In search of environmentally benign insecticides with high activity, low toxicity and low residual effects, a series of novel amides (sulfonamides) containing N‐pyridylpyrazole were designed and synthesized. Their chemical structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis or HRMS. The bioassay tests indicated that some of these compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata Walker and Culex pipiens pallens.  相似文献

Two series of novel anthranilic diamides containing oxime ester and diacylhydrazine moieties were designed and synthesized.Their structures were characterized by melting points,1H NMR,13C NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).The single crystal structure of compound 7e was determined by X-ray diffraction and their evaluated insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm(Mythimna separata) indicates that some of the compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activities.Among the 20 compounds,6a and 6b show 100% larvicidal activity against Mythimna separate Walker at the test concentration of 100 mg/L.  相似文献

In search of environmentally benign compounds with high biological activity, low toxicity and low resistance, 8 novel benzoyl hydrazines containing pyrazole were designed and synthesized. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectra and HRMS. The preliminary results of biological activity assessment indicated that most of title compounds exhibited certain insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata Walker at 200 mg·L?1 but excellent fungicidal activities against six fungus at 50 mg·L?1, which were better than the control.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives containing pyridylpyrazole and iminodithiocarbamate or thiosemicarbazone motifs were synthesized via multi-step reactions. The structures of seven title compounds (methyl 2-(2-(3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamido)-5-chloro-3- methylbenzylidene)hydrazinecarbodithioate 7 and 3-bromo-N-(2-((2-substitutedcarbamothioylhydrazono)methyl)-4-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide 8a-8f) were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The bioassays showed that some of the compounds exhibited modest insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker), particularly, compound 8b (3-bromo-N-(4-chloro-2-methyl-6-((2-(methylcarbamothioyl)hydrazono)methyl)phenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide) held 100% and 30% larvicidal activity at the concentration of 25?mg/L and 10?mg/L, respectively. In addition, several compounds displayed favorable fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani Sorauer and Physalospora piricola at 50?μg/mL, and were comparable with the controls Chlorothalonil and Triadimefon. The results in this paper will provide important information for further research and development of sulfur-containing heterocyclic agrochemicals.  相似文献

设计,合成了8个新的含N-吡啶基吡唑杂环的邻氨基苯甲酸酯类化合物,结构经FTIR, MS, 1H NMR 和元素分析确证,并且采用X-射线衍射分析方法确证了具有较好生物活性的化合物14d的结构。并且对这些化合物进行了杀虫活性测试,结果表明目标化合物在200 µg·mL-1对粘虫 (Mythimna separata Walker)具有一定的杀虫活性,其中14d,14f,14h在1 µg·mL-1对淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)具有很好的杀幼虫活性。  相似文献

All the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectra, elemental analysis or high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS). The preliminary results of biological activity assessment indicate that some of the title compounds exhibit certain but unremarkable insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata Walker at 200 mg/L and fungicidal activities against five funguses at 50 mg/L.  相似文献

The insecticidal activities of the new compounds were evaluated. The results showed that some compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pests. Caffeine is one of methyl xanthine compounds,which has the similar mode of action as ryanodine receptor insecticide.In order to find novel and efficient insecticide,structural modification of certain methyl xanthine compounds was made by introducing some common pesticidal active moieties into the structure of caffeine.Eleven novel methyl xanthine compounds were synthesized and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR),elemental analylsis or high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).According to the biological activity results,it was found that these new compounds show moderate activity towards Mythimna separata Walker and Culex pipiens pallens.For example,compound 2d shows a lethality rate of 40% at 200 mg/L towards Mythimna separata Walker,compounds 2i and 2f show 56.7% and 53.3% lethality rates at 2 mg/L towards Culex pipiens pallens,which are all better than caffeine.In addition,some compounds of them show moderate antifungal activity to some plant pathogenous fungi.  相似文献

以氯虫酰胺和氟虫腈骨架结构为基础, 依据生物合理设计思想引入酰胺键活性基团, 设计合成了一系列新型不对称草酰二胺类化合物, 通过核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱对合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 在浓度为200 mg/L时, 目标化合物未表现出良好的杀粘虫活性, 但具有一定的抑菌活性; 在浓度为50 mg/L时, 化合物6e和6f对番茄早疫病菌的抑菌率为45.0%, 高于其它化合物, 表明含有2,4,6-三氯苯环的该系列化合物对番茄早疫病菌具有良好的抑菌活性; 化合物6g对苹果轮纹病菌的抑菌率为51.9%, 高于其它化合物, 表明含有较大空间位阻的该系列化合物对苹果轮纹病菌具有良好的抑菌活性.  相似文献

以氯虫酰胺结构为基础, 设计合成了一系列含N-吡啶联吡唑杂环的酰胺及磺酰胺类化合物. 所有化合物的结构均通过元素分析和 1H NMR确证. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物对东方粘虫(4龄幼虫)和尖音库蚊(幼虫)表现出较好的杀灭活性. 化合物4a, 4k和5b在浓度为100 mg/L时对东方粘虫(4龄幼虫)的致死率均高于50%, 化合物4g 在浓度为2 mg/L时对尖音库蚊(幼虫)的致死率达100%.  相似文献

In order to discover new molecules with good insecticidal activities, a series of anthranilic diamides containing polyfluoroalkyl pyrazole were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. Bioassays demonstrated that some of the title compound exhibited excellent insecticidal activities. The larvicidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8g, 8k and 8l against Mythimna separata Walker were 100% at 0.8 mg/L. The insecticidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8e, 8g, 8k and 8l against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus were 100% at 0.4 mg/L. Surprisingly compounds 8a and 8c still showed 100% larvicidal activities against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at 0.08 mg/L comparable to the commercialized Chlorantraniliprole. The LC50 of compound 8a and 8c against M. separata is 0.048 and 0.043 mg/L respectively.  相似文献

A series of novel O,O-Dialkyl-2-[3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carbonyloxy](aryl) methy-lphosphonates I-114 were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 31P-NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Their insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella were evaluated. The results of bioassays indicated that the title compounds exhibited 20–80% larvicidal activity against Mythimna separata at 1000 mg/L.  相似文献

Two series of novel N‐pyridylpyrazole derivatives containing diacylhydrazine/1,3,4‐oxadiazole moieties were designed and synthesized based on the structure of chlorantraniliprole and characterized via 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of the title compounds I and II exhibited larvicidal activities against Mythimna separata with 90–100% death rates at 500 mg/L. The further test showed that these compounds had weak insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella at 200 mg/L and might be not suitable as insecticide lead compound for further optimization.  相似文献

Celangulin-V (1) and podophyllotoxin (2) are both natural compounds with significant insecticidal activity. The identical and nonidentical dimers of celangulin-V and podophyllotoxin (3, 4, 5) were synthesized using succinic acid as the linker, and their insecticidal activities against 3rd instar larvae of Mythimna separata were tested. 以N-吡啶基吡唑甲酸和2-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸为起始原料,经由亲核加成、环化和酰化等多步反应合成了一系列结构新颖的N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)酰胺类化合物.测试了所合成化合物的杀虫及抑菌活性,结果表明,新化合物大多化合物在200 mg·L^-1浓度下对东方粘虫(Mythimna separataWalker)具有一定的杀虫活性,尤其是N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)乙酰胺(8a)和N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-3-氯-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺(8e)致死率可达70%;部分化合物在50 mg·L^-1浓度下对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌活性相对较好(54.5%~63.6%),优于triadimefon和chlorantraniliprole;部分化合物如N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-3,3-二甲基丁酰胺80和N-(2-(5-(3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1H-吡唑-5-基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-4-氯-6-甲基苯基)-4-氟苯甲酰胺(8h)对苹果轮纹病菌具有中等抑菌活性.值得注意的是,化合物8e的杀粘虫活性和对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌活性都较为突出,可用作新农药创制研究的新型参考结构.  相似文献

A series of novel phthalic diamide derivatives containing 1,2,3‐triazole moiety were synthesized using one‐pot click chemistry approach and characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. The insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata), Tetranychu scinnabarinus and cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora) was evaluated. Compounds 4II‐a and 4II‐i showed 50% insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata) at the concentration of 4 mg/L and one‐third of the compounds had moderate activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 500 mg/L.  相似文献

Phenalenone is a kind of defensive compound biosynthesized inside plants in response to the outside attack such as fungus and nematodes. A set of derivatives encompassing structural modifications on the privileged phenalenone scaffold were synthesized through introduction of phenyl and hydroxyl substitutes at 9-positon and 2-position and assessed their insecticidal activities against armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker) and cowpea aphids (Aphis craccivora). No obvious insecticidal activities of the synthesized compounds were observed against armyworm. Some of the 9-phenyl and 2-hydroxy substituted phenalenone analogues showed potential activities against cowpea aphids with 33%-41% mortality at 500 mg/L.  相似文献
