People studied the properties and structures of restricted Lie algebras all whose elements are semisimple. It is the main objective of this paper to continue the investigation in order to obtain deeper structure theorems. We obtain some sufficient conditions for the commutativity of restricted Lie algebras, generalize some results of R. Farnsteiner and characterize some properties of a finite-dimensional semisimple restricted Lie algebra all whose elements are semisimple. Moreover, we show that a centralsimple restricted Lie algebra all whose elements are semisimple over a field of characteristic p > 7 is a form of a classical Lie algebra.  相似文献

The group of Hopf algebra automorphisms for a finite-dimensional semisimple cosemisimple Hopf algebra over a field k was considered by Radford and Waterhouse. In this paper, the groups of Hopf algebra automorphisms for two classes of pointed Hopf algebras are determined. Note that the Hopf algebras we consider are not semisimple Hopf algebras.   相似文献

We present a method for quantizing semisimple Lie algebras. In Huru (Russ. Math. [2007]) we defined quantizations of the braided Lie algebra structure on a finite dimensional graded vector space V by quantizations of braided derivations on the exterior algebra of V * . We find quantizations of semisimple Lie algebras in this setting using the grading by their roots and shall go through all root systems, classical and exceptional.   相似文献

In this paper we provide a classification theorem and a structure theorem for exact differential graded algebras, and we use the classification theorem to show that a differential graded algebra A is semisimple (as a differential graded algebra) precisely when the graded algebra Z(A) is semisimple (as a graded algebra) and A is an exact complex. We also relate exact differential graded algebras with a graded version of Hochschild cohomology.  相似文献

Let H be a Hopf algebra over the field k which is a finite module over a central affine sub-Hopf algebra R. Examples include enveloping algebras of finite dimensional k-Lie algebras in positive characteristic and quantised enveloping algebras and quantised function algebras at roots of unity. The ramification behaviour of the maximal ideals of Z(H) with respect to the subalgebra R is studied, and the conclusions are then applied to the cases of classical and quantised enveloping algebras. In the case of for semisimple a conjecture of Humphreys [28] on the block structure of is confirmed. In the case of for semisimple and an odd root of unity we obtain a quantum analogue of a result of Mirković and Rumynin, [35], and we fully describe the factor algebras lying over the regular sheet, [9]. The blocks of are determined, and a necessary condition (which may also be sufficient) for a baby Verma -module to be simple is obtained. It is well known that the classical two-dimensional topological field theories are in one-to-one correspondence with the commutative Frobenius algebras. An important extension of classical two-dimensional topological field theories is provided by open-closed two-dimensional topological field theories. In this paper we extend open-closed two-dimensional topological field theories to nonorientable surfaces. We call them Klein topological field theories (KTFT). We prove that KTFTs bijectively correspond to (in general noncommutative) algebras with certain additional structures, called structure algebras. The semisimple structure algebras are classified. Starting from an arbitrary finite group, we construct a structure algebra and prove that it is semisimple. We define an analog of Hurwitz numbers for real algebraic curves and prove that they are correlators of a KTFT. The structure algebra of this KTFT is the structure algebra of a symmetric group.  相似文献

We determine the structure of Hopf algebras that admit an extension of a group algebra by the cyclic group of order 2. We study the corepresentation theory of such Hopf algebras, which provide a generalization, at the Hopf algebra level, of the so called Tambara-Yamagami fusion categories. As a byproduct, we show that every semisimple Hopf algebra of dimension < 36 is necessarily group-theoretical; thus 36 is the smallest possible dimension where a non group-theoretical example occurs.  相似文献

Necessary and sufficient criteria are given for the existence of BGG-resolutions (finite resolutions of modules by finite direct sums of Weyl modules) for simple modules over quasi-hereditary algebras, which have strong exact Borel subalgebras and strong Δ-subalgebras. Our main technical tool is the existence of Cartan decompositions for these algebras. The results apply to simple objects in the BGG-categoryO of a finite-dimensional semisimple complex Lie algebra and to finite dimensional simple rational modules over simply connected semisimple algebraic groups.  相似文献

In this paper, we study some properties of algebras of associative type introduced in previous papers of the author. We show that a finite-dimensional algebra of associative type over a field of zero characteristic is homogeneously semisimple if and only if a certain form defined by the trace form is nonsingular. For a subclass of algebras of associative type, it is proved that any module over a semisimple algebra is completely reducible. We also prove that any left homogeneous ideal of a semisimple algebra of associative type is generated by a homogeneous idempotent.  相似文献

The existence problem for Hadamard decompositions in semisimple associative finite-dimensional complex algebras is studied. Under the assumption that the well-known hypothesis of the Hadamard matrices is satisfied, this problem is completely solved for algebras isomorphic to the direct sum of a matrix algebra of order 2 and a semisimple commutative algebra.  相似文献

We prove that, if H is a finite-dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra, and A is an FCR H-module algebra over an algebraically closed field, then A is a PI-algebra, provided the subalgebra of invariants is a PI-algebra. We also show that if A is an affine algebra with an action of a finite group G by automorphisms, the subalgebra of the fixed points AG is in the center of A, and the characteristic of the ground field is either zero or relatively prime to the order of G, then AG is affine. Analogous results are proved for graded algebras and H-module algebras over a semisimple triangular Hopf algebra over a field of characteristic zero. We prove also that, if A is an H-module algebra with an identity element, and H is either a semisimple group algebra or its dual, then, if A is semiprimitive (semiprime), then so is AH.  相似文献

We examine the strongly extreme point structure of the unit balls of triangular UHF algebras. The semisimple triangular UHF algebras are characterized as those for which this structure is minimal in the sense that every strongly extreme point belongs to the diagonal. In contrast to this, for the class of full nest algebras we prove a Krein-Milman type theorem which asserts that every operator in the open unit ball of the algebra is a convex combination of strongly extreme points.

Summary For any Lie algebra g, we compute the Hochschild and cyclic homology groups of its enveloping algebra in terms of the canonical Lie-Poisson structure on the dual g*. V. A. Artamonov and I. A. Chubarov proved a criterion under which an element of some semisimple finite-dimensional Hopf algebra is group-like. The studied Hopf algebra has only one nonone- dimensional irreducible representation. Let n be a dimension of this representation.
