杆实验装置上进行了花岗岩破坏的动静组合加载实验.通过对受载后岩样破碎块度进行筛分统计,得到了该加载条件下岩石破碎的粒度分布.在此基础上,通过理论计算公式,进一步得到了相应的破碎分形维数,分别探讨了静载荷和冲击载荷对分维数的影响.结果表明,动静组合加载作用下花岗岩破碎分维值在2.0~2.8之间;相同静载不同动载下,花岗岩的破碎分维值与试样的应变率有关,随应变率增大而增大;而在相同冲击动载下,静载荷变化对分形维数的影响不大.  相似文献

The unsteady flow of an incompressible fractional Maxwell fluid between two infinite coaxial cylinders is studied by means of integral transforms.The motion of the fluid is due to the inner cylinder that applies a time dependent torsional shear to the fluid.The exact solutions for velocity and shear stress are presented in series form in terms of some generalized functions.They can easily be particularized to give similar solutions for Maxwell and Newtonian fluids.Finally,the influence of pertinent parameters on the fluid motion,as well as a comparison between models,is highlighted by graphical illustrations.  相似文献

In this paper,using the fractional Fourier law,we obtain the fractional heat conduction equation with a time-fractional derivative in the spherical coordinate system.The method of variable separation is used to solve the timefractional heat conduction equation.The Caputo fractional derivative of the order 0 < α≤ 1 is used.The solution is presented in terms of the Mittag-Leffler functions.Numerical results are illustrated graphically for various values of fractional derivative.  相似文献

Previous work has suggested that an estimate of fractal dimension can provide a useful metric for quantifying settlement patterns. This study uses fractal methods to investigate settlement patterns at a global scale showing that the scaling behavior of the pattern of the world's largest cities corresponds to that typically observed for coastlines and rivers. This serves to validate the use of fractal dimension as a scale-independent measure of settlement patterns which can be correlated with other physical features. Such a measure may be a useful validation criterion for models of human settlement and spatial behavior.  相似文献

In this paper the Hausdorff measure of sets of integral and fractional dimensions is introduced and applied to control systems.A new concept,namely,pseudo-self-similar set is also introduced.The existence and uniqueness of such sets are then proved,and the formula for calculating the dimension of self-similar sets is extended to the psuedo-self-similar case.Using the previous theorem,we show that the reachable set of a control system may have fractional dimensions.We hope that as a new approach the geometry of fractal sets will be a proper tool to analyze the controllability and observability of nonlinear systems.  相似文献
