The reaction of dichlorodiphenoxymethane (2) with ortho-functionlized benzoic acids 1a-c yielded the spiro derivatives of bezodioxinone 4a, benzoxazinone 4b and benzodioxepinone 4c. The same reaction with 1,8-diaminonaphthalene afforded the spiro perimidine 6, while with 1,1'-binaphthy1-2,2'-diol gave the semi-cyclized derivative 2,2-diphenoxydinaphthodioxepine 8.  相似文献

The reaction system (NH4)3VS4/CuCl/PPh3/Et4NBr afforded a series of [VS4-Cun] dusters with various core configurations in the solid state at low heating temperature. The structural regularity of [VS4-Cun] dusters and the influence of the CuCl:(NH4)3VS4 ratio as well as that of reaction temperature and time on the formation of duster core have been summarized. The reaction mechanism of forming V-Cu-S clusters has also been explored.  相似文献

Synthesis of N-benzoyl-argininylglycylasparagine methyl ester(Bz-Arg-Gly-Asp-OMe),a precursor tripeptide of Arg-Gly-Asp)was catalyzed by papain under kinetic control,at alkaline pH,in a full aqueous medium.The substrates were N-benzoyl-argininylglycine ethyl ester and asparagine dimethyl ester.An aqueous solution of 0.1 mol/L KCl/NaOH containing 8 mmol/L EDTA and 2 mmol/L DTT was selected as the reaction medium.The synthesized hydrophilic tripeptide was soluble in the reaction medium during the reaction process,however,the secondary hydro-lysis of the tripeptide product was not considerable.The effects of different factors,including water content,temperature,reaction time,and molar ratio of the substrates,on the yield of Bz-Arg-Gly-Asp-OMe were examined.The optimal reaction conditions were 0.05 mol/L Bz-Arg-Gly-OEt and 0.15 mol/L Asp(-OMe)2·HCl in 0.1 mol/L KCl/NaOH solution(pH 8.5),at 40 ℃,and a reaction time of 60 min,with a maximum conversion yield of 62.4%.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles with average diameter in the range of 6.4-8.3 nni have been synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation of Fe(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ)salts in 1.5 M NH4OH solution.The size of the magnetic particles is dependent on both temperature and the ionic strength of the iron ion solutions.The magnetic particles formed at higher temperature or lower ionic strength were slightly larger than those formed at lower temperature or higher ionic strength respectively.In spite of the different reaction conditions,all the resultant nanoparticles are nearly spherical and have a similar crystalline structure.At 300 K,such prepared nanoparticles are superparam-agnetic.The saturation magnetizations for 7.8 and 6.4 nm particles are 71 and 63 emu/g respectively,which are only ~ 20-30% less than the saturation magnetization(90 emu/g)of bulk Fe3O4 Our results indicated that a control of the reaction conditions could be used to tailor the size of magnetic nanoparticles in free precipitation.  相似文献

The synthesis of a novel melamine-glucose adhesive that is similar to urea-formaldehyde adhesive is reported in this paper. The conditions of synthesis, such as the initial pH, the quantity of catalyst, the temperature of reaction, the percentage of each reactant and the time of reaction, were optimized by using the orthogonal experimental method.  相似文献

Aucubinine B (4), a monoterpene alkaloid obtained from the metabolites of aucubin in the presence of human intestinal bacteria, has been synthesized from 3-bromo-4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde (5) in four steps with 39% overall yield. The construction of the cyclopenta[c]pyridine intermediate (7) was realized by an intramolecular Heck reaction.  相似文献

Highly optically active 4-substituted-2(5H)-furanones 6a-6j were obtained in good yields with de≥98% by the tandem Michael addition/elimination reaction of chiral 3-bromo-2(SH)-furanone (4a), which was conveniently prepared starting from 2-furaldehyde under mild conditions. The products were identified on the basis of their satisfactory elemental analysis and spectroscopic data of IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and mass spectra. The stereochemistry and absolute configuration of this type of compounds were established by the X-ray crystallographic study. The reaction provided a short and efficient synthesis of the interesting highly optically active 4-subsdtuted-2(5H)-furanones containing an active pyrimidine and a purine base group.  相似文献

The title compounds 5a-5c were prepared via the reaction of methyl 2-perfluoroal-kynoates (4) with methyl 5-oxo-4-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)hex-2-enoate (3), which was obtained from the reaction of methyl propynate (2) with acetylmethylenetriphenylphosphorane (1) at -5-0℃. Intramolecular elimination of Ph3PO took place when compound 5 was heated in aqueous methanol at 115-120℃ in sealed tube, yielding dimethyl 2-trifluoromethyl-4-methylisophthalate (6a) from 5a and methyl 5-acetyl-4-hydroxy-2-heptafluoropropanylbenzoate (6b) from 5b, respectively. The structures of compounds 5, 6a and 6b were confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR, 19F NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Rection mechanisms for the formation of compounds 5, 6a and 6b were proposed.  相似文献

Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

4‐Hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehydes 2a‐d are prepared from 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyrans 1a‐d via the Vielsmeyer Haack reaction. The 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐3‐(3′oxo‐3′‐phenylprop‐1′‐enyl)‐2H‐1‐benzopyrans 3a‐d are obtained from 2a‐d via the Claisen reaction. Refluxing compounds 3a‐d with hydrazine hydrate gave the 3‐phenyl‐5‐(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐yl)‐1,4,5‐trihydropyra‐zols 4a‐d . Stirring compounds 2a‐d with semicarbazide hydrochloride in acidic medium gave the 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐aldehyde‐semicarbazone 5a‐d , which on cyclisation with ferric chloride hexahydrate gave the 5‐(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐yl)‐2,4‐dihydro[1,2,4]triazol‐3‐ones 6a‐d . All these compounds show significant antibacterial activities.  相似文献

2‐Quinolone 2 , quinoline 3 , coumarin (2H‐1‐benzopyran‐ 2 ‐one) 5 , and 2H‐1‐benzopyran hemiacetal 6 were synthesized by photocyclization reaction of traans‐o‐aminocinnamoyl derivatives trans‐ 1 and trans‐o‐hydroxycinnamoyl derivatives trans‐ 4 . The reaction proceeds through trans‐cis isomerization followed by intramolecular cyclization.  相似文献

The Michael‐type addition of a 4‐hydroxycoumarin (=4‐hydroxy‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) 1 to a β‐nitrostyrene (=(2‐nitroethenyl)benzene) 2 in the presence of AcONH4 leads to substituted (3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylidene]chroman‐2,4‐diones (=(3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylene]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,4(3H)‐diones) 4 (Table 1). High yields, short reaction time, and easy workup are advantages of this novel one‐pot three‐component reaction.  相似文献

A new trimer from the reaction of ageratochromene [1] (6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1‐benzopyran) with anhydrous aluminum chloride was shown to be 3,4‐dihydro‐6,7‐dimethoxy‐2,2‐dimethyl‐3‐(6′,7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐4′‐yl)‐4‐(3′,4′‐dihydro‐6′, 7′‐dimethoxy‐2′,2′‐dimethyl‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3′‐yl)‐ 2H‐1‐benzopyran. An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. The novel coumarin‐3‐carboxamides (=2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxamides) 5a – 5g containing lipophilic spacers were synthesized through the Ugi‐four‐component reaction (Scheme 1). The reactions of aromatic aldehydes 1 , 4,4′‐oxybis[benzenamine] or 4,4′‐methylenebis[benzenamine] as diamine 2 , coumarin‐3‐carboxylic acid (=2‐oxo‐2H‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxylic acid; 3 ), and alkyl isocyanides 4 lead to the desired substituted coumarin‐3‐carboxamides 5a – 5g at room temperature with high bond‐forming efficiency. These novel coumarin derivatives exhibit brilliant fluorescence at 544 nm in CHCl3.  相似文献

The synthesis of the novel 2,4,6‐triaryl‐1‐(spiro[2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,2′‐indoline]‐6‐yl)pyridiniumper‐chlorates 4 by reaction of 5 ‐nitrosalicylaldehydes 6 with 1,3,3‐trimethyl‐2‐methyleneindoline ( 7 ) to 6‐nitro‐spiro[2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,2′‐indolines] 1 , their stannous chloride reduction to the 6‐amino derivatives 8 , followed by a 2,6‐[C5+N] ring transformation with 2,4,6‐triarylpyrylium perchlorates 9 , is reported. UV irradiation experiments in twenty solvents of different polarity prove their photochromic properties and show that the photochemically generated negative solvatochromic dyes 5 , formed by ring opening of the benzopyran moiety of 4 , are rather merocyanine than pyridinium phenolate betaine dyes.  相似文献

A new class of 4‐oxo‐4H‐1‐benzopyran derivatives were synthesized and their antiproliferative activity examined against a panel of three human cancer cell lines, that is, breast carcinoma (MDA‐MB‐468), ovarian adenocarcinoma (SK‐OV‐3), and colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT‐29). Two compounds, that is, 3‐hexyl‐7,8‐dihydroxy‐4‐oxo‐4H‐1‐benzopyran and (E)‐ethyl 3‐(7‐methoxy‐4‐oxo‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐yl)acrylate were found to be potent against all three cancer cell lines studied at 50 μM concentration. Also, the inhibitory potency of the compounds was evaluated against active Src kinase. A few of these compounds exhibited modest Src kinase inhibitory activity (IC50 = 52–57 μM). Structure‐activity relationship studies with respect to the nature and position of substituents on the lead compounds could be further exploited for the design and development of more potent antiproliferative agents and/or Src kinase inhibitors.  相似文献
