自激振动是含摩擦机械系统最严重也最具破坏性的运动形式. 目前, 通常以增加润滑的方式 尽可能减少自激振动. 本文以平面滑移铰为研究对象, 假设铰连接的物体为刚体, 并且认为 铰内的间隙为小量, 推导了平面滑移铰内产生不符合物理事实解的条件. 这可看作是导致系 统产生自激振动的一种诱因. 该条件适用于任何含平面滑移铰的机械系统.  相似文献

This study presents an inerter-based nonlinear vibration isolator with geometrical nonlinearity created by configuring an inerter in a diamond-shaped linkage mechanism. The isolation performance of the proposed nonlinear isolator subjected to force or base-motion excitations is investigated. Both analytical and alternating frequency-time harmonic balance methods as well as numerical integration method are used to obtain the dynamic response. Beneficial performance of the nonlinear isolator is demonstrated by various performance indices including the force and displacement transmissibility as well as power flow variables. It is found that the use of the nonlinear inerter in the isolator can shift and bend the peaks of the transmissibility and time-averaged power flow to the low-frequency range, creating a larger frequency band of effective vibration isolation. It is also shown that the inertance-to-mass ratio and the initial distance of the nonlinear inerter can be effectively tailored to achieve reduced transmissibility and power transmission at interested frequencies. Anti-resonant peaks appear at specific frequency, creating near-zero energy transmission and significantly reducing vibration transmission to a base structure on which the proposed isolator is mounted.

In this paper, the electro-magnetic control of vortex-induced vibration (VIV) of a circular cylinder is investigated numerically based on the stream function–vorticity equations in the exponential–polar coordinates attached on the moving cylinder for Re=150. The effects of the instantaneous wake geometries and the corresponding cylinder motion on the hydrodynamic forces for one entire period of vortex shedding are discussed using a drag–lift phase diagram. The drag–lift diagram is composed of the upper and lower closed curves due to the contributions of the vortex shedding but is magnified, translated and turned under the action of the cylinder motion. The Lorentz force for controlling the vibration cylinder is classified into the field Lorentz force and the wall Lorentz force. The symmetric field Lorentz force will symmetrize the flow passing over the cylinder and decreases the lift oscillation, which, in turn, suppresses the VIV, whereas the wall Lorentz force has no effect on the lift. The cylinder vibration increases as the work performed by the lift dominates the energy transfer. Otherwise, the cylinder vibration decreases. If the net transferred energy per motion is equal to zero, the cylinder will vibrate steadily or be fixed.  相似文献

当前实际工程中,角振动试验技术和设备尚不成熟。以指导捷联惯组减振系统设计过程为目的,结合捷联惯性组合减振系统对角共振频率的特殊要求,对线振动、角振动共振频率的关系进行了分析与讨论。建立了捷联惯性组合减振系统的动力学模型,得到了捷联惯组减振系统数学模型,利用刚体动力学方法分析捷联惯组的转动惯量和回转半径,得出理想情况下捷联惯性组合减振系统线共振、角共振频率存在一定的比例关系,并与减振器安装中心到转动中心线的平均距离和惯组回转半径有关的结论。最后讨论了改变减振系统刚度和减振器布置方式两种改变共振频率的方法,并对两种方法进行了比较。  相似文献

The vibration of axisymmetric liquid bridges is analyzed numerically in the framework of the one-dimensional approximation. Nonlinear effects on both the interface deformation and velocity field are studied. The solutions of the Lee, average, and Cosserat models are compared. For the Cosserat model, the results are compared with those obtained from an asymptotic analysis performed in the Plateau–Rayleigh stability limit. In addition, some results concerning the influence of the viscosity on the linear vibrations are reported.  相似文献

Based on the modified mixed Hellinger-Reissner(H-R)variational principle for elastic bodies with damping,the state-vector equation with parameters is directionally derived from the principle.A new solution for the harmonic vibration of simply supported rectangular laminates with damping is proposed by using the precise integration method and Muller method.The general solutions for the free vibration of underdamping,critical damp and overdamping of composite laminates are given simply in terms of the linear damping vibration theory.The effect of viscous damping force on the vibration of com- posite laminates is investigated through numerical examples.The state-vector equation theory and its application areas are extended.  相似文献
