新型氯化三苯基锡(1,4-二氢-2,3-二苯基四氮唑酮)配合物的合成及其性能

以三苯基氯化锡和二苯碳酰二肼为原料,在乙醇-钠中反应合成了一个新型的氯化三苯基锡(1,4-二氢-2,3-二苯基四氮唑酮)配合物（1）,其结构经FT-IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。结果表明：1（CCDC: 1 445 377）属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=1.393 2(6) nm, b=1.097 3(5) nm, c=1.933 7(8) nm, β=110.219(9) ,V= 2.77 4(2) nm³, Z=4, Dc=1.498 g·cm^-3, F(000)=1 264, R₁=0.028 8, wR₂=0.064 6。中心Sn为五配位三角双锥构型。研究了1的荧光性质、热稳定性、电化学性质和体外抗癌活性。结果表明:1在100 ℃下较稳定; 1在400 nm(λ_ex=320 nm)处有弱荧光峰;c(1)=5 μg·mL^-1时,对HeLa细胞株增殖的抑制率为93.70%。     

Synthesis and functional properties of end-dendronized oligo(9,9-diphenyl)fluorenes

[structure: see text] A facile approach for the synthesis of a family of dendrimers OFn-EG with hole-transporting ability moieties by copper-catalyzed Buchwald's double-amination as a key reaction has been developed. These novel dendrimers exhibit good energy transfer efficiencies and very high thermal and electrochemical stabilities and have potential applications as hole transfer and emitting layers in the field of organic emitting diodes (OLEDs) or as host materials for electrophosphorescent applications.     

碳-碳键引发剂23-二氰基-23-二苯基丁二酸二异丁酯的合成、结构及引发性能研究

合成了具有较大空间位阻的碳-碳键型引发剂23-二氰基-23-二苯基丁二酸二异丁酯,测定了其分子结构,其中心碳-碳键长达0.1592nm.对其引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行自由基聚合的研究结果表明,聚合物分子量随反应时间的延长而逐步增大,而聚合物分子量分布则逐渐变小.聚合反应按照自由基“活性”聚合反应历程进行.     

Synthesis of (-)-noviose from 2,3-O-isopropylidene-D-erythronolactol

Noviose is a key synthon for the construction of novobiocin, a clinically useful antitumor agent that has been shown to inhibit both type II topoisomerases and Hsp90. The synthesis of d-noviose from 2,3-O-isopropylidene-d-erythronolactol is described.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Dinuclear Complex of Cu（II） with Tetra（3,5-diphenyl pyrazole）

A Cu(II) complex of tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) [Cu(C15H12N2)2Cl2]2 (1) was synthesized, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.3780(5), b = 15.1392(6), c = 15.5923(6) , β = 124.522(2)°, Z = 2 and V = 2601.86(17) 3. In 1, each Cu2+ ion is coordinated with two N atoms from two tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) ligands and three Cl- anions to give a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, which is further linked through edge-sharing bridging by Cl- anions to form a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure.     

(Z)-3-三苯基锡基-1,1-二苯基烯丙醇的合成、晶体结构和性质研究

合成并表征了5种新的有机锡化合物.测定了(Z)-3-三苯基锡基-1,1-二苯基烯丙醇的晶体结构.晶体属于P2₁/n空间群,晶胞参数α=1.2357(3)nm,6=0.9874(2)nm,c=2.2081(2)nm,β=95.23(3).,z-4.分子结构是以锡为中心的畸变四面体构型,双键为顺式构型.并对其性质进行了研究.     

Synthesis of 2,3-Dihydroquinazoline-4(1H)-ones

An efficient, inexpensive, and heterogeneous catalyst, [Al(H₂PO₄)₃], was applied in a three-component, one-pot cyclocondensation reaction of isatoic anhydride with primary amines (or ammonium salts) and aldehydes to afford the corresponding quinazolinone derivatives in excellent yields. Reactions occurred under thermal solvent-free conditions. It was found that this solid acidic catalyst could be easily recovered and reused for at least three cycles without any loss of activity.     

四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基醚)的绿色合成

本文探索了水相中烯烃与溴的加成反应,以四溴双酚A双烯丙基醚为原料,在水相中合成四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚,通过考察助剂类型及用量、溴的用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素,优化反应条件,产品收率可达到93.6%,通过HPLC检测纯度达到91.7%。本文借助十二烷基硫酸钠不仅解决了原料不溶于水导致产品团聚的问题,而且此方法后处理简单,无废液产生,简化了工艺路线,可有效降低成本。     

白花丹酸的合成

白花丹酸[β-(2,3-二羟基苯甲酰基)丁酸](1)是一个新的天然产物.本文以邻香草醛为原料,经七步反应,得到总收率为21%的产品,其光谱数据与1完全一致.     

Synthesis of 4-functionalyzed 2,3-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)furans

Using alkyl 4,5-bis(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)furan-3-carboxylate as examples, we have demonstrated the possibility of synthesis of a phosphorylated analog of aglycone of the glycoside regulator of cellulose and callose synthesis, bis(phosphorylated) furoyl derivatives of natural amino acids, and phosphorus-containing derivatives of N-furyl-N′-hydroxyethylurea; these compounds are of interest for pharmacology.     

无溶剂条件下固相合成2,3-二芳基-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮

在NaOH存在下,无溶剂加热靛红酸酐和席夫碱,合成一系列2,3-二芳基-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮衍生物.该反应产率高,操作简单.反应中考察了不同席夫碱对反应的适用性,合成了16个产物.产物结构经IR,1HNMR,HRMS确证.     

Synthesis of lactose-based S-linked sialylmimetics of alpha(2,3)-sialosides

[reaction: see text] A new approach toward the synthesis of lactose-based S-linked sialylmimetics of alpha(2,3)-linked sialosides is described. These compounds, represented by the general structure 3, were prepared from methyl beta-d-lactoside in 11 steps. It was found that the choice of protecting group was crucial to allow the efficient introduction of sulfur at the 3-position of the galactose ring.

Antimony (III) Sulfate Catalyzed One-Pot Synthesis of 2,3-Disubstitutedindoles

A novel one-pot Fischer indole synthesis approach has been developed by using antimony (III) sulfate as the catalyst. Good yields were obtained after reacting phenylhydrazines hydrochlorides and ketones in refluxing methanol. The exclusive formation of 2,3- disubstituted indoles was observed in the reaction of ethyl methyl ketone with phenylhydrazines. One-pot synthesis of indole-3-propanol using dihydropyran has also been described. The use of reusable antimony (III) sulfate as a catalyst makes this method both economically and environmentally friendly.     

Synthesis of an alpha-(2,3)-Sialylated, Complex-Type Undecasaccharide

Only two building blocks were necessary to provide efficient access to the complex undecasaccharide 1 by means of two stereo- and regioselective glycosylation reactions. Stereocontrolled p-methoxybenzyl-assisted beta-mannosylation afforded the critical beta-mannoside linkage in 1, which is a constituent of the human glycoproteins follitropin and gonadotropin.     

Synthesis of 2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinoline derivatives

Synthesis and thermal reactions of N-(2,3-epoxypropyl)diphenylamine

The synthesis of N-(2,3-epoxypropyl)diphenylamine is reported. It was found that thermal opening of the oxirane ring of N-(2,3-epoxypropyl)diphenylamine occurred both at the secondary and the tertiary carbon atoms but the basic reaction product is 3-hydroxy-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 852–855, June, 2007.
