设计合成了一种含酚羟基Schiff碱类受体1-羟基-4-氯-二苯甲酮-2,4-硝基苯腙受体分子1.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱考察了其与AcO -,H2PO4-,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-等阴离子的作用.当加入AcO -,F-和H2PO4-时,导致紫外光谱的可见光区明显变化(大约130nm红移),同时伴随着从亮黄色到粉红色的“裸眼”颜色变化.通过在DMSO-d6核磁滴定实验进一步研究了探针1和F-相互作用的本质.  相似文献

A series of novel tripodal colorimetric anion sensors based on hydrazone CHN NH groups have been synthesized and their recognition behavior with anionic guests has been studied. In DMSO solutions, sensors 1 and 2 show colorimetric responses for F, H2PO4 and AcO, while in DMSO/H2O (9:1, V/V) solutions, sensor 1 shows single selectivity for AcO. 1H NMR titration confirms that the tripodal sensors could bind anions through the collaboration of three hydrazone groups and anions residing in the central cavity of the sensors.  相似文献

本文合成了一种具有吡咯酰胺和脲杂双识别位点的阴离子受体。利用紫外光谱法研究了该受体在乙腈溶液中对阴离子的识别作用。结果表明,该受体的识别能力比具有两个相同识别位点的受体的阴离子识别能力有所提高。同时,当仅当添加氟离子时,受体溶液的颜色会从无色变为黄色。表明,受体在氟离子的选择比色传感方面具有潜在的应用能力。  相似文献

设计合成了一系列基于羟基和氨基的酰腙类受体分子.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱及1HNMR考察了其与F-,Cl-,Br-,I-,CH3COO-,H2PO4?,HSO4?,ClO?4等阴离子的作用.结果表明,该类受体分子在DMSO溶液中能较好地比色识别F-,CH3COO-,H2PO4?,其中受体2在含水介质中[V(DMSO)∶V(H2O)=7∶3]能选择性比色识别CH3COO-.1HNMR滴定实验研究了受体分子与阴离子之间的作用,结果表明受体分子与阴离子之间以氢键作用方式相结合.  相似文献

A thiourea-based tripodal colorimetric anion sensor was synthesized. Its binding abilities with AcO^- and halide anions in DMSO were studied by UV-Vis spectra. The sensor showed different color responses to these anions. The association constants and different stoichiometries were deduced by nonlinear least-square curve fitting or linear fitting.  相似文献

A new colorimetric recognition receptor 1 based on the dual capability containing NH binding sites of selectively sensing anionic guest species has been synthesized. Compared with other halide anions, its UV/Vis absorption spectrum in dimethyl sulfoxide showed the response toward the presence of fluoride anion with high selectivity, and also displayed dramatic color changes from colorless to yellow in the presence of TBAF (5 × 10^-5 mol/L). The similar UV/Vis absorption spectrum change also occurred when 1 was treated with AcO^- while a little change with H2PO^-4 and OH^-. Receptor 1 has almost not affinity abilities to Cl^-, Br^- and I^-. The binding ability of receptor 1 to fluoride with high selectivity over other halides contributes to the anion size and the ability of forming hydrogen bonding. While the different ability of binding with geometrically triangular (AcO^-), tetrahedral (H2PO^-4 ) and linear (OH^-) anions maybe result from their geometry configuration.  相似文献

对四种分子内具有氢给体的电荷转移化合物与阴离子物种间的相互作用进行了 研究。发现含硝基的苯腙化合物(2)有优良的检测F~-离子的能力,相反,含有羟 基的苯腙化合物(3),虽也能用于F~-离子的检测,但其选择性较差,而对含氧阴 离子H_2PO_4~-有一定的响应。同时研究了另一含羟基的Schiff碱类化合物(4), 其对大多数阴离子的变色响应不够明显,选择性较差。结合所观察到的实验现象, 对实验结果进行了初步讨论,并对如何提高敏感器化合物的灵敏度和选择性提出了 看法。  相似文献

设计合成了一种AcO-和F-的阴离子比色/荧光探针4-氯-7-硝基-2,1,3-苯并呋咱(NBD-Cl)衍生物。探针结构经X-ray单晶衍射测定属于三斜晶系、空间群为P1。用紫外-可见吸收及荧光光谱研究了其识别性能。探针的乙腈溶液加入AcO-,F-后,在较短时间内裸眼能观察到颜色由橘黄色变为红色,同时有显著的荧光增强。核磁滴定及质子溶剂实验证明识别过程为探针与阴离子之间形成的氢键作用力,伴随着质子化过程发生。  相似文献

设计合成了含有酚羟基的萘吖嗪类荧光探针分子,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了探针分子的阴离子识别和光化学传感性能。研究结果表明,该探针分子可以通过比色(紫外-可见吸收光谱)和荧光发射光谱双通道识别检测氟离子。该探针分子是一类比率型阴离子荧光探针,作用方式为探针分子酚羟基的去质子化作用,这种激发态质子转移(ESIPT)是探针分子呈现比率荧光特性的原因。通过本实验不但可以让学生掌握紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱仪的使用方法,还能培养学生在分子识别与光化学传感领域的科研兴趣。  相似文献

合成了系列 5 ( 8 羟基喹啉 )偶氮苯衍生物 ,研究了取代基对其吸收光谱的影响 ,比较了不同主体化合物对阴离子亲合能力的差异 .研究结果表明 :5 ( 8 羟基喹啉 )偶氮 4′ 甲基苯对F-具有选择性识别作用 ,主客体分子间形成 1∶1型阴离子配合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 5 0 8nm ,溶液颜色由无色变为红色 ,配合物的稳定常数为 2 5× 10 4mol-1·L .其它阴离子如AcO-,H2 PO-4,HSO-4,ClO-4,Cl-和Br-等均不影响主体与F-的显色反应 ,据此建立了选择性识别氟离子新体系 .  相似文献

The new N‐confused porphyrin (NCP) derivatives, meso‐unsubstituted β‐alkyl‐3‐oxo N‐confused porphyrin (3‐oxo‐NCP) and related macrocycles, were synthesized from appropriate pyrrolic precursors by a [3+1]‐type condensation reaction. 3‐Oxo‐NCP forms a self‐assembled dimer in dichloromethane that is stabilized by complementary hydrogen‐bonding interactions arising from the peripheral amide‐like moieties. The protonated form of 3‐oxo‐NCP was observed to bind halide anions (F?, Cl?) through the outer NH and the inner pyrrolic NH groups, thus affording a dimer in dichloromethane. The structure of the chloride‐bridged dimer in the solid state was determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Modular cyclodiphosph(V)azanes are synthesised and their affinity for chloride and actetate anions were compared to those of a bisaryl urea derivative ( 1 ). The diamidocyclodiphosph(V)azanes cis‐[{ArNHP(O)(μ‐tBu)}2] [Ar=Ph ( 2 ) and Ar=m‐(CF3)2Ph ( 3 )] were synthesised by reaction of [{ClP(μ‐NtBu)}2] ( 4 ) with the respective anilines and subsequent oxidation with H2O2. Phosphazanes 2 and 3 were obtained as the cis isomers and were characterised by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, HRMS and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The cyclodiphosphazanes 2 and 3 readily co‐crystallise with donor solvents such as MeOH, EtOH and DMSO through bidentate hydrogen bonding, as shown in the X‐ray analyses. Cyclodiphosphazane 3 showed a remarkably high affinity (log[K]=5.42) for chloride compared with the bisaryl urea derivative 1 (log[K]=4.25). The affinities for acetate (AcO?) are in the same range ( 3 : log[K]=6.72, 1 : log[K]=6.91). Cyclodiphosphazane 2 , which does not contain CF3 groups, exhibits weaker binding to chloride (log[K]=3.95) and acetate (log[K]=4.49). DFT computations and X‐ray analyses indicate that a squaramide‐like hydrogen‐bond directionality and Cα?H interactions account for the efficiency of 3 as an anion receptor. The Cα?H groups stabilise the Z,Z‐ 3 conformation, which is necessary for bidentate hydrogen bonding, as well as coordinating with the anion.  相似文献

Two new colorimetric anion sensors have been synthesised where both a benzophenone group and a nitrophenyl group were used as signalling units and urea/thiourea moieties as binding sites. The receptors, effectively and selectively, recognised fluoride and carboxylate anions from other anions such as chloride, bromide, iodide, perchlorate, hydrogen sulphate and nitrate in DMSO.  相似文献

本文合成了一个新的基于三脚架苯甲醛苯腙的能够选择地检测醋酸根离子的比色化学传感器1。用紫外可见吸收光谱证实了受体1在二甲基亚砜溶液中对醋酸根离子高选择的键合能力超越了其它阴离子。和其他所研究的阴离子相比,其在二甲基亚砜中紫外可见吸收光谱对具有高选择性醋酸根离子的存在显示了应答,当存在(2´10-5mol·dm-3)醋酸根离子时其溶液的颜色也由黄色变化到蓝色。当用其他不同的客体阴离子(F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, H2PO4 和 OH-)处理受体1时,仅出现了很小的紫外可见吸收光谱变化。受体1对醋酸根的结合常数 Kass为1.69´ 104。  相似文献

合成了化合物(2E,2′E)-2,2′-(1,4-苯基双亚甲基双硫代氨基脲)(C10H12N6S2)(L),利用L与钆离子形成了配合物(GdL)。用UV-Vis吸收光谱考察其与F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、Ac-、NO3-、HSO4-和H2PO4-等阴离子的识别。研究表明,加入F-或H2PO4-时,溶液颜色由无色变为黄色,加入其它阴离子没有变化,从而实现受体对这两种阴离子的检测。Job法表明主客体间形成1∶1配合物。受体对两种离子的识别作用主要源于配合物多余的结合位点。在此基础上,以GdL的DMSO溶液作为起始状态,以F-和H2PO4-为两化学输入,构建了一个"或"(OR)分子逻辑门。  相似文献

Novel azine based receptors with phenolic hydroxyl groups have been synthesized and characterized. A remarkable color change was observed from 1H NMR and UV-Vis titrations upon the addition of fluoride ions to the solution of receptors in DMSO. The addition of chloride, bromide and iodide to the receptors did not induce any change. The UV-Vis data indicate that a 1∶1 stoichiometry complex is formed between receptors and F-. 1H NMR titrations and solvation effect confirmed hydrogen interaction between the receptors and anion. Hence, the receptors bearing phenolic hydroxyl groups can act as fluoride ion sensors even in the presence of other hahide ions.  相似文献

合成了一类新型四酰胺杯[4]氮杂冠醚(5a, 5b), 用紫外和荧光光谱研究了主体与阴离子客体之间的识别性能. 主体分子5a5b加入到对硝基酚氧阴离子的CHCl3溶液中, 主客体间形成超分子复合物使得客体阴离子423 nm处吸光度降低且溶液从黄色变为无色. 受体5a, 5bp-NO2C6H4O, F, 相互作用, 荧光光谱发生变化, 并且对于p-NO2C6H4O具有较好的选择性识别能力, 其荧光光谱强度改变强弱的顺序为p-NO2C6H4O>F>H2PO4>>Cl, Br, I. 荧光光谱滴定的结果经非线性拟合, 结果表明主客体间形成1∶1络合物.  相似文献

A new kind of polymeric chemosensor containing chiral naphthaldimine moiety in the side chain was synthesized by the reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of N‐{[2‐(4‐vinylbenzyloxy)‐1‐naphthyl]‐methylene}‐(S)‐2‐phenylglycinol (VNP). The resulting polymers (PVNP) showed high selectivity for hydrogen sulfate relative to other anions including F?, Cl?, Br?, H2PO, CH3CO, and NO in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution as judged from UV?vis, fluorescence, and circular dichroism spectrophotometric titrations. Compared with its monomer, the polymer has proven to be more attractive for detection of HSO in terms of sensitivity and reproducibility. Upon addition of the anion it gives remarkable spectral responses concomitant with detectable color change from colorless to pale yellow. Furthermore, the HSO‐induced CD or fluorescence signal can be totally reversed with addition of base and eventually recovered the initial state, leading to a reproducible molecular switch with two distinguished “on” and “off” states. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
