We demonstrate that the gauche conformation of 1H-nonafluorobutane contains a blue-shifting intramolecular hydrogen bond by recording its 5th overtone spectrum with cavity ringdown spectroscopy and performing electronic structure calculations. The magnitude of the blue-shift is enhanced in the overtone spectrum as compared to the fundamental. The energy difference between the gauche conformer and the lowest energy zigzag conformer is calculated to be 288 cm−1 using density functional theory and determined to be 280 ± 30 cm−1 using temperature-dependent FTIR measurements. The –H⋯F– bonding interaction in the gauche conformer leads to changes in bond lengths as compared to the non-hydrogen bonded conformers.  相似文献

We report a systematic investigation of the far- and mid-infrared spectra of ionic liquids (ILs) containing the bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (FSI) anion, both in the liquid state at room temperature and in solid phases at low temperatures. We extended to lower frequencies a previous study, and we observed four additional vibration bands below 500 cm−1, attributable to FSI. Moreover, DFT calculations of vibration frequencies were performed using three combinations of theory and basis set: (1) B3LYP/6-31G**, (2) B3LYP/6-311 + G(3df) and (3) PBE0/6-31G**. Model 1, largely used in the previous literature concerning ILs, shows the poorest performances; model 2, which generally gives a good agreement with the experiments, misses the vibration frequencies by ∼40 cm−1 in the range 650–900 cm−1 where one finds the largest spectral differences between cis- and trans-FSI; model 3 gives the best agreement with the experiments and, moreover, is much less time consuming than model 2. The comparison with calculations suggests that the band centered around 1217 cm−1 is a good marker of the occurrence of the cis-FSI conformer. Finally, the bands located around 730 and 750 cm−1 are attributable to cis- and trans- conformer of FSI, respectively.  相似文献

The Raman (3500-30 cm−1) spectra of liquid and solid and the infrared (3500-40 cm−1) spectra of gaseous and solid 3-methyl-3-butenenitrile, CH2C(CH3)CH2CN, have been recorded. Both cis and gauche conformers have been identified in the fluid phases but only the cis form remains in the solid. Variable temperature (−55 to −100 °C) studies of the infrared spectra of the sample dissolved in liquid xenon have been carried out. From these data, the enthalpy difference has been determined to be 163±16 cm−1 (1.20±0.19 kJ mol−1), with the cis conformer the more stable rotamer. It is estimated that there is 48±2% of the gauche conformer present at  25°C. A complete vibrational assignment is proposed for the cis conformer based on infrared band contours, relative intensities, depolarization ratios and group frequencies. Several of the fundamentals for the gauche conformer have also been identified. The vibrational assignments are supported by normal coordinate calculations utilizing ab initio force constants. Complete equilibrium geometries have been obtained for both rotamers by ab initio calculations employing the 6-31G(d), 6-311G(d,p), 6-311+G(d,p) and 6-311+G(2d,2p) basis sets at the levels of restricted Hartree-Fock (HF) and/or Møller-Plesset perturbation theory to the second order (MP2). Only with the 6-311G(2d,2p) and 6-311G(2df,2pd) basis sets with or without diffuse functions is the cis conformer predicted to be more stable than the gauche form. The potential energy terms for the conformational interchange have been obtained at the MP2(full)/6-311+G(2d,2p) level, and compared to those obtained from the experimental data. The results are discussed and compared to the corresponding quantities obtained for some similar molecules.  相似文献

Variable-temperature (–55 to –155°C) studies of the infrared spectra (3500–400 cm–1) of methyl vinyl silane, CH2CHSiH2CH3, dissolved in liquid xenon and krypton have been recorded. Utilizing three sets of conformer doublets due to the cis and gauche rotamers, the enthalpy difference has been determined to be 133 ± 11 cm–1 (1.59 ± 0.13 kJ/mol) with the gauche conformer the more stable form in the krypton solution. In the xenon solution, the enthalpy difference could not be determined because the infrared bands become so broad and the overlap was so extensive that meaningful areas could not be determined. Ab initio calculations have been carried out with several different basis sets up to MP2/6-311+G(2d,2p) from which structural parameters and conformational stabilities have been determined. With the largest basis set, the cis conformer is predicted to be the more stable conformer, which is inconsistent with the experimental results. Utilizing previously reported microwave rotational constants for both conformers along with the ab initio predicted distances and angles, r 0 parameters have been obtained for both the cis and gauche conformers. The spectroscopic and theoretical results are compared to the corresponding quantities for some similar molecules.  相似文献

The infrared spectra of ethylmethylfluorosilane (CH3SiHFCH2CH3) have been recorded as a vapour, liquid and solid at 78 K in the 4000–50 cm−1 range and isolated in an argon matrix at ca. 5 K. Infrared spectra of two different solid phases were obtained after annealing to temperatures of 120 and 130 K, and recooling to 78 K. Although the IR spectra were quite similar in the MIR region, certain differences were noted in the FIR region below 400 cm−1. The most stable conformer MeMe was present after annealing to 130 K, but three bands belonging to MeH were detected after annealing to 120 K. Various infrared bands changed intensity when the argon matrix was annealed to temperatures between 20 and 35 K, and some of these were related to changes in the conformational abundance.Raman spectra of the liquid were recorded at room temperature and at various temperatures between 295 and 153 K. Spectra of an amorphous and annealed solid were recorded at 78 K. In the variable temperature Raman spectra, various bands changed in intensity and were interpreted in terms of conformational equilibria between the three possible conformers. Complete assignments were made for all the bands of the most stable conformer MeMe. From various bands assigned to the three conformers, the conformational enthalpy difference ΔH from MeMe to the intermediate energy conformer MeH was found to be 0.5 kJ mol−1 and to the highest conformer MeF was 0.7 kJ mol−1. At ambient temperature this leads to 39% MeMe, 32% MeH and 29% of the MeF conformer in the liquid.Ab initio calculations in the RHF, MP2, DFT approximations and very accurate G2 calculations were carried out. With one exception, the MeMe conformer had the lowest enthalpy in all these calculations, the MeH had the intermediate and the MeF the highest enthalpy, and the calculations were in good agreement with the measurements.  相似文献

The far-infrared spectra of gaseous and solid ethyl nitrate, CH3CH2ONO2, have been recorded from 500 to 50 cm−1. The fundamental asymmetric torsion of the trans conformer which has a heavy atom plane has been observed at 112.50 cm−1 with two excited states failing to lower frequencies, and the corresponding fundamental torsion of the gauche conformer was observed at 109.62 cm−1 with two excited states also falling to lower frequencies. The results of a variable temperature Raman study indicate that the trans conformer is more stable than the gauche conformer by 328 ± 96 cm−1 (938 ± 275 cal mol−1). An asymmetric potential function governing the internal rotation about the CH2O bond is reported which gives a trans to gauche barrier of 894 ± 15 cm−1 (2.56 ± 0.04 kcal mol−1) and a gauche to gauche barrier of 3063 ± 68 cm−1 (8.76 ± 0.20 kcal mol−1) with the trans conformer more stable by 220 ± 148 cm−1 (0.63 ± 0.42 kcal mol−1). Transitions arising from the symmetric CH3 and NO2 torsions are observed for both conformers, from which the threefold and twofold periodic barriers to internal rotation have been calculated. For the trans conformer the values are 1002 cm−1 (2.87 kcal mol−1) and 2355 ± 145 cm−1 (6.73 ± 0.42 kcal mol−1) and for the gauche conformer they are 981 cm−1 (2.81 kcal mol−1) and 2736 ± 632 cm−1 (7.82 ± 1.81 kcal mol−1) for the CH3 and NO2 rotors, respectively. These results are compared to the corresponding quantities for some similar molecules.  相似文献

The molar heat capacities of GeCo2O4 and GeNi2O4, two geometrically frustrated spinels, have been measured in the temperature range from T=(0.5 to 400) K. Anomalies associated with magnetic ordering occur in the heat capacities of both compounds. The transition in GeCo2O4 occurs at T=20.6 K while two peaks are found in the heat capacity of GeNi2O4, both within the narrow temperature range between 11.4<(T/K)<12.2. Thermodynamic functions have been generated from smoothed fits of the experimental results. At T=298.15 K the standard molar heat capacities are (143.44 ± 0.14) J · K−1 · mol−1 for GeCo2O4 and (130.76 ± 0.13) J · K−1 · mol−1 for GeNi2O4. The standard molar entropies at T=298.15 K for GeCo2O4 and GeNi2O4 are (149.20 ± 0.60) J · K−1 · mol−1 and (131.80 ± 0.53) J · K−1 · mol−1 respectively. Above 100 K, the heat capacity of the cobalt compound is significantly higher than that of the nickel compound. The excess heat capacity can be reasonably modeled by the assumption of a Schottky contribution arising from the thermal excitation of electronic states associated with the CO2+ ion in a cubic crystal field. The splittings obtained, 230 cm−1 for the four-fold-degenerate first excited state and 610 cm−1 for the six-fold degenerate second excited state, are significantly lower than those observed in pure CoO.  相似文献

We calculated IR, nonresonance Raman spectra and vertical electronic transitions of the zigzag single-walled and double-walled boron nitride nanotubes ((0,n)-SWBNNTs and (0,n)@(0,2n)-DWBNNTs). In the low frequency range below 600 cm−1, the calculated Raman spectra of the nanotubes showed that RBMs (radial breathing modes) are strongly diameter-dependent, and in addition the RBMs of the DWBNNTs are blue-shifted reference to their corresponding one in the Raman spectra of the isolated (0,n)-SWBNNTs. In the high frequency range above ∼1200 cm−1, two proximate Raman features with symmetries of the A1g (∼1355 ± 10 cm−1) and E2g (∼1330 ± 25 cm−1) first increase in frequency then approach a constant value of ∼1365 and ∼1356 cm−1, respectively, with increasing tubes’ diameter, which is in excellent agreement with experimental observations. The calculated IR spectra exhibited IR features in the range of 1200–1550 cm−1 and in mid-frequency region are consistent with experiments. The calculated dipole allowed singlet–singlet and triplet–triplet electronic transitions suggesting a charge transfer process between the outer- and inner-shells of the DWBNNTs as well as, upon irradiation, the possibility of a system that can undergo internal conversion (IC) and intersystem crossing (ISC) processes, besides the photochemical and other photophysical processes.  相似文献

The Raman (3200—10cm−1) and infrared (3200—50 cm−1) spectra of gaseous and solid 1-chloro-2-methylpropane and 1-bromo-methylpropane, as well as the Raman spectra of the liquids, have been recorded and assigned. The gauche asymmetric torsion of the 1-chloro-2-methylpropane molecules has been observed at 110 cm−1 in the Raman spectrum of the gas. For the 1-bromo-2-methylpropane molecule, both the trans and gauche asymmetric torsions have been observed at 106.70 and 103.94 cm−1, respectively, along with three additional transitions for the gauche conformer. From these data, the asymmetric potential function for the bromide molecules to V1 = —493 ±16, V2 = 595 ± 18, and V3 = 2006 ± 6 cm−1 with the trans conformer being more stable than the gauche conformer by 44 ± 20 cm−1. The trans form is found experimentally to be more stable in the liquid phase by 30 ± 14 cm−1 (83 ± 40 cal mol−1). From the relative intensities, in the Raman spectra, of the CCl stretches measured as a function of temperature, the gauche conformer of the chloride molecules to be 167 ± 71 cm−1 (479 ± 203 cal mol−1) more stable than the trans conformer in the gas phase, and 73 ± 10 cm−1 (208 ± 29 cal mol−1) more stable in the liquid phase. The methyl torsions for the gauche and trans conformers of both molecules are tentatively assigned in the gas phase and the barriers have been calculated. The results of this study are compared with previous studies on these molecules.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of trans-1-fluoro-2-butene, trans-(CH3)HCCH(CH2F), has been recorded in the region of 18.0–39.0 GHz. Both a-type R- and b-type Q-branch assignments have been made for the ground and first two vibrationally excited states of the asymmetric torsion for the gauche (anticlinal) conformer. The ground state rotational constants for this conformer are found to have the following values: A = 19,938.33±0.48, B = 2071.37±0.01, C = 2022.17±0.01 MHz. From an analysis of the internal rotational splittings of the Q-branches, the three-fold rotational barrier for the methyl group is determined to be 596±7 cm−1 (1.70±0.02 kcal/mol). From the Stark effect the dipole moment components for the gauche conformer were determined to be |μa| = 1.86±0.01, |μb| = 1.16±0.01, |μc| = 0.31±0.05, and |μt = 2.21±0.01 D. The fundamental asymmetric torsion for the cis (synclinal) conformer has been observed in the far-IR spectrum of the vapor at 123.95 cm−1 whereas that for the gauche conformer has been determined to occur at 82.8±5 cm−1 based on relative intensity measurements obtained from the microwave spectrum. From these data the potential function which governs the internal rotation of the asymmetric top has been determined and the following potential constants have been evaluated: V1 = −191±10, V2 = 598±10, V3 = 786±13, V4 = 59±5, and V6 = 79±5 cm−1. These data are consistent with the more stable conformer having the fluorine atom cis (synclinal) to the double bond and lying 300±33 cm−1 (858±94 cal/mol) lower in energy than the gauche rotamer. Utilizing ab initio calculations with the MP2/6-31G* basis set and the three rotational constants, r0 structural parameters are estimated. Also, the barriers to conformer interconversion have been calculated with the RHF/3-21G, RHF/6-31G*, and MP2/6-31G* basis sets. All of these results have been compared to the similar quantities of some corresponding molecules.  相似文献

Variable temperature (–55 to –150°C) studies of the infrared spectra (3500 to 400 cm–1) of 1-fluoropropane, CH3CH2CH2F, dissolved in liquid krypton and xenon have been recorded. Utilizing three conformer pairs in the krypton solution and four conformer pairs in the xenon solution, enthalpy differences of 104±6 cm–1 (1.24±0.07 kJ/mol) and 99±5 cm–1 (1.16±0.06 kJ/mol) were obtained from the krypton and xenon solutions, respectively, with the gauche form the more stable conformer. From these data it is estimated that 24% of the trans forms is present at ambient temperature. The conformational stabilities, harmonic force constants, fundamental frequencies, infrared intensities and Raman activities have been obtained from RHF/6-31G(d) and/or MP2/6-31G(d) ab initio calculations and these quantities have been compared to the experimental values when appropriate. The optimized geometries have also been obtained with several different ab initio basis sets up to MP2/6-311+G(2d,2p). The r0 structural parameters have been obtained by combining the ab initio data with the previously reported rotational constants for both conformers. The results are compared to the corresponding results for some similar molecules.  相似文献

In this paper, we present experimental results for excitation coefficients of krypton atoms to several Kr and Kr+ excited levels for E/N (electric field to gas particle number density ratio usually in units of Townsend, 1 Td = 10 21 V m2) values from 7 × 10 20 V m2 to above 1 × 10 17 V m2. The data have been obtained in two different parallel plate self-sustained Townsend discharge drift tubes. The spatial distribution of the emission intensities were recorded and then normalized to give excitation coefficients at the anode, by using the electron flux at this point. The values of these coefficients are placed on an absolute scale by using a standard tungsten ribbon lamp calibrated against a primary blackbody radiation standard. The ionization rates at different E/N are obtained from the spatial emission profiles. The data for atomic krypton levels 2p2, 2p3, 2p5, 2p6, 2p7, 2p8, 3p5 and 3p6 (in Paschen notation) were converted to excitation coefficients by using quenching coefficients from the literature. The emission coefficients of eight 4s24p4 (3P)5p levels of Kr+ have also been measured for E/N values from about 1 × 10 18 V m2 up to nearly 8 × 10 18 V m2.  相似文献

Heat capacities of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol(CH3)2C(CH2OH)2 were measured in the temperature range between T =  13 K and T =  350 K using an adiabatic calorimeter. The compound underwent a first-order phase transition at T =  (314.5  ±  0.1) K. The enthalpy and the entropy of transition were (12.52  ±  0.02)kJ · mol  1and (39.81  ±  0.08)J · K  1· mol  1, respectively. Measurement of the fusion peak by d.s.c. showed that the purity of the sample was 0.9999 mass fraction and the entropy of fusion was 9.9 J · K  1· mol  1. Another first-order phase transition was observed at T =  (60.4  ±  0.1) K with the associated entropy change of (2.93  ±  0.05)J · K  1· mol  1. Heat capacities of two deuterated samples,(CH3)2C(CH2OD)2 and(CD3)2C(CD2OD)2 , were also measured and the results were compared with those on the natural compound. Possible mechanisms of the transition have been discussed from the isotope effects on the thermodynamic quantities associated with the transition. Standard thermodynamic functions of the compounds are tabulated.  相似文献

Syngenite (K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O), formed during treatment of manure with sulphuric acid, was studied by infrared, near-infrared (NIR) and Raman spectroscopy. Cs site symmetry was determined for the two sulphate groups in syngenite (P21/m), so all bands are both infrared and Raman active. The split ν1 (two Raman+two infrared bands) was observed at 981 and 1000 cm−1. The split ν2 (four Raman+four infrared bands) was observed in the Raman spectrum at 424, 441, 471 and 491 cm−1. In the infrared spectrum, only one band was observed at 439 cm−1. From the split ν3 (six Raman+six infrared) bands three 298 K Raman bands were observed at 1117, 1138 and 1166 cm−1. Cooling to 77 K resulted in four bands at 1119, 1136, 1144 and 1167 cm−1. In the infrared spectrum, five bands were observed at 1110, 1125, 1136, 1148 and 1193 cm−1. From the split ν4 (six infrared+six Raman bands) four bands were observed in the infrared spectrum at 604, 617, 644 and 657 cm−1. The 298 K Raman spectrum showed one band at 641 cm−1, while at 77 K four bands were observed at 607, 621, 634 and 643 cm−1. Crystal water is observed in the infrared spectrum by the OH-liberation mode at 754 cm−1, OH-bending mode at 1631 cm−1, OH-stretching modes at 3248 (symmetric) and 3377 cm−1 (antisymmetric) and a combination band at 3510 cm−1 of the H-bonded OH-mode plus the OH-stretching mode. The near-infrared spectrum gave information about the crystal water resulting in overtone and combination bands of OH-liberation, OH-bending and OH-stretching modes.  相似文献

We show a great possibility of mediated enzymatic bioelectrocatalysis in the formate oxidation and the carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction at high current densities and low overpotentials. Tungsten-containing formate dehydrogenase (FoDH1) from Methylobacterium extorquens AM1 was used as a catalyst and immobilized on a Ketjen Black-modified electrode. For the formate oxidation, a high limiting current density (jlim) of ca. 24 mA cm 2 was realized with a half wave potential (E1/2) of only 0.12 V more positive than the formal potential of the formate/CO2 couple (E°′CO2) at 30 °C in the presence of methyl viologen (MV2 +) as a mediator, and jlim reached ca. 145 mA cm 2 at 60 °C. Even when a viologen-functionalized polymer was co-immobilized with FoDH1 on the porous electrode, jlim of ca. 30 mA cm 2 was attained at 60 °C with E1/2 = E°′CO2 + 0.13 V. On the other hand, the CO2 reduction was also realized with jlim  15 mA cm 2 and E1/2 = E°′CO2  0.04 V at pH 6.6 and 60 °C in the presence of MV2 +.  相似文献

Standard values of Gibbs free energy, entropy, and enthalpy of Na2Ti6O13 and Na2Ti3O7 were determined by evaluating emf-measurements of thermodynamically defined solid state electrochemical cells based on a Na–β″-alumina electrolyte. The central part of the anodic half cell consisted of Na2CO3, while two appropriate coexisting phases of the ternary system Na–Ti–O are used as cathodic materials. The cell was placed in an atmosphere containing CO2 and O2. By combining the results of emf-measurements in the temperature range of 573⩽T/K⩽1023 and of adiabatic calorimetric measurements of the heat capacities in the low-temperature region 15⩽T/K⩽300, the thermodynamic data were determined for a wide temperature range of 15⩽T/K⩽1100. The standard molar enthalpy of formation and standard molar entropy at T=298.15 K as determined by emf-measurements are ΔfHm0=(−6277.9±6.5) kJ · mol−1 and Sm0=(404.6±5.3) J · mol−1 · K−1 for Na2Ti6O13 and ΔfHm0=(−3459.2±3.8) kJ · mol−1 and Sm0=(227.8±3.7) J · mol−1 · K−1 for Na2Ti3O7. The standard molar entropy at T=298.15 K obtained from low-temperature calorimetry is Sm0=399.7 J · mol−1 · K−1 and Sm0=229.4 J · mol−1 · K−1 for Na2Ti6O13 and Na2Ti3O7, respectively. The phase widths with respect to Na2O content were studied by using a Na2O-titration technique.  相似文献

Low-temperature calorimetric measurements have been performed on DyBr3(s) in the temperature range (5.5 to 420 K ) and on DyI3(s) from T=4 K to T=420 K. The data reveal enhanced heat capacities below T=10 K, consisting of a magnetic and an electronic contribution. From the experimental data on DyBr3(s) a C0p,m (298.15 K) of (102.2±0.2) J·K−1·mol−1 and a value for {S0m (298.15 K)  S0m (5.5 K)} of (205.5±0.5) J·K−1·mol−1, have been obtained. For DyI3(s), {S0m (298.15 K)  S0m (4 K)} and C0p,m (298.15 K) have been determined as (226.9±0.5) J·K−1·mol−1 and (103.4±0.2) J·K−1·mol−1, respectively. The values for {S0m (5.5 K)  S0m (0)} for DyBr3(s) and {S0m (4 K)  S0m (0)} for DyI3(s) have been calculated, giving S0m (298.15 K)=(212.3±0.9) J·K−1·mol−1 in case of DyBr3(s) and S0m (298.15 K) =(233.1±0.7) J·K−1·mol−1 for DyI3(s). The high-temperature enthalpy increment has been measured for DyBr3(s) in the temperature range (525 to 799 K) and for DyI3(s) in the temperature range (525 to 627 K). From the results obtained and enthalpies of formation from the literature, thermodynamic functions for DyBr3(s) and DyI3(s) have been calculated from T→0 to their melting temperatures at 1151.0 K and 1251.5 K, respectively.  相似文献

Four complexes of M(NO3)2(4NOPy-OMe)2, (4NOPy-OMe = 4-(N-tert-butyloxylamino)-2-(methoxymethylenyl)pyridine, and M = MnII, 1; CoII, 2; NiII, 3; CuII, 4), were prepared and fully characterized. X-ray single crystal analysis reveals that four complexes are isostructural. The molecular structures are distorted octahedral in which the methoxy oxygen atoms coordinate to the metal ion by trans-configuration while the pyridyl nitrogen atoms and the nitrate oxygen atoms coordinate by cis-configuration. The magnetic properties of all complexes were investigated by SQUID magneto/susceptometry. Temperature dependence of the molar magnetic susceptibilities in the temperature range of 2–300 K indicated that the magnetic coupling between aminoxyl radicals and metal ion was antiferromagnetic in the complex 1 and were ferromagnetic in the complexes 24. The quantitative analysis based on the spin Hamiltonian, H = −2J(S1SM + SMS2) yielded the best fit as J/kB = −13.4 ± 0.1 K, g = 1.94 ± 0.002, and θ = −0.78 ± 0.02 K for the complex 1, J/kB = 48.7 ± 2.1 K, g = 2.07 ± 0.02, and θ = −2.83 ± 0.41 K for the complex 3 (the data in the temperature range 300–50 K were used), and J/kB = 57.0 ± 1.2 K, g = 2.002 ± 0.004, and θ = −9.8 ± 0.1 K for the complex 4.  相似文献

The samples of dibarium magnesium orthoborate Ba2Mg(BO3)2 were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and Raman spectra of the samples were collected. Electronic structure and vibrational spectroscopy of Ba2Mg(BO3)2 were systematically investigated by first principle calculation. A direct band gap of 4.4 eV was obtained from the calculated electronic structure results. The top valence band is constructed from O 2p states and the low conduction band mainly consists of Ba 5d states. Raman spectra for Ba2Mg(BO3)2 polycrystalline were obtained at ambient temperature. The factor group analysis results show the total lattice modes are 5Eu + 4A2u + 5Eg + 4A1g + 1A2g + 1A1u, of which 5Eg + 4A1g are Raman-active. Furthermore, we obtained the Raman active vibrational modes as well as their eigenfrequencies using first-principle calculation. With the assistance of the first-principle calculation and factor group analysis results, Raman bands of Ba2Mg(BO3)2 were assigned as Eg (42 cm−1), A1g (85 cm−1), Eg (156 cm−1), Eg (237 cm−1), A1g (286 cm−1), Eg (564 cm−1), A1g (761 cm−1), A1g (909 cm−1), Eg (1165 cm−1). The strongest band at 928 cm−1 in the experimental spectrum is assigned to totally symmetric stretching mode of the BO3 units.  相似文献

The molar heat capacity of Zn2GeO4, a material which exhibits negative thermal expansion below ambient temperatures, has been measured in the temperature range 0.5⩽(T/K)⩽400. At T=298.15 K, the standard molar heat capacity is (131.86 ± 0.26) J · K−1 · mol−1. Thermodynamic functions have been generated from smoothed fits of the experimental results. The standard molar entropy at T=298.15 K is (145.12 ± 0.29) J · K−1 · mol−1. The existence of low-energy modes is supported by the excess heat capacity in Zn2GeO4 compared to the sums of the constituent binary oxides.  相似文献
