The reaction of the activated 1,5-benzothiazepine 1a with various amines is studied. In contrast to the phenylsubstituted derivative 1b no ring contraction but nucleophilic substitution is observed. Two novel ring systems 8 and 9 are obtained by nitrosation of 3g and by reaction of 1a with anthranilic acid, respectively.  相似文献

On reaction of 1-aminopurinium mesitylenesulfonates with methanolec ammonia N-deamintion occurs. For 1-amino-, 1-amino-8-(methylthio)-, 1-amino-8-phenyl-, 1-amino-2-methyl-, 1-amino-6-methyl- and 1-amino-8-phenyl-9-methyl-purinium mesitylenesulfonate this reaction proceeds for at least 75% via ring opening as shown by the isolation of 1-15N-labelled purines when 15N-labelled methanolic ammonia was used. 1-Amino-9-methylpurinium mesitylenesulfonate gave N-deamination without ring opening. The reaction of 1-amino-6-(methylthio)purinium mesitylenesulfonate with methanolic ammonia involves, besides deamination, partial substitution of the methylthio group; no ring opening is involved. However, ring opening followed by substitution occurs in the reaction of 1-amino-2-(methylthio)purinium mesitylenesulfonate; the reaction proceeds via an adduct at position 2.  相似文献

本文用动态力学扭辨分析法,研究4,5-环氧环己烷1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯与间苯二胺的热固化动态力学行为。结果表明:固化过程分两个阶段进行,低于100℃时,交联反应主要在缩水甘油酯链的环氧基上进行;100—130℃时为酯链环氧基反应趋近完全和酯环环氧基反应速率逐步增大的过渡区;130℃以上固化时,酯环环氧基才明显地参与固化交联反应。从Arrhenius关系曲线求得本固化体系凝胶点前表现反应活化能为13.2kcal/mol。  相似文献

The intramolecular hydroamination of a large variety of non-activated alkenes can be efficiently catalysed by small amounts of lithium bases, providing smoothly and in high yields the corresponding five- and six-membered ring heterocycles. Fused and bridged bicyclic amines, of varying ring sizes, can be readily prepared either by a sequential hydroamination process or by a tandem, double addition reaction.  相似文献

A new class of phenanthridinium derivative has been isolated from the reaction of 2-bromoethyl-phenanthridinium bromide with a range of primary amines in excellent yields. The reaction pathway is unprecedented and proceeds via three cascade steps: nucleophilic attack of a primary amine on the iminium moiety of a heteroaromatic ring system and cyclization to form a five-membered ring, followed by hydride loss to yield a rearomatized dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-f]phenanthridinium derivative. A range of NMR phase transfer experiments were carried out to elucidate the mechanistic pathway, and the methodology has been further developed by means of a biphasic system using N-bromosuccinimide as a co-oxidizing agent. The method has also been extended to other N-heterocyclic cation derivatives such as quinolinium and quinazolinium.  相似文献

Orthopalladated complexes derived from (Z)-2-aryl-4-arylidene-5(4H)-oxazolones have been prepared by reaction of the oxazolone with palladium acetate in acidic medium. The reaction is regioselective, only the ortho C-H bond of the arylidene ring being activated, producing a six-membered ring. The scope and reaction conditions of the orthopalladation are dependent on the acidity of the solvent. In CF(3)CO(2)H a large number of oxazolones can be metalated under mild conditions. As acidity decreases a lesser number of oxazolones can be efficiently palladated and harsher conditions must be used to achieve similar yields. The C-H bond activation in acidic medium agrees with an ambiphilic mechanism, as determined from kinetic measurements at variable temperature and pressure for different oxazolones substituted at the arylidene ring. The mechanism has been confirmed by density functional theory (DFT) calculations, where the formation of the six-membered ring is shown to be favored from both a kinetic and a thermodynamic perspective. In addition, the dependence of the reaction rate on the acidity of the medium has also been accounted for via a fine-tuning between the C-H agostic precoordination and the proton abstraction reaction in the overall process occurring on coordinatively saturated [Pd(κ(N)-oxazolone)(RCO(2)H)(3)](2+).  相似文献

A simple method for the synthesis of monoselenides and diselenides having 1,2,3-triazole ring is described herein. The three component reaction of ethynylstibanes, organic azides, and selenium powder is catalyzed by CuI (10?mol%) using 1,10-phenanthroline as the ligand (10?mol%) under aerobic conditions. Either selenides or diselenides can be synthesized by selecting the appropriate amount of selenium powder for otherwise identical reaction conditions. The obtained selenides and diselenides having a 1,2,3-triazole ring are all novel compounds. By using an antimony reagent, this one-pot reaction provides regioselective double Se-arylation under simple reaction conditions.  相似文献

本文系统地总结了各类亲核试剂对非对称氮杂环丙烷(吖丙啶)的亲核开环反应及开环的区域选择性.氮杂环丙烷亲核开环的区域选择性是一种空间效应和电子效应平衡的结果,非芳基和非烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷取代少的碳原子上,空间效应起主导作用;而芳基和烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷芳甲位和烯丙位的碳原子上,电子效应起主导作用,烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环还可以发生在烯基的β-碳原子上;分子内的亲核开环反应主要受成环时环大小的控制,成环时的倾向是五元环>六元环>七元环.对于亲核试剂,一般的亲核试剂也同时受电子效应和空间效应的影响; 而亲核性强的亲核试剂通常只受空间效应的影响.容易生成稳定自由基的亲核试剂容易发生单电子转移机理的开环反应,生成相当于亲核试剂进攻氮杂环丙烷中取代多的碳原子得到的开环产物.  相似文献

The ruthenium-catalyzed carbonylation at a C-H bond in the benzene ring of a 2-phenyloxazoline is described. The reaction of 2-phenyloxazolines with CO and ethylene in toluene in the presence of a catalytic amount of Ru(3)(CO)(12) resulted in propionylation at an ortho C-H bond in the benzene ring. The presence of the oxazoline ring on the benzene ring is essential for the carbonylation to proceed. Other heterocycles, such as oxazine, oxazole, and thiazoline rings, also served as acceptable directing groups as did the oxazoline ring. A wide functional group compatibility was observed. The site selectivity of the carbonylation was examined using meta-substituted phenyloxazolines. It was found that the carbonylation took place exclusively at the less-hindered C-H bond, irrespective of the nature of substituents, indicating that the site selectivity was determined by steric factors. The reaction was also applicable, not only to a benzene ring, but also to naphthyl and thiophenyl rings. Olefins such as propene and trimethylvinylsilane in place of ethylene could also be used in the carbonylation reaction, while other olefins, such as 1-hexene, tert-butylethylene, vinylcyclohexane, isoprene, 1,5-hexadiene, cyclohexene, 1, 5-cyclooctadiene, styrene, methyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, allyltrimethylsilane, and triethoxyvinylsilane did not afford the coupling products. An equilibrium between 2-phenyloxazolines, carbon monoxide, and olefins exists on one hand and the corresponding ketones on the other hand, and product composition is governed by the equilibrium thermodynamics of the system. The results of deuterium labeling experiments suggest that the catalysis involves a reversible C-H bond cleavage and that the rate-determining step is not the cleavage of a C-H bond. The results of kinetic study of the effects of CO pressure show that the reaction rate accelerates with decreasing CO pressure.  相似文献

The first total syntheses of new monoterpene alkaloids (-)-incarvilline, (+)-incarvine C, and (-)-incarvillateine, corresponding to the natural enantiomers, have been accomplished. The strategy for the synthesis of these natural products utilized 6-epi-incarvilline as a common precursor, which was assembled by a three-component coupling reaction using (4S)-4-siloxy-2-cyclopenten-1-one to construct an appropriately trisubstituted cyclopentanone, followed by ring closure to the cis-perhydro-2-pyrindine skeleton by means of a reductive Heck-type reaction. Furthermore, topochemically controlled [2 + 2] photodimerization of cinnamic acid derivatives in the solid state for the stereospecific construction of a 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted cyclobutane ring was also investigated as a means to access (-)-incarvillateine.  相似文献

A domino reaction from 2-acetylfuran/2-acetylthiophene, benzaldehydes and sulfur powder has been developed to synthesize a series of tetrahydrothiophene derivatives. The reaction proceeds well to construct five new bonds and a tetrahydrothiophene ring by one-pot. A possible mechanism was proposed, involving a stepwise of Aldol/double Michael addition/internal SN2 cascaded reaction with sulfur powder acts as a source of sulfur. This method is characterized by mild reaction conditions, commercially available starting materials and transition-metal-free.  相似文献

Recent experimental work on the methanol-to-hydrocarbons (MTH) reaction in zeolite H-Beta suggests that the heptamethylbenzenium (heptaMB+) cation is an important intermediate. We have carried out quantum chemical calculations to investigate intramolecular isomerization reactions and eliminations of small alkenes such as ethene, propene, and isobutene from heptaMB+ isomers. Two types of reaction paths have been investigated for the alkene formation: One starting with an initial ring contraction, and one starting with an initial ring expansion of the heptaMB+ ion. The reaction starting with an initial ring contraction leads to a bicyclic species that may split off propene or, after further isomerizations, isobutene. Expansion to a seven-membered ring may, via further isomerizations, lead to formation of ethyl and isopropyl groups that may in turn be split off as ethene and propene. The calculations have been carried out at the B3LYP/cc-pVTZ//B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level of theory with zero point energy corrections. Comparisons with experimental data are made where possible.  相似文献

The anhydride and dimethyl ester of 4, 5-(1-benzyl-1, 2, 3-triazoline)-3, 6-endohexahydrophthalic acid, having a triazoline ring with an exo-cis configuration, are synthesized by reaction of benzyl azide with the furan-maleic anhydride adduct. Opening of the triazoline ring under the action of hydrochloric and acetic acids takes place with the separation of nitrogen and formation of the chloro and acetoxy derivatives, respectively, unaccompanied by a Wagner-Meerwein type of rearrangement.Part XXIV, see [1].  相似文献

在乙醇钠催化下, 将3-(1,2亚丙二硫基)亚甲基-2,4-二羰基戊烷与2-羰基苯氧乙酸进行缩合反应, 获得了柔性二元酸配体1[4-(1,2-亚丙二硫基)亚甲基-3,5-二羰基-1,6-庚二烯-1,7-二(2-羰基苯)氧乙酸(LH2)]. 再将配体1与二正丁基氧化锡进行脱水反应, 获得新型二正丁基锡羧酸酯配合物2. 采用元素分析、1H NMR、 IR及晶体结构测定等手段对配体1和配合物2进行了结构表征, 配合物2是以菱形环Sn2O2为中心对称的二聚体结构, 中心菱形环通过氧原子与2个环外锡原子相连. 每个羧基分别与环内锡和环外锡原子配位, 形成2个对称的六元环, 3个环呈梯形排列, 将整个分子分割成2个对称的二十二元大环. 初步研究了其杀菌活性和抗癌活性.  相似文献

The principle of orbital control of pericyclic reactions has deepened our understanding of reaction phenomena and provided an excellent classification of these one-step processes. The electrocyclic reaction of the pentadienyl anion ? cyclopentenyl anion type is relatively unimportant in all-carbon systems and has not even been verified in the case of the parent compound. In the heterocyclic series, however, where up to five C-atoms of the pentadienyl anion are replaced by heteroatoms, a multitude of ring closures and ring openings find their ordering principle in the mentioned electrocyclic reaction. The replacement of the carbon atoms by heteroatoms can take place isoinically, i. e., with retention of the anionic character, or isoelectronically. An isoelectronic replacement of CR2 in position 1 by NR2 OR, and or CR in position 3 by NR or O leads to a charge-free resonance structure for the open-chain species; the migration of the charge during the electrocyclization results in a correlation with a cyclic zwitterion. Conversely, isoelectronic exchange of CR in position 2 by NR or O produces a conjugated 1,3-dipole, which cyclizes to a charge-free unsaturated five-membered ring. Twofold isoelectronic exchange allows the whole process to take place in a cation. Selected examples are to shed light on the classification and the thermodynamics of this electrocyclic reaction.  相似文献

A highly efficient asymmetric ring‐opening reaction of cyclopropyl ketones with a broad range of thiols, alcohols and carboxylic acids has been first realized by using a chiral N,N′‐dioxide–scandium(III) complex as catalyst. The corresponding sulfides, ethers, and esters were obtained in up to 99 % yield and 95 % ee. This is also the first example of one catalytic system working for the ring‐opening reaction of donor–acceptor cyclopropanes with three different nucleophiles, let alone in an asymmetric version.  相似文献

Indol-2-yl-imidazolium salts were deprotonated at N1 of the indole ring to give ylides. Their tautomeric N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) were trapped by sulfur to give imidazole-2-thiones. Treatment of the ylides with triethylborane resulted in the formation of zwitterionic borane adducts. An analogous sequence of reactions was performed with 8-azaindol-2-yl-imidazolium salts, which served as precursor to prepare first representatives of a new heterocyclic ring system on reaction of their NHC-tautomers with triethylborane. Similarly, an indol-2-yl-1,2,4-triazolium salt was examined with respect to ylide–NHC tautomerism and trapping reactions. A nucleophilic ring transformation of indol-3-amine with a 1,3,4-oxadiazolium salt gave an indol-3-yl-triazolium salt, which was converted into a triazolethione by trapping of the tautomeric N-heterocyclic carbene of its ylide.  相似文献

A novel multicomponent reaction of arynes, beta-keto sulfones, and Michael-type acceptors is presented, providing an efficient method for the synthesis of polysubstituted naphthols and polysubstituted naphthalenes. Further investigation suggests that the tandem reaction may proceed via a sequential nucleophilic attack to arynes, intramolecular nucleophilic substitution followed by a Michael addition, and a ring closure-elimination process.  相似文献
