本文讨论了一类简化的Signorini问题。首先将原问题和一个边值问题建立联系,其次将原问题的解分解为不带不等边界条件的变分方程的解和一个变分不等式的解。然后利用边值问题的边界积分方程将变分不等式等价地化解为边界变分不等式。这样原求区域上的第一类椭圆变分不等式问题化解为求一个区域上的变分方程和一个边界变分不等式。最后说明了边界变分不等式解的存在唯一性。文末计算了柱面和半无限刚性基础的摩擦接触问题。结论表明文中方法具有较好的精度。  相似文献

对于热弹性平面问题,过去广泛集中在直接变量边界元法研究,本文研究间接变量规则化边界元法,建立了间接变量规则化边界积分方程。和直接边界元法相比,间接法具有降低密度函数的连续性要求、位移梯度方程中的热载荷体积分具有较弱奇异性等优点。数值实施中,用精确单元描述边界几何,不连续插值函数逼近边界量。算例表明,本文方法效率高,所得数值结果与精确解相当吻合。  相似文献

A new approach is proposed for the systematic derivation of varïous variational principles in linear elastodynamics. Based on an important integral relation in terms of convolutions given by the authors, the new approach can be used to derive the complementary functionals for the five-field, four-field, three-field, two-field and one-field variational principles more simply and directly. Furthermore, with this approach, it is possible not only to derive the variational principles given by Herrera and Bielak, Oden and Reddy, but also to develop new more general variational principles. And the intrinsic relationship among various principles can be explained clearly.  相似文献

From the concept of four-dimensional space and under the four kinds of time limit conditions, some general theorems for elastodynamics are developed, such as the principle of possible work action, the virtual displacement principle, the virtual stress-momentum principle, the reciprocal theorems and the related theorems of time terminal conditions derived from it. The variational principles of potential energy action and complementary energy action, the H-W principles, the H-R principles and the constitutive variational principles for elastodynamics are obtained. Hamilton's principle, Toupin's work and the formulations of Ref. [5], [17]-[24] may be regarded as some special cases of the general principles given in the paper. By considering three cases: piecewise space-time domain, piecewise space domain, piecewise time domain, the piecewise variational principles including the potential, the complementary and the mixed energy action fashions are given. Variational principles for the buckling and vibration of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are established with the aid of the semi-inverse method. They are used to derive the natural and geometric boundary conditions coupled by small scale parameters. Hamilton's principle and Rayleigh's quotient for the buckling and vibration of the MWCNTs are given. The Rayleigh-Ritz method is used to study the buckling and vibration of the single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) with three typical boundary conditions. The numerical results reveal that the small scale parameter, aspect ratio, and boundary conditions have a profound effect on the buckling and vibration of the SWCNTs and DWCNTs.  相似文献

An expression of the generalized principle of virtual work for the boundary value problem of the linear and anisotropic electromagnetic field is given. Using Chien's method, a pair of generalized variational principles (GVPs) are established, which directly leads to all four Maxwell's equations, two intensity-potential equations, two constitutive equations, and eight boundary conditions. A family of constrained variational principles is derived sequentially. As additional verifications, two degenerated forms are obtained, equivalent to two known variational principles. Two modified GVPs are given to provide the hybrid finite element models for the present problem.  相似文献

In this paper planar viscous flows with a free boundary are further studied using the quasisteady approximation [1]. The introduction of the bianalytical stress-stream function provides an opportunity to adopt the theory of analytical functions. The mode of construction of the Fredholm boundary integral equations is here proposed through the explicit solutions of two Hilbert problems for holomorphic functions with the application of the conformal mappings. The stabiligy of the equilibrium of the annulus liquid layer is investigated by way of example.

Summary In the present paper, we consider the behavior of nonlinear piezoelectric materials by generalization for this case of the Hashin-Shtrikman variational principles. The new general formulation used here differs from others, because, it gives the possibility to evaluate the upper and lower Hashin-Shtrikman bounds for specific physical nonlinearities of piezoelectric materials.
