In this era of jet travel, our body 'remembers' the previous time zone, such that when we travel, our sleep wake pattern, mental alertness, eating habits and many other physiological processes temporarily suffer the consequences of time displacement until we adjust to the new time zone. Although the existence of a circadian clock in humans had been postulated for decades, an understanding of the molecular mechanisms has required the full complement of research tools. To gain the initial insights into circadian mechanisms, researchers turned to genetically tractable model organisms such as Drosophila.  相似文献

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is rapidly developing as a powerful, non-invasive tool for studying the human brain. A pulsed magnetic field creates current flow in the brain and can temporarily excite or inhibit specific areas. TMS of motor cortex can produce a muscle twitch or block movement; TMS of occipital cortex can produce visual phosphenes or scotomas. TMS can also alter the functioning of the brain beyond the time of stimulation, offering potential for therapy.  相似文献

Deep neural networks(DNNs) have drawn great attention as they perform the state-of-the-art results on many tasks. Compared to DNNs, spiking neural networks(SNNs), which are considered as the new generation of neural networks, fail to achieve comparable performance especially on tasks with large problem sizes. Many previous work tried to close the gap between DNNs and SNNs but used small networks on simple tasks. This work proposes a simple but effective way to construct deep spiking neural networks(DSNNs) by transferring the learned ability of DNNs to SNNs. DSNNs achieve comparable accuracy on large networks and complex datasets.  相似文献

提出以滑坡峰值强度和残余强度为基础,以滑坡深部累计位移监测数据定量分析计算得到的滑带完整性指标为依据,对滑坡的抗剪强度参数进行选取.以三峡库区五尺坝滑坡为例,采用极限平衡法稳定性计算和地表位移监测数据对该抗剪强度参数选取方法结果进行检验.研究结果表明,采用此方法得到的五尺坝滑坡在所选计算工况条件下的抗剪强度参数为:滑带水上部分的内聚力c为27.99 kPa,内摩擦角φ=17.71°;滑带水下部分的内聚力c为20.69 kPa,内摩擦角φ=11.63°,经检验符合滑坡实际情况.  相似文献
