Three new secoiridoid glycosides, named picrogentiosides A (1), B (2) and C (3), have been isolated from the underground parts of Picrorhiza Scrophulariiflora, together with the two known compounds plantamajoside (4) and plantainoside D (5). Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses and comparisons with data from related compounds. A pilot pharmacological study showed that picrogentiosides A (1) and B (2) have an immunomodulatory effect in vitro.  相似文献

Xylocarpins A and B, two new mexicanolides with a tiglate group at C-3, have been identified in the mixture using NMR spectroscopy. Both compounds were isolated in the mixture from the seeds of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum. The first complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for these mexicanolides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra. In order to separate xylocarpins A (1) and B (2) by chemical method, the mixture of two compounds was reduced with sodium borohydride in anhydrous methanol. However, the reduction led to the opening of the delta-lactone ring in xylocarpin B and afforded compound 3 as the main product. The complete NMR assignments of compound 3 were also achieved by means of the above 2D NMR techniques. Moreover, xylocarpin A was easily transformed into xylocarpin B during our normal liquid column chromatography. From this point of view, xylocarpin A was deemed to be the genuine natural product and xylocarpin B might be an artifact.  相似文献

Three new simple trichothecenes, 15‐acetyltrichoverrol B ( 3 ), 13′‐acetyltrichoverrin B ( 5 ), and 6′‐dehydroxytrichoverrin B ( 6 ), along with five known trichothecenes trichodermadienediol B ( 1 ), trichoverrol B ( 2 ), trichoverrin B ( 4 ), and roridins A ( 7 ) and D ( 8 ), have been isolated from the liquid culture of Myrothecium roridum (strain no. QB‐1). The structures of the new compounds were established by comprehensive analysis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR data. All the compounds were evaluated for antifungal activity, only compounds 7 and 8 showed significant antifungal activity against the tested fungi (MIC ranged from 10 to 5 μg/ml).  相似文献

15-Deoxyoxalicine B (1) and decaturins A (2) and B (3) have been isolated from Penicillium decaturense and Penicillium thiersii, two previously undescribed species obtained as colonists of wood-decay fungi. The structures were determined by 2D NMR experiments and/or single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. These compounds are members of a rare structural class, and decaturins A and B feature a new polycyclic ring system. Decaturin B (3) exhibited potent antiinsectan activity against the fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda).  相似文献

从锦灯笼中分离得到5个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为酸浆素A(1,alkekengilin A)、酸浆素B(2,alkekengilin B)、酸浆苦素D(3,physalin D)、酸浆苦素P(4,physalin P)、4,7-二去氢新酸浆苦素B(5,4,7-didehydro-neophysalin B).其中酸浆素A(1,alkekengilin A)和酸浆素B(2,alkekengilin B)为新的天然产物.运用现代波谱技术对上述化合物的结构进行了确证.  相似文献

[formula: see text] Two novel sesterpenes, bilosespens A and B (1 and 2) were isolated from the Red Sea sponge Dysidea cinerea collected in the Dahlak archipelago, Eritrea. The structure of the mixture of the two inseparable compounds was established by spectroscopic analysis, mainly by 1D and 2D NMR measurements. The mixture of bilosespens A and B is cytotoxic to a few human cancer cells.  相似文献

The investigation of the chemical constituents of Symplocos racemosa Roxb led to the isolation of two new glycosides, symcomoside A (1) and symcomoside B (2), together with one known glycoside, tortoside C (3), which is reported for the first time from this plant. The structures of the new compounds were determined by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy, from chemical evidence and by comparison with published data for closely related compounds. Symcomoside B (2) showed potent inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase in a concentration-dependent fashion with an IC50 value of 0.733 +/- 0.033 mM whereas symcomoside A (1) showed very weak inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase (9.90% in 0.70 mM).  相似文献

Three new tricyclic cis-clerodane type diterpenoids trivially named as limbatolide A (1), limbatolide B (2) and limbatolide C (3) have been isolated from the roots of Otostegia limbata along with two known compounds; oleanic acid and beta-sitosterol. The structure elucidation of the new compounds was based primarily on two-dimensional (2D) NMR techniques. Compounds 1-3 displayed inhibitory potential in a concentration-dependent manner against acetylcholinesterase (AChE; EC 3.1.1.7) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE; EC 3.1.1.8) enzymes, respectively.  相似文献

Three new cyclolignan esters and seven known compounds including two cyclolignan isolariciresinol, lynoiresinol, and five aromatic compounds methyl ferulate, vanillin, 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenaldehyde, 4-methoxygallic acid, gallic acid were isolated from n-butanol extract of Rhus semialata (Anacardiaceae). Novel compounds designated emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3), along with emethallicin A (4), were isolated from the mycelium of the heterothallic fungus, Emericella heterothallica (mating type a). The structures of emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) were determined on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical investigations. Emethallicins B (1) and C (2) are epitetrathiodioxopiperazines, which have the same basic carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19) and acetylaranotin (17), respectively, whereas emethallicin D (3) is an epitrithiodioxopiperazine derivative, which has the same carbon skeleton as apoaranotin (19). It is very interesting that a large amount of the disulfide, emethallicin A (4), was isolated from the strain of mating type A and that the corresponding tetrasulfide, emethallicin B (1), and trisulfide, emethallicin D (3), were isolated from the other mating type strain, along with a small amount of the disulfide (4). Emethallicins B (1), C (2), and D (3) have potent inhibitory activity against compound 48/80-induced histamine release from mast cells, like emethallicin A (4).  相似文献

Two new tremulane sesquiterpenes coriolopsin A (1) and coriolopsin B (2), together with two known ones conocenol C (3) and ceriponol E (4), were isolated from the fermentation extract of endophytic fungus Coriolopsis sp. J5 from Ceriops tagal. Two new taxane diterpenoids, tasumatrols A (1) and B (2), have been isolated from extracts of the leaves and twigs of Taiwanese Taxus sumatrana. Tasumatrol A is a rare 5/6/6 taxene system, having a novel gamma-lactone at C-10 and C-19. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of two dimensional (2D)-NMR techniques, including correlation spectroscopy (COSY), 1H-detected heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence (HMQC) and heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC) experiments.  相似文献

Four new non-glycosidic iridoids, piscrocins D (1), E (2), F (6), and G (7), as well as two new iridoid glycosides, piscrosides A (8) and B (9), were isolated from the roots of Neopicrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with seven known iridoids. Chemical analysis of a solid phase fermentation of an Australian Penicillium citrinum strain has returned all known examples of a rare class of N-methyl quinolone lactams, quinolactacins A2 (1), B2 (2), C2 (3) and A1 (4), together with the new quinolactacins B1 (5), C1 (6), D1 (7) and D2 (8), and the novel derivatives quinolonimide (9) and quinolonic acid (10). Complete stereostructures were assigned to all these compounds by detailed spectroscopic analysis and chemical interconversion. Carefully controlled and monitored decomposition studies have confirmed that quinolactacins readily undergo C-3 epimerization and oxidation, and under appropriate conditions convert to quinolonimide and quinolonic acid. Mechanisms for key transformations are proposed. The decomposition studies suggested that only quinolactacins A2 (1) and B2 (2) are genuine natural products, with all other isolated compounds being decomposition artefacts. Quinolactacins C1 (6), C2 (3), and the racemic mixture of quinolactacins D1/D2 (8/7) all displayed notable cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on the ethanol extract from the whole plants of Delphinium chrysotrichum resulted in the isolation of two new diterpene alkaloids named delphatisine A (1) and delphatisine B (2), respectively. The structures of the new compounds were deduced on the basis of their spectral data (IR, HREIMS, EIMS, 1D, 2D-NMR). Panaxfurayne A (1), a tetrahydrofuranic polyacetylene glycoside, was isolated from the roots of Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer (Araliaceae) together with panaxfurayne B (2) as a geometric isomer of 1. The chemical structures of these two compounds were ascertained by UV, Mass, 1D, and 2D NMR experiments. Two new eremophilenolides, ligushicins A (1) and B (2), and two known compounds including β-sitosterol and ursolic acid were isolated from Ligulariopsis shichuana. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data and HRESIMS data interpretation. The absolute configuration of new compounds was assigned by ECD spectroscopy, and that of ligushicins A (1) was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The antifungal and antifeedant activities of new compounds were evaluated against four plant pathogenic fungi and third-instar larvae of Plutella xylostella, respectively. Ligushicins A (1) and B (2) exhibited potent antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 50 to 100 mg/L, while they also exhibited weak antifeedant activities.  相似文献
