The objective of the present study was to describe more precisely experimental data on elastic scattering in the 16O + 16O system at E lab = 124, 145, 250, 350, and 480 MeV and in the 16O + 12C system at E lab = 132, 170, 181, 200, 230, 260, and 281 MeV. The role of exchange interaction in the region of backward angles is investigated. The coefficient of incompressibility of nuclear matter is estimated at K = 205 MeV ± 15%. 相似文献

The (0,1), (0,0), (1,0) and (2,0) bands ofB →X system of antimony monoxide have been excited in rf discharge tube source and photographed in the 9th order of a two metre
plane grating spectrograph (PGS-2). Intensity records of the rotational lines have been obtained. The intensity measurements

Multi-nucleon transfer reactions in 18O + 90Zr and 16O + 90Zr have been studied at an incident energy of 90 MeV. The energy spectra and angular distributions are measured. The data have been analyzed to obtain cross-section dependence on the number of nucleons transferred and on the ground-state Q-values. In the 90Zr(18O, X); X = 16O, 17,16,15,14N, 14,13,12C, 12,11,10B, 10,9,7Be and 7,6Li reactions, 2n and 2n-correlated transfer cross-sections are observed to be enhanced as compared to the 16O + 90Zr reaction. A detailed comparison in the multi-particle stripping and elastic-scattering cross-section between these two systems are made in order to investigate the possible influence of the two valence neutrons in 18O nucleus. A new approach that can be used to extract the scattering matrix S(l) as a complex-valued function of the orbital angular momentum l directly from experimental data on elastic nucleus-nucleus scattering at intermediate energies without resort to additional model assumptions is developed on the basis of the evolutionary algorithm. Owing to the fact that the behavior of the derivatives of S(l) is automatically monitored within this approach, the scattering matrix obtained for 16O16O interaction at an energy of 350 MeV is determined by its absolute value and the nuclear phase shift, which are smooth monotonic functions of the orbital angular momentum. Moreover, the result involves no distortions, the form of the quantum deflection function being typical of the nuclear-rainbow pattern. It is shown that the ultimate form of S(l) is independent of input representations of the scattering matrix, which were usually taken on the basis of various phenomenological models. 相似文献

Experimental research on positive-pion photoproduction on the oxygen nucleus in the 16O(γ, π+p) reaction at high recoil momenta of the residual nuclear system was performed. The yield for the 16O(γ, π+p) reaction was analyzed using a model that takes Δ-isobar configurations in nuclei ground states into account, together with
the earlier-measured yield of the12C(γ, π+p) reaction. The estimated number of isobars per nucleon N
Δ = 0.012 ± 0.005 was obtained for the 12C nucleus, and 16O N

The 16O + 28Si reaction has been widely studied both experimentally and theoretically and has been claimed to show indications of chaotic
scattering. In order to examine this claim and to address whether reaction models such as the optical one could explain the
experimental data, we have analyzed the 16O + 28Si system within the framework of the optical model for ten energies from 29.0 to 45.0 MeV, by using microscopic folded potentials,
which are based on M3Y nucleon-nucleon, alpha-alpha effective interactions and a phenomenological shallow potential. All potentials describe the
individual angular distributions very well at forward angles. However, they fail to describe the individual angular distributions
over the whole angular range up to 180°. Nevertheless, we have been able to explain the experimental data by modifying the
surface region of the microscopic real potentials by adding two surface potentials. With these correction potentials, we have
obtained very good agreement for the individual angular distributions over the whole angular range for the given energies
as well as for the experimental data near the Coulomb barrier. The failure of these optical potentials in explaining the scattering
observables of this reaction without corrections puts a question mark on the model and supports the idea of a chaotic behavior.

Differential cross sections and polarization observables for the elastic and inelastic scattering of 800-MeV protons on 16O and 20Ne nuclei are calculated on the basis of the theory of multiple diffractive scattering and the α-cluster model involving dispersion. The single-particle nucleon-density distributions obtained within the α-cluster model involving dispersion are used in the calculations. The differential cross sections and polarization calculated for elastic and inelastic p16O and p20Ne scattering are compatible with available experimental data. The spin-rotation functions calculated for elastic p16O and p20Ne scattering within the independent-nucleon model differ qualitatively from their counterparts calculated within the α-cluster model involving dispersion. 相似文献

A miniature tunable TEA CO2 laser using isotope 13C16O2 as the active medium is developed to extend the spectral range of CO2 lasers for further application. The optimization of the energy parameters of the tunable TEA 13C16O2 laser and the same laser using 12C16O2 are studied. When a gas mixture (13C16O2: N2: He = 1: 1: 3) at a total pressure of 6.4 × 104 Pa is used, the TEA 13C16O2 laser of a 45-cm3 active volume obtains 51 emission lines in the [0001–1000] and [0001–0200] bands. The maximum pulse energy of the TEA 13C16O2 laser is about 357 mJ. The same laser using the conventional gas mixture (12C16O2: N2: He = 1: 1: 3) at a pressure of 6.66 × 104 Pa is measured to obtain 69 laser emission lines and the maximum pulse energy of laser radiation is about 409 mJ. 相似文献

Results for the cross-sections of the exclusive 16O(e, e'pn)14N and 16O(γ, pn)14N knockout reactions are presented and discussed in different kinematics. In comparison with earlier work, a complete treatment
of the center-of-mass (CM) effects in the nuclear one-body current is considered in connection with the problem of the lack
of orthogonality between initial bound and final scattering states. The effects due to CM and orthogonalization are investigated
in combination with different treatments of correlations in the two-nucleon overlap function and for different parametrizations
of the two-body currents. The CM effects lead in super-parallel kinematics to a dramatic increase of the 16O(e, e'pn) cross-section to the 12
+ excited state (3.95MeV) of 14N . In all the situations considered the results are very sensitive to the treatment of correlations. A crucial role is played
by tensor correlations, but also the contribution of long-range correlations is important. 相似文献

The influence of the mutual interaction between the two outgoing nucleons (NN-FSI) in the 16O(e, e'pp) reaction has been investigated. Results for various kinematics are discussed. In general, the effect of NN-FSI depends on
kinematics and the chosen final state in the excitation spectrum of 14C.
