We construct an action of a braid group associated to a complete graph on the derived category of a certain symmetric Nakayama algebra which is also a Brauer star algebra with no exceptional vertex. We connect this action with the affine braid group action on Brauer star algebras defined by Schaps and Zakay–Illouz. We show that for Brauer star algebras with no exceptional vertex, the action is faithful.  相似文献

The Derived Picard Group is a Locally Algebraic Group   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Let A be a finite-dimensional algebra over an algebraically closed field K. The derived Picard group DPic K (A) is the group of two-sided tilting complexes over A modulo isomorphism. We prove that DPic K (A) is a locally algebraic group, and its identity component is Out0 K (A). If B is a derived Morita equivalent algebra then DPic K (A)DPic K (B) as locally algebraic groups. Our results extend, and are based on, work of Huisgen-Zimmermann, Saorín and Rouquier.  相似文献

We derive lower bounds for the rank of Picard groups of modular varieties associated with natural congruence subgroups of the orthogonal group of an even lattice of signature (2, l). As an example we consider the Siegel modular group of genus 2. The analytic part of this paper also leads to certain class number identities.  相似文献

We are characterizing the categories of coherent sheaves on a weighted projective line as the small hereditary noetherian categories without projectives and admitting a tilting complex. The paper is related to recent work with de la Peña (Math. Z., to appear) characterizing finite dimensional algebras with a sincere separating tubular family, and further gives a partial answer to a question of Happel, Reiten, Smalø (Mem. Amer. Math. Soc. 120 (1996), no. 575) regarding the characterization of hereditary categories with a tilting object.

The primary goal of this work is to develop a strategy to compute PicK(A) and OutK(A) where A is a finite-dimensional algebra over a field K. The basic idea is to put the normal subgroup Inn*(A) of the inner automorphisms of A induced by elements of 1 + J(A), as a common denominator in the fraction AutK(A) / Inn(A). The new numerator AutK(A)/Inn*(A) and the new denominator Inn(A)/Inn*(A) are much easier to deal with than the original AutK(A) and Inn(A). The main ingredient to study Out(A) is now the appearance of an Abelian group Ch(, K), the group of acyclic characters of the quiver of A, that can be completely calculated. We show how to apply these results to compute the Picard group of a split finite-dimensional algebra in several cases.  相似文献

We define the notion of cobordism of two objects in a trianulated category, and the Witt group of such category is defined as the Grothendieck group of cobordism classes of self-dual objects. We prove that the Witt group of a t-category is a free Abelian group generated by the classes of irreducible self-dual objects of its heart. In case of derived category of of complexes of sheaves on a stratified space with the middle-perversity t-structure, these irreducibles are local systems on the strata.  相似文献

We study deformations of invertible bimodules and the behavior of Picard groups under deformation quantization. While K 0-groups are known to be stable under formal deformations of algebras, Picard groups may change drastically. We identify the semiclassical limit of bimodule deformations as contravariant connections and study the associated deformation quantization problem. Our main focus is on formal deformation quantization of Poisson manifolds by star products.  相似文献

For a topological group G we define N to be the set of all normalsubgroups modulo which G is a finite-dimensional Lie group.Call G a pro-Lie group if, firstly, G is complete, secondly,N is a filter basis, and thirdly, every identity neighborhoodof G contains some member of N. It is easy to see that everypro-Lie group G is a projective limit of the projective systemof all quotients of G modulo subgroups from N. The converseimplication emerges as a difficult proposition, but it is shownhere that any projective limit of finite-dimensional Lie groupsis a pro-Lie group. It is also shown that a closed subgroupof a pro-Lie group is a pro-Lie group, and that for any closednormal subgroup N of a pro-Lie group G, for any one parametersubgroup Y : R G/N there is a one parameter subgroup X : R G such that X(t) N = Y(t) for any real number t. This paper generalises a result for upper triangular matrix rings to the situation of upper triangular matrix differential graded algebras. An upper triangular matrix DGA has the form (R, S, M) where R and S are differential graded algebras and M is a DG-left-R-right-S-bimodule. We show that under certain conditions on the DG-module M and with the existance of a DG-R-module X, from which we can build the derived category D(R), that there exists a derived equivalence between the upper triangular matrix DGAs (R, S, M) and (S, M′, R′), where the DG-bimodule M′ is obtained from M and X and R′ is the endomorphism differential graded algebra of a K-projective resolution of X.  相似文献

Here we find the structure of nilpotent Lie algebras L with dim(L′/L″) = 3 and L″ ≠ 0. Following the pattern of results of Csaba Schneider in p-groups, we show that L is the central direct sum of ideals H and U, where U is the direct sum of a generalized Heisenberg Lie algebra and an abelian Lie algebra. We then find over the complex numbers that H falls into one of fourteen isomorphism classes.  相似文献
