In this paper the study of which varieties, in a countable similarity type, have non-free (or equivalently 1-free) algebras is completed. It was previously known that if a variety satisfies a property known as the construction principle then there are such algebras. If a variety does not satisfy the construction principle then either every -free algebra is free or for every infinite cardinalk, there is a k+-free algebra of cardinality k+ which is not free. In this paper we use Kuperberg’s $\mathfrak {sl}_3$ -webs and Khovanov’s $\mathfrak {sl}_3$ -foams to define a new algebra $K^S$ , which we call the $\mathfrak {sl}_3$ -web algebra. It is the $\mathfrak {sl}_3$ analogue of Khovanov’s arc algebra. We prove that $K^S$ is a graded symmetric Frobenius algebra. Furthermore, we categorify an instance of $q$ -skew Howe duality, which allows us to prove that $K^S$ is Morita equivalent to a certain cyclotomic KLR-algebra of level 3. This allows us to determine the split Grothendieck group $K^{\oplus }_0(\mathcal {W}^S)_{\mathbb {Q}(q)}$ , to show that its center is isomorphic to the cohomology ring of a certain Spaltenstein variety, and to prove that $K^S$ is a graded cellular algebra.  相似文献

Known upper bounds on the minimum distance of codes over rings are applied to the case of ${\mathbb Z_{2}\mathbb Z_{4}}$ -additive codes, that is subgroups of ${\mathbb Z_{2}^{\alpha}\mathbb Z_{4}^{\beta}}$ . Two kinds of maximum distance separable codes are studied. We determine all possible parameters of these codes and characterize the codes in certain cases. The main results are also valid when ?? = 0, namely for quaternary linear codes.  相似文献

We consider the central extended $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ Lie algebra and a set of its subalgebras parametrized by |q|=1, which coincides with the embedding of the quantum tori Lie algebras (QTLA) in $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ . Forq N=1 there exists an ideal, and a factor over this ideal is isomorphic to an $\widehat{sl}_{N(z)} $ affine algebra. For a generic valueq the corresponding subalgebras are dense in $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ . Thus, they interpolate between $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ and $\widehat{sl}_{N(z)} $ . All these subalgebras are fixed points of automorphism of $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ . Using the automorphisms, we construct geometrical actions for the subalgebras, starting from the Kirillov-Kostant form and the corresponding geometrical action for $\widehat{gl}(\infty )$ .  相似文献

In this paper we investigate linear codes with complementary dual (LCD) codes and formally self-dual codes over the ring \(R=\mathbb {F}_{q}+v\mathbb {F}_{q}+v^{2}\mathbb {F}_{q}\), where \(v^{3}=v\), for q odd. We give conditions on the existence of LCD codes and present construction of formally self-dual codes over R. Further, we give bounds on the minimum distance of LCD codes over \(\mathbb {F}_q\) and extend these to codes over R.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate linear codes over the ring ${\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2+v\mathbb{F}_2+uv\mathbb{F}_2}$ . We first analyze the structure of the ring and then define linear codes over this ring which turns out to be a ring that is not finite chain or principal ideal contrary to the rings that have hitherto been studied in coding theory. Lee weights and Gray maps for these codes are defined by extending on those introduced in works such as Betsumiya et al. (Discret Math 275:43–65, 2004) and Dougherty et al. (IEEE Trans Inf 45:32–45, 1999). We then characterize the ${\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2+v\mathbb{F}_2+uv\mathbb{F}_2}$ -linearity of binary codes under the Gray map and give a main class of binary codes as an example of ${\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2+v\mathbb{F}_2+uv\mathbb{F}_2}$ -linear codes. The duals and the complete weight enumerators for ${\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2+v\mathbb{F}_2+uv\mathbb{F}_2}$ -linear codes are also defined after which MacWilliams-like identities for complete and Lee weight enumerators as well as for the ideal decompositions of linear codes over ${\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2+v\mathbb{F}_2+uv\mathbb{F}_2}$ are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, unified optimization problem for the upper stability bound \(\varepsilon ^{*}\) and the \(\hbox {H}_{\infty }\) performance index \(\gamma \) based on state feedback is considered for singularly perturbed systems. First, a sufficient condition for the existence of state feedback controller is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities such that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable if \(0<\varepsilon <\varepsilon ^{*}\) and also guarantees \(\hbox {H}_{\infty }\) performance index. Furthermore, a new algorithm to optimize these two indices simultaneously is proposed based on Nash game theory which transfers multi-objective problem into a single objective problem as well we determines the objective weights. Then an optimal state feedback controller can be derived. Finally, some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed results.  相似文献
