在0.012mol/L HAc-0.10mol/L NaAc缓冲溶液中pH5.60,铬蓝黑R于-0.34V(vs.SCE)处有一极谱波P_1,加入Ga(Ⅲ),在-0.55V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱波P_2。i_p_2与Ga(Ⅲ)浓度在0.20~15.0μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系。试验表明,该极谱波属络合吸附波。本法用于测定铝箔、铅锌矿中微量镓,结果满意。  相似文献

基于泼尼松产生的极谱还原波 ,提出了测定泼尼松的单扫描示波极谱法。在0 .1 2 mol/ L HAc-0 .0 8mol/ L Na Ac ( p H 4.6)的缓冲溶液中 ,泼尼松于 -1 .1 3 V处产生一极谱还原波。二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在 2 .4× 1 0 - 6~ 1 .6× 1 0 - 5mol/ L范围内有良好的线性关系 ( r=0 .9991 ,n=8) ,检出限为 8.0× 1 0 - 7mol/ L。测定了片剂中泼尼松的含量。讨论了泼尼松的电化学行为  相似文献

在甲醇-水混和溶液中。胆绿素可在-0.90 V(vs.SCE)左右产生一灵敏的极谱波,该波波高与胆绿素在8×10~(-8)~1×10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,其检出限为4×10~(-8)mol/L。因此,该波可用于胆绿素的测定。本文采用多种电化学方法对胆绿素的极谱波性质进行了研究,发现此波为一与氧有关的吸附催化波。  相似文献

应用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法,在0.10 mol/L NH4C l-NH3.H2O(pH 9.5)-0.01 mol/L K2S2O8底液中,对酮洛芬(KPF)的电化学行为进行了研究。在该底液中KPF于峰电位-1.37 V(vs.SCE)处产生1个灵敏的吸附缔合/平行催化波。该极谱催化波中S2O82-有双重作用:①S2O82-作为配位体与吸附在电极表面的质子化KPF形成缔合物,引起峰电位负移;②S2O82-及其还原中间产物SO4-作为氧化KPF羰基经单电子单质子还原的自由基,产生了极谱催化,使峰电流显著增加。该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰峰电流与KPF浓度在1.97×10-8~3.94×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为6.57×10-9mol/L(3σ)。对3.94×10-7mol/LKPF溶液进行13次平行测定,RSD为1.24%。该催化波的分析灵敏度比相应还原波提高20倍。该方法已用于药剂中KPF的测定。  相似文献

现行测定酚的方法是用4-氨基安替吡啉比色法。该法最大的缺点是不能测定对位取代酚,并且由于酚类易被空气中的氧氧化,使得测定结果带来一定误差。本文采用极谱法进行测定,试图克服这些缺点。在1.0×10~(-5)mol/L NaOH底液中,用KMnO_4将酚氧化为醌后,醌在-1.2V(vs.SCE)产生灵敏的还原波,其波高与酚的含量在0.001~0.1mg/L范围内成线性关系。本法具备简便、快速、准确的特点。 1.仪器与试剂 MCP-1A(D)型微机化极谱仪;501型恒温槽。0.1mg/L苯酚水溶液;1.0×10~(-4)mol/L NaOH;1.0  相似文献

在磷酸盐介质中,氰化物在p H 5.30时与氯胺T、异烟酸、巴比妥酸进行Konig反应,p H 6.95时,该反应产物在滴汞电极上于-790 m V处产生灵敏的极谱波,氰化物在0~0.2 mg/L范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9996),检出限为0.1μg/L,定量限为0.4μg/L;极谱波由反应产物中嘧啶环上的一羰基还原产生,呈现吸附不可逆特征;用于地下水、地表水以及工业废水中氰化物的测定,其相对标准偏差小于4.2%,回收率在95.7%~102.1%之间,测定值与标准方法值吻合。  相似文献

拟定了测定磺胺甲唑的单扫描导数示波极谱法。在0.18mol/LHAc NaAc(pH4.4)缓冲溶液中,磺胺甲唑于-1.36V(vs.SCE)处产生一极谱还原波,其二阶导数峰电流i″p与磺胺甲唑浓度在3.7×10-7~4.5×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993,n=9).检出限为8.0×10-8mol/L。该法灵敏、简便、快速,用于片剂中磺胺甲唑含量的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了NH2 OH·HCl存在下测定阿托品的极谱动力波法。在 0 .1mol/LLiCl 4.4× 1 0 - 3 mol/LNH2 OH·HCl支持电解质溶液中 ,阿托品于 - 1 .90V(vs.SCE)处产生一个极谱动力波 ,其二阶导数峰电流与阿托品在 6.0× 1 0 - 5~ 4.0×1 0 - 4 mol/L浓度范围内呈线性关系 (r=0 .9992 ,n =5 )。与无NH2 OH·HCl存在时相应还原波相比 ,该动力波电流可提高分析灵敏度一个数量级。讨论了该动力波的产生机理  相似文献

单扫描极谱法测定土壤、蔬菜、水样中痕量氟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文采用三电极系统,在0.08mol/L盐酸条件下,利用氟对锆(-水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)三元络合体系的竞争抑制,用单扫描极谱法测定多样品中的痕量氟。最佳底液条件是:0.8mg/LZr(-1.4×10-4mol/L(SAF)-8.0×10-6mol/L(CTMAB)。其起始电位为-0.25V,峰电位在-0.65V(vs.SCE)左右,测氟的线性范围为40~640μg/L。检出限为2.0μg/L。本方法具有反应快、重现性好、检测灵敏、选择性好、操作方便的特点。本法适用于土壤,水样及蔬菜中微量氟的测定。用单扫描极谱法研究了氟的极谱行为,证明了该波为不可逆还原吸附波,讨论了电极反应机理。  相似文献

研究了锆钼蓝杂多酸在碱性溶液中的极谱行为 ,提出了测定微量锆的极谱法新体系。在0.04mol/L盐酸及抗坏血酸溶液中 ,锆 (Ⅳ)与钼酸铵反应形成锆钼蓝杂多酸 ,在pH8.5~10.5的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中 ,于-1.18V产生灵敏的极谱波,导数波高与锆(Ⅳ)的质量浓度在0.005~0.3mg/L范围内呈线性关系。研究了极谱波性质 ,证明其为吸附波 ,方法已用于岩石样品中微量锆的测定。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
