Treatment of 4-amino-3-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles/2-amino-5-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with benzaldehyde,acetone and ω-bromoacetophenone was tested and compared.The title compounds Schiff bases,amides,imidazolo [2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 7H-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines have been confirmed by elemental analyses,^1H NMR,IR and MS spectra.All the compounds have also been screened for their antibacterial activities against B.subtilis,S.aureus and E.coli.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A technique is presented for the determination of trace amounts of copper(II) by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry. The procedure is based on adsorptive accumulation of copper(II)-Alizarin Red S (ARS) complex on a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by a stripping voltammetric measurement of the reduction current of the adsorbed complex at -0.16 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The height of the copper -ARS reduction peak is linearly dependent upon the copper(II) concentration between 0.2-15 and 15-500 ng.ml?1. The detection limit of the technique is 0.05 ng.ml?1 copper(II) for a collection time of 1 minute. The method is free from most interferences. The procedure has been successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of copper(II) in some analytical grade salts.  相似文献

A very sensitive and selective procedure was developed for trace measurement of zirconium based on the cathodic adsorptive stripping voltammetry of the zirconium-alizarin red S(ARS) complex at a carbon paste electrode (CPE). The 2nd-order derivative linear scan voltammograms of the zirconium-ARS complex were recorded by a model JP-303 polarographic analyzer from 0.0 to -1.0 V (vs. SCE). Optimal analytical conditions were found to be: an acetic acid (0.1 mol l(-1))-potassium biphthalate (0.08 mol l(-1)) buffer solution (pH 4.8) containing 4.0 x 10-6 mol l(-1) ARS; accumulation potential, 0.0 V; accumulation time, 180 or 90 s; rest time, 10 s; scan rate, 250 mV s(-1). The results showed that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the CPE, yielding one peak at -0.51 V, corresponding to the reduction of ARS in the complex at the electrode. The detection limit was found to be 1.0 x 10(-10) mol l(-1) (S/N = 3) for 240 s accumulation. The linear range was 2.0 x 10(-10)-4.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1). The developed method was applied to the determination of trace zirconium in the ore samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The present work describes a selective and rapid method for the determination of molybdenum with Alizarin Red S (ARS) in the presence of a water soluble polymer, poly(sulfonylpiperidinylmethylene hydroxide) (PSPMH). The ARS modified by PSPMH reacts with molybdenum(VI) in the solutions of pH 3.4-4.0 to produce a red complex. The composition of the complex is 1:4:1 mol ratio of Mo(VI): ARS:PSPMH. The complex obeys Beer's law from 0.05 to 5.50 μg ml−1 with an optimum range. The molar absorptivity is 2.1×104 l mol−1 cm−1 at 500 nm. The interference effects of the foreign cations have been examined and it has been determined that only Cu(II), Al(III) and Fe(III) have to be masked by EDTA and tungsten can be tolerated till 4-fold of molybdenum in case of masking by citrate. The method has been applied to the determination of geological samples without solvent extraction or separation steps.  相似文献

It is shown that adsorptive stripping voltammetry can be used for indirect determinations of non-electroactive species. Determination of fluoride was selected to demonstrate this concept which can be used in environmental, clinical and other applications.The fluoride determination is based on competitive complex formation reactions between zirconium and organic ligands, viz. Alizarin Red S (ARS) and Acid Alizarin Violet N (AAVN) and fluoride ions in acidic media (0.1M HNO3 or HClO4). Free ARS ligand is adsorbable on mercury electrode and its voltammetric peak increases with fluoride concentration due to ARS displacement from the Zr-ARS complexes with fluoride forming more stable Zr-fluoride complexes. Using AAVN as a ligand Zr-AAVN complexes are adsorbable on a mercury electrode and the voltammetric peak decreases with increasing fluoride concentration due to formation of more stable Zr-fluoride complexes.The sensitivity of the method is down to 0.1 M of fluoride. Overall fluoride recovery from synthetic water samples at micromolar concentration level was within 1% of the concentration added, with overall reproducibility of 5 independent measurements of ± 2.5% and ± 1.8% with ARS and AAVN ligand, respectively. Some interferences possibly present in water have been investigated.  相似文献

The adsorptive voltammetric behavior of the gallium‐alizarin red S (ARS) complex in NH4OAc‐HCl buffer at a carbon paste electrode(CPE) was investigated. The results showed that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the CPE, yielding one reduction peak at ?0.52 V(vs. SCE), corresponding to the irreversible reduction of the ligand, ARS, bonded in the complex. The optimal experimental conditions include the use of 0.10 mol L?1 ammonium acetate buffer(pH 4.5), 1.0×10?5 mol L?1 ARS, an accumulation potential of ?0.05 V, an accumulation time of 180 s ,a rest time of 10 s, a scan rate of 200 mV s?1and a second‐order derivative linear scan mode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of gallium(III) over the range 0.02–6.0 μg L?1, with the detection limit of 0.01 μg L?1 for an accumulation time of 180 s. The method was applied to the determination of gallium in food samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

加替沙星与茜素红反应可形成配合物,使茜素红的紫外吸光度增强,且加替沙星浓度在0.20~110.00mg.L-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,以此为基础,建立了测定加替沙星的新方法.将此方法用于片剂、粉针剂和尿液中加替沙星含量的测定,结果与文献报道的荧光法一致.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) was prepared and the determination of trace amount of vanadium(V) based on the anodic adsorptive voltammetry of the vanadium-alizarin red S (ARS) complex is described for the first time. The results show that the sensitivity and the selectivity of the method are excellent. The second derivative linear scan voltammograms of the complex were recorded using a polarographic analyzer in the range from 0 to 1,000 mV (vs. SCE). It was found that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the electrode, yielding a peak at about 706 mV, corresponding to the oxidation of ARS in the complex. The peak current increases linearly with the V(V) concentration in the range of 6.0 nM to ∼1.0 μM (4.0 μM ARS), 2.0 μM∼10 μM (40 μM ARS) and the detection limit (at S/N = 3) was 2.0 nM (accumulation time 120 s). The method was successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in water samples.

A sensitive adsorptive anodic stripping procedure for the determination of trace zirconium at a carbon paste electrode (CPE) has been developed. The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the Zr(IV)-alizarin red S(ARS) complex onto the surface of the CPE, followed by oxidation of adsorbed species. The optimal experimental conditions include the use of 0.10 mol · L−1 ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4.3), ARS, an accumulation potential of 0.20 V (versus SCE), an accumulation time of 2 min, a scan rate of 200 mV · s−1 and a second-order derivative linear scan mode. The oxidation peak for the complex appears at 0.69 V. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of Zr(IV) over the range of 1.0 × 10−9–2.0 × 10−7 mol · L−1, and the detection limit is 3 × 10−10 mol · L−1 for a 2 min adsorption time. The relative standard deviations (n = 8) for 5.0 × 10−8 and 5.0 × 10−9 mol · L−1 Zr(IV) are 3.3 and 4.8%, respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of zirconium in ore samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The extraction of the 1,3-diphenylguanidiuin (DPG) salt of the indium-Alizarin Red S (ARS) chelate with n-butyl acetate has been investigated. The extracted species has an absorption maximum at 525 nm, and Beer's law is obeyed over the range from 0.3 to 2.8 ppm of indium. The molar absorptivity is 2.65 x 10(3) l.mole(-1).mm(-1) at 525 nm. The 1:3 indium(III)-ARS chelate is extracted from aqueous solution in a 1:3 molar ratio with DPG. The infrared spectrum implies that the metal ion is probably chelated by the two phenolic oxygen atoms of ARS.  相似文献
