A lead(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, {[Pb2(butca)(H2O)2](H2O)2}n (1), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Pb(OH)2 and 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (H4butca) at 160 ℃. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.616(5), b = 7.584(4), c = 12.314(7) (A), β = 105.595(12)°, V = 685.0(7) (A)3, Z = 4,C8H14O12Pb2, Mr= 716.57, Dc=3.474 g/cm3,μ = 24.610 mm-1, F(000) = 644, the final R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.1176 for 1465 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The complex presents a 2D-layered structure featuring two different types of rings, and has a (4,3 6) topology based on Pb and butca 4- nodes. In solid state, complex 1 shows photoluminescence with the maximum emission intensity at 468 nm under 286 nm excitation.  相似文献

The title compound,[Zn2(H2C4BIm)(ox)2]·2H2O(1,H2C4BIm = 2,2'-(1,4-bu-tanediyl)bis(1H-benzimidazole),has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with H2C4BIm and Na2C2O4 in water solution.It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 9.445(9),b = 9.598(9),c = 14.962(14) ,α = 72.160(10),β = 79.905(12),γ = 83.680(11)°,Mr = 633.18,V = 1269(2) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.657 g/cm3,F(000) = 644,μ = 1.953 mm-1,the final R = 0.0671 and wR = 0.1689.X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that 1 is a 3D network with(203)2(20)3 topology in which the ZnII atom can be considered as a 3-connected node and both ox2-and H2C4BIm serve as the linear linkers.  相似文献

A new organometallic coordinate polymer {[Zn2(4-sphth)2(4,4'-bpy)4(H2O)4][Zn(4,4'-bpy)2(H2O)4]}n·n[(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)4](4-sphth=4-sulfophthalic acid,4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=18.8659(13),b=23.0861(13),c=22.5449(14),β=107.4120(10)o,V=9369.3(10)3,Mr=1981.86,Dc=1.405 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=0.891 mm-1,F(000)=4100,Z=4,the final R=0.0644 and wR=0.1615 for 5984 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).Furthermore,compound 1 shows blue photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

A new metal-organic complex [Pb2(PDB)2(phen)]n·nH2O (H2PDB=pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid,phen=1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a=7.2472(5),b=10.6966(8),c=16.2376(12),α=98.2960(10),β=91.6430(10),γ=97.4810(10)o,V=1233.53(16)3,C26H16O9N4Pb2,Mr=942.81,Dc=2.538 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=13.697 mm-1,F(000)=872,Z=2,the final R=0.0247 and wR=0.0654 for 3886 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).In the crystal structure,the Pb(1) atom is six-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from three different PDB ligands and two nitrogen atoms from phen ligand,showing a distorted octahedral geometry;the Pb(2) atom is four-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from four different PDB ligands,showing a distorted tetrahedral geometry.It exhibits a three-dimensional supramolecular network structure formed by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions.  相似文献

A novel 2D Mn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Mn(CH3COO)2(INH)]n(INH=isoniazid) has been synthesized in DMF solution with isoniazid and Mn(CH3COO)2 . The polymer was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, FTIR and X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD). The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1 /c with a=9.3251(18), b=16.340(3), c=8.8096(17) , β=94.747(3)°, V=1337.7(4) 3 , Z=4, μ(MoKα)=1.006 mm -1 , F(000)=636, R=0.0754 and wR=0.1375 (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex, each Mn(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated to three CH3COO- groups and two INH ligands. The Mn(Ⅱ) atoms locate in a distorted coordination octahedron and are bridged by CH3COO- ions to form a 1D S shaped chain extending along the c direction. The INH molecules act as bridges to link the Mn(Ⅱ) atoms of adjacent chains and further construct a lamellar polymer. The remaining coordination site is occupied by an O atom of the other CH3COO-. The experimental results show that the title complex has good luminescence property and could be used as potential optical materials.  相似文献

A new Co(ll) polymer [Co(tdc)(l,4-bimb)]n 1 (H2tdc = thiophene-2,3-dicarboxy- lic acid, 1,4-bimb -- 1,4-bis(imidazol-1 '-yl)butane) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 15.643(9), b = 8.839(5), c=12.952(7) A, β = 105.964(6)°, V= 1721.8(16) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 419.32, Dc= 1.618 Mg/m3,μ = 1.149 mm-1, F(000) = 860, the final R = 0.0243 and wR =0.0613 for 1460 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The compound presents a three-dimensional (3D) network extended by both tdc2- anions and 1,4-bimb ligands in which the tdc2- anions employ a chelating coordination mode. From the topology point of view, the structure could be described as a 3D 4-connected 65.8 CdSO4-type net. Infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction properties of 1 are also investigated.  相似文献

A new 2D Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(TAU)2]n (1, HTAU=2-aminoethane- sulfonic acid) constructed by 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid ligand has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of Zn(CH3COO)2 and 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid with a 1:2 mole ratio and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystal structural analysis reveals it crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=8.672(4), b=6.523(3), c=9.134(5) , β=115.441(5)°, V=466.6(4) 3, Mr=313.65, Z=2, Dc=2.232 Mg·m-3, F(000) =320, μ(MoKα)=3.091 mm-1, the final R=0.0358 and wR=0.0919 for 2026 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). In the structure, each zinc(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedron, and each μ3-TAU– acts as a bridge to bond three neighboring Zn(Ⅱ) ions to form an infinite 2D network structure.  相似文献

One new coordination polymer, [Ni(m-bix)(m-BDC)](1, m-bix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, m-BDC = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acids), has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The green block crystal of complex 1(C22H18N4Ni O4) belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.0418(3), b = 23.8651(6), c = 8.7872(2) A, β = 112.333(3)o, V = 1947.88(9)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.572 g/cm3, Mr = 461.11, F(000) = 952, R = 0.0335 and w R = 0.0683 for 2827 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Complex 1 exhibits a novel 6-connected 3D sxd type topological framework. The magnetic characterization of complex 1 shows antiferromagnetic coupling exchange.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.1043(11), b = 14.3162(15), c = 17.6061(18), β = 95.3990(10)°, V = 2535.5(5)3, Z = 4, C31H17FN4O4Pb, Mr = 735.68, Dc = 1.927 g/cm3, F(000) = 1416, μ(MoKa) = 6.709 mm-1, R = 0.0201 and wR = 0.0489. The 1,4-ndc dianions link neighboring Pb(II) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the c axis. The C–H···π interactions between the carbon atom of L ligand and the benzene ring of 1,4-ndc lead the one-dimensional chains to form a two-dimensional supramolecular layer. The π-π interactions between L ligand and 1,4-ndc ligand make the two-dimensional layers generate a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Additionally, the N–H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献

The title compound,[Zn(5-hydroxynicotinate) 2 2H 2 O] n,has been synthesized by reacting zinc sulfate vitriol with 5-hydroxynicotinic acid under hydrothermal conditions,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data:monoclinic,space group C2/c,C 12 H 12 N 2 O 8 Zn,M r=377.61,a=10.223(3),b=10.319(3),c=13.613(4),β=105.922(6)°,Z=4,V=1380.9(8)3,F(000)=768,D c=1.816 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.826 mm-1,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1380 for 1157 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).In the structure of the title compound,the Zn II ion located in an inversion center lies in a distorted tetrahedral environment at a N 2 O 2 coordination mode,and the 5-hydroxynicotinic acid ligand links symmetry-related Zn II ions at a μ 2-N,O bridging way forming a two-dimensional covalent structure.In the crystal,solvent water molecules form intermolecular O-H O hydrogen bonds and pyridine rings of adjacent layers form π-π stacking (3.346),which connect adjacent two-dimensional sheets into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The rational design and synthesis of metal-directed supramolecular framework compounds have received much attention in coordination chemistry because of their potential applications in catalysis, molecular selection, nonlinear optics, ion exchange, and microelectronics. Many high-dimensional coordination complexes have been designed and prepared through molecular self-assembly processes. The open metal organic framework can be produced via two kinds of interactions, i. e. , coordinate covalent bonds and weaker intermolecular forces. For this reason, the most efficient means to synthesize these compounds is to establish possible connections among different units.  相似文献

A coordination polymer based on iron(II) carboxylate helical chains [Fe(bpdc)(H2O)2]n 1 has been constructed hydrothermally using H2bpdc (H2bpdc = 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid), pyridine and FeSO4·7H2O. Its crystal structure reveals that the Fe(Ⅱ) ion adopts a slightly distorted octahedron. The carboxylates of bpdc ligands alternately bridge the Fe(Ⅱ) cations to form 1D infinite helical chains. The Fe···Fe intrachain distance is 4.8246(6) . The adjacent chains are further interlinked by the coordination of bpdc ligands and hydrogen bonding to form a 3D framework. Magnetic studies for complex 1 show weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Fe(Ⅱ) ions. The best-fit for χM T vs. T with a Hamiltonian∑∑==iBiiHJSi SigHS11 leadsto g = 2.314(4) and J = -0.68(1) cm-1.  相似文献

A two-dimensional(2D)coordination polymer{[Cd(bdc)(dpb)]·H2O}n(1)has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of 1,3-dipyridyl benzene(1,3-dpb)with deprotonated1,4-benzenedicarboxylate(H2bdc),and was characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=15.1839(12),b=20.7585(17),c=7.2989(6),β=117.3450(10)°,V=2043.5(3)3,C24H18N2O5Cd,Mr=526.81,Dc=1.712 g/cm3,F(000)=1056.0,μ=1.110 mm-1and Z=4.The neighboring Cd(II)ions link the bdc2-anions and 1,3-dpb to form an infinite 2D sheet,and such two2D sheets are interlocked with each other to form a 2D→2D sheet.Two groups of interlocked sheets are further linked together by intermolecularπ···πinteraction,giving a 3D supramolecular network.In addition,the fluorescence property of 1 was also studied.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 18.868(4), b = 7.2111(14), c = 19.464(4), β = 95.75(3)°, C54H31Cd2Cl2F2N8O15, Mr = 1365.57, V = 2635.0(9)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.721 g/cm3, S = 1.034, μ(MoKα) = 0.995 mm–1, F(000) = 1358, R = 0.0501 and wR = 0.1076. In 1, each bptc anion bridges four Cd(II) atoms to form 2D layer structures, which are further extended by π-π stacking interactions into a 3D supramolecular architecture. The thermal behavior and luminescent properties of the compound have also been studied.  相似文献
