The biomedical application of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites is limited by lacking bioactivity and releasing carbon debris. Hydroxyapatite (HA) coating has been used to improve the bioactivity of C/C composites, but it cannot reduce the release of carbon debris effectively because of poor wear resistance property. In this work, a wear‐resistant layer of diamond like carbon (DLC) is applied on C/C composites, followed by an ultrasound‐assisted electrochemical deposition to prepare HA coatings. The microstructure, morphology and chemical composition of the DLC layer and the HA coating are characterised by scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectrum. The bonding strength between the HA coating and the DLC layer modified C/C composites is examined by a tensile test. The results show that the DLC layer has a spherical morphology and provides a uniform surface for the deposition of the HA coating. The HA coating shows flaky morphology with a compact structure. The tensile strength of the HA coating on the DLC layer modified C/C composites is 6.24 ± 0.40 MPa, which is significantly higher than that of HA coating on unmodified C/C composites(3.04 ± 0.20 MPa). 碳纳米管含量对炭炭复合材料组织及力学性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
炭纤维上原位合成了均匀生长且具有伸张形貌的碳纳米管,借助化学气相渗透制备了碳纳米管增强的炭炭复合材料,研究了不同含量的碳纳米管对炭炭复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:炭纤维上生长碳纳米管改变了热解炭的沉积行为,诱导了各向同性热解炭的生成,且随着碳纳米管含量的增加,各向同性热解炭的厚度增加,但是复合材料的d002值却明显降低。微量的碳纳米管即可显著提高复合材料的力学强度,随着其含量的增加,复合材料的力学强度和模量迅速提高,但材料的断裂行为却急剧恶化,断裂模式由最初的假塑性断裂转变为脆性断裂。  相似文献

为研究影响碳基吸附剂吸附超临界温度气体的主要因素,选择石墨化热解碳黑BP280和Ajax活性炭,分析超临界温度高压甲烷在其上的吸附平衡。应用容积法,在压力0~20.5 MPa、温度253 K~313 K测定甲烷的吸附平衡数据,并由等量吸附线标绘和亨利定律常数确定等量吸附热。引入通用吸附等温方程,再由方程的Langmuir标绘确定最大吸附容量,进而通过方程的线性化计算吸附平衡态中甲烷分子的作用能。结果表明,甲烷在两种吸附剂上的最大吸附容量均随温度而变化,并都小于液态甲烷的密度;甲烷在碳黑和活性炭上的等量吸附热分别为11.9 kJ/mol~12.5 kJ/mol和17.5 kJ/mol~22.5 kJ/mol,体现了两种吸附剂不同的表面能量分布;甲烷分子间作用能随吸附量的变化特点反映了超临界温度甲烷以类似于压缩气体状态聚集的特点和吸附剂结构上的差异。碳基吸附剂的比表面积和微孔容积是影响其储存甲烷容量的重要因素。  相似文献

Polyaniline and aniline/5‐aminoisophthalic acid (AIA) copolymer have been successfully synthesized via oxidation polymerization, as well as their composites containing carbon nanotubes. AIA can benefit the formation of quinoid rings in the aniline polymerization and promote the conductivity of the copolymer. IR and Raman spectra reveal AIA/aniline copolymers have both benzonoid and quinoid rings, as well as their doped structures. Good conductivity of the copolymer could be achieved at high AIA content. Carbon nanotubes can also simultaneously promote the formation of quinoid rings in the copolymer, enhance conductivity and improve thermal stability. The copolymerization of AIA with aniline and the introduction of carbon nanotubes show a synergistic enhancement of conductivity.  相似文献

The adsorption and dissociation of methane and carbon dioxide for reforming on nickel catalysts were extensively investigated by TPSR, TPD, XPS and pulse reaction methods. These studies showed that the decomposition of methane results in the formation of at least three kinds of surface carbon species on supported nickel catalysts. Carbidic Cα, carbonaceous Cβ and carbidic clusters Cγ surface carbon species formed by the decomposition of methane demonstrated different surface mobility, thermal stability and reactivity. Carbidic Cα is a very active and important intermediate in carbon dioxide reforming with methane, and the carbidic clusters Cγ species might be the precursor of surface carbon deposition. The partially dehydrogenated Cβ species can react with H2 or CO2 to form CH4 or CO. On the other hand, it was proven that CO2 can be weakly adsorbed on supported nickel catalysts, and only one kind of CO2 adsorption state is formed. The interaction mechanism between the species dissociated from CH4 and CO2 during reforming was then hypothesized.  相似文献

Gadolinium-doped (0.8 at.%) graphite anodes were dc arced to produce different nanocarbons. Emission spectroscopy was performed to determine the temperature and column density distributions of C2 (a3u=0) in the arc plasma under 13.3 and 60 kPa pressures in helium atmosphere. The solid products were analyzed by UV-VIS, TOF MS, HR SEM, and TEM techniques. The influence of metal catalyst on the formation of C60, and endohedral fullerenes, and carbon nanotubes is discussed.  相似文献

以磷酸、B4C和Al2O3为原料,采用一种新的微波水热法对C/C复合材料基体进行了抗氧化改性,重点研究了微波水热时间对改性试样物相组成、微观结构和抗氧化性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对改性后试样进行了表征。结果表明:改性后复合材料表面覆盖了一层由熔融态的HPO3、B2O3和结晶的Al(PO3)3、微量B4C粒子组成的涂层。经60~120 min的微波水热改性,复合材料的抗氧化性能随着微波水热处理时间的延长而改善,达到一定程度后,其变化不再明显。微波水热处理100 min后的试样抗氧化性能最佳,在600℃静态空气气氛下氧化16 h后,氧化失重仅为9.5×10-4 g.cm-2,氧化失重速率维持在4.46×10-5 g.cm-2.h-1的极低水平。  相似文献

This article introduces a newly innovative idea for preparation of superconductive ternary polymeric composites of polyamide 6 (PA6), conductive carbon black (CCB), and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with different weight ratios by a melt‐mixing technique. The complementary effects of CCB and MWCNTs at different compositions on rheological, physical, morphological, thermal, and dynamic mechanical and electrical properties of the ternary composites have been examined systematically. We have used a novel formulation to produce high‐weight fraction ternary polymer composites that show extremely higher conductivity when compared with their corresponding binary polymer composites at the same carbon loading. For example, with an addition of 10 wt % MWCNTs into the CCB/PA6 composite preloaded with 10 wt % CCB, the electrical conductivity of these ternary composites was about 5 S/m, which was 10 times that of the CCB/PA6 binary composite (0.5 S/m) and 125 times that of the MWCNT/PA6 binary composite (0.04 S/m) at 20 wt % carbon loading. The incorporation of the MWCNTs effectively enhanced the thermal stability and crystallization of the PA6 matrix in the CCB/PA6 composites through heterogeneous nucleation. The MWCNTs appeared to significantly affect the mechanical and rheological properties of the PA6 in the CCB/PA6 composites, a way notably dependent on the MWCNT contents. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用不同结构的高分子聚合物与纯化的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)共混的方法,制备得到聚合物非共价功能化多壁碳管复合物,测定了这些载体对漆酶(lac)的担载量、固定漆酶的比活力及稳定性.以固定漆酶的复合物修饰玻碳(GC)电极后,采用循环伏安法研究这些电极在无氧磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中的直接电化学行为及催化氧还原活力,粗略地测定了固定漆酶与电极间电子转移的速率常数.实验结果表明,当聚合物中含亲漆酶基团或能与漆酶活性中心发生相互作用的官能团时利于直接电子转移,而且复合物固定漆酶保持了游离漆酶的天然构象.这些电极中,lac/NIPAM-co-BPCP-M WCNTs/GC(NIPAM-co-BPCP:N-烯丙基-1-苯甲酰基-3-苯基-4,5-2H-4-甲酰胺基吡唑-co-N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)在无氧PBS中发生直接电子转移的式电位(605mV)更接近漆酶活性中心的式电位(580mV),具有较快的异相电子转移速率(0.726s-1),较高的漆酶担载量(103.5mg/g)和固定漆酶比活力(1.68U/mg),较高的催化氧还原能力(氧还原起始电位820mV,在650mV时的催化峰电流为85.5μA)以及良好的重复使用性和长期使用性.  相似文献

Electrocatalytic CO2 conversion into fuel is a prospective strategy for the sustainable energy production. However, still many parts of the catalyst such as low catalytic activity, selectivity, and stability are challenging. Herein, a hierarchical hexagonal Zn catalyst showed highly efficient and, more importantly, stable performance as an electrocatalyst for selectively producing CO. Moreover, we found that its high selectivity for CO is attributed to morphology. In electrochemical analysis, Zn (101) facet is favorable to CO formation whereas Zn (002) facet favors the H2 evolution during CO2 electrolysis. Indeed, DFT calculations showed that (101) facet lowers a reduction potential for CO2 to CO by more effectively stabilizing a .COOH intermediate than (002) facet. This further suggests that tuning the crystal structure to control (101)/(002) facet ratio of Zn can be considered as a key design principle to achieve a desirable product from Zn catalyst.  相似文献

Summary Adsorption of<span lang=EN-US style='mso-ansi-language:EN-US'>H2PtCl6onto a carbon support followed by reduction of the adsorbed platinum species with H2at 250°C leads to<span lang=EN-GB style='mso-ansi-language:EN-GB'>Pt/C catalysts, which show universal volcano-like dependence of platinum dispersion on the metal loading in the range from 0.01 to 0.55mmol (Pt)/m2(SBET)<span lang=EN-GB style='mso-ansi-language:EN-GB'>when highly disordered carbons, namely, active carbons and carbon blacks, are used as supports. The maximal dispersion D(CO/Pt) = 0.8 is attained at<span lang=EN-US style='mso-ansi-language:EN-US'>0.18mmol (Pt)/m2 (SBET). With<span lang=EN-GB style='mso-ansi-language:EN-GB'>other factors being equal, the dispersion of platinum supported on carbons with a more regular crystal structure, especially Sibunit-type supports, proves to be the highest and independent of the metal loading.The differences between the two groups of carbon supports are explained by the differences in the state of the adsorbed platinum precursors.  相似文献

Total suspended particles from urban and rural locations around an industrial complex with four coal-fired power stations were collected for a period of 6 months (January-June 2001). Mass concentrations of TSP and carbonaceous species (TC, EC, OC and BC) were determined for seven sampling sites of the studied area. The contribution of TC mass to the total particle mass was similar for all sites with an average value of 12.36±1.27%. The fraction of elemental carbon (EC) was estimated between 32 and 46% of the total carbon (TC). The relationship between organic and elemental carbon showed the primary origin of organic carbon (direct emissions). The OC/BC ratio values were also considered in order to get information about the enrichment of aerosols in organic carbon. Four conditional categories out of the sampling site ‘collection were additionally extracted (“urban”, “rural”, “far” and “close” location to the power stations) and considered with respect to the values of the ratios OC/BC and OC/EC and the multiple correlation coefficients R2 for the concentrations of OC, BC and EC. It has been found that in some cases the correlation coefficients rather than the ratios could inform on the type of site.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of tannic acid (TA) on a single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. TA can generate a well-defined anodic peak on the modified electrode at around 0.42 V (vs. SCE) in 0.10 M phosphate buffer solutions (pH = 4.0). The electrochemical reaction involves 1e transfer, accompanied by one proton. The electrode process is controlled by adsorption. The parameters affecting the response of TA, such as solution pH, accumulation time and accumulation potential are optimized for the determination of TA. Under the optimum conditions, the peak current changes linearly with the TA concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−8–1.0 × 10−6 M. The lowest detectable concentration of TA is 8.0 × 10−9 M after 180 s accumulation. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of TA in tea and beer samples. In addition, the influence of potential interferents is examined. In the presence of bovine serum albumin, the peak current of TA decreases linearly due to the formation of a super-molecular complex.  相似文献
