The structural elucidation of eleven new related polyoxypregnane glycosides, gymnepregosides G (1), H (2), I (3), J (4), K (5), L (6), M (7), N (8), O (9), P (10) and Q (11), from the roots of Gymnema alternifolium (Asclepiadaceae) was achieved by a detailed study of 1H- and 13C-NMR spectral data and chemical means. The results obtained for new compounds, 1-11, show that they are (20S)-pregn-6-ene-3 beta,5 alpha,8 beta,12 beta,14 beta,17 beta,20-heptaol 3-O-glycosides, and all the sugars at C-3 are beta(i-->4)-linked. Some of them possess benzoyl, (E)- and (Z)-cin-namoyl, and tigloyl residues as the ester linkages located at C-12 and/or C-20 of the aglycone.  相似文献

[2 beta,7,7,16 beta-2H4]16 alpha,19-Dihydroxyandrost-4-ene-3,17-dione (14) and [7,7,16 beta-2H3]3 beta,16 alpha,19-trihydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one (16), with high isotopic purity, respectively, were synthesized from unlabeled 3 beta-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)-androst-5-ene-17 beta-yl acetate (1). The deuterium introduction at C-7 was carried out by reductive deoxygenation of the 7-keto compound 3 with dichloroaluminum deuteride and that at C-2 beta and/or C-16 beta by controlled alkaline hydrolysis of 16-bromo-17-ketone 11 or 12 with NaOD in D2O and pyridine. [7,7-2H2]3 beta-Hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one (6), obtained from compound 1 by a five-step sequence, was converted to compound 14 or 16 by an eight-step or seven-step sequence, respectively. The labeled steroids 14 and 16 are useful as internal standards for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of the endogenous levels.  相似文献

Five new triterpenoid saponins, fargosides A, B, C, D, and E, were isolated from the roots of Holboellia fargesii. The structures of fargosides A-E were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence and found to be 3beta,20alpha-dihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3beta,20alpha,24-trihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid 23-O-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), 3beta,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-2,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid-(1-->3)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (3), 3beta,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid 3-O-methyl beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (4), and 3beta,23-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid 3-O-methyl beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate-(1-->3)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (5), respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of the bismuth silanolates [Bi(OSiR2R')3] (R = R' = Me, Et, iPr; R = Me, R' = tBu) with water has been studied. Partial hydrolysis gave polynuclear bismuth-oxo clusters whereas amorphous bismuth-oxo(hydroxy) silanolates were obtained when an excess of water was used in the hydrolysis reaction. The metathesis reaction of BiCl3 with NaOSiMe3 provided mixtures of heterobimetallic silanolates. The molecular structures of [Bi18Na4O20(OSiMe3)18] (2), [Bi33NaO38(OSiMe3)24].3 C7H8 (3.3 C7H8), [Bi50Na2O64(OH)2(OSiMe3)22].2 C7H8.2H2O (4.2 C7H8.2 H2O), [Bi4O2(OSiEt3)8] (5), [Bi9O7(OSiMe3)13].0.5 C7H8 (6. 0.5C7H8), [Bi18O18(OSiMe3)18)].2C7H8 (7. 2C7H8) and [Bi20O18(OSiMe3)24].3C7H8 (8.3C7H8) are presented and compared with the solid-state structures of [Bi22O26(OSiMe2tBu)14] (9) and beta-Bi2O3. Compound 2 crystallises in the triclinic space group P1 with the lattice constants a = 17.0337(9), b = 19.5750(14), c = 26.6799(16) A, alpha = 72.691(4), beta = 73.113(4) and gamma = 70.985(4) degrees ; compound 3.3C7H8 crystallises in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with the lattice constants a = 20.488(4), b = 22.539(5), c = 26.154(5) A and beta = 100.79(3) degrees ; compound 4.2C7H82 H2O crystallises in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with the lattice constants a = 20.0518(12), b = 24.1010(15), c = 27.4976(14) A and beta = 103.973(3) degrees ; compound 5 crystallises in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with the lattice constants a = 25.256(5), b = 15.372(3), c = 21.306(4) A and beta = 113.96(3) degrees ; compound 6.0.5C7H8 crystallises in the triclinic space group P1 with the lattice constants a = 15.1916(9), b = 15.2439(13), c = 22.487(5) A, alpha = 79.686(3), beta = 74.540(5) and gamma = 66.020(4) degrees ; compound 7.2C7H8 crystallises in the triclinic space group P1 with the lattice constants a = 14.8295(12), b = 16.1523(13), c = 18.4166(17) A, alpha = 75.960(4), beta = 79.112(4) and gamma = 63.789(4) degrees ; and compound 8.3C7H8 crystallises in the triclinic space group P1 with the lattice constants a = 17.2915(14), b = 18.383(2), c = 18.4014(18) A, alpha = 95.120(5), beta = 115.995(5) and gamma = 106.813(5) degrees . The molecular structures of the bismuth-rich compounds are related to the CaF2-type structure. Formally, the hexanuclear [Bi6O8]2+ fragment might be described as the central building unit, which is composed of bismuth atoms placed at the vertices of an octahedron and oxygen atoms capping the trigonal faces. Depending on the reaction conditions and the identity of R, the thermal decomposition of the hydrolysis products [Bi(n)O(l)(OH)(m-)(OSiR3)(3n-(2l-m))] gives alpha-Bi2O3, beta-Bi2O3, Bi12SiO20 or Bi4Si3O12.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Ixeris chinensis NAKAI (Asteraceae) has resulted in the isolation of a new guaianolide-type sesquiterpene lactone, ixerochinolide (1) as well as the related glucoside, ixerochinoside (2). In addition, the known guaianolides, 8beta-hydroxy-3-oxo-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (8beta-hydroxydehydrozaluzanin), 8beta,15-dihydroxy-2-oxo-guaia-1(10),3,11(13)-trien-5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (lactucin), 3beta,8alpha,10alpha-trihydroxy-guaia-4(15),11(13)-dien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (10alpha-hydroxy-10,14-dihydro-desacylcynaropicrin) and 3beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-8beta-(p-hydroxyphenylacetyloxy)-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (8-epicrepioside) were identified. The structures were determined on the basis of spectral analyses, especially 1- and 2D NMR. Compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against human PC-3 tumor cells.  相似文献

Six new minor saponins, together with known ginsenosides, were isolated from the leaves of Panax ginseng. The new saponins were named as ginsenoside-Rh5, -Rh6, -Rh7 -Rh8, -Rh9 and -Rg7, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence to be as follows: ginsenoside-Rh5: 3beta,6alpha,12beta,24zeta-tetrahydroxy-dammar-20(22),25-diene 6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), -Rh6: 3beta,6alpha12beta,20(S)-tetrahydroxy-25-hydroperoxy-dammar-23-ene 20-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), -Rh7: 3beta,7beta,12beta,20(S)-tetrahydroxy-dammar-5,24-diene 20-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), -Rh8: 3beta,6alpha,20(S)-trihydroxy-dammar-24-ene-12-one 20-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), -Rh9: 3beta,6alpha,20(S)-trihydroxy-12beta,23-epoxy-dammar-24-ene 20-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5) and -Rg7: 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta,12beta,20(S),24(R)-tetrahydroxy-dammar-25-ene 20-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6).  相似文献

Two new cucurbitane-type triterpenoids, 2beta,3beta,16alpha,20(R),25-pentahydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanost-5-en-7,22-dione and 2beta,3beta,16alpha,20(R),25-pentahydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanost-5-en-7,11,22-trione, were isolated from fruits of Cayaponia racemosa. Three new podocarpane-type diterpenoids, 3beta,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-6,8,11,13-podocarpatetraen (1), 3beta,12-dihydroxy-13-methyl-5,8,11,13-podocarpatetraen-7-one (2), and 1-(7-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-1-naphthyl)-4-methyl-3-pentanone (3) (20(10-->5)-abeo-4,5-seco-5(10),6,8,11,13-podocarpapentaen-3-one) were isolated from callus of Securinega suffruticosa. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 showed cytotoxic activity against five human cancer cell lines (A549, BEL 7402, BGC-823, HCT-8, A2780).  相似文献

Six new furostanol-type steroid saponins called trigoneosides Xa, Xb, XIb, XIIa, XIIb, and XIIIa were isolated from the seeds of Egyptian Trigonella foenum-graecum L. (Leguminosae) together with six known furostanol-type steroid saponins: trigoneosides Ia, Ib, and Va, glycoside D, trigonelloside C, and compound C. Repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel (ODS) column chromatography of the aerial parts of Artemisia princeps PAMPANINI (Sajabalssuk) led to the isolation of a new sesquiterpenoid, 3-((S)-2-methylbutyryloxy)-costu-1(10),4(5)-dien-12,6 alpha-olide (2), along with two previously reported sesquiterpenoids: 8 alpha-angeloyloxy-3beta,4 beta-epoxy-6 beta H,7 alpha H,8 beta H-guaia-1(10),11(13)-dien-12,6 alpha-olide (1, carlaolide B) and 3beta,4 beta-epoxy-8 alpha-isobutyryloxy-6 beta H,7 alpha H,8 beta H-guaia-1(10),11(13)-dien-12,6 alpha-olide (3, carlaolide A). The structure of compound 2 was elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis, including one dimensional (1D) and two dimensional (2D) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments. Of the isolates, compound 2 exhibited potent cytotoxicity against human cervix adenocarcinoma cells and induced apoptosis.  相似文献

Transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) (1) was carried out by a plant pathogen Rhizopus stolonifer, which resulted in the production of seven metabolites. These metabolites were identified as 3beta,17beta-dihydroxyanandrost-5-ene (2), 3beta,17beta-dihydroxyandrost-4ene (3), 17beta-hydroxyandrost-4-ene-3-one (4), 3beta,11-dihydroxyandrost-4-ene-17-one (5), 3beta,7alpha-dihydroandrost-5-ene-17-one (6), 3A,7alpha,17beta-trihydroxyandrost-5-ene (7) and 11beta-hydroxyandrost-4,6-diene-3,17-dione (8). Three new polyhydroxylated sterols, 3beta,6alpha,11,20beta,24-pentahydroxy- 9,11-seco-5alpha-24-ethylcholest-7,28-diene-9-one (1), 3-(1',2'-ethandiol)-24- methylcholest-8(9),22E-diene-3beta,5alpha,6alpha,7alpha,11alpha-pentaol (2), 24-methylcholest-7,22 E-diene-3beta,5alpha,6beta,25-tetraol (3) together with five known sterols, were isolated from the EtOH/CH2Cl2 extract of the South China Sea gorgonian Subergorgia suberosa. The complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these new compounds were achieved by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including HSQC, HMBC, 1H--1H COSY, and NOESY spectra.  相似文献

Five new cadinane-type sesquiterpenes, 15-acetoxy-T-muurolol (1), isokhusinodiol (2), cadin-10(14)-ene-4beta,5alpha-diol (3), cadinane-4beta,5alpha,10beta-triol (4), and muurolane-4beta,5beta,10beta-triol (5), together with five known compounds, T-cadinol (6), T-muurolol (7), alpha-cadinol (8), delta-cadinol (9), and khusinodiol (10), were isolated from the roots of Taiwania cryptomerioides. One new sesquiterpenoid alkaloid, namely 3 beta,8 alpha-dihydroxy-13-pyrrolidine-4(15),10(14)-(1 alpha H,5 alpha H,6 beta H,11 beta H)-guaiadien-12,6-olide (1), together with two known guaiane-type sesquiternoids (2-3) was isolated from the aerial part of Acroptilon repens. The structure of 1 was established by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY). Cytotoxic activity against tumor cell line was assessed for compounds 2-3, and found to show potent cytotoxic activities against tumor cell line P-388.  相似文献

A new 2(3 --> 20)abeotaxane with an unusual 13beta-substitution pattern and a new 6/8/6-ring taxane were isolated from the methanol extract of the needles of Taxus cuspidata. Three new diterpene glycosides, virescenosides V (1), W (2), and X (3) have been isolated from a marine strain of Acremonium striatisporum KMM 4401 associated with the holothurian Eupentacta fraudatrix.
