The structure of 1-chloronaphthalene, C10H7–Cl, at 293 K was investigated using the X-ray diffraction method. Monochromatic radiation MoK (λ=0.71069 Å) enabled the determination of the scattered radiation intensity between S0=4πsin 0/λ=0.430 Å−1 and Smax=14.311 Å−1. The interpretation of the results was carried out using the reduction method of Blum and Narten. Experimental distributions of X-ray scattered intensity were compared with theoretical results predicted for a proposed model of 1-chloronaphthalene molecule. The electron-density radial-distribution function was calculated and some intra- and intermolecular distances in liquid 1-chloronaphthalene were determined. X-ray structural analysis was applied to determine the packing coefficient of 1-chloronaphthalene molecules.  相似文献

Chiral sulfoximines have applications as transition-state mimicking enzyme inhibitors, as peptide isosteres and as chiral auxiliaries in synthesis. To access the required O-protected 4-(arylsulfonimidoyl)butane-1,2,3-triols, 4S,5S-di(hydroxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane (prepared from diethyl R,R-tartrate) was converted into its monobenzyl ether. Mitsunobu-like coupling with thiophenols gave 4S,5R-4-(benzyloxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-5-(arylthiomethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes. Sulfoxidation and S-imination (trifluoroacetamide, iodosobenzene diacetate, rhodium acetate) proceeded without stereoselectivity, giving inseparable diastereomeric mixtures of 4S,5R,S(±)-4-(benzyloxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-5-(N-(trifluoroacetyl)arylsulfonimidoylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes. Removal of the trifluoroacetyl protection allowed chromatographic separation of the diastereomeric 4S,5R,S(±)-4-(benzyloxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-5-(arylsulfonimidoylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolanes. The configurations at sulfur were determined by X-ray crystallography and some analysis of the solution and solid-state conformations was carried out. The resulting O-protected 4-(arylsulfonimidoyl)butane-1,2,3-triols are of use in developing enzyme inhibitors.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of 27 ether-linked 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles (8a–8z1) has been synthesized by 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition of 1-substituted-4-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)benzene (3a–3c) and aromatic azides (5a–5c, 7a–7f). The synthesized compounds were explicated by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS techniques. The structures of synthesized triazoles 8c (CCDC 1840219) and 8f (CCDC 1840220) were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two novel trans-3′,4′-bridged nucleic acid (trans-3′,4′-BNA) monomers, one with a 3,5,8-trioxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane structure and the other with a 4,7-dioxabicyclo[4.3.0]nonane structure, were successfully synthesized from thymidine. The locked trans-fused ring structures of the nucleoside analogues were confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which also indicated that their furanose rings had a typical S-type conformation involving C2′-endo or C3′-exo sugar puckering, respectively, and the same ring conformation as that observed in the B-type helical structure of the DNA duplex.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of 2′-amino-6′-dibutylamino-3′-methylspiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H), 9′[9H]xanthen]-3-one (1), 2′-amino-6′-(N-cyclohexyl-N-methylamino)-3′-methylspiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H), 9′[9H]xanthen]-3-one (2) and 2′-(2-chlorophenyl)amino-6′-dibutylaminospiro[isobenzofuran-1(3H), 9′[9H]xanthen-3-one (3) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Atom-atom non-bonded potential energy and semiempirical quantum chemical calculations have been performed. The xanthene rings of 1 to 3 are slightly bent and the phthalide rings are planar. The phthalide ring moieties are almost perpendicular (88.9(1)–93.5(5)°) to the xanthene rings. The bond lengths C(6)---O(2) are apparently extended from the normal C(sp3---O (lactone) length. The temperature factors for one butyl group C(32)---C(35)) of 1 increase gradually toward the terminal carbon. The temperature factors for C(30)---C(33) of 2 indicate large vibrations and these are reflected in short bond lengths. Two butyl groups of 3 are disordered and these C---C bond lengths are short and long alternately. Atomic net charges around spirocarbon C(6) and toward N(1) to C(6) indicate the weak alternative system in the colorless form. As the xanthene ring has a planar geometry, the π electron density migration will easily occur from the auxochromes attached to the phthalide ring to the xanthene ring.  相似文献

Theoretical calculations of the steric hindrance and semiempirical quantum chemical calculations to determine the color characteristics have been carried out. It is clear that the energy barriers for the variation of the orientation of phenol group in 1 to 4 are due to steric hindrance caused by the other moiety and the peak profiles are due to repulsive interactions of the other moiety. Net atomic charges on the hydrogen of the OH group are larger than those on the other atoms in the molecules. This high electron charge of the para orientation will cause the different thermosensitivity and stabilization.  相似文献

Proton NMR and X-ray crystallographic analysis of two newly synthesized ‘trimethylene linker,’ (Leonard linker) compounds 1,3-bis(4-ethoxy-6-methylsulfanyl-lH-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)propane (4c) and 1,3-bis(4-isopropoxy-6-methylsulfanyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)propane (4d) show intramolecularly stacked conformations both in solution and solid state. Robustness of the unusual U-motif formed due to intramolecular stacking in earlier related compounds (1, n=3 and 3, n=3) is not only confirmed but additional fine tuning is also achieved in new compounds (4) formed by replacement of remote 4-alkylsulfanyl group in 1a by 4-alkoxy substituents.  相似文献

Two novel phosphinic amides, (C6H5)2P(O)(NH?cyclo?C7H13) (I) and (C6H5)2P(O)(NH?cyclo?C6H11) (II) were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallography. Both compounds crystallize in the orthorhombic chiral space group P212121 and in both structures, the N—H···O hydrogen bonds lead to one-dimensional arrangements along the a axis. The molecular geometries and vibrational frequencies of I and II were investigated with quantum chemical calculations at the B3LYP/6–311G** level of theory. Furthermore, the hydrogen bonds were studied by means of the Bader theory of atoms in molecules (AIM) and natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis.  相似文献

A library of twenty five 1,2,3-triazoles bridged with amine-amide functionalities have been synthesized from reaction of N-substituted(prop-2-yn-1-yl)amines (2a–2e), 2-bromo-N-arylacetamides (4a–4e) and sodium azide through copper(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition. The synthesized compounds were characterized by using FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS techniques. The structures of synthesized 5a (CCDC 1569245) and 5h (CCDC 1569249) were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Antifungal evaluation of newly synthesized triazoles was carried out against – Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. Biological screening of synthesized 1,2,3-triazoles revealed moderate to good antifungal activity against tested strains.  相似文献

The molecular structure of [1.1.1]propellane has been determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurements at 138 K. The crystals of this reactive compound were grown from the melt at ca. 263 K. The space group is C2, and the asymmetric unit contains four molecules. All have large thermal motion and two show orientational disorder as well. Because of these problems, the atomic positions cannot be determined with high accuracy. Within the experimental limits, the two ordered molecules have D3h symmetry, with corrected lengths of central and side bonds of ca. 1.60 Å and 1.53 Å, respectively. At lower temperature, the crystals undergo a phase transition. The transition temperature, in the range of 100 to 132 K, varied from one crystal sample to another. All crystals obtained of the low-temperature phase were twinned, and its space group could not be established.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a novel non-peptidic HIV-1 protease inhibitor derived by simple solid-state dimerization of 4-aryl-1,4-dihydropyridines, reveals a strained central cage and the conformation of its phenyl, benzyl, and hydroxymethylene substituents. The polycyclic cage includes two nearly flat cyclobutane rings and four fused piperidine rings in boat conformations. The cage geometry reveals two unexpected features, namely marked distortions of the valence angles in every second piperidine and a shortening of one of the cyclobutane bonds. The molecule displays exact centrosymmetry, but the central cage and the hydroxymethylene substituents also approximate the C2-symmetry of the target enzyme. The two independent hydroxyl groups are involved in intermolecular hydrogen bonding, one as a donor, the other as an acceptor. The disposition of the hydroxyl groups in the molecular framework is compatible with the dual role of the inhibitor in the active-site cavity of HIV-1 protease, whereby one OH group is hydrogen-bonded to the catalytic aspartates, whereas another one provides an interface to the locked flaps of the enzyme.  相似文献

Two 1-D luminescent metal-organic frameworks with identical structures, {[Mn(BBPTZ)2(MeCN)2]·(ClO4)2}n (1) and {[Zn(BBPTZ)2(MeCN)2]·(MeCN)2·(ClO4)2}n (2), have been synthesized under solvent diffusion evaporation and characterized by elemental analyses, thermal analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with six-coordinate M(II). Thermal decompositions of the complexes have been studied using thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). The complexes exhibit a significant fluorescence quenching effect to Fe3+ in acetonitrile solution. The LoDs (Limit of Detection) of the complexes to Fe3+ are 2.59 × 10?8 M and 1.57 × 10?8 M for 1 and 2, respectively. The complexes could be applied to efficient chemosensor for Fe3+ detection.  相似文献

The polycyclic title compound {systematic name: (1S,16S,17S,31S)‐3,20‐diazatetracyclo[15.15.01,17.13,31.116,20]tetratriaconta‐6,8,23,25‐tetraene}, C32H52N2, has recently been isolated and characterized structurally, in solution by NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X‐ray crystallography. At 130 K the structure is monoclinic (P21, Z = 4) and comprises two molecules in the asymmetric unit with distinctly different conformations in the twelve‐C‐atom bridging chains. We report that, at 250 K, a phase change from monoclinic to orthorhombic (P22121, Z = 4) occurs. The higher‐temperature phase is structurally characterized herein at 293 K. The two different conformers resolved in the monoclinic low‐temperature form merge to give a single disordered molecule in the asymmetric unit of the high‐temperature phase.  相似文献
