A series of new coordination compounds has been synthesized using the organic ligand 1,2-dimethoxy-4,5-bis(2-pyridylethynyl)benzene (dmpeb). The compounds all form dimers consisting of two metal cations bridged by two ligand molecules. Charge balance is provided by halide ligands, and the four-coordinate metal centers are distorted from the ideal tetrahedral environment. [CoCl2(dmpeb)]2 (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 8.5272(6) Å, b = 18.3653(13) Å, c = 13.3493(9) Å, β = 103.574(2)°, V = 2032.2(2) Å3, Z = 2. [ZnCl2(dmpeb)]2 (2) is isostructural to 1 and has the cell parameters a = 8.5495(4) Å, b = 18.4049(8) Å, c = 13.3692(6) Å, β = 103.4460(10)°, V = 2046.01(16) Å3, Z = 2. [ZnBr2(dmpeb)]2 (3) is also isostructural to 1 with a = 8.7882(5) Å, b = 18.7260(12) Å, c = 13.3857(8) Å, β = 102.5990(10)°, V = 2149.8(2) Å3, Z = 2. Additionally, the compounds [ZnI2(dmpeb)]2 (4, cell parameters: a = 8.9650(5) Å, b = 19.1251(10) Å, c = 13.4160(7) Å, β = 101.1660(10)°, V = 2256.7(2) Å3, Z = 2), [HgCl2(dmpeb)]2 (5, cell parameters: a = 8.8457(7) Å, b = 18.4030(15) Å, c = 13.3711(11) Å, β = 104.246(2)°, V = 2109.7(3) Å3, Z = 2), and [HgBr2(dmpeb)]2 (6, cell parameters: a = 9.0576(5) Å, b = 18.8634(11) Å, c = 13.4535(8) Å, β = 102.9780(10)°, V = 2239.9(2) Å3, Z = 2) are also isostructural to 1. A seventh dimeric compound, [HgI2(dmpeb)]2, not isostructural to the others was also characterized by X-ray crystallography. [HgI2(dmpeb)]2 (7) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.8028(5) Å, b = 12.0990(7) Å, c = 12.4082(7) Å, α = 109.7240(10)°, β = 107.3680(10)°, γ = 93.0880(10)°, V = 1169.57(12) Å3, Z = 1.  相似文献

The structures of 2,4,6-trinitropyridine (TNPy) and its N-oxide were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. TNPy and 2,4,6-trinitropyridine-1-oxide (TNPyO) crystallize in space groupPbcn andPnma, respectively. In order to develop general rules of peptide design with α,β-dehydro-residues, a peptide, Boc-Ala-ΔPhe-ΔPhe-Phe-OCH3, was synthesized. The peptide was crystallized from its solution in an acetone:water mixture (70:30). The crystals belong to orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 9.403(1) Å, b = 16.871(1) Å, c = 21.638(1) Å, and Z = 4. The peptide adopts a conformation with two overlapping types II′ and III β-turns having dihedral angles, φ1 = 53.7(6)°, ψ1 = ?135.9(4)°, φ2 = ?59.2(5)°, ψ2 = ?17.9(5)°, φ3 = ?68.4(5)°, ψ3 = ?18.8(6)°. The conformation was further characterized by two intramolecular 4 → 1 hydrogen bonds involving imino nitrogen atoms of ΔPhe3 and Phe4 as donors and carbonyl oxygen atoms of blocking group Boc and Ala1 as acceptors. The packing of the molecules in the unit cell is stabilized by an intermolecular hydrogen bond, N2–H2?s O′3 [?x, y+1/2, ?z+1/2] = 2.894 Å and van der Waals forces involving aromatic side chains.  相似文献

The compounds 5(2-thienyl)-and 5(3-thienyl)-dipyrromethane (1 and2, respectively) have been synthesized and isolated from the acid-catalyzed reaction between thiophenes-carboxaldehyde and pyrrole. Characterization by X-ray diffraction confirms molecular structures involving twoortho-substituted pyrrolyl and one thienyl groups. Both the compounds1 and2 were crystallized in the monoclinic space groupP21/n with cell parametersa = 5.7149(16) Å,b = 17.338(6) Å, andc = 11.785(4) Å, β = 98.466(9)°,V = 1155.0(6) Å3 for compound1; anda = 5.828(4) Å,b = 17.424(10) Å,c = 11.822(8) Å, β = 98.10(2)°, andV = 1188.4(13) Å3 for compound2.  相似文献

A lanthanum coordination polymer, [La(2,5-PZDC)1.5(H2O)] n , (2,5-PZDC = 2,5-pyrazinedicarboxylate) has been synthesized by using the reaction of LaCl3?7H2O with 2,5-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal condition and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the triclinic system P \(\bar 1\) with a = 6.297(2) Å, b = 6.762(2) Å, c = 13.450(4) Å, α = 82.984(5)°, β = 83.164(5)°, γ = 63.260(4)°, V = 506.3(3) Å3, Z = 2. The La3+ ion is nine-coordinate in a N2O7 environment, with a tricapped trigonal prism geometry, and the ligand 2,5-pyrazinedicarboxylate adopts two coordination modes, through which lanthanum ions are linked together to form a three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

9-(4-Nitrophenyl)-3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-3,4,6,7,9,10-hexahydro-1,8(2H,5H) acridinedione (NTHA) crystallizes in orthorhombic space group P212121 with a = 5.9716(1) Å, b = 18.0476(3) Å, c = 19.2445(2) Å, V = 2074.04(5) Å3, Z = 4, Dcal = 1.263 Mg m?3 and R = 0.0521 (wR = 0.1326) for 4078 observed reflections. 9-(4-Nitrophenyl)-10-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-3,4,6,7,9,10-hexahydro-1,8(2H,5H) acridinedione NMTHA, crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 15.669(5) Å, b = 10.652(4) Å, c = 18.337(6) Å, β = 108.25(1)°, V = 2906.66(2) Å3, Z = 4, Dcal = 1.245 Mg m?3 and R = 0.0725 (wR = 0.1847) for 5105 observed reflections. The experimental values are compared with the theoretical values calculated based on the semiemperical methods. The structures are stabilized by N–H?sO and C–H?sO types of intermolecular interactions in addition to van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-(6-hydroxy-2-naphthyl)-1-ethanone (2) with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. Its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 2-Acetylnaphthalen-6-yl 4-methylbenzosulfonate (3) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 12.727(3) Å, b = 14.560 (3) Å, c = 17.688 (4) Å, V = 3277.8 (11) Å3, and Z = 8. The results demonstrate that the dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the naphthalene ring is 116.5°, and the length (1.417 Å) of single C–O bond of 3 is longer than that of single C–O bond in the relative compounds.  相似文献

The complex Ho2(2-FC6H4COO)6?4H2O has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P \(\bar 1\), lattice parameters a = 9.293(8) Å, b = 9.845(8) Å, c = 12.703(11) Å, α = 85.470(14)°, β = 87.537(12)°, γ = 62.485(11)°, V = 1027.5(15) Å3, Z = 1, Dcalc = 1.998 Mg/m3. The Ho3+ ion is in distorted monocapped square-antiprism coordination environment and is coordinated by nine oxygen atoms, seven from five 2-FC6H4COO2? groups, two from two water molecules. Two Ho3+ ions are linked together by four bridging carboxylate groups to form a binuclear molecule with inversion center.  相似文献

At room temperature, a new coordination polymer [Ni(tpt)(imi)3(H2O)]n was synthesized by the reaction of NiCl2?6H2O, terephthalic acid, and imidazole in aqueous solution. The structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in monoclinicP21/n space group with the crystal cell parameters ofa = 9.8626(4) Å,b = 15.2498(3) Å, andc = 12.7681(3)Å, β = 90.309(2)°,V = 1920.33(10) Å3, andZ = 4. The crystal X-ray analysis shows that each nickel atom is coordinated by three imidazole ligands, two terephthalate ions, and one water molecule. Each terephthalate ion bridges two nickel atoms to form a zigzag chain. The chains are further linked together via hydrogen bonds to a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The monomeric lead(II) complex, [Pb(phen)(H2O)(NO3)2] was prepared by a hydrothermal reaction of Pb(NO3)2, nitrilotriacetic acid, NaOH, 1,10-phenanthroline, and H2O. The structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in monoclinic P2(1)/n space group with the crystal cell parameters of a = 6.3568(6), b = 20.2345(19), c = 11.2722(9) Å, β = 98.337(4)°, V = 1434.6(2) Å3, and Z = 4. The crystal X-ray analysis shows that the lead atom is six-coordinated by two N atoms of phen ligand, three oxygen atoms of nitrate anions and one water molecule. Owing to the presence of a lone pair of electrons of lead atom, a significant gap occurs in the coordination geometry around Pb ion. A 3D architecture is formed through the strong hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the Meisenheimer complex 2′,4′,6′-trinitro-3′,5′-dihydrospiro(1,3-dioxolane-2,8′-cyclohexadienide) C8H6N3O8(?) 1? with tetra-n-butyl-ammonium C16H36 N(+) has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound 1 crystallizes in the space group P21 with two molecules (Z′ = 2) in the asymmetric unit. The unit cell parameters are a = 8.728(3) Å, b = 13.760(4) Å, c = 22.882(7) Å, β = 96.17(3)°. Interactions between the Meisenheimer complex and organic cation in 1 involve only a number of weak to moderate C–H?sO bonds. Thus, it has been concluded that the structure 1 represents the geometry of the Meisenheimer complex minimally influenced by the cation. Comparison the structure 1 and the compound 2 (1? K+?H2O) studied previously reveals an interesting structural effect attributed to coordination of potassium cations with the nitro groups of 1?. It leads to notable shortening of the C–N bond lengths of the nitro groups only, while changes of other bond lengths in the Meisenheimer complex are not significant.  相似文献

CsFe(MoO4)2 single crystals have been grown by solution-melt crystallization with a charge-to-solvent ratio of 1: 3 (with Cs2Mo3O10 used as a solvent). The crystal structure of this compound has been refined by X-ray diffraction (X8 APEX automatic diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 356 F(hkl), R = 0.0178). The trigonal unit cell has the following parameters: a = b = 5.6051(2) Å, c = 8.0118(4) Å, V = 217.985(15) Å3, Z = 1, ρcalc = 3.875 g/cm3, and sp. gr. P \(\bar 3\) m1. The structure is composed of alternating layers of FeO6 octahedra (with MoO4 tetrahedra attached by sharing vertices) and CsO12 icosahedra.  相似文献

A water soluble compound, (2-((1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)methylamino)acetic acid, BIGH, has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies, 1H-NMR, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses, and single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction. BIGH can act as a flexible planar ligand with three potential coordination sites. It crystallizes in a monoclinic system with the sp. gr. P21/c with the unit cell parameters, a = 9.3764(7) Å, b = 11.5031(8) Å, c = 10.0543(6) Å, and Z = 4. The crystal structure was stabilized through inter-molecular hydrogen bonds. The anti-microbial activity of the compound has been studied against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus, which showed a good activity against Bacillus subtilis. Cyclic voltammogram of the compound shows that it is a redox-active molecule.  相似文献

(4E)-5-(3-Chlorophenyl)-N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-diazo-3-oxopent-4-enoic acid amide (5) was synthesized from p-chloroaniline to N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-diazo-3-oxo-butyramide (4) with 3-chlorobenzaldehyde. The yielded product 5 was investigated with X-ray crystallographic, NMR, MS, and IR techniques. Compound 5 (C17H11Cl2N3O2, Formula wt = 360.19), crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 10.516(2), b = 17.996(4), c = 8.902(2) Å, α = 90.00, β = 105.36(3), γ = 90.00°. 1-[(E)-2-(4-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-3-({3-[(E)-2-(4-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-6-ethylhexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl}methyl)-4-ethylhexahydropyrimidine (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 1,3-pentanediamine{DYTEK®EPdiamine} with p-bromobenzenediazonium chloride. This compound crystallizes in two polymorphic forms 1-α and 1-β whose crystal structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Both polymorphs 1-α and 1-β display crystallographic disorder within the hexahydropyrimidine rings. The molecule of 1 is built up of two equivalent 3-(aryldiazenyl)-6-ethylhexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl groups in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group (C13). In both structures the triazene moieties adopt the anti configuration around the N=N bonds, displaying significant π-conjugation. The crystal packings are determined only by van der Waals interactions. The crystal structures of 1-α and 1-β are compared with the previously reported structure of the 5,5-dimethylhexahydropyrimidine analogue 3. Compounds 1 and 3 are isomeric with respect to the hexahydropyrimidine moiety. The structures of 1 and 3 are very different in one respect; in 1 the aryldiazenyl-hexahydropyrimidinyl groups are in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group, whereas in 3 the arrangement of the aryldiazenylhexahydropyrimidinyl groups is the s-cis orientation. The structures of four compounds are studied using single-crystal X-ray diffraction: 1-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethyl]-2-oxo-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carbonitrile [a = 4.908(4) Å, b = 11.644(10) Å, c = 13.587(2) Å, β = 94.31(5)°, Z = 2, space group P21]; 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethoxy]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline-3-carbonitrile [a = 7.6142(8) Å, b = 14.778(2) Å, c = 14.132(2) Å, β = 100.38(1)°, Z = 4, space group P21/c]; 4-(aminocarbonyl)-2-(chlorophenyl)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro[1.3]oxazolo[3,2-a]quinolin-3-ium per-chlorate [a = 5.589(7) Å, b = 24.724(15) Å, c = 13.727(5) Å, β = 97.66(9)°, Z = 4, space group P21/n]; and (3-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofuro[2,3-b]quinolin-2-yl)-(4-chlorophenyl) methanone [a = 7.150(2) Å, b = 7.4288(10) Å, c = 15.314(3) Å, α = 98.030(10)°, β = 99.21(2)°, γ = 105.34(2)°, Z = 2, space group \(P\bar 1\)]. The structures are solved by direct methods and refined by the full-matrix least-squares procedure in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.0728, 0.0439, 0.1228, and 0.0541, respectively. The structure of 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-piperidin-1-yl-8,9-dihydro-7H-pyrrolo[3.2.1-ij]quinoline-5-carboxamide [a = 23.9895(9) Å, b = 5.1557(3) Å, c = 17.0959(9) Å, β = 106.43°, Z = 4, space group P 1/c] is investigated by X-ray powder diffraction. This structure is solved using the grid search procedure and refined by the Rietveld method to R wp = 0.0773, R exp = 0.0540, R p = 0.0585, R b = 0.1107, and χ 2 = 1.78.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 4-phenylquinolin-2-(1H)-one (C15H11NO) is determined by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system (space group Pbca) with the unit cell parameters a = 7.382(2) Å, b = 21.795(3) Å, c = 14.066(5) Å, and Z = 8. The structure is solved by direct methods and refined to an R-value of 0.0398 for 1360 observed reflections [F0 > 4σ (F0)]. The quinoline moiety and the substituted phenyl ring are nearly planar. The dihedral angle between these two moieties is 64.65(6)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by two intermolecular N-H?O and C-H?O interactions.  相似文献

The complex dibromobipyridylplatinum(II), Pt(bipy)Br2, crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupC2/c witha = 17.262(5) Å,b = 9.388(2) Å,c = 7.557(2) Å, β = 113.47(2)°, andZ = 4. The complex is isomorphous to the monomeric copper derivative, Cu(bipy)Br2. The195Pt NMR spectrum shows the typical line broadening effect caused by coordinated nitrogen-14. The complex resonates at ?1897 ppm with a half-height peak width of 1300 Hz. The structure is compared with the analogous structures Pt(bipy)(X)2 (X = Cl and I) and Pd(bipy)Br2.  相似文献

The synthesis and X-ray diffraction study of compound Rb2[(UO2)2(C2O4)3], which crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system, are performed. The unit cell parameters are as follows: a = 7.9996(6) Å, b = 8.8259(8) Å, c = 11.3220(7) Å, β = 105.394(2)°, and V = 770.7(1) Å3; space group P21/n, Z = 2, and R 1 = 0.0271. [(UO2)2(C2O4)3]2? layers belonging to the AK 0.5 02 T 11 crystal chemical group of uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , K 02 = C2O 4 2? , and T 11 = C2O 4 2? ) are uranium-containing structural units of the crystals. The layers are connected with outer-sphere rubidium cations by electrostatic interactions.  相似文献
