Cellulose-ZnO composite was achieved by microwave assisted dissolution of cellulose in ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C4mim]Cl) followed by addition of premixed ground of Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O and NaOH. Surface characterization, optical property and thermal stability of nanocomposite were determined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV–Vis spectroscopy and thermo gravimetric analysis. XRD patterns showed the ZnO in polymer matrix has the wurtzite structure. Presence of zinc oxide nanoparticles and cellulose fibers in the composites were observed by SEM. Band-edge transition of zinc oxide in the nanocomposite occurs in lower wavelength than bulk zinc oxide. Thermal stability of nanocomposite was lower than regenerated cellulose due to catalyst behavior of zinc oxide nanoparticles in cellulose matrix.  相似文献

Vapour pressure osmometery (VPO) measurements at T = 308.15 K for {[C6mim][Cl] + water}, {[C6mim][Cl] + (0.005, 0.0155, and 0.0263) mol · kg−1 PEG2000 + water} and {[C6mim][Cl] + (0.0017, 0.0052, and 0.0088) mol · kg−1 PEG6000 + water} systems and isopiestic measurements at T = 298.15 K for {[C6mim][Cl] + PEG2000 + water} and {[C6mim][Cl] + PEG6000 + water} systems have been carried out. The VPO measurements were carried out at very low concentrations of PEG and from which the values of the water activities, osmotic coefficients, vapour pressure and activity coefficients were obtained. The data obtained from the VPO method show that over the whole concentration range of the ionic liquid (IL), the activity coefficients of [C6mim][Cl] in the presence of PEG2000 are increased. Although, at high IL concentrations, the values of the activity coefficient of [C6mim][Cl] in the presence of PEG6000 are also increased, however for low concentrations of IL the values of the activity coefficient of [C6mim][Cl] in pure water are larger than those in aqueous PEG6000 solutions. For a known IL concentration, the values of water activity coefficient for the binary {[C6mim][Cl] + water} system are larger than those for the ternary {[C6mim][Cl] + PEG + water} systems and decrease by increasing the concentration of PEG or decreasing the molar mass of PEG. The constant water activity lines of the all ternary systems obtained from the isopiestic method show positive deviation from the linear isopiestic relation (Zdanovskii–Stokes–Robinson rule) derived using the semi-ideal hydration model. The results have been interpreted in terms of the solute–water and solute–solute interactions.  相似文献

(Liquid + liquid) equilibrium (LLE) data for {1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium bis[trifluoromethylsulfonyl]imide + thiophene + n-dodecane} and {1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium bis[trifluoromethylsulfonyl]imide + thiophene + cyclohexane} ternary systems have been determined experimentally at 298.15 K. The compositions of the tie-lines ends have been obtained by gas chromatographic analysis of phases at equilibrium, being distribution coefficients and separation factors calculated from them. A green and efficient protocol for the synthesis of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines by the selective alkylation reaction in ionic liquid [BMIM]BF4 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) has been developed, eliminating the need for toxic and expensive catalysts and volatile organic solvents. The effects of the amount of ionic liquid, temperature, time, and substrate structure on the reaction were investigated. The conversion and selectivity of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines obtained in ionic liquid [BMIM]BF4 are significantly increased in comparison to those traditional methods. Furthermore, the ionic liquid could be easily separated and reused at least five times. It provided a simple and efficient alternative way for the industrial synthesis of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)anilines.  相似文献

A novel poly(ethylene glycol) grafted triethylamine functionalized dicationic ionic liquid has been prepared and characterized. It was successfully used as an efficient catalyst for the three-component synthesis of 2-amino-2-chromene derivatives in water. The simple workup, mild reaction conditions, wide substrate flexibility, excellent yields, and environmental friendliness are notable advantages of this protocol. In addition, the catalyst could be reused several times without appreciable reduction of catalytic activity.  相似文献

以N-甲基吗啡啉和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,通过两步法合成了新型Brønsted碱性双核离子液体.分别采用1H-NMR、FT-IR和元素分析对合成的离子液体进行结构分析;采用TGA测试离子液体的热稳定性;同时测定了离子液体的溶解性和碱性.此外,考察了双核碱性离子液体在大豆油和甲醇酯交换反应中的催化活性.结果表明,当甲醇:大豆油=14:1(物质的量比)、离子液体用量为大豆油质量的5%、反应时间5 h、反应温度60 ℃时、生物柴油收率为 95.6%(质量分数),且离子液体经回收、真空干燥,重复使用6次后催化活性没有明显降低,仍能达到94%以上.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of potassium nitrite has been studied in the room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) [C2mim][NTf2] by cyclic voltammetry at platinum electrodes. A chemically irreversible oxidation peak was observed, and a solubility of 7.5(+/-0.5) mM and diffusion coefficient of 2.0(+/-0.2)x10(-11) m2 s(-1) were calculated from potential step chronoamperometry on the microdisk electrode. A second, and sometimes third, oxidation peak was also observed when the anodic limit was extended, and these were provisionally assigned to the oxidation of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and nitrate (NO3-), respectively. The electrochemical oxidation of nitrogen dioxide gas (NO2) was also studied by cyclic voltammetry in [C2mim][NTf2] on Pt electrodes of various size, giving a solubility of ca. 51(+/-0.2) mM and diffusion coefficient of 1.6(+/-0.05)x10(-10) m2 s(-1) (at 25 degrees C). It is likely that NO2 exists predominantly as its dimer, N2O4, at room temperature. The oxidation mechanism follows a CE process, which involves the initial dissociation of the dimer to the monomer, followed by a one-electron oxidation. A second, larger oxidation peak was observed at more positive potentials and is thought to be the direct oxidation of N2O4. In addition to understanding the mechanisms of NO2- and NO2 oxidations, this work has implications in the electrochemical detection of nitrite ions and of NO2 gas in RTIL media, the latter which may be of particular use in gas sensing.  相似文献

Three types of gelators, bis(4-octanoylaminophenyl) ether (BODE), bis(4-octanoylaminophenyl) methane (BODM) and 2,4′-bis(octanureido) toluene (BOUT) were utilized as gelators for the gelation of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-menthyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4mim]PF6). The mean minimum gelator concentrations (MGCs) for the [C4mim]PF6 were found to be less than 2 wt%. The polarized optical microscopy image of [C4mim]PF6 gels reveals the formation of spherical crystallites resulting from the fibrillar aggregates of the gelators. The cyclic voltammograms of the [C4mim]PF6 gels indicate a good electrochemical stability over the range from ?3.0 to 3.0 V. The impedance spectra of the [C4mim]PF6 gels show good linear relationships between ion conductivity and temperature, indicating that the temperature dependence of the conductivity follows the classical Arrhenius equation.  相似文献

Single crystals of the ionic C60 complex with bis(benzene)chromium: {Cr(I)(C6H6)2(.+)}.(C60.-)).C6H4Cl2 (1) were obtained. The crystal structure of 1 shows the presence of monomeric C60.- radical anions at 250 K and the formation of single-bonded (C60-)2 dimers at 90 K. The dimerization is realized in two types of the C60.-) pairs with different interfullerene center-to-center distances of 10.052 and 10.279 A arranged in zigzag chains along the a-direction. As a result, two symmetrically independent (C60-)2 dimers found in 1 at 90 K have different environments, intercage C-C bond lengths and C60- center-to-center distances. Such differences should provide different thermal stability of these dimers and result in the appearance of two stages at the dimerization. Indeed, according to SQUID measurements, the magnetic moment of 1 decreases stepwise at the dimerization in two temperature ranges at 240-200 and 200-160 K.  相似文献

CO(2) as a separation switch for ionic liquid/organic mixtures   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
A novel technique to separate ionic liquids from organic compounds is introduced which uses carbon dioxide to induce the formation of an ionic liquid-rich phase and an organic-rich liquid phase in mixtures of methanol and 3-butyl-1-methyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C4mim][PF6]). If the temperature is above the critical temperature of CO2 then the methanol-rich phase can become completely miscible with the CO2-rich phase, and this new phase is completely ionic liquid-free. Since CO2 is nonpolar, it is not equipped to solvate ions. As the CO2 dissolves in the methanol/[C4mim][PF6] mixture, the solvent power of the CO2-expanded liquid is significantly reduced, inducing the formation of the second liquid phase that is rich in ionic liquid. This presents a new way to recover products from ionic liquid mixtures and purify organic phases that have been contaminated with ionic liquid. Moreover, these results have important implications for reactions done in CO2/ionic liquid biphasic mixtures.  相似文献

Selective deprotection of alkyl TBDMS ether in the presence of phenolic TBDMS ether using dicationic ionic liquid [tetraEG(mim)2][OMs]2 as a homogeneous catalyst showed significant catalytic activity in methanol at ambient temperature to produce respective alcohol in excellent yield. The present environmentally benign catalytic system is found to be very convenient, fast, high yielding, and clean method for selective desilylation of alkyl silyl ethers even in the existence of other sensitive organic functional groups such as aldehyde, methoxy, and acetate were also achieved.  相似文献

In the last years, new strict environmental regulations to reduce sulfur content in liquid fuels have been established. Thiophene derivates can be considered as the key substances to be separated from liquid fuel oils. This paper reports the ability of the ionic liquid 1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate to act as solvent in the (liquid + liquid) extraction of thiophene from aliphatic hydrocarbons. Tie-line data have been determined for ternary systems containing the ionic liquid, thiophene, and some n-alkanes at T = 298.15 K. Extraction process has been analyzed by means of thiophene distribution ratio and selectivity. The solute distribution coefficient decreases and the selectivity increases as the chain length of n-alkane increases. The use of 1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate as potential solvent for separation of thiophene from n-alkanes is feasible using the necessary quantity of solvent. A correlation of the equilibrium data reported here has also been made, using the NRTL activity coefficient model, in order to facilitate their use in simulation and design processes.  相似文献

Thermodynamic properties of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide ([C4mim]NTf2) ionic liquid have been studied by adiabatic calorimetry in the temperature range of 5 to 370 K. This compound has been found to form crystal, liquid, and glass. The temperature and enthalpy of fusion for [C(4)mim]NTf(2) have been determined to be T(fus) = 270.22 +/- 0.02 K and Delta(fus)H = 23.78 +/- 0.04 kJ.mol(-1), respectively. The heat capacity of crystalline [C(4)mim]NTf(2) in the T range of 205 to 255 K may vary by a few percent, subject to the procedure of the crystal preparation. The glass transition temperature for [C(4)mim]NTf(2) has been found to be T(g) = 181.5 +/- 0.1 K. On the basis of the results of DFT quantum chemical calculations, the experimental vibrational spectra, and the available literature data, thermodynamic properties of [C(4)mim]NTf(2) in the ideal-gas state have been calculated by the statistical thermodynamic methods. The entropy values for the gaseous compound obtained from the experimental data and the calculations are in satisfactory agreement.  相似文献
