本文从理论上比较了四边形四节点元和四边形八节点元的ｈ－收敛性，得出八节点元较四节点元有较快收敛率的结论．并通过算例进行了验证．

CONSTRAINED QUADRILATERAL NONCONFORMING ROTATED Q1 ELEMENT

In this paper, we define a new nonconforming quadrilateral finite element based on the nonconforming rotated Q1 element by enforcing a constraint on each element, which has only three degrees of freedom. We investigate the consistency, approximation, superclose property, discrete Green＇s function and superconvergence of this element. Moreover, we propose a new postprocessing technique and apply it to this element. It is proved that the postprocessed discrete solution is superconvergent under a mild assumption on the mesh.     

NONCONFORMING QUADRILATERAL ROTATED ELEMENT FOR REISSNER-MINDLIN PLATE

In this paper, we extend two rectangular elements for Reissner-Mindlin plate [9] to the quadrilateral case. Optimal H and L error bounds independent of the plate hickness are derived under a mild assumption on the mesh partition.

CONVERGENCE ANALYSIS FOR A NONCONFORMING MEMBRANE ELEMENT ON ANISOTROPIC MESHES

Regular assumption of finite element meshes is a basic condition of most analysis offinite element approximations both for conventional conforming elements and nonconform-ing elements.The aim of this paper is to present a novel approach of dealing with theapproximation of a four-degree nonconforming finite element for the second order ellipticproblems on the anisotropic meshes.The optimal error estimates of energy norm and L~2-norm without the regular assumption or quasi-uniform assumption are obtained based onsome new special features of this element discovered herein.Numerical results are givento demonstrate validity of our theoretical analysis.     

构造任意非协调四边形单元的新模式

通过对Q4元增加一个非协调高阶项．构造了一类新的非协调四边形单元，并证明由此产生的单元对任意四边形网格通过Irons分片检查和广义分片检查，且形状函敷不依赖于单元本身．QM5是其中的一个特例．数值结果表明，该类单元有很好的收敛效果．     

一类六参数非协调任意凸四边形单元

本文构造了一类六参数非协调四边形单元,证明由此产生的有限元对任意四边形网格通过Irons分片检查,其收敛效果同Wilson元相当且形状函数的选择不依赖于单元本身。类Wilson元及改进的Wilson任意四边形单元是其中的特例。     

解Stokes问题的P1非协调四边形元的稳定化方法

本文研究了用(~P)_1-Q_0元(其中(~P)_1表示P_1非协调四边形元)解Stokes问题的非协调混合有限元稳定化逼近方法.(~P)_1-Q_0元不满足LBB条件(见[7,14] ),因而其不能直接用来求解Stokes问题.受[3] 的启发,我们提出了一种用(~P)_1-Q_0元解Stokes问题的稳定化方法,证明了这种方法的稳定性和离散问题解的存在唯一性,得到了最优误差估计.文章最后给出的数值算例验证了我们的理论结果.

A new cubic nonconforming finite element on rectangles

A new nonconforming rectangle element with cubic convergence for the energy norm is introduced. The degrees of freedom (DOFs) are defined by the 12 values at the three Gauss points on each of the four edges. Due to the existence of one linear relation among the above DOFs, it turns out the DOFs are 11. The nonconforming element consists of . We count the corresponding dimension for Dirichlet and Neumann boundary value problems of second‐order elliptic problems. We also present the optimal error estimates in both broken energy and norms. 奇异摄动问题在Bakhvalov-Shishkin 网格上的流线扩散有限元逼近

本文采用线性插值的流线扩散有限元在Bakhvalov-Shishkin网格上求解一维对流扩散型的奇异摄动问题. 在ε ≤ N^-1的前提下,可以得到,关于扰动参数ε 是一致收敛的. 在离散的SD范数下,其u-u_I的误差阶提高到N^-2,u-u_h的误差阶达到N^-2（lnN）^0.5. 最后,通过数值算例,验证了理论分析.

In this paper we apply the nonconforming theory in Z.C.Shi to construct a hybrid 5-node finite element satisfying the F1-patch test. We show that the hybrid 5-node finitc element for two-order elliptic equation is convergent and obtain an error estimate.     

ADAPTIVE QUADRILATERAL AND HEXAHEDRAL FINITE ELEMENT METHODS WITH HANGING NODES AND CONVERGENCE ANALYSIS

In this paper we study the convergence of adaptive finite element methods for the gen- eral non-attine equivalent quadrilateral and hexahedral elements on 1-irregular meshes with hanging nodes. Based on several basic ingredients, such as quasi-orthogonality, estimator reduction and D6fler marking strategy, convergence of the adaptive finite element methods for the general second-order elliptic partial equations is proved. Our analysis is effective for all conforming Qm elements which covers both the two- and three-dimensional cases in a unified fashion.     

A MIXED FINITE ELEMENT METHOD ON A STAGGERED MESH FOR NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS

In this paper, we introduce a mixed finite element method on a staggered mesh for the numerical solution of the steady state Navier-Stokes equations in which the two components of the velocity and the pressure are defined on three different meshes. This method is a conforming quadrilateral Q1 × Q1 - P0 element approximation for the Navier-Stokes equations. First-order error estimates are obtained for both the velocity and the pressure. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
