This work describes the electrochemical properties of glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) modified with chromium(III) hexacyanoferrate(II) (Crhf) nanoparticles attached multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNTs). The morphological characterization of Crhf/MWNTs nanocomposites was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV‐vis spectroscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT‐IR). The electrocatalytic activity of these nanocomposites was investigated and showed a good electrocatalytic effect for oxidation of L ‐cysteine (L ‐Cys) in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 3.0). Under optimum conditions linear calibration graphs were obtained over the L ‐Cys concentration range 5.0×10?7 to 6.0×10?5 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998 and a detection limit (signal‐to‐noise ratio was 3) of 1.0×10?8 M. The proposed method is simple and it also showed excellent sensitivity and stability. The excellent electrocatalytic ability of the modified electrode towards L ‐Cys manifests that the Crhf/MWNTs can provide a new platform for biosensors and other biology.  相似文献

A new chemically modified electrode (CME) was fabricated, which was based on the immobilization of multi‐wall carbon nanotubes fuctionalized with carboxylic group (MWNT‐COOH). The results indicated that the CME exhibited efficiently electrocatalytic oxidation for L ‐cysteine and glutathione with relatively high sensitivity, stability and long‐life. Coupled with HPLC, the MWNT‐COOH CME was utilized for amperometric detection of the thiols. The peak currents of L ‐cysteine and glutathione were linear to their concentrations ranging from 3.0×10?7 to 1.0×10?3 mol/L with the calculated detection limit (S/N=3) of 1.2×10?7, 2.2×10?7 mol/L, respectively. The method had been successfully applied to assess the contents of L ‐cysteine and glutathione in rat striatal microdialysates.  相似文献

A bismuth/multi‐walled carbon nanotube (Bi/MWNT) composite modified electrode for determination of cobalt by differential pulse adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry is described. The electrode is fabricated by potentiostatic pre‐plating bismuth film on an MWNT modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The Bi/MWNT composite modified electrode exhibits enhanced sensitivity for cobalt detection as compared with the bare GC, MWNT modified and bismuth film electrodes. Numerous key experimental parameters have been examined for optimum analytical performance of the proposed electrode. With an adsorptive accumulation of the Co(II)‐dimethylglyoxime complex at ?0.8 V for 200 s, the reduction peak current is proportional to the concentration of cobalt in the range of 4.0×10?10?1.0×10?7 mol/L with a lower detection limit of 8.1×10?11 mol/L. The proposed method has been applied successfully to cobalt determination in seawater and lake water samples.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of D ‐penicillamine (D ‐PA) studied at the surface of ferrocene carboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FCAMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00), the oxidation of D ‐PA at surface of such an electrode is occurred about 420 mV less positive than that an unmodified carbon paste electrode (CPE). The catalytic oxidation peak current was linearly dependent on the D ‐PA concentration and a linear calibration curve was obtained in the ranges 7.5×10?5 M – 1.0×10?3 M and 6.5×10?6 M?1.0×10?4 M of D ‐PA with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 6.04×10?5 M and 6.15×10?6 M. This method was also used for the determination of D ‐PA in pharmaceutical preparation (capsules) by standard addition method.  相似文献

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) has been used to study the interaction between paraquat and carbon modified by silver (Ag? CPE) and silver particles‐impregnated natural phosphate (Ag/NPh? CPE). This study was developed using spectrophotometry (UV? Vis) and infrared spectroscopy. The resulting interaction was controlled by adsorption at lower concentration (≤1.0×10?5 mol L?1) and by diffusion in the opposite case. Both electrodes are used to determining paraquat with a low detection limit (<1.0×10?12 mol L?1). The precision expressed as relative standard deviation RSD for the concentration level 1.0×10?5 mol L?1 of paraquat, (n=8) were 0.93 % and 1.1 % for Ag/NPh? CPE and Ag? CPE respectively.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was investigated at the gold nanoparticles self‐assembled glassy carbon electrode (GNP/LC/GCE), which was fabricated by self‐assembling gold nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine (LC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via successive cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of DA on the GNP/LC/GCE was obtained at Epa=0.197 V and Epc=0.146 V, respectively. And the peak separation between DA and AA is about 0.2 V, which is enough for simultaneous determination of DA and AA. The peak currents of DA and AA were proportional with their concentrations in the range of 6.0×10?8–8.5×10?5 mol L?1 and 1.0×10?6–2.5×10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 2.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 3.0×10?7 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The modified electrode exhibits an excellent reproducibility, sensibility and stability for simultaneous determination of DA and AA in human serum with satisfactory result.  相似文献

Myoglobin (Myb) of horse heart is incorporated on multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and immobilized at a glassy carbon (GC) electrode surface. Its electrochemical behavior and enzyme activity are characterized by employing electrochemical methods. The results indicate that MWNTs can obviously promote the direct electron transfer between Myb and electrode, and that the Myb on MWNTs behaves as an enzyme‐like activity towards the electrochemical reduction of nitric oxide (NO). Accordingly, an unmediated NO biosensor is constructed. Experimental results reveal that the peak current related to NO is linearly proportional to its concentration in the range of 2.0×10?7–4.0×10?5 mol/L. The detection limit is estimated to be 8.0×10?8 mol/L. Considering a relative standard deviation of 2.1% in seven independent determinations of 1.0×10?5 mol/L NO, this biosensor shows a good reproducibility. The biosensor based on Myb/MWNTs modified electrode can be used for the rapid determination of trace NO in aqueous solution with a good stability, nice selectivity and easy construction.  相似文献

The paper describes the first electrochemical method (differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry, DPAdSV) using a screen‐printed sensor with a carbon/carbon nanofibers working electrode (SPCE/CNFs) for the direct determination of low (real) concentrations of paracetamol (PA) in environmental water samples. By applying this sensor together with DPAdSV, two linear PA concentration ranges from 2.0×10?9 to 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (r=0.9991) and 1.0×10?7–2.0×10?6 mol L?1 ( r=0.9994) were obtained. For the accumulation time of 90 s, the limit of detection was 5.4×10?10 mol L?1. Moreover, the SPCE/CNFs sensor and the DPADSV procedure for PA determination are potentially applicable in field analysis. The process of PA adsorption at the SPCE/CNFs surface was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and theoretical studies. In the theoretical study of the interaction of CNF and PA, the first species was modelled by graphene‐like clusters containing up to 37 rings. It was found that the preferable orientation of PA is parallel to the carbon surface with the binding energy of about ?68 kJ/mol calculated by symmetry‐adapted perturbation theory (SAPT). Both the selectivity and the accuracy of the developed sensor for real sample analysis were also investigated using Polish river and sea samples.  相似文献

This work deals with the study of polymers electrogenerated from different catechols at glassy carbon electrodes and the analytical applications of the resulting modified electrodes for dopamine quantification and glucose biosensing. The electropolymerization was performed from a 3.0×10?3 M catechol solution (catechol, dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine or L ‐dopa in a 0.050 M phosphate buffer pH 7.40) by applying 1.00 V for 60 min. The properties of the polymers are very dependent on the nature of the catechol, L ‐dopa being the best. Glassy carbon electrodes modified with melanic polymers electrogenerated from L ‐dopa and norepinephrine were found to be suitable for dopamine determinations in flow systems, although the behavior was highly dependent on the nature of the monomer. Detection limits of 5.0 nM dopamine and interferences of 9.0 and 2.6% for 5.0×10?4 M ascorbic acid and 5.0×10?5 M dopac, respectively, were obtained at the glassy carbon electrode modified with a melanin‐type polymer generated from L ‐dopa (using 1.0×10?3 M AA in the measurement solution). The advantages of using a melanin‐type polymer generated from dopamine to improve the selectivity of glucose biosensors based on carbon paste electrodes containing Pt and glucose oxidase (GOx) are also discussed. The resulting bioelectrodes combines the high sensitivity of metallized electrodes with the selectivity given by the polymeric layer. They exhibit excellent performance for glucose with a rapid response (around 10 seconds per sample), a wide linear range (up to 2.5×10?2 M glucose), low detection limits (143 μM) and a highly reproducible response (R.S.D of 4.9%). The bioelectrodes are highly stable and almost free from the interference of large excess of easily oxidizable compounds found in biological fluids, such as ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA) and acetaminophen.  相似文献

Two amino acids – d ‐penicillamine (D‐PA) and tryptophan (TRP) – could be simultaneously determined in an aqueous solution (pH 7.0) using a novel benzoylferrocene‐modified carbon nanotube paste electrode. The results indicate that the electrode is efficient in terms of its electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of D‐PA, leading to an overpotential reduction by more than 155 mV. Using square wave voltammetry, measurement of D‐PA and TRP in one mixture could be done independently from each other with a potential difference of about 205 mV. The proposed electrochemical sensor exhibited a linear calibration plot ranging from 1.0 × 10?6 to 8.0 × 10?4 m with a detection limit of 1.3 × 10?7 m for D‐PA. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of D‐PA in a D‐PA capsule. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Abstract

Enantioselective, potentiometric membrane electrodes (EPMEs) based on antibiotics are proposed for the enantioanalysis of L‐vesamicol. A carbon paste was modified with antibiotics (vancomycin, teicoplanin, and teicoplanin modified with acetonitrile), as chiral selectors. The EPMEs based on antibiotics were reliably used for enantiopurity tests of L‐vesamicol using the direct potentiometric technique. The following linear concentration ranges: 1.0×10?6–1.0×10?4, 1.0×10?6–1×10?3 and 1×10?7?1×10?2 mol/L; and detection limits: 1.1×10?7, 9.6×10?8, and 3.6×10?8 mol/L were determine for vancomycin, teicoplanin, and teicoplanin modified with acetonitrile–based EPMEs, respectively. The proposed EPMEs were applied for the enantioanalysis of L‐vesamicol in urine samples.  相似文献

A novel ion implantation sensor (DNA/COOH/ITO) based on DNA immobilization in COOH/ITO probe was manufactured for the first time. The surface morphologies of the electrodes were characterized by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), field‐emission‐scanning electron microscopy (FSEM) and electrochemical methods. In a 0.5 mol/L PBS solution, a sensitive oxidation peak of DNA on the COOH/ITO electrode was obtained by voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of DNA was studied. And the oxidative peak potential of DNA was +0.400 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). Its peak current was proportional to the concentration of DNA over the range of 1.0×10?8?1.0×10?6 mol/L with a detection limit of 5.0×10?9 mol/L (about 0.5 ng/mL). This sensor was applied to the direct detection of DNA samples.  相似文献

Based on single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE/SWCNTs), a novel method was presented for the determination of L ‐tyrosine. The GCE/SWCNTs exhibited remarkable catalytic and enhanced effects on the oxidation of L ‐tyrosine. In 0.10 mol/L citric acid‐sodium citrate buffer solution, the oxidation potential of L ‐tyrosine shifted negatively from +1.23 V at bare GCE to +0.76 V at GCE/SWCNTs. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of the modified electrode to the concentration of L ‐tyrosine was 5.0×10?6–2.0×10?5 mol/L (R1=0.9952) and 2.7×10?5–2.6×10?4 mol/L (R2=0.9998) with a detection limit of 9.3×10?8 mol/L. The kinetic parameters such as α (charge transfer coefficient) and D (diffusion coefficient) were evaluated to be 0.66, 9.82×10?5 cm2 s?1, respectively. And the electrochemical mechanism of L ‐tyrosine was also discussed.  相似文献

A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor for the detection of trace amounts of 8‐azaguanine has been designed. Double stranded (ds)DNA molecules are immobilized onto a glassy carbon electrode surface with Langmuir–Blodgett technique. The adsorptive voltammetric behaviors of 8‐azaguanine at DNA‐modified electrode were explored by means of cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry. Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode (GCE), the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode can greatly improve the measuring sensitivity of 8‐azaguanine. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the Langmuir–Blodgett film modified electrode in pH 3.0 Britton–Robinson buffer solutions shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 5.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?5 mol L?1 with detection limit 9.0×10?9 mol L?1. The method proposed was applied successfully for the determination of 8‐azaguanine in diluted human urine with wonderful satisfactory.  相似文献

A new voltammetric procedure for the simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and paracetamol (PA) using boron doped diamond electrode modified with Nafion and lead films (PbF/Nafion/BDDE) was investigated. The use of this electrode resolved the overlapped voltammetric waves of DA and PA into well‐defined peaks with peak to peak separation of about 320 mV. Under the optimized experimental conditions in differential pulse voltammetric technique, DA and PA gave a linear response over the ranges 2.0×10?7–1.0×10?4 mol L?1*(R2=0.9996) and 5.0×10?7–1.0×10?3 mol L?1 (R2=0.9979), respectively. The detection limits were found to be 5.4×10?8 mol L?1 for DA and 1.4×10?7 mol L?1 for PA. They are lower, comparable or in some cases a little bit higher than those obtained using other electrochemical sensors. However, the proposed procedure of the sensor preparation is much simpler than procedures described in the literature with a lower detection limit. The proposed procedure was successfully applied to the determination of PA in some commercial pharmaceuticals as well as to the simultaneous determination of DA and PA in human urine, whole blood and serum samples directly without any separation steps.  相似文献

A multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNT-GCE) was used to study the electrochemical behaviour of1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) and applied to its determination. The results showed that the modified electrode had a strong adsorptive ability to 1-OHP and enhances its electrochemical signal. By square wave voltammetry, the linear relationship of 1-OHP was 6?×?10?9???8?×?10?7?mol?L?1 with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.996, and the detection limit was 1?×?10?10?mol?L?1. Compared with other published methods, this newly proposed method possesses many advantages such as very low detection limit, fast response, low cost and simplicity. And this method was applied successfully in the determination of 1‐OHP in real human urine samples.  相似文献

Sodium nitroprusside (NP), a commercial vasodilator, can be pre‐concentrated on vitreous carbon electrode modified by films of 97.5%: 2.5% poly‐L ‐lysine (PLL): glutaraldehyde (GA). This coating gives acceptable anion exchange properties whilst giving the required improvement of adhesion to the glassy carbon electrode surface. Linear response range and detection limit on nitroprusside in B‐R buffer pH 4.0, were 1×10?6 to 2×10?5 mol L?1 and 1×10?7 mol L?1, respectively. The repeatability of the proposed sensor, evaluated in term of relative standard deviation, was measured as 4.1% for 10 experiments. The voltammetric sensor was directly applied to determination of nitroprusside in human plasma and urine samples and the average recovery for these samples was around 95–97% without any pre treatment.  相似文献

A new analytical methodology for the electrochemical detection of the herbicide maleic hydrazide (3,6‐dihydroxypyridazine) by flow injection analysis is presented. This method is supported by the novel application of a palladium‐dispersed carbon paste electrode as an amperometric sensor for this herbicide. Maleic hydrazide shows anodic electrochemical activity on carbon‐based electrodes (glassy carbon or carbon paste electrodes) in all the pH range. This electrochemical activity is enhanced using metal‐dispersed carbon paste electrodes, especially at Pd‐dispersed CPE which displays good oxidation signals at 690 mV (0.050 M phosphate buffer pH 7.0), 140 mV lower than at unmodified electrodes. Under the optimized conditions, the electroanalytical performance of Pd‐dispersed CPE in flow injection analysis was excellent, with good reproducibility (RSD 3.3%) and a wide linear range (1.9×10?7 to 1.0×10?4 mol L?1). A detection limit of 1.4×10?8 mol L?1 (0.14 ng maleic hydrazide) was obtained for a sample loop of 100 μL at a fixed potential of 700 mV in 0.050 M phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.0 and a flow rate of 2.0 mL min?1. The proposed method was applied for the maleic hydrazide detection in natural drinking water samples.  相似文献

A sensor based in a graphite–polyurethane composite electrode modified with the mesoporous nanostructured silica with hexagonal array of pores called Santa Barbara Amorphous type material (SBA‐15) containing nickel was built. The presence of Ni, incorporated during the synthesis of SBA‐15, resulted in an increase in sensitivity when compared to the other electrodes based on the unmodified SBA‐15. A procedure was proposed for the determination of Cu2+ in ethanol biofuel by square wave stripping voltammetry with linear response in concentration levels of 1.0×10?8 and 1.0×10?7 mol L?1, resulting in a limit of detection of 1.83×10?10 mol L?1 and precision (RSD) of 2.09 %.  相似文献

Three types of ion‐selective electrodes: PVC membrane, modified carbon paste (CPE), and coated graphite electrodes (CGE) have been constructed for determining paroxetine hydrochloride (Prx). The electrodes are based on the ion pair of paroxetine with sodium tetraphenylborate (NaTPB) using dibutyl phthalate as plasticizing solvent. Fast, stable and potentiometric response was obtained over the concentration range of 1.1×10?5–1×10?2 mol L?1 with low detection limit of 6.9×10?6 mol L?1 and slope of a 56.7±0.3mV decade?1 for PVC membrane electrode, the concentration range of 2×10?5–1×10?2 mol L?1 with low detection limit of 1.2×10?5 mol L?1 and slope of a 57.7±0.6 mV decade?1 for CPE, and the concentration range of 2×10?5–1×10?2 mol L?1 with low detection limit of 8.9×10?6 mol L?1 and slope of a 56.1±0.1 mV decade?1 for CGE. The proposed electrodes display good selectivity for paroxetine with respect to a number of common inorganic and organic species. The electrodes were successfully applied to the potentiometric determination of paroxetine hydrochloride in its pure state, its pharmaceutical preparation, human urine and plasma.  相似文献
