Imidazoazines have been synthesized by a one-pot three-component condensation reaction of an aldehyde, a 2-aminoazine and an isocyanide in the presence of the cellulose sulfuric acid, as an effective bio-supported catalyst in excellent yields. The reaction work-up is simple and the catalyst can be easily separated from the product and reused in several times.  相似文献

A cost-effective and eco-friendly synthesis of diarylmethanes derivatives has been developed through the Mannich type Friedel–Crafts addition reaction of tertiary aromatic amine formaldehydes with β-naphthol/indole using silica-supported tungstic acid (STA) as a recyclable heterogeneous acid catalyst in solvent-free condition. Here, we proposed two schemes using the same catalyst. The effects of different solvents have been studied and a comparison of silica-supported tungstic acid with different acid catalysts has also been made.  相似文献

A new one-pot, efficient three-component condensation of benzaldehydes, 2-naphthol, and carbamates in the presence of silica supported sodium hydrogen sulfate as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of novel 1-carbamato-alkyl-2-naphthol derivatives under solvent-free conditions is described. A one-pot three-component coupling of aldehydes and amines in presence of terminal alkynes has been efficiently catalyzed by copper (I) complex of i-Pr-pybox-diPh 2b or s-Bu-pybox-diPh 2c. The process is simple and allows the synthesis of various propargylamines in good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee) and in higher yields. The nature of the substituents attached to imines plays a vital role on the enantioselectivities obtained. The presence of gem-diphenyl group at C-5 position and secondary alkyl substituents at the C-4 chiral center of the oxazoline rings of the chiral ligands was found to be crucial for higher enantioselectivities. A transition state model involving π–π stacking is also proposed for the stereochemical outcome.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of thiazolidine-2-thiones is described via regiospecific iodocyclization of an allyl amine, carbon disulfide, and iodine. Dehydrohalogenation of the iodo-derivatives gives thiazole-2(3H)-thiones. In addition, nucleophilic substitution of the iodine in the products is accomplished using NaN3, thiophenol, or dithiocarbamate.  相似文献

六水合三氯化铁催化下,β-酮酸酯、芳香醛、脲(1:1:1.5)在无水乙醇中进行环化缩合反应,合成了3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物,改进了Biginelli用盐酸为催化剂的一锅法反应,缩短了反应时间,操作简便,产率高达80%~90%,且Fe^3^+对环境友好。  相似文献

ZnO nanoparticles were prepared and applied as a favorable catalyst in three-component one-pot cyclocondensation reaction of isatoic anhydride with amines and aldehydes to afford the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted quinalolin-4(1H)-ones in good yields. An efficient, environmentally friendly procedure for the synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols through the one‐pot, three‐component reaction of β‐naphthol, aryl aldehydes, and acetamide in the presence of a carbon‐based solid acid under thermal solvent‐free conditions is described. The beneficial fea-tures of this new synthetic approach include short reaction time, high yields, clean reaction profiles, and a simple work‐up procedure. Furthermore, the catalyst can be readily recycled and reused four times without obvious significant loss of activity. The structure of the catalyst was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, N2 adsorption/desorption analysis, and X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

A facile, one-pot three-component protocol for the synthesis of substituted 4-(benzylideneamino)-5-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols have been reported by the reaction of 4-amino-5-hydrazinyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol with acetyl acetone and various substituted benzaldehydes via multi component reaction. The newly synthesized derivatives were characterized by their elemental analysis and spectral data. The current strategy provides heterocyclic compounds in good yields with broad substrate scope.  相似文献
