A 13C NMR study of a series of methyl sulphur compounds is described. The results are discussed in terms of the deshielding effects on the methyl carbon exerted by –SH, –SMe, –SSMe, –SSEt, –SSMe, –SC(O)Me, –SC(S)Me, –SC(S)SMe. The 13C NMR chemical shifts of a series of S-methyl thioesters and dithioesters are compared with corresponding esters and connected with chemical properties.  相似文献

Substituent effects of methyl and amino groups on the chemical shifts of pyrimidine have been investigated by 1H and 13C n.m.r. and compared with similar data obtained for benzene and pyridine. Taking into account pairwise interactions, the chemical shifts calculated by using an additivity relationship are in very good agreement with the experimental results, except for some hindered pyrimidines. This study enabled us to assign the 13C n.m.r. spectra of some trisubstituted pyrimidines.  相似文献

From a carbon magnetic resonance study of several alkylcobaloximes RCo(DMG)2B (DMG = dimethylglyoximate monoanion), it was possible to estimate the α, β and γ effects of the Co(DMG)2B group on the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms of various alkyl groups R. The chemical shifts of the carbon atoms belonging to the equatorial ligands and to the axial base B are not significantly affected by structural modification of the R groups. Values of δ in benzylcobaloximes XC6H4CH2Co(DMG)2B agree with a donor effect of the ? CH2Co(DMG)2B radical. Values of 1J(13C? H) coupling constants, measured in 13C enriched methylcobaloximes, do not vary appreciably when B is changed (J(13C? H) = 137 ± 1 Hz) and are close to the value obtained for methylcobalamine.  相似文献

Treatment of 3-C-cyano-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-O-(toluene-p-sulfonyl)-α-D -allofurannose with AlLiH4 or RMgX yields spiro-aziridines with two identical substituents on C(3′) (? H, ? CH3, ? C2H5). Reactions of these products and their derivatives are briefly described. If the C(3′) substituents are protons, the aziridine ring is easily opened. In acidic media (HCl), an amino-sugar containing the branched chain ? CH2Cl is produced; with hydrogenation, a ? CH3 branched chain results. If the C(3′) substituents are methyl groups, the aziridine ring cannot be opened neither with HCl nor with hydrogen. The acetylated derivative of this latter compound rearranges to the corresponding allylamide with HCl. For both types of spiro-aziridine, the nitrous deamination leads to the corresponding alkene.  相似文献

The molecular structures of the three Meyer isomers [3-methyl-3-(5′-amino-3′-methyl-l-pyrazolyl)acrylonitrile; acetylacetonitrile azine; 2,5-dimethyl-7-aminopyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine] have been compared with that of the fourth isomer, 2,7-dimethyl-5-amino-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine. The CNDO/2 and CNDO/S calculations utilizing these geometries have been accomplished. These include electronic transitions, dipole moments, ionisation potentials, charge densities, bond ordres and total energies. The calculated values have been compared to some experimental data. Uv spectra, 13C chemical shifts, 1H-1H coupling constants and relative stability of the four isomers are included.  相似文献

Measurements of the 13C chemical shifts of monosubstituted cyclopropanes (C3H5X, X = CH3, Br, ? C?CH) enabled us to determine the direct additivity parameters which depend solely on the nature of the substituent. In the case of polysubstituted derivatives, complementary effects due to pairwise contributions of the substituents superpose upon the direct effects. A systematic study of cyclopropanes polysubstituted by bromine atoms, and methyl and ethynyl groups shows these different contributions and permits us to propose a simple interpretation for the majority of cases. Pairwise interaction has been ascribed either to electron transfer or to symmetric or dissymmetric steric interactions between the different substituents, as is shown by the comparison of the theoretical with the experimental shift values.  相似文献

Synthesis of Evernin Two syntheses of the depside evernin 6 are described. Condensation of methyl acetoacetate and methyl crotonate followed by aromatization and reduction with Raney-Ni led to methyl orsellinate (3) . The condensation of everninic acid (4) , obtained by partial methylation of 3 and saponification of the methyl ester, with methyl 2, 4-dihydroxy-3, 6-dimethylbenzoate (methyl β-orcin carboxylate) (5) in presence of cyclohexylcarbodiimide gave evernin ( 6 ). In a second syntheis methyl dihydroorsellinate (1) was regiospecifically converted into its 4-methyl enol ether and aromatized via the benzene selenenyl derivative to yield methyl evernate (7) . Benzylation followed by saponification gave the free acid 8 . Methyl β-orcin carboxylate (5) was synthesized in an analogous way from methyl 3,6-dimethyl-2,4-dioxocyclohexanecarboxylate. Condensation of 8 with the methyl ester 5 by treatment with trifluoroacetic anhydride in toluene yielded 9 , which could be converted into evernin ( 6 ) by hydrogenolysis of the benzyl ether.  相似文献

Carbohydrate Derivatives Bearing a gem-Dihalogenoethenyl Group Treated with the appropriate Wittig reagent, aldehydosugar derivatives ( 1–13 ) led in good to excellent yields to the expected gem-difluoro, gem-chlorofluoro-and/or gem-dichloroenoses ( 14–29 ). Examples of their dibromo analogues had been previously described (see e.g. [1]) but the diiodo derivatives could not be isolated, The influence of the conditions on the yields is reported as well as spectroscopic properties (particularly the long-range 13C, 19F- and 1H, 19F-coupling constants) of these new enoses.  相似文献

Identification and synthesis of new depsides isolated from oakmoss (Evernia Prunastri (L .) ACH .) Lecanoric acid 5 and 4 new depsides have been isolated from oakmoss (Evernia Prunastri (L .) ACH .) extracts by means of silicagel column chromatography. Some monomer model compounds of lignin have been selectively 2H and 13C labelled: vanillin, ethyl ferulate, coniferyl alcohol and ethyl hydrogen malonate. Deuterium isotope effects on the 13C chemical shifts in [formyl-2H]vanillin, [5-2H]vanillin and [α,α,5-2H3]coniferyl alcohol made the unambiguous assignment of the aromatic 13C signals possible. Absolute 1,2,3J(CC) values have been determined on 13C spectra of [formyl-13C]vanillin, and of ethyl ferulate and coniferyl alcohol in which the vinylic C-γ and C-β carbons were 13C enriched. It has been possible to measure 4J(C?O, C-4) in vanillin and 4J(C-γ, C-4) in ethyl ferulate. The determination of 1,2,3,4J (CH) absolute values was done by means of gated decoupled 13C spectra of the non-labelled compounds. When second order effects made the use of this technique impossible we determined certain J(CH) values and their signs either by analysing the 1H NMR spectra of 13C labelled coniferyl alcohol [2J(C-β, H-γ), 2J(C-β, H-α), 2J(C-γ, H-β), 3J(C-γ, H-α)] or by a double irradiation experiment on the 250 MHz 1H NMR spectrum of ethyl [β-13C] ferulate [for 2J(C-β, H-γ)].  相似文献

The valence vibrations C? H and C? D of a number of alkanes and of (CH3)3CX are studied using compounds deuterated in specific positions. For the methyl and the methylene groups an experimental model of group frequencies is proposed, which allows some general conclusions to be drawn concerning the assignation of the frequencies. The methyl group always shows a Fermi resonance between νs and 2δas in the region of 2930–2870 cm?1. In consequence the unperturbed νsCH3 frequency may be situated at ∽2915 cm?1 and the absence of a coupling with other groups can be checked. The vibrations of the methylene group adjacent to a methyl group have higher frequencies than those of CH2 groups further removed. The coupling of the methylene group with other groups is always strong and may amount to 10 cm?1. For a chain of methylene groups, the coupling is the larger the longer the chain; being relatively small for symmetrical modes (∽3 cm?1) for the antisymmetric mode. A correlation is found between protonated and deuterated groups which leads to isotope effects comparing well with recorded values.  相似文献

The 13C NMR parameters of 3-O-acetyl-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidène-α-D-[U-13C] glucofuranose, used as a sample for analysis in double labelling biosynthetic experiments, have been measured. Homonuclear double resonance experiments 13C? {13C} at 62.8 MHz have permitted the determination of all the 13C? 13C coupling constants. By theoretical computation of spectra, in connection with the second order effects existing at 25.2 MHz and 15.08 MHz, the sign of the coupling constants has been determined. The theoretical computation of spectra took into account all the isotopomers and was calculated with the help of a program (adapted from the LAOCOON program) allowing for the weighted addition of the spectra.  相似文献

According to the 13C NMR data, the chemical shift of the methyl carbon atom in acetone azine in the trans position with respect to the lone electron pair on the neighboring nitrogen atom is lower by 7 ppm than that of the methyl carbon atom in the cis position. The corresponding direct 13C-13C coupling constant for the trans-methyl groups is lower by 10 Hz as compared to the cis-methyl groups. The experimental spectral data are reproduced well by nonempirical quantum-chemical calculations. The observed stereospecificity of 13C chemical shifts and 13C-13C coupling constants may be used as an effective tool in configurational analysis of various ketone azines.  相似文献

Proton and carbon magnetic resonance spectra of mono-and disubstituted selenophenes are investigated. The proton chemical shifts are discussed in terms of magnetic anisotropy and electric field effects of the substituents, with a view to studying the conformational equilibrium of the carbonyl group. π Electronic charges, computed by the PPP method, are correlated with the proton and carbon chemical shifts. The coupling constants between 13C and 1H (1, 2 or 3 bonds) and 13C? 77Se are shown to be good structural parameters and a set of substituent additivity constants is calculated.  相似文献

Hydroxyurea, an N-protected hydroxylamine, reacts with α-bromoesters to give α-ureidoxyesters. Some of these have been isolated. Their cyclisation is a synthetic route to 6-oxadihydrouraciles which structure has been well established by means of physicochemical methods. Especially, 13C nmr spectroscopy has been used to show only the presence of the diketone tautomeric form.  相似文献

A series of 12-alkyl tricosanes (four compounds) was examined by use of 13C nuclear magnetic resonance at 62,89 MHz as model compounds for isolated short- and long-chain (C5, C6, C7, C8) branches in low-density polyethylene and ethylene-α olefin copolymers. An array of 13C resonances was observed and we note that the 13C chemical shifts became insensitive to branch length with octyl and longer branches at this field.  相似文献

Preparation of unsaturated sugars phosphonates using nucleophilic conjugate addition Different types of phosphorus nucleophiles underwent conjugate addition reaction with one of the branched-chain sugars 4, 5 or 11 the addition taking place either on the endo or the exo face of the furanose ring (or on both faces in the case of 11 ). The configuration at C(3) of these new phosphorus-bearing types of sugars as well as the configuration at the phosphorus atom of the cyclic phosphinates 9 and 10 was established by NMR. (3JP,H–C(2), 3JP,C(1)). Small amounts (7%) of the spiro enol phosphonate 16 were formed when 11 reacted with trimethyl phosphite.  相似文献

The four pseudoprotoberberins extracted from Isopyrum thalictroides L. were reduced with sodium borohydride to the corresponding tetrahydropseudoprotoberberins. Comparison between the 13C NMR spectra of these and of synthetic protoberberins allowed us to assign a trans-1 configuration to the four reduced alkaloids and also to provide for this particular configuration an unequivocal criterion for the differentiation (based on the chemical shift of C-8) between tetrahydroprotoberberins (9, 10 substituted) and tetrahydropseudoprotoberberins (10, 11 substituted).  相似文献
