The self-mixing interference technique is a compact sensing technique that has widely used for measuring vibrations. For purpose of increasing the accuracy of the vibration measurement system, a new phase modulation technique based on the self-mixing interferometer is presented. The phase modulation is obtained by varying the length of external cavity periodically. The vibration information of the external target is determined by the Fourier analysis method. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations of phase modulation method used as high sensitive self-mixing vibrometry based on vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser are given in this paper.  相似文献

光反馈自混合干涉技术是一种新浮现的有别于传统双光束干涉的一类新的测试技术。为了在适度光反馈下进行振动的精密测量,提出了一种基于适度光反馈自混合干涉技术的振动测量方法。经对光反馈自混合干涉信号条纹分析,发现通过选定合适的光反馈水平及激光器线宽展宽因数,可以得到锯齿干涉条纹。这种干涉信号不仅包含振动幅度信息也包含振动方向信息。该振动测量方法利用锯齿干涉条纹的特点,首先通过条纹记数实现大范围振幅粗测,具有半波长位移分辨力;然后基于适度光反馈下小数条纹的特点,给出了小于半波长位移测量的线性表达式,从而实现位移的精测。仿真计算表明,该方法可以实现大量程高分辨力振动位移测量,在叠加20 dB的噪声下,振幅测量相对误差平均为0.5%。  相似文献

Laser interferometry based on self-mixing effect widely used to measure displacement, velocity, vibration and distance due to compactness, non-contact, as well as low cost. An important use of the self-mixing effect inside a laser diode is in optical self-mixing vibrometer. We have experimentally investigated self-mixing interference produced by the feedback of light from a vibrated target into a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser for sensing applications. In this paper, the self-mixing vibrometer employing different feedback regime is discussed and a theoretical analysis is also proposed. Numerical analysis focused on the distortion self-mixing waveform. Numerical analysis and experimental results show that mode-hop occurs when the laser self-mixing vibrometer employing at high feedback level.  相似文献

A high-speed phase-shifted speckle interferometer has been developed recently for studying dynamic events. Speckle interferograms are continuously recorded by a CCD camera operating at 1 kHz with temporal phase shifting carried out by a Pockels cell running at the same frequency. Temporal phase unwrapping through sequences of more than 1000 frames allows the determination of time-varying absolute displacement maps. This paper presents the application of this speckle interferometry system to the detection and measurement of sub-surface delamination defects in carbon fibre specimens. The influence of re-referencing the temporal phase unwrapping algorithm after different time intervals is analysed to reduce the random phase errors produced by speckle decorrelation and vibration. The performance of several phase-shifting algorithms to minimize the influence of the vibration noise caused by the vacuum pump used to load the specimen is also investigated.  相似文献

激光二极管自混频技术可用于纳米颗粒的测量,采用多通道带通滤波技术分别测量了180,100,60nm三种纳米颗粒,获得自混频信号的频带功率谱(PS-BPF)。作为比较,对实时提取的自混频信号进行傅里叶变换得到功率谱密度(PSD)函数。分别对PSD函数和PS-BPF反演计算得到颗粒粒径分布。结果显示:两种方法得到的颗粒粒径分布基本一致,并与商用仪器测试结果吻合。对两种处理方式的模式矩阵分析表明,多通道带通滤波技术明显优于PSD函数处理方式。  相似文献

为探索THz干涉技术用于障碍物后振动传感的可行性,采用工作波长214.58 μm (对应频率约1.4 THz)的CO2激光器泵浦气体太赫兹源搭建了一套基于迈克尔逊干涉仪结构的THz干涉测量装置,实验研究了薄纸板遮挡后敲击目标镜产生的微小振动,利用相位分析法和频谱分析法对振动干涉信号进行处理,得到了振动位移随时间的变化以及不同时段振动频率的分布情况,测得的峰峰值振幅最小为7.98 μm,最大为17.54 μm,振动峰值速度为2.7 mm/s,振动频率最小21 Hz,最大58 Hz.研究结果表明THz干涉测量技术能有效克服传统振动传感技术无法穿透障碍物的缺点,是一种简便有效的障碍物后振动传感的新型手段,预示了THz技术在振动检测相关领域的广阔应用前景.  相似文献

This paper proposes a subspace parameter estimation method which besides allowing for accommodating multiple PZTs in an optical interferometer permits for extracting in real time values of phase shifts between data frames at each pixel point. The technique enables to freely choose values of phase shifts between 0 and π. A generalized phase measurement algorithm allows for computing multiple phase information present in the interferometer. The method facilitates the use of spherical beams, addresses errors arising from the miscalibration of the phase shifting devices, and is capable of handling nonsinusoidal waveforms in an effective manner. Numerical simulations demonstrate that phase distributions can be measured with high accuracy even in the presence of noise.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a quasi common-path interferometer based on a two beams configuration (TBC) using simultaneous phase shifting interferometry modulated by polarization that shows insensitivity against external vibration. Due to the fact that the configuration is capable of obtaining two beams whose separation can be varied, according to the characteristics of the grid used, to obtain the interference patterns. It can be used to implement a quasi-common path interferometer that allows the measurement of dynamic events with high accuracy. For demodulate the fringe patterns generated by the optical system we using the conventional four step phase shifting method. Experimental results are also given.  相似文献

Movements of a surface profile are measured with a two-grating interferometer using sinusoidal phase-modulation. Since sinusoidal phase-modulating (SPM) interferometry can record a phase change due to the movement of an object in the interference signal, the SPM interferometer is suitable for measuring the movement of the object. Some experiments show that the two-grating interferometer can measure a sinusoidal vibration with amplitude of several tens of microns and a step movement with a magnitude of several microns.  相似文献

自混合干涉因其结构简单、紧凑、稳定且易准直等特点而被广泛应用于测量领域。从自混合干涉和电光晶体调制位相的基本原理出发,通过将电光晶体引入自混合干涉外腔调制,研究了自混合干涉测量中电光晶体的位相调制性能。实验证明,利用晶体的调制性能对自混合干涉信号进行位相调制,在很宽的频率范围内都能保证很高的调制精度,测量误差小,具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

对移相干涉测量中影响移相稳定性,从而产生测量误差的小幅度机械振动进行了研究,建立了振动误差模型,仿真分析了Wyant84b三步算法、Hariharan87五步算法、七步算法和十三步算法4种不同移相算法对振动的免疫能力。模拟结果显示,十三步算法对振动的免疫能力最好,与已发表文献成果吻合,说明本文的模拟具有较高的可信度,在一定程度上能够对影响干涉仪精度的振动误差进行合理预测,并能够起到评价和筛选移相算法的作用。  相似文献

环境温度变化和振动会引起光纤马赫-曾德干涉仪两臂相差随机性变化,致使干涉仪输出不稳定.本文研究了自然条件下外界温度和振动对基于3×3耦合器干涉仪的影响,分析结果表明,温度和振动所引起的干扰主要集中于100Hz以下的低频成分中.为了消除这些干扰,设计了单臂补偿的反馈回路以稳定输出信号,并提出了一种利用象限判决方法来区分反馈正负性的动态补偿方法.实验中利用3×3耦合器3个输出端中其中2个进行光电变换、差分放大等反馈电路后驱动管状压电陶瓷,使缠绕在其上的光纤伸缩,动态补偿干涉仪相差的漂移,稳定干涉仪输出即3×3耦合器第三输出端口的信号.针对自然环境下温度和振动引起的干扰,本文研制了一种稳定的动态补偿装置,能有效抑制160Hz以下的低频干扰,实时补偿干涉仪两臂的相差漂移,干涉仪输出稳定的干涉信号,波动幅度小于5.64%.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe a new method for achieving phase-difference amplification, which is quick and convenient, operates in real time, and requires no photographic steps. Magnification factors of 2, 4 or 6 are achieved easily in one step. Because the system operates in real time, phase stepping may be applied to extract the amplified phase distributions. Our method is a variation on longitudinally reversed shearing interferometry, using first- or higher-order diffraction from a grating (hologram) which is in fact the interferogram of the wavefront under test. The grating is derived from a standard two-beam interferometer which is phase-stepped, and displayed in real time on a spatial light modulator in the phase-difference amplification setup. It is illuminated by the two output beams from a Sagnac interferometer, similar to the set up used by (Barnes et al. Barnes TH, Eiju T, Matsuda K. Appl Opt 1986; 25:1864). for spectral resolution enhancement, and a phase-amplified fringe pattern is obtained by spatial filtering using a Fourier transform lens. We demonstrate operation of the phase amplifier and show amplified phase maps retrieved by phase-stepping. We believe this is the first time that real-time phase amplification without photographic steps and with phase stepping has been demonstrated.  相似文献

提出一种利用相位载波的调制解调技术实现白光干涉系统复用的周界安防新方法.该系统在单芯反馈式白光干涉系统的若干感应端,分别串接工作在不同频率的相位调制器.首先利用相位调制技术,将不同干涉子系统的感应端的触发信号从频域上分开|再使用相位解调技术,从同一干涉系统输出信号中获得相应于不同感应端的独立时域信号.实验中通过布设在现场的传感光纤对区域环境振动实现实时记录,用白光干涉方法实现振动信号的提取,利用相位载波复用实现不同区域的定位.理论分析和测试结果表明:通过相位载波复用技术,实现不同传感端共用一套干涉系统的方法,可以显著减小周界安防系统的复杂程度,降低系统成本|该方法能对环境触发信号进行实时监控,并能快速,有效地确定扰动信号的所属区域,具有较高的灵敏度,有利于在大区域,长距离的监控领域获得实施.  相似文献

为了提高自混合干涉仪的位移测量精度,提出将正弦相位调制技术引入自混合干涉中。相位调制由置于自混合干涉仪外腔中的电光晶体实现,相位解调由傅里叶分析的方法得到。对位移测量过程中各种可能的误差来源如电光晶体调制不稳定性、光在外腔中的二次反馈效应等对测量精度的影响进行了模拟分析,从理论上得到了这种新的信号处理方法可以达到纳米级的测量精度。实验上,用高精度的商用压电陶瓷标定的结果验证了这种正弦相位调制自混合干涉仪在普通实验室噪声环境中可以达到纳米级的位移测量精度。  相似文献

A theoretical model has been developed for studying the response of the phase Doppler interferometer when multiple particles are simultaneously present within the measurement probe volume. The developed model incorporates the geometrical optics theory for describing the coherent interaction between the scattered light signals of multiple particles, eachhaving different size, velocity, trajectory, and arrival time. The resulting Doppler signal is processed by a theoretical signal processor which can simulate the performance characteristic of different signal processing schemes that are widely used in phase Doppler interferometry, namely, zero-crossing counter, covariance, autocorrelation and DFT parocessors. The application of the developed model for studying the coherent scattering by two particles has been specifically addressed in this paper. It has been shown that a DFT processor can be used to simultaneously measure the size and velocity of the two particles in most instances. However, for more than two particles, the signal processing scheme becomes more complex because of a quadratic increase in the beat frequency components.  相似文献

Self-mixing sensing technique can be used for measuring distances, displacements, velocities and vibration. In this paper, for good sensitivity vibration measurement system, self-mixing vibrator using an all-fiberized configuration Er3+-Yb3+ Distributed Bragg Reflector (EYDBR) laser is proposed and investigated for the first time. Results obtained demonstrate that all-fiberized configuration EYDBR laser present a powerful tool for the advancement of self-mixing vibration sensor and provide a potential remote measurement of the vibration compared with the optical feedback in other traditional fiber lasers.  相似文献

使用平行平晶做分光元件建立了剪切量随平行平晶偏转角可调的横向剪切实时干涉系统,该系统在最佳偏转角下所得最大剪切量与平行平晶的厚度成正比。实验表明,当系统的横向剪切量大于被测火焰畸变波面宽度的一半时,剪切域中的非核心剪切区将出现半幅以上的双曝光条纹,以之进行干涉测温处理可以避开传统剪切干涉测量技术所必需的剪切相位还原算法。这意味着实时双曝光条纹可以简单地通过大剪切量横向剪切干涉系统得到。  相似文献

Self-mixing interferometry (SMI) has been used to measure the distance and displacement. Although the principle of self-mixing interference is different conventional interference, we concluded that FFT analysis technique could also be used to detect the signal phase and increase the measurement precision of self-mixing interferometry.First the SMI signal is obtained by feeding the light from the target to cavity of laser diode, then it is pre-processed by an analog subtraction circuit to remove the overlapped output intensity due to the injection current modulation. Finally, SMI signal is analyzed by FFT phase detection method. Theoretical analysis and simulation calculations are presented. Experimentally, displacement of a PZT-driven target was measured with a precision of λ/50.  相似文献
