Platinum bisphosphine complexes bearing dichalcogen-derivatised naphthalene, acenaphthene or phenanthrene ligands have been prepared by either oxidative addition to zero-valent platinum species or from [PtCl(2)(PPhR(2))] (R=Ph or Me) and the disodium or dilithium salts of the parent disulfur, diselenide or mixed S/Se species. The parent naphthalene, acenaphthene and phenanthrene chalcogen compounds were treated with either [Pt(PPh(3))(4)] or [Pt(C(2)H(4))(PMe(3))(2)] (prepared in situ from [PtCl(2)(PMe(3))(2)], ethene and sodium naphthalide or super hydride [LiBEt(3)H]) to give the appropriate platinum(II) species. The dilithium salts of 1,8-E(2)-naphthalene (E=S or Se) prepared in situ by reduction of the E-E bond with [LiBEt(3)H] were treated with [PtCl(2)(PPh(3))(2)] to give [Pt(1,8-E(2)-nap)(PPh(3))(2)]. The tetraoxides [Pt(1,8-(S(O)(2))(2)-nap)(PR(3))(2)] (PR(3)=PPh(3) or PMe(2)Ph) were prepared in a similar metathetical manner from the appropriate [PtCl(2)(PR(3))] complexes and the disodium salt of naphthalene 1,8-disulfinic acid (1,8-(S(O)ONa)(2)-nap). The X-ray structures of selected examples reveal bidentate coordination with the naphthalene-E(2) unit hinged (111-137 degrees) with respect to the coordination plane. The naphthalene ring suffers significant distortion from planarity.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural and magnetic properties of heteropolynuclear complexes [(L(3)Cu)(3)Cr](CH(3)CN)(3)(ClO(4))(3) (2) and [(L(3)Cu)(4)Gd.H(2)O](CH(3)OH)(H(2)O)(ClO(4))(3) (3) (H(2)L(3) ligand is 2,3-dioxo-5,6:14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,12-diene) and their precursor L(3)Cu (1) are presented. Complex 2 crystallizes in space group P2(1)/n with cell parameters a = 20.828(6) A, b = 18.321(5) A, c = 7.578(5) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 91.990(8) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, and Z = 4. The Cr(III) center is coordinated by six oxygen atoms from three Cu(II) precursors. The Cr-O bonds range over 1.948-1.982 A. The coordination environments of all the terminal Cu(II) ions change in comparison with their Cu(II) precursor. The ferromagnetic coupling (J = 16.48(1) cm(-)(1)) observed for 2 can be rationalized by symmetry considerations. For any pair of interacting magnetic orbitals, strict orthogonality is obeyed and the interaction is ferromagnetic. Complex 3 crystallizes in space group P1 with cell parameters a = 14.805(4) A, b = 16.882(5) A, c = 17.877(5) A, alpha = 75.403(5) degrees, beta = 83.317(6) degrees, gamma = 70.600(5) degrees, and Z = 2. The central Gd(III) assumes an 8 + 1 coordination environment, namely eight oxygen atoms from four Cu(II) precursors and one oxygen atom from H(2)O. The fit of the experimental data gives J = 0.27(2) cm(-)(1), g(Gd) = 1.98(1), and g(Cu) = 2.05(1). This small and positive J value shows weak ferromagnetic interaction between metal ions.  相似文献

Two new macrocyclic DOTA-like chelates containing one phosphonate pendant arm were synthesised as potential contrast agents for MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). The chelates bind to the lanthanide(III) in an octadentate manner, via four nitrogen atoms, three carboxylate and one phosphonate oxygen atoms. Solution structures of [Ln(do3ap(OEt2))(H(2)O)] and [Ln(do3ap(OEt))(H(2)O)](-) were studied using (31)P and (1)H NMR spectroscopy and SAP (square-antiprismatic)/TSAP (twisted square-antiprismatic) isomerism was observed. Depending on the nature of the lanthanide(III) ion, the lanthanide(III) complexes of H(4)do3ap(OEt) are present in solution as up to four different diastereoisomers observable with NMR. The TSAP isomer is the most abundant at the beginning of the lanthanide series and, with a decrease of the ionic radius of lanthanide(III) ions, both TSAP and SAP forms were observed. A second interconversion (SAP<-->TSAP') becomes important at the end of the series (TSAP' means the TSAP species without a coordinated water molecule). The remaining axial coordination site is occupied by one water molecule for the Gd(3+)-complex. The calculated fraction of the TSAP isomer in the gadolinium(III) complexes increases in the order [Gd(DOTA)(H(2)O)](-) < [Gd(do3ap(OEt2))(H(2)O)] < [Gd(do3ap(OEt))(H(2)O)](-) < [Gd(do3ap)(H(2)O)](2-). Gadolinium(III) complexes of phosphorus-containing chelates, generally, have the advantage of a relatively fast water exchange rate due to a greater sterical demand of the phosphorus acid moiety and of the presence of the second-sphere water shell, which also contributes to the overall relaxivity. The [Gd(do3ap(OEt2))(H(2)O)] and [Gd(do3ap(OEt))(H(2)O)](-) complexes were studied by variable-temperature (17)O NMR and (1)H NMRD. The experimental data were evaluated simultaneously with commonly used equations based on Solomon-Bloembergen-Morgan approximation, extended by a contribution of the second coordination sphere. The water exchange rates were found to be strongly dependent on the TSAP/SAP isomeric ratio and the overall charge of the complex: the monoanionic [Gd(do3ap(OEt))(H(2)O)](-) complex with TSAP molar fraction equal to 0.36 has the water exchange rate of 20 x 10(6) s(-1) (tau(M) = 50 ns) while neutral [Gd(do3ap(OEt2))(H(2)O)] complex with TSAP molar fraction 0.28 has an exchange rate equal to 4.4 x 10(6) s(-1) (tau(M) = 227 ns).  相似文献

The platinum(II) complexes trans-[PtCl(2)(RR'C=NOH)(2)], where R = R' = Me, RR' = (CH(2))(4) and (CH(2))(5), react with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid in Me(2)CO to give the platinum(IV) complexes [PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CRR')(2)] in 50-60% yields. The complexes [PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CRR')(2)] were characterized by elemental analysis, EI-MS, and IR and Raman spectroscopies; X-ray structure analyses were performed for both trans-[PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CC(4)H(8))(2)] and trans-[PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CC(5)H(10))(2)]. The former compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 8.088(2) ?, b = 8.327(2) ?, c = 8.475(2) ?, alpha = 103.54(3) degrees, beta = 102.15(3) degrees, gamma = 108.37(3) degrees, V = 501.0(2) ?(3), Z = 1, and rho(calcd) = 1.917 g cm(-)(3). The latter complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 12.5260(10) ?, b = 9.3360(10) ?, c = 18.699(2) ?, beta = 98.320(10) degrees, V = 2163.7(4) ?(3), Z = 4, and rho(calcd) = 1.862 g cm(-)(3). The structures of [PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CC(4)H(8))(2)] and [PtCl(2)(OCMe(2)ON=CC(5)H(10))(2)] show an octahedron of Pt where two Cl atoms and two chelate ligands are mutually trans, respectively.  相似文献

The first example of the use of (195)Pt PGSE diffusion data (D values) to recognize the solvent dependence of aggregation of the hexachloroplatinate dianion in Na(2)PtCl(6) (1) and in H(2)PtCl(6) (2) is reported. In water, the ions are separated; however, in methanol the D values suggest ion pairing and/or aggregation. Additional (1)H and (31)P diffusion data for organometallic Pt complexes trans-PtX(Aryl)(L)(2) (where L = PEt(3) or PPh(3)) and Pt(C(7)H(4)O(2))(L(1))(L(2)) (where L(1) and L(2) = a variety of ligand types) reveal that phenyl phosphines afford relatively large hydrodynamic radii r(h). The presence of a substituent on the aryl ligand of PtX(Aryl)(L)(2) does not markedly affect the D values, whereas a substituent of similar size added to a PPh(3) group in Pt(C(7)H(4)O(2))(L(1))(L(2)) markedly changes both D and r(h) values. There is only a small concentration dependence of the D values in PtX(Aryl)(L)(2) on changing from 2 to 10 mM.  相似文献

As starting materials for heterobimetallic complexes, [RuCp(PPh(3))CO(PPh(2)H)]PF(6) and [RuCp(PPh(3))CO(eta(1)-dppm)]PF(6) were prepared from RuCp(PPh(3))(CO)Cl. In the course of preparing [RuCp(eta(2)-dppm)(eta(1)-dppm)]Cl from RuCp(Ph(3)P)(eta(1)-dppm)Cl, the new monomer RuCpCl(eta(1)-dppm)(2) was isolated. The uncommon coordination mode of the two monodentate bis(phosphines) was confirmed by X-ray crystallography [a = 11.490(1) ?, b = 14.869(2) ?, c = 15.447(2) ?, alpha = 84.63(1) degrees, beta = 70.55(1) degrees, gamma = 72.92(1) degrees, V = 2378.7(5) ?(3), d(calc) = 1.355 g cm(-)(3) (298 K), triclinic, P&onemacr;, Z = 2]. The dppm-bridged bimetallic complexes RuCp(PPh(3))Cl(&mgr;-dppm)PtCl(2), RuCpCl(&mgr;-dppm)(2)PtCl(2), and [RuCp(PPh(3))CO(&mgr;-dppm)PtCl(2)]PF(6) each exhibit electrochemistry consistent with varying degrees of metal-metal interaction. The cationic heterobimetallic complexes [Mo(CO)(3)(&mgr;-dppm)(2)Pt(H)]PF(6) and [MoCp(CO)(2)(&mgr;-PPh(2))(&mgr;-H)Pt(PPh(3))(MeCN)]PF(6) were prepared by chloride abstraction from the corresponding neutral bimetallic species and show electrochemical behavior similar to the analogous Ru/Pt complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of a potential mono(nucleobase) model adduct of cisplatin, cis-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(1-MeC-N3)(H(2)O)](2+) (6; 1-MeC: 1-methylcytosine), with the electrophile [Pd(en)(H(2)O)(2)](2+) (en: ethylenediamine) at pH approximately 6 yields a kinetic product X which is likely to be a dinuclear Pt,Pd complex containing 1-MeC(-)-N3,N4 and OH bridges, namely cis-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(1-MeC(-)-N3,N4)(OH)Pd(en)](2+). Upon addition of excess Ag(+) ions, conversion takes place to form a thermodynamic product, which, according to (1)H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography, is dominated by a mu-NH(2) bridge between the Pt(II) and Pd(II) centers. X-ray crystallography reveals that the compound crystallizes out of solution as a dodecanuclear complex containing four Pt(II), four Pd(II), and four Ag(+) entities: [{Pt(2)(1-MeC(-)-N3,N4)(2)(NH(3))(2)(NH(2))(2)(OH)Pd(2)(en)(2)Ag}(2){Ag(H(2)O)}(2)](NO(3))(10) 6 H(2)O (10) is composed of a roughly planar array of the 12 metal ions, in which the metal ions are interconnected by mu-NH(2) groups (between Pt and Pd centers), mu-OH groups (between pairs of Pt atoms), and metal-metal donor bonds (Pt-->Ag, Pd-->Ag). The four 1-methylcytosinato ligands, which are stacked pairwise, as well as the four NH(3) ligands and parts of the en rings, are approximately perpendicular to the metal plane. Two of the four Ag ions (Ag2, Ag2') of 10 are labile in solution and show the expected behavior of Ag(+) ions in water, that is, they are readily precipitated as AgCl by Cl(-) ions. The resulting pentanuclear complex [Pt(2)Pd(2)Ag(1-MeC(-))(2)(NH(2))(2)(OH)(NH(3))(2)(en)(2)](NO(3))(4)7 H(2)O (11) largely maintains the structural features of one half of 10. The other two Ag(+) ions (Ag1, Ag1') of 10 are remarkably unreactive toward excess NaCl. In fact, the pentanuclear complex [Pt(2)Pd(2)AgCl(1-MeC(-))(2)(NH(2))(2)(OH)(NH(3))(2)(en)(2)](NO(3))(3)4.5 H(2)O (12), obtained from 10 with excess NaCl, displays a Cl(-) anion bound to the Ag center (2.459(3) A) and is thus a rare case of a crystallized "AgCl molecule".  相似文献

Three novel phosphorus-containing analogues of H(5)DTPA (DTPA = diethylenetriaminepentaacetate) were synthesised (H6L1, H5L2, H5L3). These compounds have a -CH2-P(O)(OH)-R function (R = OH, Ph, CH2NBn2) attached to the central nitrogen atom of the diethylenetriamine backbone. An NMR study reveals that these ligands bind to lanthanide(III) ions in an octadentate fashion through the three nitrogen atoms, a P-O oxygen atom and four carboxylate oxygen atoms. The complexed ligand occurs in several enantiomeric forms due to the chirality of the central nitrogen atom and the phosphorus atom upon coordination. All lanthanide complexes studied have one coordinated water molecule. The residence times (tau(M)298) of the coordinated water molecules in the gadolinium(III) complexes of H6L1 and H5L2 are 88 and 92 ns, respectively, which are close to the optimum. This is particularly important upon covalent and noncovalent attachment of these Gd(3+) chelates to polymers. The relaxivity of the complexes studied is further enhanced by the presence of at least two water molecules in the second coordination sphere of the Gd(3+) ion, which are probably bound to the phosphonate/phosphinate moiety by hydrogen bonds. The complex [Gd(L3)(H2O)](2-) shows strong binding ability to HSA, and the adduct has a relaxivity comparable to MS-325 (40 s(-1) mM(-1) at 40 MHz, 37 degrees C) even though it has a less favourable tau(M) value (685 ns). Transmetallation experiments with Zn(2+) indicate that the complexes have a kinetic stability that is comparable to-or better than-those of [Gd(dtpa)(H2O)](2-) and [Gd(dtpa-bma)(H2O)].  相似文献

A new family of heterometallic compounds 3-6 containing ferrocenyl and platinum(II) centers has been synthesized by reaction of 1-β-aminoethylferrocene (1) and 1,1'-bis(β-aminoethyl)ferrocene (2) with Pt(II) precursors. Using K(2)[PtCl(4)] as the Pt(II) source, the cis-square-planar neutral compounds [Fe{η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2)}(2)PtCl(2)] (3) and [{Fe(η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2))(η(5)-C(5)H(5))}(2)PtCl(2)] (5) were obtained. Reaction of cis-[PtCl(2)(dmso)(2)] with 1 and 2 resulted in the displacement of dmso and chloride ligands from the platinum coordination sphere, affording the cationic and neutral compounds [Fe{η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2)}(2)Pt(dmso)Cl]Cl (4) and [Fe(η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2))(η(5)-C(5)H(5))Pt(dmso)Cl(2)] (6). Compounds 3-6 were thoroughly characterized using multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, (195)Pt) NMR, IR spectroscopy, ESI mass spectrometry and elemental analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of heterometallic 6 confirmed the cis geometry of the molecule and revealed that the platinum atom is held in a perfect square-planar geometry. The electrochemical behaviour of the heterometallic compounds 3-6, which has been examined by cyclic (CV) and square wave (SWV) voltammetries in dichloromethane and dmso solution, is characterized by the reversible one-electron oxidation of the ferrocene moieties. The results of the biological activity studies revealed that the organometallic complex 5 is active against all cell lines with GI(50) values in the range 1.7-2.3 μM. When compared to the standard anticancer drug cisplatin, heterotrimetallic 5, possessing two aminoethylferrocenyl units coordinated to the Pt(II) center, showed a greater activity profile in the colon cancer cell line. Cell cycle studies revealed that the new mixed compound exhibits a mechanism of action different to cisplatin.  相似文献

A DTPA-based chelate containing one phosphinate group was conjugated to a generation 5 polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer via a benzylthiourea linkage. The Gd(III) complex of this novel conjugate has potential as a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The chelates bind Gd3+via three nitrogen atoms, four carboxylates and one phosphinate oxygen, and one water molecule completes the inner coordination sphere. The monomer Gd(III) chelates bearing nitrobenzyl and aminobenzyl groups ([Gd(DTTAP-bz-NO2)(H2O)]2- and [Gd(DTTAP-bz-NH2)(H2O)]2-) as well as the dendrimeric Gd(III) complex G5-(Gd(DTTAP))63) were studied by multiple-field, variable temperature 17O and 1H NMR. The rate of water exchange is faster than that of [Gd(DTPA)(H2O)]2- and very similar on the two monomeric complexes (8.9 and 8.3 x 10(6) s-1 for [Gd(DTTAP-bz-NO2)(H2O)]2- and [Gd(DTTAP-bz-NH2)(H2O)]2-, respectively), while it is decreased on the dendrimeric conjugate (5.0 x 10(6) s-1). The Gd(III) complex of the dendrimer conjugate has a relaxivity of 26.8 mM-1 s-1 at 37 degrees C and 0.47 T (corresponding to 1H Larmor frequency of 20 MHz). Given the contribution of the second sphere water molecules to the overall relaxivity, this value is slightly higher than those reported for similar size dendrimers. The experimental 17O and 1H NMR data were fitted to the Solomon-Bloembergen-Morgan equations extended with a contribution from second coordination sphere water molecules. The rotational dynamics of the dendrimeric conjugate was described in terms of global and local motions with the Lipari-Szabo approach.  相似文献

New Pt complexes of chelating bisguanidines and guanidinate ligands were synthesized and characterized. 1,2-Bis(N,N,N',N'-tetramethylguanidino)benzene (btmgb) was used as a neutral chelating bisguanidine ligand, and 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidinate (hpp(-)) as a guanidinate ligand. The salts [btmgbH](+)[HOB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-) and [btmgbH(2)]Cl(2) and the complexes [(btmgb)PtCl(2)], [(btmgb)PtCl(dmso)](+)[PtCl(3)(dmso)](-), and [(btmgb)PtCl(dmso)](+)[Cl(-)] were synthesized and characterized. In the [btmgbH](+) cation the proton is bound to only one N atom. In the other complexes, both imine N atoms are coordinated to the Pt(II), thus adopting a eta(2)-coordinational mode. The hpp(-) anion, which usually prefers a bridging binding mode in dinuclear complexes, is eta(2)-coordinated in the Pt(IV) complex [(eta(2)-hpp)(hppH)PtCl(2){N(H)C(O)CH(3)}], which is formed (in low yield) by reaction between cis-[(hppH)(2)PtCl(2)] and H(2)O(2) in CH(3)CN.  相似文献

A series of novel lanthanide polyoxomolybdates was synthesized by reaction of lanthanide cations with the Anderson type anion (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-). The polyoxometalates K(6n)(TeMo(6)O(24))(n)[(Ln(H(2)O)(7))(2)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)[middle dot]16nH(2)O (Ln = Eu, Gd) and K(3n)[Ln(H(2)O)(5)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)[middle dot]6nH(2)O (Ln = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er) were characterized by X-ray structure analysis, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. We found that the solid-state structures of Ln/(TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) compounds are strongly dependent on the lanthanide cations, and therefore represent a rare example for different arrangements of building units depending on the nature of the rare earth cations. While the Eu(3+) and Gd(3+) cations achieve ninefold coordination by seven water molecules and two terminal oxygen atoms of the (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) anions, the Tb(3+), Dy(3+), Ho(3+) and Er(3+) cations are coordinated by five water molecules, two terminal oxygen atoms and one molybdenum-bridging oxygen atom belonging to the (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) anion. The europium and gadolinium substituted compounds contain infinite one-dimensional [(Ln(H(2)O)(7))(2)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n) chains; the terbium, dysprosium, holmium and erbium compounds contain infinite one-dimensional [Ln(H(2)O)(5)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)(3n-) chains.  相似文献

The synthesis of hexanuclear lanthanide hydroxo complexes by controlled hydrolysis led to polymorphic compounds. The hexanuclear entities crystallize in four different ways that depend on the extent of their hydration. The four structures can be described as hexanuclear lanthanide entities with formula [Ln(6)(mu(6)-O)(mu(3)-OH)(8)(NO(3))(6)(H(2)O)(12)](2+). Two additional NO(3)(-) ions intercalate between the hexanuclear entities in order to ensure the electroneutrality of the crystal structure. Some crystallization water molecules fill the intermolecular space. The three first families of compounds (1-3) exhibit crystal structures that have previously been reported. The fourth family of compounds (4) is described here for the first time. Its chemical formula is [Ln(6)(mu(6)-O)(mu(3)-OH)(8)(NO(3))(6)(H(2)O)(12)](NO(3))(2).2H(2)O (Ln = Gd, Er, and Y). In this paper, the chemical and thermal stabilities of the hexanuclear lanthanide compounds are reported together with the magnetic properties of the Gd(III)-containing species. To use these entities as precursors for new materials, the substitution of the nitrato groups by chloride ions has been studied. Two byproduct compounds have so been obtained: The first (compound 5) is a nitrato/chloride hexanuclear compound of chemical formula [Er(6)(mu(6)-O)(mu(3)-OH)(8)(NO(3))(6)(H(2)O)(12)](NO(3))Cl.2H(2)O. The second one (compound 6) is a polymeric compound in which the hexanuclear entities are linked by an unexpected and original N(2)O(4) bridge. Its chemical formula is [Er(6)(mu(6)-O)(mu(3)-OH)(8)(NO(3))(4)(H(2)O)(11)(OH)(ONONO(2))]Cl(3).2H(2)O. Its crystal structure can be described as the juxtaposition of chainlike molecular motifs. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a coordination polymer synthesized from an isolated polylanthanide hydroxo complex.  相似文献

Dinuclear [(NiL)Gd(hfac)(2)(EtOH)](H(3)L = 1,1,1-tris(N-salicylideneaminomethyl)ethane, Hhfac = hexafluoroacetylacetone), trinuclear [(NiL)(2)Gd(NO(3))], and tetranuclear [(NiL)Gd(CH(3)CO(2))(2)(MeOH)](2) complexes, were prepared by treating [Ni(HL)] with [Gd(hfac)(3)(H(2)O)(2)], Gd(NO(3))(3).6H(2)O, and Gd(CH(3)CO(2))(3).4H(2)O, respectively, in the presence of Et(3)N. All the complexes show that ferromagnetic interactions occur between the Ni(II) and Gd(III) ions.  相似文献

Five new coordination polymers, namely, [Zn(2)(H(2)O)(2)(BBC)](NO(3))(DEF)(6) (DUT-40), [Zn(3)(H(2)O)(3)(BBC)(2)] (DUT-41), [(C(2)H(5))(2)NH(2)][Zn(2)(BBC)(TDC)](DEF)(6)(H(2)O)(7) (DUT-42), [Zn(10)(BBC)(5)(BPDC)(2)(H(2)O)(10)](NO(3))(DEF)(28)(H(2)O)(8) (DUT-43), and [Co(2)(BBC)(NO(3))(DEF)(2)(H(2)O)](DEF)(6)(H(2)O) (DUT-44), where BBC--4,4',4'-(benzene-1,3,5-triyl-tris(benzene-4,1-diyl))tribenzoate, TDC--2,5-thiophenedicarboxylate, BPDC--4,4'-biphenyldicarboxylate, DEF--,N-diethylformamide, were obtained under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized. It has been shown that compounds DUT-40, DUT-41 and DUT-44 exhibit 2D layered structures with large hexagonal channels. Utilization of additional angular dicarboxylic TDC linker led to the formation of the DUT-42 compound with the structure consisting of three interpenetrated 3D networks. Using the linear co-linker dicarboxylic BPDC, DUT-43 was obtained which forms a complicated 3D architecture arising from the polycatenation of triple-layered 2D building units and 2D single layer units. The pore accessibility of the synthesized compounds in the liquid phase was proved by the adsorption of dye molecules.  相似文献

The oxidative addition of the salt [{SC(NMe(2))(2)}(2)]Cl(2).2H(2)O (1), the disulfide-like dimerized form of 1,1,3,3-tetramethylthiourea (tmtu), to Pt(II) chloro am(m)ine compounds is described. Oxidation of the [PtCl(3)(NH(3))](-) anion with 1 in methanol yields cis-[PtCl(4)(NH(3))L] (2; L = tmtu) as the result of the trans addition of one tmtu and one chloro ligand. The same mode of oxidation is found in reactions of 1 with [PtCl(dien)](+) (dien = diethylenetriamine) and trans-[PtCl(2)(NH(3))(2)]. In these cases, however, the oxidation is followed by (light-independent) cis, trans isomerizations, giving trans,mer-[PtCl(2)(dien)L]Cl(2) (4) and fac-[PtCl(3)(NH(3))(2)L]Cl.0.5MeOH (6), respectively. The single-crystal X-ray structures of 2 and trans,mer-[PtCl(2)(dien)L](BF(4))(2) (4a) have been determined. 2: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 6.280(1) ?, b = 13.221(3) ?, c = 16.575(2) ?, beta = 96.45(1) degrees, Z = 4. 4a: monoclinic, space group C2/m, a = 21.093(5) ?, b = 8.9411(9) ?, c = 14.208(2) ?, beta = 124.65(2) degrees, Z = 4. The tmtu ligands are S-bound. In 2 a pronounced trans influence of the S-donor ligand on the Pt-Cl bond (2.370(1) ?) trans to sulfur is observed. The unusual acidity of the Pt(IV) complexes exhibiting tmtu coordination trans to chloride is attributed to hydrolysis of the labilized Pt-Cl(trans) bond, which is supported by ion sensitive electrode measurements. An upfield shift of the (195)Pt resonances is found on changing the ligand combination from NCl(4)S (2) to N(3)Cl(2)S (4). This order correlates with the trans influences of the ligands: tmtu > am(m)ine > chloride. The cytotoxicity of 2 and 6 in L1210 cell lines is reported and discussed in terms of a possible mechanism of action of the compounds invivo. It is suggested that tmtu may act as a lipophilic carrier ligand and therefore enhance the cellular uptake of the new potential Pt(IV) drugs.  相似文献

The syntheses of the complexes [PtCl(2)(NCR)L] [R = Me, Et; L = PPh(3); R = Et, L = Py, CO] and [PtCl{(κ(2)-P,C)P(OC(6)H(4))(OPh)(2)}(NCEt)] are described starting from the easily available [PtCl(2)(NCR)(2)]. The stability of the products under different experimental conditions is discussed as well as their use as precursors to dinuclear complexes [Pt(μ-Cl)ClL](2). The crystal and molecular structures of cis-[PtCl(2)(NCEt)(PPh(3))], [SP-4-2]-[PtCl{(κ(2)-P,C)P(OC(6)H(4))(OPh)(2)}(NCEt)] and trans-[Pt(μ-Cl){(κ(2)-P,C)P(OC(6)H(4))(OPh)(2)}](2) are reported.  相似文献

A detailed 195Pt NMR study of the distribution of Pt(IV) complex species resulting from the aquation of H2PtCl6, H2PtBr6, and mixtures of H2PtCl6/H2PtBr6 in water/dilute HClO4 has been carried out to obtain an understanding of the speciation in these solutions as relevant to the recovery of Pt(IV) complexes from process solutions. A species distribution plot of the [PtCl6]2-, [PtCl5(H2O)]-, and [PtCl4(H2O)2] shows that in equilibrated, relatively concentrated H2PtCl6 solutions ([Pt]t > 0.12 M), the [PtCl4(H2O)2] species is below the 195Pt NMR detection limit; for [Pt]t concentrations < 0.1 M, the relative concentrations of the [PtCl5(H2O)]- and [PtCl4(H2O)2] species increase significantly, as a result of relatively rapid aquation of the [PtCl6]2- and [PtCl5(H2O)]- complexes under these conditions. From this (195)Pt NMR data the aquation constants of [PtCl6]2- and [PtBr6]2- of log K6 approximately 1.75 +/- 0.05 and log K6 approximately 2.71 +/- 0.15, respectively, have been determined at 30 degrees C. In mixtures of H2PtCl6/H2PtBr6 in water, a number of previously unidentified aquated complexes of the general formula [PtCl(5-n)Br(n)(H2O)]- (n = 0-5) could be identified, including the possible geometrical isomers of these complexes. These 195Pt NMR assignments were confirmed by remarkably systematic, linear relationships between the 195Pt chemical shift increments induced by substitution of Cl- ions by n Br- ions in [PtCl(6-n)Br(n)]2- and [PtCl(5-n)Br(n)(H2O)]- complexes. Preferential extraction of the [PtX6]2- (X = Cl, Br, or a mixture of the two halides) species over their corresponding aquated [PtX5(H2O)]- counterparts by silica-based diethylenetriamine anion exchangers could be demonstrated by means of 195Pt NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of isostructural 3d-4f coordination clusters (CCs) [Mn(4)Ln(4)(OH)(6)(H(2)L)(2)(H(3)L)(2)(PhCO(2))(2)(N(3))(2)(MeOH)(4)]Cl(1.6)(N(3))(0.4)(NO(3))(2)·2.4H(2)O·1.6MeOH where Ln = Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Er and H(5)L = bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino-tris(hydroxymethyl)methane (bis-tris) has been synthesised and structurally characterised. The paramagnetic metal ions within the clusters are weakly antiferromagnetically coupled, with the Tb and Dy compounds displaying slow relaxation of their magnetisation. This is the first report of this versatile ligand being used to target 3d-4f CCs.  相似文献

A new Gd(Ⅱ) complex [Gd2(μ-phth)3(b-pd)(H2O)5]n (phth = o-phthalato, b-pd = N,N- bipyridine) has been synthesized by the reaction of GdO2 with o-phthalate, H2O and 2,2′-bipyridine. The crystal structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.82920(10), b = 13.53550(10), c = 13.7381(2)(A), α = 88.99, β = 66.9120(10), γ = 66.2370(10)°, V = 1826.02(3)(A)3, Dc = 1.915 g/cm3, C34H30N2O17Gd2, Mr = 1053.10, F(000) = 1024, μ = 3.680 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.0612 and wR = 0.1320 for 6259 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, the Gd(II) ions are bridged by o-phthalate ligands in a bidentate mode, producing a 1D infi- nite chain structure. Each eight-coordinated Gd(Ⅱ) center is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms from phth to give a distorted dodecahedral geometry, and each nine-coordinated Gd(Ⅱ) center is coordi- nated by two N atoms from b-pd and seven oxygen atoms from phth to give a distorted geometry of capped square antiprism. The chains are linked by π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds between oxy- gen atoms of carboxylate groups and H2O molecules and hydrogen atoms of H2O, b-pd and o-phth molecules, forming an unusual three-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献
