Chiral bicyclic α‐amino acid (R,R)‐Ab5,6=c with stereogenic centers at the γ‐position of fused‐ring junctions, and its enantiomer (S,S)‐Ab5,6=c, were synthesized. The CD spectra of (R,R)‐Ab5,6=c oligomers indicated that the (R,R)‐Ab5,6=c hexapeptide formed a mixture of right‐handed (P)‐ and left‐handed (M)‐310‐helices, while, in the (R,R)‐Ab5,6=c nonapeptide, a right‐handed (P)‐310‐helix slightly dominated over the (M)‐helix. X‐Ray crystallographic analyses of (S,S)‐tripeptide and (R,R)‐hexapeptide revealed that both the tripeptide and hexapeptide formed a mixture of (P)‐ and (M)‐310‐helices, respectively. These results indicated that the side‐chain environments around the stereogenic centers are particularly important to control the helical‐screw handedness of foldamers.  相似文献

Four novel chiral phenylacetylenes having an L ‐amino alcohol residue and two hydroxymethyl groups were synthesized and polymerized by an achiral catalyst ((nbd)Rh+6‐(C6H5)B?(C6H5)3]) or a chiral catalytic system ([Rh(nbd)Cl]2/(S)‐ or (R)‐phenylethylamine ((S)‐ or (R)‐PEA)). The two resulting polymers having an L ‐valinol or L ‐phenylalaninol residue showed Cotton effects at wavelengths around 430 nm. This observation indicated that they had an excess of one‐handed helical backbones. Positive and negative Cotton effects were observed only for the polymers having an L ‐valinol residue produced by using (R)‐ and (S)‐PEA as a cocatalyst, respectively, although the monomer had the same chirality. Even when the achiral catalyst was used, the two resulting polymers having an L ‐valinol or L ‐phenylalaninol residue showed Cotton effects despite the long distance between the chiral groups and the main chain. We have found the first example of a new type of chiral monomer, that is, a chiral phenylacetylene monomer having an L ‐amino alcohol residue and two hydroxy groups that was suitable for both modes of asymmetric polymerization, that is, the helix‐sense‐selective polymerization ( HSSP ) with the chiral catalytic system and the asymmetric‐induced polymerization ( AIP ) with the achiral catalyst. The other two monomers having L ‐alaninol and L ‐tyrosinol were found to be unsuitable to neither HSSP nor AIP because of their polymers' low solubility. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An optically active (S)‐α‐ethylleucine ((S)‐αEtLeu) as a chiral α‐ethylated α,α‐disubstituted α‐amino acid was synthesized by means of a chiral acetal auxiliary of (R,R)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diol. The chiral α‐ethylated α,α‐disubstituted amino acid (S)‐αEtLeu was introduced into the peptides constructed from 2‐aminoisobutyric acid (=dimethylglycine, Aib), and also into the peptide prepared from diethylglycine (Deg). The X‐ray crystallographic analysis revealed that both right‐handed (P) and left‐handed (M) 310‐helical structures exist in the solid state of CF3CO‐(Aib)2‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Aib)2‐OEt ( 14 ) and CF3CO‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Deg)4‐OEt ( 18 ), respectively. The IR, CD, and 1H‐NMR spectra indicated that the dominant conformation of pentapeptides 14 and CF3CO‐[(S)‐αEtLeu]‐(Aib)4‐OEt ( 16 ) in solution is a 310‐helical structure, and that of 18 in solution is a planar C5 conformation. The conformation of peptides was also studied by molecular‐mechanics calculations.  相似文献

Inexpensive acryloyl chloride was converted in 91% overall yield to two derivatives of β‐alanine, (R,R,R)‐ 6 and (R,R,S)‐ 6 , containing two chiral auxiliaries. C‐Alkylation of (R,R,R)‐ and (R,R,S)‐ 6 via a dianion derivative, was performed by direct metallation with 2.2 equiv. of lithium hexamethyldisilazane (LHMDS) in THF at ?78°. C‐Alkylation of (R,R,S)‐ 6 ‐Li2 (‘matched' pair of chiral auxiliaries) afforded the mono‐alkylated products 8 – 11 in 29–96% yield and 54–95% stereoselectivity. Employment of LiCl as an additive generally increased stereoselectivities, whereas the effect of HMPA as a cosolvent was erratic. Chemical correlation of the major diastereoisomer from the alkylation reactions with (S)‐α‐alkyl‐β‐alanine ( 12 – 15 ) showed that addition of the electrophile preferentially takes place on the enolate's Si‐face. This conclusion is also supported by molecular‐modeling studies (ab initio HF/3‐21G), which indicate that the lowest‐energy conformation for (R,R,S)‐ 6 ‐Li2 presents the more sterically hindered Re‐face of the enolate. The theoretical studies also predict a determining role for N? Li? O chelation in (R,R,S)‐ 6 ‐Li2, giving rise to an interesting ‘ion‐triplet' configuration for the dilithium dianion.  相似文献

Differentiation of β ‐amino acid enantiomers with two chiral centres was investigated by kinetic method with trimeric metal‐bound complexes. Four enantiomeric pairs of β ‐amino acids were studied: cis‐(1R,2S)‐, cis‐(1S,2R)‐, trans‐(1R,2R)‐ and trans‐(1S,2S)‐2‐aminocyclopentanecarboxylic acids (cyclopentane β ‐amino acids), and cis‐(1R,2S)‐, cis‐(1S,2R)‐, trans‐(1R,2R)‐, and trans‐(1S,2S)‐2‐aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acids (cyclohexane β ‐amino acids). The results showed that the choice of metal ion (Cu2+, Ni2+) and chiral reference compound (α‐ and β ‐amino acids) had an effect on the enantioselectivity. Especially, aromaticity of the reference compound was noted to enhance the enantioselectivity. The fixed‐ligand kinetic method, a modification of the kinetic method, was then applied to the same β ‐amino acids, with dipeptides used as fixed ligands. With this method, dipeptide containing an aromatic side chain enhanced the enantioselectivity. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The chemical synthesis of deuterated isomeric 6,7‐dihydroxydodecanoic acid methyl esters 1 and the subsequent metabolism of esters 1 and the corresponding acids 1a in liquid cultures of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae was investigated. Incubation experiments with (6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid methyl ester ((6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 , resp.) and (±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid ((±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1a , resp.) elucidated their metabolic pathway in yeast (Tables 1–3). The main products were isomeric 2H‐labeled 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 . The absolute configuration of the four isomeric lactones 2 was assigned by chemical synthesis via Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation and chiral gas chromatography (Lipodex ® E). The enantiomers of threo‐ 2 were separated without derivatization on Lipodex ® E; in contrast, the enantiomers of erythro‐ 2 could be separated only after transformation to their 5‐O‐(trifluoroacetyl) derivatives. Biotransformation of the methyl ester (6R,7R)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 led to (4R,5R)‐ and (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 (ratio ca. 4 : 1; Table 2). Estimation of the label content and position of (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 showed 95% label at C(5), 68% label at C(2), and no 2H at C(4) (Table 2). Therefore, oxidation and subsequent reduction with inversion at C(4) of 4,5‐dihydroxydecanoic acid and transfer of 2H from C(4) to C(2) is postulated. The 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 are of biochemical importance: during the fermentation of Streptomyces griseus, (4S,5R)‐ 2 , known as L‐factor, occurs temporarily before the antibiotic production, and (?)‐muricatacin (=(4R,5R)‐5‐hydroxy‐heptadecano‐4‐lactone), a homologue of (4R,5R)‐ 2 , is an anticancer agent.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of β‐peptides from new C‐linked carbo‐β‐amino acids (β‐Caa) presented here, provides an opportunity to understand the impact of carbohydrate side chains on the formation and stability of helical structures. The β‐amino acids, Boc‐(S)‐β‐Caa(g)‐OMe 1 and Boc‐(R)‐β‐Caa(g)‐OMe 2 , having a D ‐galactopyranoside side chain were prepared from D ‐galactose. Similarly, the homo C‐linked carbo‐β‐amino acids (β‐hCaa); Boc‐(S)‐β‐hCaa(x)‐OMe 3 and Boc‐(R)‐β‐hCaa(x)‐OMe 4 , were prepared from D ‐glucose. The peptides derived from the above monomers were investigated by NMR, CD, and MD studies. The β‐peptides, especially the shorter ones obtained from the epimeric (at the amine stereocenter Cβ) 1 and 2 by the concept of alternating chirality, showed a much smaller propensity to form 10/12‐helices. This substantial destabilization of the helix could be attributed to the bulkier D ‐galactopyranoside side chain. Our efforts to prepare peptides with alternating 3 and 4 were unsuccessful. However, the β‐peptides derived from alternating geometrically heterochiral (at Cβ) 4 and Boc‐(R)‐β‐Caa(x)‐OMe 5 (D ‐xylose side chain) display robust right‐handed 10/12‐helices, while the mixed peptides with alternating 4 and Boc‐β‐hGly‐OMe 6 (β‐homoglycine), resulted in left‐handed β‐helices. These observations show a distinct influence of the side chains on helix formation as well as their stability.  相似文献

Aiming at a general methodology for binary co‐assembly of complexes of different metals through quasiracemate crystallization, the hexadentate ligand 1 comprised of the chiral bipyrrolidine core and two bipyridine peripheral arms is introduced. Ligand 1 was found to bind in a fully diastereoselective and uniform mode around ZnII, FeII and CdII giving coordinatively inert octahedral “chiral‐at‐metal” complexes with the Δ4Λ24Δ2 wrapping mode. Equimolar mixtures of quasienantiomeric pairs of these complexes exhibited a clear tendency to pack as quasiracemates as was revealed from the crystallographic structures of [(R,R)‐ 1 ‐Zn](PF6)2/[(S,S)‐ 1 ‐Fe](PF6)2 and [(R,R)‐ 1 ‐Zn](PF6)2/[(S,S)‐ 1 ‐Cd](PF6)2, in an isomorphous fashion to that of the racemic compound [rac‐ 1 ‐Zn](PF6)2 in space group C2/c.  相似文献

Enantiomerically pure (+)‐(1S,4S,5S,6S)‐6‐endo‐(benzyloxy)‐5‐exo‐{[(tert‐butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}‐7‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan‐2‐one ((+)‐ 5 ) and its enantiomer (−)‐ 5 , obtained readily from the Diels‐Alder addition of furan to 1‐cyanovinyl acetate, can be converted with high stereoselectivity into 8‐oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane‐2,3,4,6,7‐pentol derivatives (see 23 – 28 in Scheme 2). A precursor of them, (1R,2S,4R,5S,6S,7R,8R)‐7‐endo‐(benzyloxy)‐8‐exo‐hydroxy‐3,9‐dioxatricyclo[4.2.1.02,4]non‐5‐endo‐yl benzoate ((−)‐ 19 ), is transformed into (1R,2R,5S, 6S,7R,8S)‐6‐exo,8‐endo‐bis(acetyloxy)‐2‐endo‐(benzyloxy)‐4‐oxo‐3,9‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]non‐7‐endo‐yl benzoate ((−)‐ 43 ) (see Scheme 5). The latter is the precursor of several protected 2,6‐anhydrohepturonic acid derivatives such as the diethyl dithioacetal (−)‐ 57 of methyl 3,5‐di‐O‐acetyl‐2,6‐anhydro‐4‐O‐benzoyl‐D ‐glycero‐D ‐galacto‐hepturonate (see Schemes 7 and 8). Hydrolysis of (−)‐ 57 provides methyl 3,5‐di‐O‐acetyl‐2,6‐anhydro‐4‐O‐benzoyl‐D ‐glycero‐D ‐galacto‐hepturonate 48 that undergoes highly diastereoselective Nozaki‐Oshima condensation with the aluminium enolate resulting from the conjugate addition of Me2AlSPh to (1S,5S,6S,7S)‐7‐endo‐(benzyloxy)‐6‐exo‐{[(tert‐butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}‐8‐oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct‐3‐en‐2‐one ((−)‐ 13 ) derived from (+)‐ 5 (Scheme 12). This generates a β‐C‐mannopyranoside, i.e., methyl (7S)‐3,5‐di‐O‐acetyl‐2,6‐anhydro‐4‐O‐benzoyl‐7‐C‐[(1R,2S,3R,4S,5R,6S,7R)‐6‐endo‐(benzyloxy)‐7‐exo‐{[(tert‐butyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy}‐4‐endo‐hydroxy‐2‐exo‐(phenylthio)‐8‐oxabicyclo[3.2.1]oct‐3‐endo‐yl]‐L ‐glycero‐D ‐manno‐heptonate ((−)‐ 70 ; see Scheme 12), that is converted into the diethyl dithioacetal (−)‐ 75 of methyl 3‐O‐acetyl‐2,6‐anhydro‐4,5‐dideoxy‐4‐C‐{[methyl (7S)‐3,5,7‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐2,6‐anhydro‐4‐O‐benzoyl‐L ‐glycero‐D ‐manno‐heptonate]‐7‐C‐yl}‐5‐C‐(phenylsulfonyl)‐L ‐glycero‐D ‐galacto‐hepturonate ( 76 ; see Scheme 13). Repeating the Nozaki‐Oshima condensation to enone (−)‐ 13 and the aldehyde resulting from hydrolysis of (−)‐ 75 , a (1→3)‐C,C‐linked trisaccharide precursor (−)‐ 77 is obtained.  相似文献

A variety of model peptides, including four complete homologous series, to the pentamer level, characterized by the recently proposed binaphthyl‐based, axially chiral, Cα‐tetrasubstituted, cyclic α‐amino acid Bin, in combination with Ala, Gly, or Aib residues, was synthesized by solution methods and fully characterized. The solution conformational propensity of these peptides was determined by FT‐IR absorption and 1H‐NMR techniques. Moreover, the molecular structures of the free amino acid (S)‐enantiomer and an Nα‐acylated dipeptide alkylamide with the heterochiral sequence ‐(R)‐Bin‐Phe‐ were assessed in the crystal state by X‐ray diffraction. Taken together, the results point to the conclusion that β‐bends and 310 helices are preferentially adopted by Bin‐containing peptides, although the fully extended conformation would also be adopted in solution by the short oligomers to some extent. We also confirmed the tendency of (R)‐Bin to fold a peptide chain into right‐handed bend and helical structures. The absolute configuration of the Bin residue(s) was correlated with the typically intense exciton‐split Cotton effect of the 1Bb binaphthyl transition near 225 nm.  相似文献

Biotransformation of (±)‐threo‐7,8‐dihydroxy(7,8‐2H2)tetradecanoic acids (threo‐(7,8‐2H2)‐ 3 ) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae afforded 5,6‐dihydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecanoic acids (threo‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4 ), which were converted to (5S,6S)‐6‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐5‐lactone ((5S,6S)‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 7 ) with 80% e.e. and (5S,6S)‐5‐hydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecano‐6‐lactone ((5S,6S)‐5,6‐2H2)‐ 8 ). Further β‐oxidation of threo‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4 yielded 3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acids (threo‐(3,4‐2H2)‐ 5 ), which were converted to (3R,4R)‐3‐hydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decano‐4‐lactone ((3R,4R)‐ 9 ) with 44% e.e. and converted to 2H‐labeled decano‐4‐lactones ((4R)‐(3‐2H1)‐ and (4R)‐(2,3‐2H2)‐ 6 ) with 96% e.e. These results were confirmed by experiments in which (±)‐threo‐3,4‐dihydroxy(3,4‐2H2)decanoic acids (threo‐(3,4‐2H2)‐ 5 ) were incubated with yeast. From incubations of methyl (5S,6S)‐ and (5R,6R)‐5,6‐dihydroxy(5,6‐2H2)dodecanoates ((5S,6S)‐ and (5R,6R)‐(5,6‐2H2)‐ 4a ), the (5S,6S)‐enantiomer was identified as the precursor of (4R)‐(3‐2H1)‐ and (2,3‐2H2)‐ 6 ). Therefore, (4R)‐ 6 is synthesized from (3S,4S)‐ 5 by an oxidation/keto acid reduction pathway involving hydrogen transfer from C(4) to C(2). In an analogous experiment, methyl (9S,10S)‐9,10‐dihydroxyoctadecanoate ((9S,10S)‐ 10a ) was metabolized to (3S,4S)‐3,4‐dihydroxydodecanoic acid ((3S,4S)‐ 15 ) and converted to (4R)‐dodecano‐4‐lactone ((4R)‐ 18 ).  相似文献

Terminally blocked, homo‐peptide amides of (R,R)‐1‐amino‐2,3‐diphenylcyclopropane‐1‐carboxylic acid (c3diPhe), a chiral member of the family of Cα‐tetrasubstituted α‐amino acids, from the dimer to the tetramer, and diastereomeric co‐oligopeptides of (R,R)‐ or (S,S)‐c3diPhe with (S)‐alanine residues to the trimer level were prepared in solution and fully characterized. The synthetic effort was extended to terminally protected co‐oligopeptide esters to the hexamer, where c3diPhe residues are combined with achiral α‐aminoisobutyric acid residues. The preferred conformations of the peptides were assessed in solution by FT‐IR absorption, NMR, and CD techniques, and for seven oligomers in the crystal state (by X‐ray diffraction) as well. This study clearly indicates that c3diPhe, a sterically demanding cyclopropane analogue of phenylalanine, tends to fold peptides into β‐turn and 310‐helix conformations. However, when c3diPhe is in combination with other chiral residues, the conformation preferred by the resulting peptides is also dictated by the chiral sequence of the amino acid building blocks. The (S,S)‐enantiomer of this α‐amino acid, unusually lacking asymmetry in the main chain, strongly favors the left‐handedness of the turn/helical peptides formed.  相似文献

Novel optically active substituted acetylenes HC? CCH2CR1(CO2CH3)NHR2 [(S)‐/(R)‐ 1 : R1 = H, R2 = Boc, (S)‐ 2 : R1 = CH3, R2 = Boc, (S)‐ 3 : R1 = H, R2 = Fmoc, (S)‐ 4 : R1 = CH3, R2 = Fmoc (Boc = tert‐butoxycarbonyl, Fmoc = 9‐fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl)] were synthesized from α‐propargylglycine and α‐propargylalanine, and polymerized with a rhodium catalyst to provide the polymers with number‐average molecular weights of 2400–38,900 in good yields. Polarimetric, circular dichroism (CD), and UV–vis spectroscopic analyses indicated that poly[(S)‐ 1 ], poly[(R)‐ 1 ], and poly[(S)‐ 4 ] formed predominantly one‐handed helical structures both in polar and nonpolar solvents. Poly[(S)‐ 1a ] carrying unprotected carboxy groups was obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of poly[(S)‐ 1 ], and poly[(S)‐ 4b ] carrying unprotected amino groups was obtained by removal of Fmoc groups of poly[(S)‐ 4 ] using piperidine. Poly[(S)‐ 1a ] and poly[(S)‐ 4b ] also exhibited clear CD signals, which were different from those of the precursors, poly[(S)‐ 1 ] and poly[(S)‐ 4 ]. The solution‐state IR measurement revealed the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the carbamate groups of poly[(S)‐ 1 ] and poly[(S)‐ 1a ]. The plus CD signal of poly[(S)‐ 1a ] turned into minus one on addition of alkali hydroxides and tetrabutylammonium fluoride, accompanying the red‐shift of λmax. The degree of λmax shift became large as the size of cation of the additive. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2012  相似文献

The absolute configuration of the naturally occurring isomers of 6β‐benzoyloxy‐3α‐tropanol ( 1 ) has been established by the combined use of chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography with electronic circular dichroism detection and optical rotation detection. For this purpose (±)‐ 1 , prepared in two steps from racemic 6‐hydroxytropinone ( 4 ), was subjected to chiral high‐performance liquid chromatography with electronic circular dichroism and optical rotation detection allowing the online measurement of both chiroptical properties for each enantiomer, which in turn were compared with the corresponding values obtained from density functional theory calculations. In an independent approach, preparative high‐performance liquid chromatography separation using an automatic fraction collector, yielded an enantiopure sample of OR(+)‐ 1 whose vibrational circular dichroism spectrum allowed its absolute configuration assignment when the bands in the 1100–950 cm‐1 region were compared with those of the enantiomers of esters derived from 3α,6β‐tropanediol. In addition, an enantiomerically enriched sample of 4 , instead of OR(±)‐ 4 , was used for the same transformation sequence, whose high‐performance liquid chromatography follow‐up allowed their spectroscopic correlation. All evidences lead to the OR(+)‐(1S,3R,5S,6R) and OR(?)‐(1R,3S,5R,6S) absolute configurations, from where it follows that samples of 1 isolated from Knightia strobilina and Erythroxylum zambesiacum have the OR(+)‐(1S,3R,5S,6R) absolute configuration, while the sample obtained from E. rotundifolium has the OR(?)‐(1R,3S,5R,6S) absolute configuration.  相似文献

The C3‐symmetric propeller‐chiral compounds (P,P,P)‐ 1 and (M,M,M)‐ 1 with planar π‐cores perpendicular to the C3‐axis were synthesized in optically pure states. (P,P,P)‐ 1 possesses two distinguishable propeller‐chiral π‐faces with rims of different heights named the (P/L)‐face and (P/H)‐face. Each face is configurationally stable because of the rigid structure of the helicenes contained in the π‐core. (P,P,P)‐ 1 formed dimeric aggregates in organic solutions as indicated by the results of 1H NMR, CD, and UV/Vis spectroscopy and vapor pressure osmometry analyses. The (P/L)/(P/L) interactions were observed in the solid state by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis, and they were also predominant over the (P/H)/(P/H) and (P/L)/(P/H) interactions in solution, as indicated by the results of 1H and 2D NMR spectroscopy analyses. The dimerization constant was obtained for a racemic mixture, which showed that the heterochiral (P,P,P)‐ 1 /(M,M,M)‐ 1 interactions were much weaker than the homochiral (P,P,P)‐ 1 /(P,P,P)‐ 1 interactions. The results indicated that the propeller‐chiral (P/L)‐face interacts with the (P/L)‐face more strongly than with the (P/H)‐face, (M/L)‐face, and (M/H)‐face. The study showed the π‐face‐selective aggregation and π‐face chiral recognition of the configurationally stable propeller‐chiral molecules.  相似文献

The chiral compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐1‐benzoyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydro‐3‐methyl‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)pyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one ((R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 ), derived from (R)‐ and (S)‐asparagine, respectively, were used as convenient starting materials for the preparation of the enantiomerically pure α‐alkylated (alkyl=Me, Et, Bn) α,β‐diamino acids (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 . The chiral lithium enolates of (R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 were first alkylated, and the resulting diasteroisomeric products 5 – 7 were aminated with ‘di(tert‐butyl) azodicarboxylate’ (DBAD), giving rise to the diastereoisomerically pure (≥98%) compounds 8 – 10 . The target compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 could then be obtained in good yields and high purities by a hydrolysis/hydrogenolysis/hydrolysis sequence.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, poly[(dimethylamine‐κN)[μ3‐(E)‐2,6‐dimethyl‐4‐styrylpyridine‐3,5‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O3:O3′:O5]zinc(II)], [Zn(C17H13NO4)(C2H7N)]n, consists of one crystallographically independent distorted tetrahedral ZnII cation, one (E)‐2,6‐dimethyl‐4‐styrylpyridine‐3,5‐dicarboxylate (mspda2−) ligand and one coordinated dimethylamine molecule. Two S‐ and R‐type chiral units are generated from the axially prochiral mspda2− ligand through C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The R‐type chiral units assemble a left‐handed (M) Zn–mspda helical chain, while the right‐handed (P) Zn–mspda helical chain is constructed from neighbouring S‐type chiral units. The P‐ and M‐type helical chains are interlinked by carboxylate O atoms to form a one‐dimensional ladder. Interchain N—H...O hydrogen bonds extend these one‐dimensional ladders into a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The title compound exhibits luminescence at λmax = 432 nm upon excitation at 365 nm.  相似文献

In the chiral polymeric title compound, poly[aqua(4,4′‐bipyridine)[μ3S‐carboxylatomethyl‐N‐(p‐tosyl)‐l ‐cysteinato]manganese(II)], [Mn(C12H13NO6S2)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, the MnII ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry by one water molecule, three carboxylate O atoms from three S‐carboxyatomethyl‐N‐(p‐tosyl)‐l ‐cysteinate (Ts‐cmc) ligands and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules. Each Ts‐cmc ligand behaves as a chiral μ3‐linker connecting three MnII ions. The two‐dimensional frameworks thus formed are further connected by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands into a three‐dimensional homochiral metal–organic framework. This is a rare case of a homochiral metal–organic framework with a flexible chiral ligand as linker, and this result demonstrates the important role of noncovalent interactions in stabilizing such assemblies.  相似文献

The two epimers (?)‐ 1a and (?)‐ 1b of the macrocyclic lactam alkaloid 3‐hydroxycelacinnine with the (2R,3R) and (2R,3S) absolute configurations, respectively, were synthesized by an alternative route involving macrocyclization with the regio‐ and stereoselective oxirane‐ring opening by the terminal amino group (Schemes 2 and 6). Properly N‐protected chiral trans‐oxirane precursors provided (2R,3R)‐macrocycles after a one‐pot deprotection‐macrocyclization step under moderate dilution (0.005–0.01M ). The best yields (65–85%) were achieved with trifluoroacetyl protection. Macrocyclization of the corresponding cis‐oxiranes was unsuccessful for steric reasons. Inversion at OH? C(3) via nucleophilic displacement of the cyclic sulfamidate derivative with NaNO2 led to (2R,3S)‐macrocycles. The synthesized (?)‐(2R,3S)‐3‐hydroxycelacinnine ((?)‐ 1b ) was identical to the natural alkaloid.  相似文献
