We study relations between (H,β)-KMS states on Cuntz-Krieger algebras and the dual of the Perron-Frobenius operator . Generalising the well-studied purely hyperbolic situation, we obtain under mild conditions that for an expansive dynamical
system there is a one-one correspondence between (H,β)-KMS states and eigenmeasures of for the eigenvalue 1. We then apply these general results to study multifractal decompositions of limit sets of essentially
free Kleinian groups G which may have parabolic elements. We show that for the Cuntz-Krieger algebra arising from G there exists an analytic family of KMS states induced by the Lyapunov spectrum of the analogue of the Bowen-Series map associated
with G. Furthermore, we obtain a formula for the Hausdorff dimensions of the restrictions of these KMS states to the set of continuous
functions on the limit set of G. If G has no parabolic elements, then this formula can be interpreted as the singularity spectrum of the measure of maximal entropy
associated with G.

In this paper we extend the work of Kawamura, see [K. Kawamura, The Perron-Frobenius operators, invariant measures and representations of the Cuntz-Krieger algebras, J. Math. Phys. 46 (2005)], for Cuntz-Krieger algebras OA for infinite matrices A. We generalize the definition of branching systems, prove their existence for any given matrix A and show how they induce some very concrete representations of OA. We use these representations to describe the Perron-Frobenius operator, associated to a nonsingular transformation, as an infinite sum and under some hypothesis we find a matrix representation for the operator. We finish the paper with a few examples. 相似文献

In this paper we deal with braided tensor C*-categories. For every object of the category we associate a C*-algebra denoted by . An analysis of the braiding is carried out by using the conjugate equations. If the braiding is a Hecke symmetry and the -dimension is appropriately chosen, we characterize the C*-algebra as the one generated by the representation given by the Markov trace. This analysis leads to the existence of an action of on . Such actions (Theorem 1) correspond to *-monomorphisms of on which generalize the ones obtained earlier by the author (1997).

We prove the Hyers–Ulam–Rassias stability of the following functional equation in Banach modules over a unital C *‐algebra: It is shown that a mapping f: X → Y satisfies the above functional equation and f (0) = 0 if and only if the mapping f: X → Y is Cauchy additive. We describe a special class of representations of an inverse semigroup S on Hilbert's space which we term tight. These representations are supported on a subset of the spectrum of the idempotent semilattice of S, called the tight spectrum, which is in turn shown to be precisely the closure of the space of ultra-filters, once filters are identified with semicharacters
in a natural way. These representations are moreover shown to correspond to representations of the C*-algebra of the groupoid
of germs for the action of S on its tight spectrum. We then treat the case of certain inverse semigroups constructed from
semigroupoids, generalizing and inspired by inverse semigroups constructed from ordinary and higher rank graphs. The tight
representations of this inverse semigroup are in one-to-one correspondence with representations of the semigroupoid, and consequently
the semigroupoid algebra is given a groupoid model. The groupoid which arises from this construction is shown to be the same
as the boundary path groupoid of Farthing, Muhly and Yeend, at least in the singly aligned, sourceless case.
